Mo/SiO₂/Si(100)기판 위에 MOCVD법으로 성장시킨 AIN박막이용 GHz대역의 FBAR제작에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 $Mo/SiO_2/Si(100)$ 기판 위에 MOCVD(Metal-Organic-Chemical-Vapor Deposition)법을 이용하여 C축 방향으로 성장시킨 AIN(Aluminum Nitride) 박막을 이용하여 GHz대역 무선 통신에서 사용할 수 있는 FBAR(Film-Bulk-Acoustic Resonator)을 제작하였다. 제작된 공진부의 공진주파수와 반공진주파수는 각각 3.189[GHz]와 3.224[GHz]으로 측정되었으며, Q값(Quality Factor)과 유효한 전기기계 결합계수(${k_{eff}}^2$)는 각각 24.7과 2.65[%]로 평가되었다. AIN의 증착(Deposition) 조건은 $950[^{\circ}C]$의 기판표면(Substrate) 온도, 20Torr의 압력, 25000의 N/Al의 V/III비로 증착하였다. $4{\times}10^{-5}[\Omega{cm}]$의 Mo 하부전극 고유저항과 $Mo/SiO_2/Si(100)$ 기판 위에 AIN(0002) FWHM(Full-Width at Half-Maximum) 4를 갖는 C축 방향성의 AIN 박막을 성공적으로 성장시켰다. 따라서 증착된 AIN박막의 FWHM값은 GHz대역 무선 통신용 RF(Radio Frequency) 밴드 패스 필터 설계에 유용하게 사용될 것이다. In this paper, it is reported that film-bulk-acoustic resonator with high c-axis oriented AIN film on $Mo/SiO_2/Si(100)$ using metal-organic-chemical-vapor deposition was fabricated. The resonant frequency and anti-resonant frequency of the fabricated resonator were observed with 3.189[GHz] and 3.224[GHz], respectively. The quality factor and the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient(${k_{eff}}^2$) were measured with 24.7 and 2.65[%], respectively. The conditions of AIN deposition were substrate temperature of $950[^{\circ}C]$, pressure of 20Torr, and V-III ratio of 25000. A high c-axis oriented AIN film with $4{\times}10^{-5}[\Omega{cm}]$ resistivity of Mo bottom electrode and $4[^{\circ}]$ of AIN(0002) full-width at half-maximum(FWHM) on $Mo/SiO_2/Si(100)$ was grown successfully. The FWHM value of deposited AIN film is useful for the RF band pass filter specification for GHz-band wireless local area network.

수평거리에 따른 요배근력과 척추기립근의 근전도 변화

This study evaluated the compression force at the L5/S1 disc using back strength and IEMG(Integrated Electromyography). We divided the distance into one-half, three-fourth and full, measured the back strength. The results showed significant difference much among the cases. IEMG values were analyzed under the condition of fixed vertical factor, two horizontal factors, and 2 times per minute for the stoop posture, As the result, there are significant differences between horizontal distance 35cm and 55cm. This result showed that back strength decreased and the motor units of erector spinae muscle increased as the horizontal distance increased. Therefore, decreasing the horizontal distance to decrease compression force at L5/S1 is important on preventing a low back pain. Also. by using these data for prediction musculoskeletal disorders if we design equipment, machine and apparatus for human welfare, we can give advantage of prevention of low back pain much. We will be able to apply these data to work method or workplace lay-out.

疲勞壽命設計를 위한 貫通龜裂의 數値計算 프로그램에 관한 硏究

This program has been devoloped to perform fatigue crack growth analysis of real materials in complex structure. The program has been written to be flexible in its operation and to be easily adapted and changed as fatigue mechanics technology changes and the design usage of the program changes. To verify the validity in this program, the test results are compared with the fatigue test data of the through thickness in CT specimen and found closed to the program data. The MAIN program has the capability of varying the subroutine so as to calculate crack growth for the part-through and transition crack.

