      • 忠州市 主幹線 道路邊 建築外部色彩에 關한 硏究

        In order to understand the influence of colours on the urban design of a city, a portion of the central Chung-Ju was chosen as the study area, and three cases were researched as colours. These surveyed colours are analysed in their hue, value and chroma. It was necessary to determine the colours of 272 buildings exterior in all in order formulate the findings presented in this study. The result of this study can be briefly summerised as the following ; 1) The trends in the use of colour turn out like this ; 55.3% of the building were Y(yellow), YR(yellow-green), R(red) Family in Hue, abour 33.9% of them were within 8.0-8.9 and 26.6% were within 7.0-7.9 on the value scale, and about 48.5% of them were within 1.0-1.9, 2.0-2.9 and 3.0-3.9 on the chroma scale. 1) For case 1 on the exterior colours of buildings, about 57.8% were Y and YR family in Hue, about 53.7% were 8.0-8.9 and 7.0-7.9 in Value, and about 49.6% of them were within 1.0-3.9 in chroma. 2) For case 2 on the exterior colours of buildings, about 52.4% were Y and R family in Hue, about 65.1% were 7.0-8.9 in Value, and about 46% were 1.0-2.9 in Chroma. 3) For case 3 on the exterior colours of buildings, about 55.7% were Y and YR Family in Hue, about 72.1% were 7.0-8.9 in Value, and about 31.1% were 2.0-2.9 in Chroma. In summary, the colours of the building surveyed in central Chung-Ju can be characerized as Y, YR, R, N family in Hue, 7.0-7.9, 8.0-8.9 in Value registered in 1.0-1.9, 2.0-2.9, 3.0-3.9 in Chroma. The observed exterior colours show a tendency toward Yellow in Hue, High in Value and low in Chroma. Generally, the majority of the colours is light rather than strong in tone.

        『管子』四篇 等에 나타난 精氣說 考察

        연구배경 : 본 논문은 韓醫學 이론의 가장 기본이 되는 氣槪念의 역사적 형성 과정을 추적하여 한의학의 철학을 확립하기 위한 연구의 한 부분이다. 『黃帝內徑』이 저작된 시기를 전후하여 어떠한 사상적 흐름이 있었으며, 그것이 한의학 이론의 형성에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지를 氣개념 형성을 중심으로 해명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 『管子』의 사상에 대하여 氣(精氣)論을 중심으로 알아보고 그것이 당시의 韓醫學 理論의 形成過程에 어떤 영향을 미쳤으며 그 결과 韓醫學의 내용과 방향은 어떻게 변해 갔는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : '『管子』四篇' 과 더불어 「水地」編, 「四時」編, 「五行」編 등을 주요한 연구 대상으로 하여, 당시의 시대적 배경과 사상사적 배경을 알아보고 특히 黃老之學의 내용이 무엇이었는지를 살피고 주제와 연관된 『管子』의 원문을 정리·분석하여 그 결과를 요약하는 것으로 한계를 설정하였다. 결과 : 戰國未에서 漢初에 걸친 사상계의 큰 흐름은 도가였으며 그 주류는 다름 아닌『관자』를 중심으로 한 黃老之學이다. 黃老之學은 단순한 諸思想의 集合이 아니라 "당대의 과학의 총채" 나아가 패러디임 혹은 사상의 전환으로도 이야기될 수 있다. 『관자』의 정기설은 고대의 氣개념과 '精'개념을 결합시킨 것으로 이는 '精氣一元論'이라고도 할 수 있는데 『內徑』의 精氣개념과는 그 기본 발상에서 일치하고 있다. 결론 : 養生이 精氣의 문제와 결합되어 의학이론발전에 많은 역할을 했다. 「水地」篇은 물이 만물의 근원이라는 입장에서 인체 역시 물에서 근원하는 것으로 본다. 한편 「水地」篇의 오행체계는 古文·今文의 문제와 함께 앞으로 연구해야 할 과제이다. 四象醫學의 '四元論' 역시 새롭게 연구할 대상으로 부각되었다. In order to investicate into the process of formation of Oriental Medicine Theory in ancient China Kuan Tzu(『管子』) may be a proper source. Especially five chapters of the text(「心術」上,「心術」下,「內業」,「白心」,「水地」) are abudant in the concept of 'Ch'i’or 'Jing'(精). The results of the analysis of Kuan Tzu are as follows. 1. Kuan Tzu was constituted in the time of Warring States and became one of the most important works of Huang-Lao school(黃老學派). Huang-Lao school is characterized by the unification of Taoists and Legalists. It was the summit of all sciences at that time, and became the basis of further unification of all thoughts. 2. Besides Kuan Tzu, the famous works of Huang-Lao school are Four Books of Huang-ti(黃帝內經),Huang-ti nei-ching(『黃帝內經』),Huai-nan-tzu(『淮南子』),Annals of Spring and Autumm(『呂氏春秋』), and they made a contribution to the establishiment of Confucian classics(經學). 3. Inspite of the concepts like Tao that is inherited from Taoism, Kuan Tzu proceeds the Taoism. That is, the concept of Tao in Kuan Tzu is more realistic and concrete than that of Taoism. Tao in Kuan Tzu is unificated into the concept of ‘Jing CH'i’(精氣), thus it may be called ‘Jing CH'i monism.’ 4. Kusn Tzu is combined with health preservation, so it contributed to the formation of medical theory, and is closely related with the formation of Huang-ti nei-ching. 5. The chapter ‘Sui-chi’(「水地」篇) recognizes Water to be a source of the world. Man is derived from Water, too. Water can be substituted for‘Jing CH'i’. So-called ‘Jing CH'i monism’is a fluent and open system. 6. The expression that “Water is a blood vessle in the Earth. It is just like the blood vessle in the body” gives us the fact that the concept of Meridian was generalized at that time. 7. The systems(arrangements) of Five Elements in Kuan Tzu are different from those of Huang-ti nei-ching. And the system of Sasang-EuiHak(四象醫學) is different from that of other medical systems. The reason why they are so different from each other should be invesgated into forward. These are the results of this paper.

