대형 트럭 자동차의 엔진냉각수 누출, 제동 및 배기시스템 과열에 관련된 화재사례 고찰

This paper is a purpose to study the failure example for heavy-duty vehicle fire. The first example, the researcher found the engine over-heating phenomenon causing a coolant leakage by the sealing poor of head-gasket because of D-ring part deformation contacting with cylinder liner top-part and cylinder head. He certified a fire breakout by short transferred to surrounding wiring of air-cleaner. The second example, a brake lining by return fault of break operating S cam causing with much wear of a rear 4 wheel brake lining repeatably was worn by friction. In the long run, it became the cause of fire. The third example, the researcher knew [5) the fire cause was came about the short of wire by overload of tilting motor when the driver tilted up the cap to inspect a engine. Therefore, a heavy-duty fire must minimize the fire occurrence by thorough controlling. 이 논문은 대형트럭의 화재에 관련된 고장사례를 고찰한 논문이다. 첫 번째 사례는 6번 실린더 라이너 상단부와실린더 헤드 사이에 접촉하는 D링부의 변형으로 헤드 가스켓부의 기밀불량 현상으로 냉각수가 누출하여 엔진이과열되었다. 이 열이 에어크리너 주변 배선에 전달되어 쇼트(short)에 의해 화재가 발생된 것을 확인하였다. 두 번째사례는 자동차의 리어(Rear) 4축 브레이크 라이닝 과다마모로 브레이크 작동 S 캠(Cam)이 리턴되지 않아 브레이크라이닝이 드럼과의 계속적인 마찰에 의한 마찰열에 의해 화재가 발생된 것을 확인하였다. 세 번째 사례는 엔진 점검을 위해 캡을 틸팅하였을 때 틸팅 모터의 과부하로 배선의 단락현상이 발생하여 이 불꽃에 의해 화재가 발생한 것을확인하였다. 따라서, 대형트럭의 화재는 철저한 관리를 하여 화재발생을 최소화하여야 한다
LPG 자동차의 긴급차단밸브 기상필터막힘, 솔레노이드밸브 조립부손상, LPG 스위치 커넥터 핀 접촉불량에 관련된 고장사례 연구

이 논문은 LPG 자동차 엔진의 시동불량현상을 조사하고 분석한 연구이다. 첫 번째 사례는 긴급차단 밸브 를 점검한 결과 밸브의 기상측에 미세한 이물질에 의해 필터 막힘으로 인해 연료공급이 안 되는 현상을 확인 하였다. 두 번째 사례는 액·기상 솔레노이드 밸브의 초기 작동시 연료의 누설에 영향이 없었으나, 시간이 지나 면서 솔레노이드 조립부의 손상부가 내구성이 떨어져 LPG 가스의 누설이 진행되어 연소실로 공급되는 연료 의 공급이 제대로 되지 않아 자동차의 시동꺼짐 현상이 발생된 것을 확인하였다. 세 번째 사례는 EGR 10A 퓨즈와 LPG 스위치 사이의 커넥터 핀이 장력불량에 의한 접촉불량으로 과열이 발생되어 소손된 것을 확인하 였다. 따라서, 자동차의 시동성에 대단히 예민한 전기적인 문제가 발생하지 않도록 자동차의 관련시스템을 사전에 철저하게 점검하고 이를 관리하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Today, we think much of inquiry method in science teaching how students themselves can observe, operate and find the answers. So science study in inquiry method has been strengthened and not also the evaluation about knowledge but the evaluation about inquiry ability is demanded. In science education yet our reality has such problems as exiting system of entrance exam, crowded classroom, lack of experimental instruments and heavy teaching loads, very little known about the teaching-learning models which reflect these problems. In this study, which is based on these prevailing necessities and the experiences of teaching, I'll offer four kinds of models such as observation, classification, measurement, experiment which are used in science class of middle school, often which is improved to a inquiry method model adequate to middle school students. It provides some basic drill method for. Student's activities and some teacher's guides for the laboratory inquiry which are extracted from indispensable units of 3rd year middle school science.
The Interrelationship Between Human Gingival Fibroblast Differentiation and Cultivating Time

Gingival fibroblasts (GF) are the most abundant cell types in periodontal connective tissues, and have distinct functional activities in the repair of periodontal tissues as well as in inflammatory periodontal diseases. Human gingival fibroblasts (hGF) can be used as stem cells for periodontal tissue engineering. This study examined whether the in vitro differentiation of hGF into chondroblast (or osteoblasts) is possible depending on the cultivating time. hGF were obtained from the excised gingival tissue of an implant patient undergoing 2nd surgery. The tissue was incubated at 37oC in 5% CO2 and 95% humidity, and the cultivating media was changed every 2 days. The 5th passage hGF cells were cultured in a medium containing Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium (DMEM) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum and a 1 × antibiotic antimycotic solution. The differentiation pattern of hGF was examined using ALP staining, H & E, Alcian blue, von-Kossa and Alizarin-red staining. For ALP assay, the hGF were cultured for 1, 6 and 15 days. The control group (C) was cultured for 1 day. The experimental group (E1) was cultured 6 days. The experimental group 2 (E2) was cultured 15 days. For histologic assay using the cell block, the hGF were cultured for 8 and 57 days. The control hGF were cultured for 8 days. The experimental hGF were cultured for 57 days. The cultured cells were collected. The cell sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin, Alcian blue, von-Kossa and Alizarin red for general histology observation. With increasing culture time, the experiment groups showed a clear spindle shape more compared to the control group as well as an increase in the number of cells. In the experimental groups, the hGF exhibited enhanced positive ALP and Alcian blue staining with increasing cultivating time. No cells in the control group showed positive staining. After cultivating for 57 days, the hGF showed positive cells for Alcian blue staining. Overall,the differentiation pattern of hGF can be changed by increasing the cultivating time.