東西貿易의 推移와 展望에 관한 硏究

Ⅰ The purpose of this article is to review the possibility of trade onlargement between the Western nations and Eastern nations, and especially the possibility of exportmarket development in the Eastern nations for the Korean products. Ⅱ After a brief deseription of the historical development and current state of the East-West trade, the following special characteristics in the East-West trade emphasized. the foreign trade in the soeialist nations is controlled and managnd direetly by government. The East-West trade agreements are characterized by compensation deals, counter-purchases, and product buy-back. The methods of East-West trade are characterized by payment by transferrable currencies, compensation trade or switch trade, and payment by the bilateral payment agreement. There are two contradictive views on the perspeetives of the East-West trade. Firstly, the affirmative view insist that socialist nations will do their best to achieve their domestie eeonomie development and to enhance the standard of living of their people by continuous importing of machineries, equipments and technology. There has been sufficient variation of export-import programs and manage ment systems even among socialist nations. Socialist nations need the economic cooperation with the Western nations in the fields of technology and resource development. An excellent example of such optimistic view is the improve ment of China's international trade position, resulting from a detente between Peking and Washington. The other hand, the pessimistic view is that the differences of economic systems between the Eastern and the Western nations including politieal factors will hamper the East-West trade. The low-quality of the industrial goods has reduced the international competiveness of the socialist nations. It is very difficult for capitalist nations to acquire the economic information about socialist nations. The Korean government has amended the Trade Transaction Law to trade with non-hostile communict nations. Korea eurrently conducts trade with 13 socialist nations. Especially, we established foreign-exchange bank offiees in Austria and Switzerland to handle the currency exchange problems connected with such transactions. An agreement was also made with Finland on the establishment of a joint venture company solely for the transaction of trade with the East European nations on the private basis. Ⅲ There are still many negative factors on East-West trade. For the socialist nations, however it is eearly impossible to achieve their economic development program without importing both captital and consumer goods from capitalist nations. On the part of capitalist nations, there exists a great potential for their products in the socialis markets. So, the future of the East-West trade will have a bright prospect if the internal and external conditions become favorable and mutual efforts of both sides for active trade are continued.

노인 외상 환자의 중증도 분류 시 Triage-revised Trauma Score의 의의

Backgrouds: The mortality of geriatric trauma patients is higher than that of other age groups. However, little research has been done the methods or criteria of triage for geriatric trauma patients. This study evaluated a clinical significance of the triage-revised trauma score(t-RTS) for triage of geriatric trauma patients. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed clinical data on 528 trauma patients over 65 years of age who were treated from Jan 1999 to Dec 2000. The t-RTS was calculated utilizing the RR(respiratory rate), SBP(systolic BP), and GCS scores and the ISS was abstracted from the final diagnosis. The obtained t-RTS and ISS were evaluated using the measures of sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and AUC curve. Results: The overall mortality rate was 9%, and there was no significant differences between the survival group and the mortality group according to age and sex. The mean scores of SBP, RR and GCS of the survival group were significantly higher than those of mortality group(p=0.001). The mean of t-RTS and RTS of the survival group were also significantly higher(p=0.001), but the ISS was significantly higher in the mortality group(p=0.001). The t-RTS, RTS, and ISS showed good prediction rates on the ROC curve(p=0.001), and the AUC value was higher in the ISS than in the t-RTS and the RTS. The sensitivity and the accuracy were high in the t-RTS and the RTS, and the specificity was high in the ISS. The t-RTS is less than 10 for a survival probability of 50% or less Conclusions: Implementation of the t-RTS in the triage of geriatric trauma patients in the field and in emergency room would be very useful. The probability of death in geriatric trauma patients is high when the t-RTS is less than 10.

The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

임신중 뇌동맥류의 외과적 치료 : 증례보고 A Case Report

A multiparous 28-year-old woman, suffering ruptured intracranial aneurysm during pregnancy is presented. Clipping of the aneurysm was performed in 32 weeks of gestational age. Three weeks after operation, she delivered vaginally without complication. Delivery may be managed according to obstetrical indication following surgical correction of the aneurysm. The authors reviewed the literature, and discussed the neurosurgical and obstetric management of such patients.

말초부위의 후뇌동맥류의 외과적 치료

Advances in microneurosurgical treatment of arterial aneurysm have led to increased interest being focused on aneurysm situated within the posterior cerebral fossa. Despite this, reports of neurosurgical intervention in such cases are still rare and there is no report about the distal posterior cerebral artery aneurysm in Korea. An aneurysm of the posterior cerebral artery has been referred to as a "distinct rarity", making up about 0.26 to 2.7% of all cerebral aneurysms. Especially, the incidence of the distal posterior cerebral artery aneurysm is quite rare and most of them are saccular in shape and single in number. The authors report a case of P4 segment aneurysm of left posterior cerebral artery, successfully treated by clipping cross neck and reviewed the literature, and discussed their anatomy, clinical feature, location, and variable operative methods.

외상성 뇌동맥류 : 천측두 동맥에 발생한 외상성 가성동맥류 1예 A Case of Traumatic False Aneurysm of the Superficial Temporal Artery

A case of iatrogenic false aneurysm of the superficial temporal artery is presented. Direct injection of Urograffin into the pulsatile mass showed aneurysmal dilatation, 3×2㎝ sized, of the superficial temporal artery. Aneurysm excision is indicated to reduce the risk of hemorrhage from the subsequent head trauma, to relieve headache, and for any cosmetic defect. The authors have reviewed the literature, and discussed the incidence, classification, pathogenesis, clinical and angiographic diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and treatment.

We only use the concept of basis and knowledge of basic linear algebra. This process can be extended to the fullsize Go table problem and shows why we have to study mathematics at the college level.
