        19세기 남병철 『의기집설(儀器輯說)』 혼천의 용법 분석

        The armillary sphere, an astronomical observation device embodying the Orbital Heaven Theory of the Later Han Dynasty in China, holds both historical and scientific significance. It has been produced in various forms by many individuals since its inception in the era of King Sejong in the Joseon Dynasty. A prominent figure in this field was Nam Byeong-cheol (南秉哲, 1817-1863), known for his work 'Uigijipseol' (儀器輯說), published in 1859, which detailed the history, production methods, and usage of the armillary sphere. This text particularly highlights 21 applications of the armillary sphere, divided into 33 measurements, covering aspects like installation, time, and positional measurements, supplemented with explanations of spherical trigonometry. Despite numerous records of the armillary sphere's design during the Joseon Dynasty, detailed usage information remains scarce. In this study, the 33 measurements described in 'Uigijipseol' (儀器輯說) were systematically classified into six for installation, nineteen for position measurement, seven for time measurement, and one for other purposes. Additionally, the measurement methods were analyzed and organized by dividing them into the ecliptic ring, moving equatorial ring, and fixed equatorial ring of the armillary sphere. In other words, from a modern astronomical perspective, the results of schematization for each step were presented by analyzing it from the viewpoint of longitude, right ascension, and solar time. Through the analysis of Nam's armillary sphere, this study not only aims to validate the restoration model of the armillary sphere but also suggests the potential for its use in basic astronomical education based on the understanding of the 19th-century Joseon armillary sphere.

      • 악성 혈액질환에서 성공적인 동종골수이식 후 숙주 기질 미세환경의 구축

        인체의 골수는 간엽모세포를 함유하고 있으며 이들은 골수미세환경의 주된 세포들로 분화가 가능하여 조혈기능을 지지한다. 본 연구에서는 성별이 다른 동종조혈모세포이식 환경에서 조혈모세포의 완전 생착을 보이고, 이식 후 1년에서 8년이 지난 11예의 재생불량성 빈혈 및 백혈병 환자들을 대상으로 하여 골수에서 MSC를 분리하고 체외 확장을 통해 배양된 MSC에서 X 염색체 탐식자를 이용한 FISH 및 microsatellite polymorphism PCR 기법으로 그 기원을 확인하였다. 그 결과 조혈모세포는 완전히 공여자 기원으로 대치되었음에도 불구하고 MSC는 모두 수여자 기원임을 알 수 있어, 동종조혈모세포이식에서 미세환경의 구축은 수여자의 자가 생산에 의한 골수 간질세포에 의한 것으로 생각된다. Background: Human bone marrow (BM) contains mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) that can differentiate into various cells of mesenchymal origin. It remains a matter of controversy whether donor-derived stromal cells are capable of engraftment following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) or not. Methods: To determine if donor-derived stromal cells are transferred to the recipients of allogeneic HSCT, we investigated the characterization of MSC in 11 patients 1 to 8 years after sex mis-matched allogeneic HSCT in severe aplastic anemia and leukemia. Results: All patients had complete engraftment with donor- derived stem cells as shown by detection of donor type DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Following culture, MSC showed the expression of SH2 and SH4, but none of the hematopoietic markers of CD14, CD34, or CD45. MSC which can be differentiated to osteogenic lineage showed the genotype of recipient completely using FISH or PCR analysis. Conclusion: This study confirmed that MSC isolated from recipients of allogeneic HSCT in severe aplastic anemia and leukemia are not of donor genotype despite of full hematopoietic engraftment with donor type. Donor cells did not contribute to reconstitute the marrow microenvironment.

      • 대학생의 노인에 대한 태도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the perception, the future and images, and prejudice toward old people. And to examine difference the group of gerontological education (educated group) with the non-educated group. 189 students in K university were participated in this study. The educated group was composed 101 students who enrolled liberal arts course that learned this title. Data were collected from May to June, 2002. The results are as follows; 1) Many students perceived the elderly that was started 60~64 years. 2) The perception, the future and images, and prejudice of both groups were some positively. 3) Each variables were not significantly difference. But the mean level of the educated group were more higher. 4) The educated group was found significantly related to the perception and prejudice(r=.303, p=.002). The non-educated group was found significantly related to the perception and the future and image(r=.421, p=.000), the perception and prejudice(r=.321, p=.003), the future, image and prejudice(r=.272, p=.012).

      • 간호중재분류체계(NIC)를 이용한 중환자실 간호중재 분석

        The purpose of this research was to identify nursing interventions performed by the ICU nurses from 2 university hospital in Taegu. For this research, I used the Nursing Intervention questionnaire developed by the Iowa Intervention Project and translated by korean specialists and professor concerned to the same field. In order to obtain the data, a special group of professor, head nurse, charge nurse, researcher was instituted. The special group work validataed 205 nursing interventions with agreement of more than 50% becuse the NIC(433 nursing intervention) survey process was too time-consuming and not appropriate for all labels. The data were collected from June 1 to 30, 1999 and analysed with SAS program. The obtained results are as follows; (1) 94 interventions were performed at least daily. (2) The most frequently used nursing interventions were Parenteral Medication Administration, Aspiration Precautions, Pressure Ulcer Prevents, Positioning, Airway Management, Cough Enhancement in rank. In conclusion, this research using NIC has helped to figure out the component to the ICU care in korea. The use of this results will contribute to enhance quality assessment and improve standard of ICU nursing.