        In this study, using the extinctive composting apparatus, it took a day for the degradation of waste food with high temperature and aerobic condition. It was confirmed by the change of organic ratio, condensed water, and weight. Final production included rare organic ratio so that it was easy to degrade microorganism but it was not enough pH and salt for using compost. During reaction, condensed water was produced about 20 ℓ/day, the eighty percent of waste food was degraded by compositing reaction on the basis of weight, therefore, this means that it is go effective on the volume reduction.

        Hypereosinophilic syndrome is characterized by persistent blood eosinophilia of 1,500/ul or more in the absence of known causes and multiorgan dysfunction by eosinophil-related tissue damage. In Korea, some cases of hypereosinophilic syndrome with hepatic involvement have been described with prolonged benign clinical courses. Most of them were diffuse or multifocal lesions in imaging studies, and a few case presenting as a single mass has been described. Here we report a case of hypereosinophilic syndrome with hepatic involvement in a 65-year-old man who presented with multifocal mass lesions. By abdominal US and CT scan, multiple, ill-defined nodules were detected in throughout the liver. Liver biopsy revealed severe eosinophilic hepatitis, suggestive of hypereosinophilic syndrome. Hepatic mass lesions improved after steroid administration for several weeks.

        한우, 칡소 및 제주 흑우 Calpain-Calpastatin 유전자 다양성

        The aim of study was to investigate genetic diversity for the calpain/calpastatin gene in three Hanwoo breeds [(Brown (n=62), Brindle (n=81) and Jeju Black (n=30)]. Random samples from three breeds of Hanwoo were selected and genotyped for the 7 SNPs of calpain/calpastatin using TaqMan method. Allele frequencies were investigated for CAPN1/CAST gene. Allele frequency of CAST2 SNP was 0.75, 0.59 and 0.22 for Brown, Brindle and Jeju black, respectively. The CAST3 revealed allele frequency of 0.59 and 0.57 in Brown and Jeju Black, while it showed very low allele frequency (0.07) in Brindle. In particular, favorable allele (G allele) for the CAPN1-2 SNP which was shown a strong association with tenderness in Taurine and Indicine cattle revealed 16% and 17% higher allele frequency in Brown Hanwoo (0.82) comparing Brindle (0.66) and Jeju Black Hanwoo (0.65). AMOVA demonstrated that among population variance occupied only 10% of total variance and among individual variance was 0%, while within individual variance was 90% of total variance. This result showed that population effect contributed very small portion of genetic to these three Hanwoo breeds, while within individual variance contributed large portion of genetic diversity within these Hanwoo breeds. In conclusion, three Hanwoo breeds (Brown, Brindle and Jeju black) showed a genetically homogeneous based on the 7 SNPs of CAPN1/CAST gene and it came from same ancestor to form modern Hanwoo breed.

