        간이식 환자에서 발생한 Aspergillus fumigatus에 의한 고관절염 1예

        저자들은 간이식을 받은 환자에서 조직 배양 검사를 통하여 진단된 A. fumigatus에 의한 화농성 고관절염을 경험하였기에, 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Septic arthritis is an uncommon finding of invasive Aspergillosis. It can be caused by direct inoculation, Post-surgical infection, and hematogenous spread. Articular aspergillosis often involves the knee. A 49-year-o1d man who received a liver transplant in China on two months ago, due to liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B virus was admitted because of left side hip pain. Hip MRI showed joint effusion and bony destruction of the left hip and acetabulum. Incision and drainage was done and Aspergillus fumigatus was isolated from the resected tissue. After eight weeks of amphotericin B therapy, total hip replacement arthroplasty was done. Oral itraconazole 400mg/day was prescribed for six months after operation. The patient is now doing well without physical restriction.

      • 갯쑥부쟁이(Heteropappus hispidus (Thunb.))의 감마방사선 감수성과 M1 세대 형질변동 특징

        제주도에서 자생하는 갯쑥부정이(Heteropappus hispidus(Thunb.))에 감마선을 10, 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 300, 400Gy 수준으로 나누어서 조사한 뒤 발아율 및 발아 30일 후의 본엽 출현을, LD_(50), 본엽길이, 줄기부분의 안토시아닌 색소 형성 유무, 생육 60일 후의 로젯형 엽, multi-shoot 형성율, 초장, 채화 결실율등의 주요 양적형질들을 생존개체를 대상으로 실시하였다. 120Gy 까지의 발아율은 88.5%로 대조구와 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나 160Gy 이상에서 부터는 급격히 감소하여 치사선량(LD_(50))은 160Gy 범위 정도였다. 또한, 본엽 출연율과 그 길이는 조사선량이 높아질수록 억제되었다. 안토시아닌 색소 형성은 조사전량이 높을수록 대조구 2%에서 30%로 높아졌으며 로젯형도 고선량 처리구에서 발생하였다. Multi-shooting은 80Gy 이상일 때 부터 나타났으며 multi-shooting을 형성하는 개체들은 초장은 짧고 줄기는 가늘게 다발형으로 자라는 특성이 있어서 만일 형질이 고정된다면 화분 관상용 개체로 선발하기에 적합하였다. 특히, 조사선량이 증가됨에 따라서 안토시아닌 색소 형성, 로젯형 개체, multi-shoot등의 개체가 많이 출현되었는데 이는 돌연변이 유기의 선발지표가 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. The seeds of naturally growing Heteropappus hispidus Thunb were treated by nine different doses(0, 10, 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 300, 400㏉) of gamma rays to investigate their germination rate and to quantify the characteristics of their germinated plant as like as leaf appearance and length, the formation rate of anthocyanin color in stem 30 days after germination, the formation rate of rosette leaf and multi-shoot, the flowering and seed-bearing, and shoot length. The germination rate at least up to 120 ㏉ was not greatly affected but was rapidly decreased at over 160 ㏉. It seemed that lethal dose(LD_(50)) of germination was 160 ㏉. The leaf appearance and growth was also inhibited, but the formation rate of anthocyanin color in the flower stem was enhanced up to 30% with dose. The rosette plants were observed in plants irradiated with higher than 40 ㏉. Multi-shoots were developed over 80 ㏉. For a short shoot length and bundle of thin stem, it was considered that they can be selected as the potential pot flower plants, through genetic fixation. In particular, it was suggested that the formation of anthocyanin color in flower stem, rosette and multi-shoot plants induced by the morphologically markers for the mutant selection of Heteropappus hispidus (Thunb.)

