      • 절수에 의한 Mongolian Gerbil 장기중량변화에 관한 분석연구

        In this study, authors measured the each organ weight of the long term water deprived Mongolian gerbil, after then we calculated the mean, standard deviation, variance coefficient of the real measured organ weight and induced the organ weight change quantity, rate of quantity, deviation between measured and theological organ weight, deviation rate, sum of deviation rate, organ weight change rate, rate of organ weight by the mathematical formula. The results obtained as follow 1. The weight of the brains, lung, and testis were abruptly decreased after water deprived until the 5th day, after then slowly decreased until the 20th day. 2. The weight of the heart was decreased gradually from the first day until the 20th day. 3. The weight of the liver was abruptly decreased until the 10th day, after then the more slowly decreased until the 20th day. 4. The weight of the thymus, spleen, kidney, and pancreas were abruptly decreased until the 15th day, after then increased slowly until 20th day but the weight of the kidney was abruptly increased from the 10th day. 5. The organ weight change rate and the rate of the each day organ weight were very diversified.

      • Ca^(2+)―작동성 Cl^-전류에 미치는 이차 전령들의 효과

        The anion movements across the cell membrane were regarded as apart of passive distribution according to the cation movements. Recently, from the developement of patch clamp technique new concept for anion channels were introduced. And their roles in the genesis of action potential and resting potential were noticed. So we clarified the existence of the chloride channel in the smooth muscle cells and studied its nature in regard to the roles of the second messangers. We used the whold cell voltage clamp technique to study the current responses induced by carbachol application in the circular smooth muscle cells of the gastric antrum of the rabbit. The results were as follows; 1. Application of the carbachol induced the increase of inward currents in the hyperpolarized potential ranges, and the increase of outward currents in the depolarized ranges. 2. Even in the cases of blocking all the known currents, these current components were observed. 3. Sodium ion removel from the external medium rarely affected these current responses, and the addition of cadmium ion did not make any remarkable change. 4. Known second messangers such as c-AMP, c-GMP, heparin, A1F_4 rarely affected these current components. 5. Lowering of intracellular calcium ion concentration drastically reduced these current responses. Form the above results we can suggest that the carbachol induced current responses contained chloride currents which were activated by only intracellular calcium ion, not by any other second messegers in the gastric antral smooth muscle cells.

      • 화성군 우정면 석천리 일대의 해수침투경로 파악을 위한 물리탐사 기술의 적용

        본 연구는 경기도 화성군 우정면 석천리 일대의 경작지역을 대상으로 전기 비저항 탐사를 실시하여 해수 침입의 진위여부를 판단하고자 하였다. 본 연구지역에서는 현재 해수가 침투중 인가를 파악하기 위하여 슐럼버져배열 전기비저항 탐사를 실시하였고, 가능한 해수침투의 이동경로를 파악하고자 쌍극자배열 전기비저항 탐사를 실시하였다. 본 탐사의 해석은 컴퓨터 역산과정을 통해 얻어진 자료를 활용하여 저비저항의 방향성을 찾고자 하였다. 쌍극자 탐사의 수직단면도와 슐럼버져배열 전기탐사의 전기비저항 수평분포도에 의한 해석결과는 연구지역의 남서방향에서 동북방향으로 저비저항대가 천부에서 심부로 연장 발달되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 탐사에서 얻어진 자료는 해수침입의 가능지역과 해수침입 가능경로를 파악하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

      • 고층건물의 벽면조경기법에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to consider the importance as well as the various techniques of landscaping the wall of architecture, and to examine the characteristics of the plants used on landscaping the wall of high rise buildings and present appropriate applicable techniques. Modern urban development was considered as a monument of mankind's volition and technology although it brought destruction of the natural environment. However the adverse reactions have gradually been perceived and now the importance of nature has been acknowledged. These days, for the expansion of urban green space, the restoration of the urban ecosystem and the normalization of abnormal climates in the city (the heat-island phenomenon, urban floods, exhaustion of underground water etc.) new attempts such as indoor gardens or rooftop gardens, wall surface landscapes etc. have come up rapidly. Many papers and studies related to this have been published. Especially due to the high-rise and highly dense structure of today's cities the effectiveness of wall surface landscaping has become increasingly highlighted. The techniques of landscaping the wall of high rise buildings improve the urban ecosystem and scenery while also creating amenity in urban spaces by providing habitats for insects and birds by screening the exterior of the desolate modern city with natural green life. Also by reducing radiation from the surface of buildings it helps control abnormal city climates such as the heat island phenomenon etc. and by reducing the change of surface temperature it cuts down on the energy of the whole city. Beside this it also protects the surface of the architecture and strengthens the structure as well as reducing air pollutions by expanding green space. Landscaping wall techniques ultimately provide citizens with a sense of security both mentally and emotionally, bringing vigor into the city. Although, as seen above, landscaping wall techniques can bring life into urban space in many ways, these have not been progressively inducted into present domestic landscape architecture. It is still being empirically applied, therefore presenting many limits to the expansion of new urban forest. This paper tries to cast a light to a new horizon.

