Glucose oxidase catalyzes the oxidation of β-D-glucose to gluconic acid. It is necessary to be obtained maximum glucose oxidase activity because the enzyme is used commercially for various applications, in particular extracelluar glucose oxidase. For high activity of extracellular glucose oxidase, we used the enzyme from Aspergillus niger and YEP medium. Extracellular glucose oxidase activity as high as 7.5Uml^-1 was obtained with sucrose as carbon source and peptone as nitrogen source. The result of testing a various of medium condition was obtainable the highest enzyme activity in condition of culture medium of 1% sucrose(w/v), 2% peptone(w/v) and 1% yeast extract(w/v) at 25℃. Our work indicate an economically attractive process for enzyme production. In addition Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase was purified by DEAE-Sephacel chromatography. The activity of the enzyme proceeded at pH 5.5 and the effective substrate of the enzyme was only glucose.

In 2017, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain declared that they would cut all ties with Qatar. Those countries accused Qatar of supporting Sunni Islamist groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood(MB), or Hamas, and the Iranian ambition to extend regional power in the Gulf region. For the Sunni monarchy countries, both the MB and Iran are regarded as threats to their legitimacy. While Qatar maintains good relations with Iran and Islamist groups, it also hosts the American air base. In fact, it is difficult to understand contradictory Qatar’s foreign policy. Therefore, this study examines why Qatar challenges the status quo of the Gulf regional order based on the perspective of the revisionist states’ motivations. This study investigates Qatar’s motivation to challenge the status of of the Gulf regional politics in terms of revisionist state theory. Thus, this study contributes to confirming that based on economic development, social and political stability, Qatar was motivated to seek to challenge the existing order in favor of Qatar’s political interest to extend its power and influence.

Egyptian civil society demonstrated its influence by leading the anti-government protests during the Arab Spring. It played a pivotal role in toppling the iron-fisted rule of Mubarak, Egypt’s long-standing authoritarian leader. However, it now finds itself under the control of a new authoritarian regime led by President el-Sisi. Perceiving civil society as a potential threat, the el-Sisi regime is resolute in its efforts to exert tight control. Rather than relying solely on overtly oppressive measures, the regime has developed various strategies to suppress civil society while simultaneously reinforcing its legitimacy. This study examines how the el-Sisi regime seeks to control civil society and sustain its legitimacy. It analyzes key initiatives such as the NGO law, the National Dialogue designed to supplant the role of civil society, and programs like Haya Karima.

Foreign aid has emerged as a significant tool of foreign policy due to the increasing importance of soft power in public foreign policy. Since the Marshall Plan, research on foreign aid has been developed through the frameworks of constructivism and realism theories, as foreign aid involves political relations between countries. This study aims to examine the motivation and strategy behind the provision of foreign aid by Gulf countries. The analysis of foreign aid provided by Gulf countries can be approached from constructivist perspectives, as Gulf countries tend to prioritize aid to Arab or Muslim countries. However, the core objective of Gulf countries’ foreign aid strategy is rooted in realist perspectives, where political interests take precedence. This approach becomes particularly prominent in the aftermath of the Arab Spring, where the primary goal is to contain the spread of Islamist and Iranian political influence in the region. Consequently, this study confirms that since the Arab Spring, Gulf countries have focused their foreign aid efforts on countries such as Egypt and Yemen, which are believed to serve the political interests of Gulf countries. In this study, based on the context of history of Korean contemporary sculpture, structures of contemporary visual culture will be analysed. It is 88 Olympics when the rapid globalization was accelerated, and international art trends were introduced and influenced Korean artists. In the 1950s and '60s, beginning with discussions on modernity through the expansion of medium and abstraction which was required in the fields of Korean sculpture, various styles of contemporary Korean sculpture began to be developed. This led to avant garde practice through experimental art in the 1960s and '70s, and various discussions on modernity became possible. In the meantime, due to the changes in the social structure around the 88 Olympics, contemporary perspective spread rapidly. This eventually changed the terrain of the sculptural scene through the expansion of the installation art. Therefore, in this study, I would like to investigate how the contemporary discussions focused on the installation art in the '90s after the debate on modernity in Korean contemporary sculpture is developed through individual artworks and exhibitions.