        μBGA 무연솔더 (Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu)와 전해 및 무전해 Ni 도금층 계면의 열적 안정성

        The morphology and thermal stability of the interfacial phases in the joints between lead free solder (Sn3.5AgO.7Cu) and electroless Ni-P (12 at%P) and electro Ni under bumper metallizations(UBM) were investigated as a function of thermal aging. Samples were prepared by reflowing at 250℃, N₂ atmosphere and aging in the range of 125 to 170℃ for up to 1000h. After reflow, in the electrolytic Ni/solder joint, the interfacial IMC was mostly Nirich (Ni,Cu)₃Sn4 with an addition of about 8 at% Cu while in electroless Ni-P/solder joint it showed both Cu-rich (Cu,Ni)_(6)Sny and Ni-rich (Ni,Cu)₃Sn4. After relatively short aging time, the interfacial IMC on electrolytic Ni layer has developed into the dual-layed structure of (Ni,Cu)₃Sn₄(bottom) and (Cu,Ni)_(6)Sny(top). But IMC on electroless Ni-P layer were (Cu,Ni)_(6)Sn_(6) and changed into the dual structure only after long aging time of 500h. The growth rate of IMC with aging was higher on electrolytic Ni layer than on electroless Ni-P. The different behavior of electroless Ni-P/SAC joint came from Ni₃P formation between IMC and electroless Ni-P layer which retards diffusion of Ni and Sn to the opposite direction. The thickness of Ni₃P layer was propositional to that of IMC. For longer aging time, NiSnP layer was found at the interface between IMC and Ni₃P layer. Interestingly, in spite of low consumption rate of electroless Ni-P than electrolytic Ni layer by suppressing IMC growth, the interface of Ni-P/IMC was locally hollowed by the accelerated reaction of the Ni-P layer through local thickness reduction of Ni₃P and NiSnP layers. This reduced the effective remaining thickness of Ni-P layer.

        코크스 폐수를 이용한 활성슬러지 모델 파라미터의 민감도 분석

        Activated sludge model (ASM, IAWQ Task Group) was developed as a general mathematical model to express major biological processes in municipal wastewater treatment. Therefore this model could be applied for the design of a wastewater treatment plant and used for finding optimal conditions in plant operation. Since biological processes adopting biodegradation have been also used to treat lots of industrial wastewater such as coke's wastewater, it is worthy to examine the applicability of ASM on the industrial wastewater treatment. In order to evaluate this possibility, the sensitivity analysis of seven parameters (Y_H,μ_H, b_H, k_h, K_S, K_(O,H), K_x) in ASM was conducted with regard to the SCOD (soluble chemical oxygen demand) removal in coke's wastewater treatment. It has shown that μ_H (maximum specific growth rate) of ASM was the most sensitive one in the SCOD removal process, and relative sensitivity was decided in order of μ_H >> b_H, K_S > Y_H, K_(O,H), K_h, K_x, consequently. Based on the sensitivity analysis and calibration procedure of ASM with the data from coke's plant, the decided parameter values were valid for the proper simulation of this industrial wastewater plant, showing adequate fitting between real and simulated data. In summary, the mathematical model of ASM was suitable for the simulation of coke's wastewater treatment plant.

        폐목재로 제조된 파티클보드의 성능평가

        현재 폐목재의 발생량은 국내의 연간 목재사용량의 40% 정도의 수준으로 국내의 목재자급율을 고려해볼 때, 목재패널산업에서의 이런 폐목재의 재활용은 많이 장려되어야 한다. 본 연구는 폐목재로부터 얻어진 파티클과 실험실에서 합성한 요소수지를 폐목재파티클의 전건무게에 대해 6% 첨가하여 열압온도 162℃와 열압시간 5분에서 파티클보드를 제조하고 ASTM D 1037 방법에 의해 파티클보드의 성능을 평가하였다. 파티클보드의 성능을 평가한 결과는 KS F 3104 파티클보드 8.0형의 최소요구를 만족시키는 것이다. 이런 파티클보드의 성능평가 결과는 폐목재가 파티클보드의 원료로 적합하다는 것을 보여준다. The generation of wastewood is currently about 40% level of the amount of domestic wood use. When the rate of wood self-supply is considered, the recycling of wastewood in wood panel products industry should be encouraged. This study was evaluated the performance of particleboard (PB) made from wastewood. PBs were manufactured with the synthesized urea-formaldehyde resin at 5 minutes hot-press time, and at 162℃ press temperature with 6 percent resin solids level on an ovendry wastewood particle weight basis. The PBs were tested by the procedure of ASTM D 1037. Test results exceeded the minimum strength requirement according to KS F 3104 Particleboard type 8.0. The PB's performance showed that wastewood is suitable raw material for PB.