        복합레진에 대한 표면도표전색재의 효과

        Although there have been many improvements in physical properties of the composite resin, they did not fulfil the requirements as a posterior restoration. Many researches have been done to improve the property of abrasion resistance and the use of surface penetrating sealants after polishing was suggested. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of surface penetrating sealants on the wear and the surface roughness of the composite resins. Three different surface coating penetrating [Fortify(Bisco, U.S.A.), C1, C2(Experimental samples)] and three different hybrid composite resins [Hyosung T&C, VeridonFil-photo(Korea), Aelitefil(Bisco, U.S.A.), Restorative Z-100(3M, U.S.A.)] were used. The Ra values(㎛) were measured by surface roughness tester)Surfcorder, Japan) and in wear test weights were measured with analytic balance(Surfcorius, U.S.A.) before and after the abrasion test. The results were as follows : 1. The surfaces using Mylar matrix showed the smoothest surface(p<0.05). 2. There were no significant differences in surface roughness and wear between uncoated coated composite resins after polishing(p<0.05). 3. There were no significant differences in surface roughness and wear between groups which experimentally composed to have different hardness number(p<0.05). Considered the results, it will be nessessory to develope an improved and hard surface penetrating sealant which can effect the surface of the polished composite resins.

        컴포머(Compomer)와 복합레진의 색조안정성에 대한 비교연구

        Compomer materials have the advantages of glass-ionomer cements and similar physical properties of composite resins. But there were a few studies about the color stability of compomers. In this study, two commercial compomers, Dyract and F2000, and two composite resins, Estelite and Z100, were used. They were stored in 37℃ water bath for 1 week and in 60℃ water bath for another 1 week and then they were aged with 150k1x xenon lamp for 1 week and another 1 week. The original colors just after light cured as the control color were measured by a spectrophotometer according to the C.I.E. L*a*b* Systems, and the colors stored in 60℃ water bath for 1 week, the colors aged with xenon lamp for 1 week in dry and wet condition, the color aged with xenon lamp for 2 weeks in dry and wet condition, were measured by the same method and compared with the control color. The results were as follows. The □E values of dyract after water bath storage and xenon lamp aging were over 10, and the □E values of F2000 after xenon lamp aging were 3.3-6.35. and the □E values of Z100 after xenon lamp aging were 3.3-5.23, and there were not ? E values of Estelite over 3.3 When the thickness of specimen increased the L*, a*, b* values of all material except Dyract were significantly increased(P<0.05), and Compared with dry condition, the L* values were significantly reduced, and the b* values were significantly increased in wet condition(P<0.05). It was concluded that Dyract compomer was not acceptable for and esthetic restorative material in permanent teeth for the color changes were over 10, and F2000 compomer had the color stability similar to the Z100 composite resin.

      • 일개 간호학과 학생을 대상으로 자기효능감과 대처정도의 상관성 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analysis the correlation between self-efficacy and level of coping in nursing students. Subjects of the study were 134 nursing students. Self report questionnaires were used to measure the variables including self-efficacy and level of coping. Reliability coefficients of the self-efficacy and coping instruments were found Cronbach's α=.80 ~.91. In data analysis, SPSS PC 6.0 Program was utilized for descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, One-Way Anova. The results of Pearson's correlation and One-way Anova were as follows. 1) The self-efficacy was significant correlation with level of coping(r=.246, p<.005) and the number of year in campus life(r=.506, p<.0001). 2) There was significant difference in self-efficacy according to the number of year in campus life(F=16.52, P<.0001). 3) There was significant differences in the level of coping according to the satisfaction of campus life(F=3.02, P<.05) and self-efficacy(F=4.2621, P<.05). Based on the results obtained from this study, strategies to ptomote self-efficacy have to be developed in nursing curriculum.

The characteristics of portfolio assessment, strategies for organizing and setting up portfolio assessment were discussed. And it were developed examples of evaluation criteria for portfolio assessment. These provide guidelines for portfolio assessment to early childhood education teachers.

      • 마이크로파에 의한 Li₂O-2SiO₂글라스의 핵생성 및 결정 성장 거동

        Li₂O-SiO₂계 글라스를 재래식 열원과 마이크로파 열원으로 가열했을 때, 핵생성 및 결정화 거동을 비교 조사하였다. 전자주사현미경 분석, X선 회절 분석 및 시차열분석을 통하여 결과를 분석하였다. 재래식 열원과 마이크로파 열원으로 가열된 시편들의 핵생성 및 결정화 거동이 매우 상이하였다. 마이크로파가 시편내의 핵 생성을 억제시켰지만, 결정 성장은 축진시켰다고 추측된다. A comparison of nucleation and crystallization of Li₂O-SiO₂glass system under between the conventional and microwave heating was investigated. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, and differential thermal analysis were used to evaluate the results. Nucleation and crystallization behaviors under the microwave heating appeared largely different from under the conventional heating. It was assumed that microwaves inhibitied nucleation, but accelerted crystal growth.
