뇌에 관한 연구는 상당히 오랫동안 이루어져 왔음에도, 뇌는 여전히 미지의 세계로 남아 있다. 미국에서 2013년 Brain Initiative를 발표한 이후 뇌를 이해하기 위한 연구가 활발히 이루어져 왔다. 최근에는 인간의 생각을 뇌의 활성 패턴 분석을 통해 읽어 내려고 시도하였으며, 심지어는 잠자는 동안 꾸는 꿈을 뇌 활성 패턴 측정을 통해 읽어 내려는 시도도 이루어졌다. 본고에서는 브레인 디코딩을 위해 어떤 기술들이 필요하며, 현재 어떤 연구들이 이루어져 왔는지에 대하여 살펴보고, 향후 브레인 디코딩 기술이 어떻게 발전할 것인지 전망해 본다.
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of the rubber elastic resistance exercise with aerobic exercise on body response in female. The subjects consisted 60 adult women, who was aged 29~65 years were checked by body composition, blood test, and exercise stress test. Subjects were participated 8 weeks Exercise program 2 days per week. Results of this study were as follows; In the body composition, Results of this study were as follows; Body composition were not significantly reduce after 8 weeks exercise program. In the blood test, Resting plasma total cholesterol level(both 1st and 2nd group) were significantly decreased after 8 week exercise program(p<.05). Resting plasma LDL-cholesterol level of 2nd group were significantly decreased after 8 week exercise program(p<.05). In the exercise stress test, Back spin muscle strength and one leg standing of both 1st and 2nd group were significantly improved after 8 week exercise program. In conclusion, Rubber elastic exercise with aerobic exercise during 8 weeks were significantly effected resting plasma total cholesterel , LDL-cholesterol level, muscle strength and physical balance ability.
Leptin is an adipocyte-derived hormone that has been shown to regulate body weight and thermogenesis in human and animal. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise on plasma leptin responses. The 8 college male students were participated in acute bout exercise with two different intensities. It was examined the exercise intensity in acute bout exercise affected the plasma leptin response. Resting plasma leptin levels were significantly reduced after acute bout exercise with two different intensities (pre>30min=18Qmin (75%), pre>60min (50%), p<0.05). Resting plasma insulin levels were not reduced as a result of acute bout exercise both intensity (p<0.05). Resting plasma glucose levels were significantly increased after acute bout exercise only high intensity (pre<post=15min, p<0.05). Resting plasma FFA levels were significantly increased after acute bout exercise only high intensity (pre<12Qmm=18Qmin, p<0.05) Resting plasma glycerol levels were significantly increased after acute bout exercise with two different intensities (pre<post=15min (75%), pre<15min (50%), p<0.05) In conclusion, reduction in plasma leptin levels were independent of plasma insulin and FFA levels. There are no difference between exercise intensity. These data show that reduction in plasma leptin levels were more associated with negative energy balance reduced by amount of exercise than exercise intensity.
