      • 好氣性 固定床 生物膜 反應槽의 메디아로 폐칫솔의 利用可能性 檢討에 관한 基礎硏究 : 처리효율을 중심으로

        This study was conducted to evaluate the possibility to apply the waste toothbrush to aerobic fixed biofilm reactor for media. The media used for this research was waste toothbrush (WTB) and Pall-Ring. The feed used for this research was synthetic wastewater which was made at the laboratory. The COD, NH₄^(+)- N and PO₄^(-3)-P removal efficiency variations with the organic loading rate was examined at this research. The conclusions drawn from these experiments are listed below : 1. When the influent COD concentration was respectively 300mg/ℓ, 600mg/ℓ, the COD removal efficiency was decreased with the increase of the organic loading rate and the COD removal efficiency for Pall-Ring was higher than the COD removal efficiency was 0.4~1.9%. 2. When the influent NH₄^(+)-N concentration was respectively 13mg/ℓ (COD 300mg/ℓ), 25mg/ℓ (COD 600mg/ℓ ), the NH₄^(+)-N removal efficiency for Pall-Ring was slightly higher than the NH₄^(+)-N removal efficiency for Wastetooth brush. The difference of NH₄^(+)-N removal efficiency was about 0.5~1.5%. 3. When the influent PO₄^(-3)-P concentration was respectively 7mg/ℓ (COD 300mg/ℓ), 14mg/ℓ (COD 600mg/ℓ ), the PO₄^(-3)-P removal efficiency for Pall-Ring was higher than the PO₄^(-3)-P removal efficiency for Wastetooth brush. The difference of PO₄^(-3)-P removal efficiency was about 1.1~2%. 4. COD, NH₄^(+)-N and PO₄^(-3)-P removal efficiencies show very small difference between Pall-Ring and Wastetooth brush as media. So it was showed that wastetooth brush can be used as media very successfully.

        자동차의 비틀림 강성 향상에 관한 연구

        소방자동차를 비롯한 모든 자동차의 비틀림 강성이 약하면 차체에 크랙이 발생함과 동시에 고유진동수가 낮아져 진동소음 발생의 원인이 된다. 이 논문은 최소한의 중량증가로 비틀림 강성을 최대한 증가시키는 방안을 제시한 것에 관한 것으로, 방안검토를 위하여 탄성론을 이용한 이론해석을 실시하였고, 또한 이의 검증을 위하여 유한요소법에 의한 해석 및 실제차체를 이용한 실험을 실시하였다. 본 논문에서 사용한 자동차는 승용차를 사용하였다. 그 이유는 실험 및 계산이 용이하고, 또한 계산결과를 소방자동차 등을 비롯한 모든 자동차에 적용 할 수 있기 때문이다. Using high tensile steel plate makes the vehicle body stiffness lower even though it can lessen the fuel consume rate in application of weight iedosion. The crack which happens around vehicle window glass is brought about due to fatigue with low torsional stiffness. The paper presents a most suitable way to increase torsional stiffness using elasticity theory. Also the result of this study shows good agreement with FEM and experiments. We used a passenger car for calculation in this paper. Because we can apply the result of this study to fire engine as well as passenger car.

        One of the recent prominent features of Korean Middle and High school students is the lack of emotional stability. This is partly due to the current educational system which is mainly focused on the entrance examination for Colleges or Universities. So this paper emphasizes the importance of Korean youth's emotional aspects and presents a courseware program which can be effectively utilized on the actual education fields by students and teachers. Additionally it provides various knowledges for growing the plants, biological structures of several parts of plants and so on. We believe that the program contributes significantly to Korean educations with respect to the cultivation of Korean youth's emotions.