      • 下水 슬러지중의 重金屬 細菌浸出

        This study has been carried out to remove metals and to improve dewatering efficiency in anaerobically digested sewage sludge using several conditions. The results from these experiments are as followings ; In continuous experiments, conditions of maximum metal solubilization were recycling rate of 20%, ferrous sulfate ammounts of 4.0g/l. The maximum metal solubilizations were observed since 48 hours. Solubilization rates of Zn, Mn were 98.3 %, 94.71 % respectively. Sulfuric acid dosage for metal solubilization are 1.26g in chemical method and 0.07g in bacterial leaching on a dry weight basis. Therefore sulfuric acid dosage was reduced about 18 times in bacterial leaching compared to that of chemical methods. In 660 mmHg, specific resistance coefficient of raw sludge was 4.91 × 10¹²cm/g. At acid treatment, specific resistance coefficient of sludge was 3.17 × 10¹²cm/g. At bacterial leaching, specific resistance coefficient of sludge was 1.94 × l0¹¹cm/g. Therefore dewatering abilities of sulfuric acid were increased about 2.7 times in bacterial leaching vs. chemical methods.

        The effects of stoichiometry(x) and substrate temperature(T_(s)) on SiOx/S_(1)O_(2) multilayers(MLs) have been systematically investigated during their growth by reactive ion beam sputter deposition, The photoluminescence(PL) spectra of the post-annealed samples are strongly correlated with the formation of S_(1) nanocrystals in the MLs, which is confirmed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy. These results suggest that T_(s) and x play an important role for the visible PL attributed to the quantum confinement effect of S_(1) nanocrystals.

        Increasing concern about a rice quality, it is considered postharvest technology as well as cultivation management as an important factor. Therefore it is necessary to find optimal drying, storage method that did not affected a rice quality. In order to find the optimum storage period of rice, the rice quality was investigated during storage period. The temperature and humidity of storage bin were greatly changed but those of rice were a little do. The germination rate was slowly decreased as the storage period is long. The content of moisture was affected by a room temperature, it was increased at stored rice in rainy season(10-Jul~20-Jul). As storage period is long, the content of amylose, fatty acidity were a just Little changed but did not showed a constant tendency to it. The content of protein was increased and mechanic palatability value was decreased during storage period. The chromaticity of milled rice showed a range of lightness(L); 75.15~71.75, redness(a); 0.21~0.91, yellowness(b); 16.78~19.28 during storage period.

      • 관광산업의 국가경제적 중요성(重要性) : 외래(外來)관광객 지출이 한국경제에 미치는 효과

        한국을 방문하는 외래(外來)관광객이 방문기간 동안 「음식 및 숙박업」 과 「운수 및 보관업」에 지출하는 비용이 한국경제의 각 산업부문에 걸쳐 유발(誘發)하는 생산효과와 부가가치(附加價値)효과를 산업연관분석(産業聯關分析 또는 投入産出分析) 방식으로 측정하였다. 측정결과 생산유발효과는 「음식점과 숙박업」의 경우 1.72904이고 「운수와 보관업」은 1.50705이며, 부가가치유발 효과는 각각 0.90382와 0.7304으로 나타났다. With the methods of Inter-Industrial Relation Analysis, both effects of the Domestic Products Inducement and Value Added Inducement when foreign tourist expending to 「foods, beverages, and accommodations」 and to 「transport and warehouse」 are calculated. It concludes that the Inducement coefficients of the former is 1.72904 and the latter is 1.50705, and their Value Additional coefficients are 0.90382 and 0.7304 respectively.