        This study was conducted to understand health status by general characteristic, and to find out relationship between the general characteristics and rural elderly's health status. Health status was measured using SF-36(Medical Outcome Study Short From 36). The finding of this study were as follow; Mean scores of health status by sex were higher in male on physical function, social function and role limitation-emotion. The elderly educated more reported good health on physical function, role limitation-physical, vitality, bodily pain and general health than did the elderly educated less. The elderly who have disease reported bad health on social function, mental health and general health. Therefore we reviewed the evidence that sex, education and illness are associated with health status in the elderly, and that specific public health service that related such condition should be considered for the rural elderly.

      • 활성노드를 가진 자기구성 네트워크에 의한 비선형 시스템의 동정

        본 논문은 복잡한 비선형 시스템의 모델동정을 위하여 자기구성 네트워크(Self-organizing Networks; SON)구조의 최적 설계절차에 관련된 새로운 방법론을 제안한다. 제안된 SON 알고리즘은 GMDH (Group Method of Data Handling)방법에 기초를 두고 있으며, 그 구조는 뉴럴네트워크의 구조와 유사하다. 그러나 SON구조는 기존의 뉴럴네트워크 구조에서와 같이 고정되지 않고 새로운 노드를 생성할 수 있다. Son구조의 각 노드는 1차, 2차, 3차 다항식과 같은 여러 가지 형태의 고계 다항식을 사용하고, 여러 종류의 다변수 입력으로 연결되어 있다. 즉, SON은 GMDH에서 사용되는 이차다항식 이외에 확장된 형태의 고계 다항식을 사용한다. 각 세대에서의 노드의 입력수는 다항식에서 사용되는 변수의; 수에 의존한다. 그에 대한 연구는 성능비교를 위해 널리 사용되는 비선형 함수와 수처리 공정을 이용하여 설명되고, 앞선 다른 연구에서보다도 더 높은 정확도를 가진 모델을 생성할 수 있음을 보인다. 그리고 모델의 근사화 및 예측능력에 관련된 성능지수에 의해 평가되고 또한 토의된다. We propose a new methodology which includes the optimal design procedure of Self-organizing Networks(SON) structure for model identification of complex and nonlinear system in this paper. The proposed SON algorithm is based on GMDH(Group Method of Data handling) method and its structure is similar to Neural Networks. But the structure of SON is not fixed unlike in conventional Neural Networks and can be generated its new node. The each node of SON structure uses several types of high-order polynomial such as linear, quadratic, and cubic, and is connected as various kinds of multi-variable inputs. In order words, the SON uses high-order polynomial as extended type besides quadratic polynomial used in GMDH, and the number of input of its node in each layer depends on that of variables used in the polynomial. The design procedure to obtain an optimal model structure utilizing SON algorithm is shown in each stage. The study is illustrated with the aid of Nonlinear Function data besides Waste-water process used widely for performance comparison, and shows that the proposed SON algorithm can produce the model with higher accuracy than previous other works. And performance index related to approximation and prediction capabilities of model is evaluated and also discussed.

      • Morgagni 탈장 : 1례 보고

        Morgagni 탈장은 횡격막의 전내측 부위의 발달이상으로 열공을 통하여 장관이나 대망과 같은 복강내 구조물이 흉곽내로 빠져나가는 드문 질환으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 호흡곤란을 주소로 내원하여 방사선학적 검사와 수술로 확진된 1례를 보고한다. Morgagni hernia is improperly located abdominal viscera into the thoracic cavity through the foramen of Morgagni which is a congenital defect at the anterornedial portion of diaphragm. We report a case of Morgagni hernia diagnosed by radiologic examination and operation.