      • 경험적 정보를 이용한 kNN 기반 한국어 문서 분류기의 개선

        문서 자동 분류란 입력 문서에 이미 정해져 있는 특정 범주를 할당하는 작업을 의미하며 이는 문서의 효율적, 체계적 관리를 위하여 그 필요성이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 현재 국내외에서 기계 학습 방법을 이용한 문서 자동 분류에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나 대부분의 연구는 문서 분류기의 성능 향상을 위한 새로운 학습 모델 제안과 학습 모델간의 상호 비교 연구에 치중되어 있으며 특정 학습 모델을 이용한 분류 시스템의 최적화나 개선 방안에 대한 연구는 다소 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 kNN 학습 방법을 이용한 문서 분류 시스템의 성능 향상에 중요한 역할을 하는 파라미터를 정의하고 실험을 통해서 얻은 경험적 정보를 이용한 한국어 문서 분류기 성능 개선 방안을 제안한다. 실험 결과, 이웃 문서들간의 유사도 가중치를 사용하는 분류 함수, 분류 정보를 이용한 자질 선택 방법, 그리고 전역적 분류 방법이 높은 성능을 보였고, 분류 영역에 따라 신중히 결정된 k값을 사용한 지역적 방법도 많은 계산량을 필요로 하는 전역적 방법과 유사한 성능을 보일 수 있음을 확인하였다. Automatic text classification is a task of assigning predefined categories to free text documents. Its importance is increased to organize and manage a huge amount of text data. There have been some researches on automatic text classification based on machine learning techniques. While most of them was focused on proposal of a new machine learning methods and cross evaluation between other systems, a through evaluation or optimization of a method has been rarely been done. In this paper, we propose an improving method of kNN-based Korean text classification system using heuristic informations about decision function, the number of nearest neighbor, and feature selection method. Experimental results showed that the system with similarity-weighted decision function, global method in considering neighbors, and DF/ICF feature selection was more accurate than simple kNN-based classifier. Also, we found out that the performance of the local method with well chosen k value was as high as that of the global method with much computational costs.

      • 胎盤組織 膜結合 Adenosine Deaminase의 可溶化 및 性狀의 究明

        Adenosine deaminase is solubilized with Triton X-100 from purified plasma membrane of human placenta and prtially purified 11-fold by combination of sephacryl S-300 and DEAE-sephadex A-25 column chromatography, and then its properties have been investi gated. The enzyme shows a broad pH optimum from 6 to 8, and heat labile, being completely inactivated by heat treatment at 70℃ for 10 minutes. The enzyme is inhibited to 18% by 2 mM Cu^2+ and to 50% by almost mineral ions and the inhibitory effect of Cu^2+ is recovered by 4 mM EDTA to 50%. The apparent Michaelis constant of the enzyme for adenosine is 8×10 exp(-5) M and for deoxyadenosine is 3.8×10 exp(-5) M. Kinetic analysis of the enzyme in the presence of 0.05 mM Cu^2+ shows that the nature of the inhibition is noncompetitive, considering that Km is independant while Vmax is decreased. The molecular weight of the enzyme is about 1,500,000. From the above results, the possibility that the soluble adenosine deaminase of placenta anchored to the plasma membrane through adenosine deaminase binding protein is discussed.

      • 대퇴 전자간 골절의 내고정시 발생한 천부 대퇴 동맥의 관통 손상 : 증례보고

        The superficial femoral arterial injury due to the internal fixation surgery in intertrochanteric femoral fracture has been reported to be an unusual complication case. Recently, we experienced a case of patient with penetrating injury of superficial femoral artery induced by the internal fixation surgery with a gamma nail in an intertrochanteric femoral fracture. This penetrating injury was successfully treated by the transplantation surgery with an artificial blood vessel, which has been not yet reported. Therefore, we report the present clinical result obtained from the case work with reviewing literature, It seems likely that this case is the first report related to penetrating injury of superficial femoral artery induced by the internal fixation surgery with gamma nail.

      • 上東地區 重石鑛의 破壞特性에 關한 硏究

        A Study on failure strength of rock under uniaxial and triaxial compression tests was carried out for underground structural design in domestic and foreign countries recently. An experimental study was made for the core specimens of SANG-DONG tungsten mine. The results are as follows; 1. Failure strength was increasing gradually with increase of confining pressure. 2. Longitudinal and lateral strain increased in proportion to confining pressure under triaxial compression tests. 3. Stress-strain curves showed straight line to 62% of failure strength. 4. Effect of failure strength about porosity was 3.0% on the average and it represented lower value comparatively. 5. The values of triaxial compressive strength were distributed between 345 and 3082㎏/㎠, the mean value of which was 1063㎏/㎠. 6. The mean value of modulus of longitudinal elasticity(E) was 3.6X 10^5㎏/㎠ and poisson's ratio was 0.35.