        피부미용사의 스트레스와 근골격계 자각 증상과의 관련성

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of skin beauty artist's stress to musculoskeletal subjective symptom to identify what factors are related to skin beauty artist's musculoskeletal subjective symptom. The subjects in this study were 211 selected skin beauty artists. A survey was conducted from March 11 to 31, 2001, with standardized self-reporting questionnaire to find out the general characteristics, perceived stress level and musculoskeletal subjective symptom. The findings of this study were as below; l. All the skin beauty artists investigated were female. 110 skin beauty artists (52.1%), more than half them, were highschool graduates, 117(55,5%) were unmarried, and the mean career was 52,74 months(four years and four months). The daily mean working hours were 10.61, and the actual daily mean working hours were 7.94. 2. For health habit. 19(9.0%) skin beauty artists were smoker, which indicated that most of them didn't smoke. 136(64.5%) people, more than half them, drank alcohol, and just 72(34.1%) got exercise. 3. In regard to the relationship of general characteristics to stress, the unmarried group was more stressed as they got a score 69.25(SD 12.45), compared to the married group that got 66.30(SD 11.50). The difference between the two group was significant (p<005). The nondrinking group were more stressed out with 69.42(SD 11.50) than the drinking group with 65.87(SD 12.97). The difference between the two was significant(P<0.05). The group that didn't get exercise were more stressed with 70.17(SD 12.11) than the workout group with 64.26(SD 11.27), and the difference between the two was significant(P<0.05). By career, the group that had worked for 34 months or less were more stressed with 70.47(SD 12.38) than the other group that had worked for more than 35 months with 65.87(SD 11.48). And the difference between the two was significant. 4, As for the correlational relationship between musculoskeletal symptom to relevant variables, stress was positively correlated to musculoskeletal symptom and the pain of neck, shoulder, back, arm, hand, wrist, waist and leg. Their stress had a positive correlational relationship with the symptom in every part. The younger people made more complaint of the symptom of shoulder, back and leg, and those who had worked for less period were more stressed out. The findings of this study suggested that there was a relationship between stress and musculoskeletal subjective symptom. To prevent stress and musculoskeletal subjective symptom, there should be an attempt to ease stress. The break time should be offered regularly during working hours, and amicable human relations should be kept. The right health habit should be formed in daily living, and stretching exercise and health care should be done more thoroughly.

      • 化學發癌 物質의 發癌 能力에 關한 反應性 指數의 理論的 硏究

        There are many theoretical indices for chemical carcinogenicity. Among the various indices, the LUMO electron density and approximate superdelocalizability have taken to compared and discussed for the carcinogenicity of PAHs, aromatic amines and Azo-compounds. The sum of LUMO electron density of the trans-butadiene type 1, 2, 4 positions in a molecule has been known to be in more agreement with the observed values than those of approximate superdelocalizability. It is suggested that any trans-butadiene type 1, 2, 4 positions play an importmant role in the elucidation of mechanism of chemical carcinogenesis.

      • 절수에 의한 mongolian gerbil의 체중 변화에 관한 연구

        Recently, the mongolian gerbils have been used in neurology and the study of water metabolism because of their easy onset of epileptic seizure and typical resistance to water deprivation. The sebaceous glands which are under the control of the gonadal hrmones are differently developed from the other laboratory animals. However the physiological data on the changes of body weight following water deprivation in mongolian gerbils is not available until now. In order to investigate the effect of the water deprivation on the body weight, the animals were deprived of water for 15 days. The body weights were measured daily by the torsion balance. The mean, the standard deviation, the standard error and the coefficient of variance of the body weights were calculated. The correlation was examined. The potential regression equation was y = 61.5458 - 2.0533 * x + 0.0487 * x^2. The regression coefficient was 0.993. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The body weights of the mongolian gerbils were continuously decrased from the 1st day to the 15th day after the water deprivation. 2. The mean body weight on the water deprivation was 63.0±7.00g and that at the 15th day was 41.4 ± 5.42g. 3. The coefficients of the variance showed the highest (13.09) at the 15th day and the lowest (10.10) at the 10th day. the coefficients of the variance kept decreasing until the 10th day and thereafter gradually increased until the 15th day. 4. The changing rate of the body weight kept continuously decreasing from the 1st day to the 15th day showing the daily loss of 1.0 - 3.3%. 5.The deviations (M - QBW) between the measured values (m) and the theorical values (QBW) using the regression equation showed the highest (1.494) at the 1st day and the lowest (0.053) at the 13th day. 6. The sum of the devitions was 0.179 and that of the deviation square was 1.15. The sum of the deviation rates between the mesaured body weights and the theorical ones was 0.484. 7. The daily body weight loss showed the highest at the 1st day by 2.053g and the lowest at the 15th day by 0.591g. 8. The specific body weight changing rates which were the rate of the body weight changing velocity to the changed body weight were decreased from 0.033% at the 1st day to 0.014% at the 15th day.
