      • 투고논문 : 회연서원(檜淵書院)의 입지환경(立地環境)과 풍수논리(風水論理)

        본 연구는 한강 정구의 학문세계와 연혁을 간단히 살펴보고, 아울러 회연서원 의 연혁도 살펴본다. 또한, 회연서원 입지에 나타난 풍수적 특징과 공간구성의 논리성을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 회연서원의 입지에 나타난 풍수적 특징을 형세적 관점과 이기론적 관점에서 살펴본다. 우리의 전통교육기관이자 학문탐구의 장이었던 서원은 그 중요성만큼이나 의 미 있는 입지를 선정하였는데, 이는 현대 교육기관 입지선정의 지침과 같은 의미를 갖는다. 회연서원의 입지선정과 공간구성은 풍수에 바탕을 두고 길지를 찾아 최대공약수를 이룰 수 있는 공간을 구성하였다. 또한, 학문과 시대적 상황을 반영하여 자연과 어우러진 한적한 환경에 작은 집을 짓고 성리학의 이상향을 실천하고자 하였던 16세기 조선 유학자들의 사상적 기반을 바탕으로 이루어졌다. 특히, 주자의 풍수인식과 영향은 컸고, 무이구곡과 무이정사를 이상향으로 인식하는데 그치지 않고, 회연서원을 통해 현실 속에 실천하였던 것이다. In this study, the chronological history and scholarship of Han-gang Jeong- Ku is examined. And features of Feng shui and logic of spatial composition in Hoeyeon Seowon are also researched. Especially, locational features of Hoeyeon Seowon are focused with the view of topographic situation and Lichi theory. Seowon was an educational institution and a lecture hall for academic sermon in Korean tradition. And because of its importance, its location select was dealt with full consideration which is the same as at present. The location selection and spatial composition of Hoeyeon Seowon was to be selected from the most optimum place, by seeking and applying a propitious site based on Feng shui. Also, through reflecting academic and periodic situation, it was constructed with a small scaled building at a tranquil place which was to harmonize with nature. And it shows that with ideological base of Confucian scholars of the Joseon Dynasty period in the 16th century, who hoped to realize the ideal world of Neo-Confucianism. Especially, they ware strongly affected by the Feng shui idea of Chu-tzu, and they physically realized their ideal world such as Mu-Yi-Ku-Gok and Mu-Yi-Jeong-Sa within Hoeyeon Seowon without considering it just as an ideal one.

        Voice Mismatch Meets Neurolinguistics

This paper aims to investigate Korean advanced L2 English learners’ strategies for ellipsis resolution during sentence processing. Ellipsis resolution is known to involve several stages of information processing from the initial step of detecting an ellipsis-licensing element by the parser to the final stage of integrating the ellipsis site with the information retrieved from the antecedent of the ellipsis site. In examining these steps, we have manipulated three factors: (i) TP vs. VP-ellipsis; (ii) two types of discourse coherence relations (resemblance(-contrast) vs. cause-effect relations); (iii) voice match vs. mismatch. We found through the ERP recordings that voice mismatch in TP ellipsis elicited N400, followed by P600, irrespective of discourse coherence relations. In contrast, voice mismatch in VP-ellipsis registered N400 only in resemblance(-contrast) relation, but not in cause-effect relation. These findings lead us to conclude that Korean advanced L2 learners of English seem to undergo the full sequence of processing stages required for ellipsis resolution.

      • 뇌하수체 종양 제거술 시행 후 뒤늦게 발생한 횡문근 융해증과 동반된 중추성 열

        Body temperature is controlled by thermoregulatory center of the hypothalamus. We report a case of 24 years old man with central fever. He was subjected to a partial excision of pituitary tumor compressing optic chiasm four years ago. He has received hormonal therapy for panhypothyroidism after removal of pituitary tumor. And He received gamma knife operation for partially contrast-enhancing masses in suprasellar and both hypothalamic areas that is probably postoperatively remnant or recurrent tumor of pituitary adenoma. One year after gamma knife operation, he presented with a febrile syndrome of unknown origin including rhabdomyolysis. All usual investigations proved negative. We diagnosed him as central fever with rhabdomyolysis. He received medical ICU care with cooling bed, ice pack. And his symptom improved. Postoperative hyperthermia may result following resection of the pituitary tumor. When central fever is suspected taking note of past history, a quick recognition of course of fever can help reduce the using of unnecessary antibiotics and hospital stay.

        Hydrogenated amorphous silicon(a-Si:H) Schottky diodes have been prepared by glow discharge decomposition of SiH₄on stainless steel substrate, and vacuum evaporation of Pd. Various diode parameters were investigated from dark current-voltage characteristics, also from the capacitance-voltage measurements versus frequency, electronic density of states distribution N(E) is determined. The main feature of N(E) is determined (1) The density of states around Fermi-level ?? is about ??, (2) The density of states near conduction band edge is about ??, (3) No pdak in the density of states in the gap shows up.

        The leiomyomas of the vulva are rare benign tumors the incidence is 0.024%~0.55% in women. There are no relationship between leiomyomas of the vulva and uterus. But there are some reports that leiomyomas of the vulva and uterus simultaneously. The leiomyomas of the vulva present without symptoms and excision with biopsy is treatment of choice. Tumors of the gynecological apparatus may present without symptoms, or they may mimic other common gynecological conditions. Because of this, any vulva mass must be considered cautiously. We reported this case with a brief review of the concerned literatures.