        섬유강화형 포스트를 이용한 치관-치근 파절의 치료: 증례 보고

        The crown-root fracture is defined as a fracture of tooth that contains enamel, dentin and cementum with or without pulp exposure. Generally the fracture lines place obliquely from labial surface, between incisal edge of the crown and marginal gingiva, to palatal surface subgingivally. If the fracture line is located supragingivally, the removal of tooth fragment and supragingival restoration can be performed. In subgingival fracture line, the surgical exposure, orthodontic eruption or surgical eruption can be considered. If the fracture line is too deep to restorate, extraction or decoronation can be selected. In children and adolescents, the extraction should be the last option. Another option to select before extraction is the restoration using fiber-reinforced post and the reattachment of tooth fragment. The fiber-rainforced post enhances the retention and the durability of tooth fragment. The reattachment of crown fragment using resin adhesive system is considered minimal invasive treatment biologically. This case reports the treatment of crown-root fracture using the reattachment of crown fragment and the insertion of fiber-reinforced post. 치관-치근 파절은 법랑질, 상아질, 백악질이 모두 포함된 치아의 파절로, 파절선이 대부분 절단연이나 순측의 변연부 치은 에서 구개측 치은열구 하방으로 사선으로 진행된다. 파절선의 위치가 치은 연상이라면 파절편의 제거 및 치은연상 수복을 시 행하고, 치은 연하라면 파절면의 외과적 노출술, 교정적 정출술, 외과적 정출술을 이용한 치아의 수복이 이루어진다. 그 외에 섬유 강화형 포스트를 삽입하여 치관 수복물의 유지력을 높이고, 레진 접착 시스템을 사용하여 치관 파절편을 재부착함으로 써 생물학적으로 최소한으로 침습적인 치료를 하는 방법도 있다. 만약 파절의 정도가 치은 연하로 깊은 경우 발치나 치관절제 술을 이용한 치근의 유지 등을 고려할 수 있다. 본 증례는 치관-치근파절로 내원한 12세 환아로 섬유강화형 포스트를 사용하여 치관 파절편 재부착을 시행하였으며 양호 한 경과를 보여 이를 보고하는 바이다.

      • 상부 조기 위암 환자의 복강경하 상부 위절제술 3례 경험

        Background : The reported incidence of early gastric cancer located in the upper portion of the stomach has been increasing with the recent advances in its diagnosis and screening. Recently, we have successfully performed laparoscopic assisted proximal gastrectomy and gastric tube reconstruction without pyloroplasty on three patients with early gastric carcinoma localized to the upper third of the stomach. We describe our modification of this procedure in this report. Method : After creating an surgical pneumoperitoneum, the stomach was mobilized using laparoscopic coagulating shears. Upper half of the greater curvature and three-quarters of the lesser curvature were then dissected along with regoinal D2 lymphadenectomy. This was followed by a 5 cm, longitudinal mini-laparotomy in the upper abdomen, and the construction of the exteriorized stomach with a gastric tube measuring 20 cm long and 4 cm wide. Reconstruction with an esophagogastrostomy was performed using a circular stapler. Result : No post-operative morbidity or mortality was observed in this small series of patients. The average operative time was 250 minutes (range 220-300 minutes), and the average blood loss was 150 ml (range 90-180 ml). The mean number of lymph nodes harvested during these laparoscopic proximal gastrectomies was 24 nodes (range 22-25 lymph nodes). The average postoperative hospital stays was 7.5 days (range 7-8 days). Conclusion : Our technique of laparoscopic assisted proximal gastrectomy and gastric tube reconstruction without phloroplasty offers a minimally invasive technique with the potential of impoving the post-operative quality of life patients with an early-stage proximal gastric cancer.