      • λ-경쇄형 다발성 골수종 1예

        Multiple myeloma is a disease caused by neoplastic plasma cells that synthesize abnormal amouts of immunoglobulin or immunoglobulin fragments. Light chain myeloma are regarded as a separate category characterized by a more malignant clinical course. Light chain myelomas are said to grow fastest of all and are associated with more osteolytic lesions, more hypercalcemia, and a higher incidence of renal failure and amyloidsis than either the IgG, IgA varienties The authors experienced a case of patients with λ-light chain myeloma. A 43-year-old male patient admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of both rib and lower back pain. The radiologic findings showed multiple pathologic fracture in ribs. osteolytic lesions in 2nd, 3rd cervical spineimmuture plasma cells. Serum electrophoresis showed normal finding. Urine electrophoresis evealed an M-spike. Urine immunoelectrophoress demonstrated λ-monoclonal protein. With the cycle of melphalan, prednisone and α-interferon chemotherapy improved of pain was observed. So we reported the case with brief review of previous literature.

      • 금속봉이 주기적으로 내장된 도파관 필터 특성 연구

        In this paper, the characteristics of a periodically loaded conducting post filter in a waveguide were studied experimentally and theoretically. Firstly, a conducting post effects in a rectangular waveguide were investigated with measurement, HFSS simulation, and Mode-Matching method. It is observed that a single conducting post plays an important role in the resonance since it makes capacitance and inductance. Therefore, theses effects need to be carefully considered when theses types of filter are designed. Both the filter and dispersion characteristics of periodically loaded conducting posts filter in a waveguide band-pass filter were measured. The results are compared with simulation, showing a good agreement. Especially, all dispersion curve of the filter structure is found to be linear over wide frequency range, suggesting that this structure could be utilized for the interaction circuit of the wide band Gyro- TWT.

        밀양관아의 전통입지환경

        In this study, how Feng shui, that functioned as an important value judgment standard to traditional locational environment, was applied to Miryang government office building is focussed. The government offices were located on the central area of each country, divided into three-typed administrative district of Mock(牧), Kun(郡) and Hyeon(縣) in the Joseon Dynasty period. And they were also located on the most excellent spot in the town, which place and facade aspect influenced on spatial order of the town. So, in the literature on a town chronicle, Jinsan(鎭 山) or Jusan(主山) that is an important factor on Feng shui was recorded. Moreover, each country on old maps was drawn by pivoting on Jusan, which reflects the ideal importance of Jusan and Jusan-centered space feature. The position of Miryang government office building also shows the features as following. First, Jusan of Miryang government office building has a shape of Tamrang Mocksung(貪狼木星體) and frontal Ansan has a shape of Mugock Kumsung(武曲金星體). Second, dongheon(東軒) which was the most crucial building of Miryang government office is located on the pinpoint of propitious site, so called Hyeol(穴). Third, there are mountains branching off on the right and left side of the main high mountain around the propitious site, which called Cheongnyong and Baekho in Feng shui. Fourth, front waterway runs completely around the propitious site which location is a shape of Kumsungsu(金星水). Fifth, Water control principle, in which water should flow from good direction to ill direction, constituted by Ho Sunshin does accord with the water system of Miryang government office. Sixth, Miryang government office was complemented with shrub according to 「Sangtaekji(相宅志)」chapter of 'Limwonkeongjeji(林園經濟志)' in that the evill direction has to absolutely avoid. In conclusion, the location of Miryang government office was selected with the view of Feng shui and contained a notion of preference of relative people at that time. The spatial structure is fully considered by Feng shui. 본 연구는 전통건축입지에서 중요한 의미를 가진 풍수가 밀양관아 입지에 어떤 모습으로 자리하고 있는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 조선시대의 관아는 牧, 郡, 縣 등으로 구분하여 각 고을에 입지하였으며 각 고을의 중심지에 입지하였다. 또한 각 고을의 가장 길지에 입지하였으며 입지와 좌향은 읍치전체의 공간질서에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 그래서『邑誌』등을 비롯한 각 고을의 역사를 기록한 문헌자료에는 鎭山 혹은 主山을 기록하고 있으며 더 나아가 고지도에서도 각 고을을 표시할 때마다 주산을 중심으로 그리고 있다. 여기에는 주산이 가지는 의미와 함께 중요성과 공간의 중심적 의미를 동시에 반영한 것이다. 밀양관아입지에도 이러한 특징적인 모습을 가지고 있는데 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 밀양관아의 주산은 탐랑 목성체의 형상을 하고 있다면 앞쪽의 안산은 무곡 금성체의 형상을 하고 있다. 둘째, 밀양관아의 가장 핵심적인 건축물인 동헌이 혈처에 자리한다. 셋째, 밀양관아의 좌청룡과 우백호는 완비되어 있다. 넷째, 밀양관아의 앞쪽의 물길은 완전 환포하는 금성수 형상을 가진 곳에 입지하였다. 다섯째, 밀양관아에 대한 호순신의 水法을 적용해 보면, ‘길한 방위에서 득수하고 흉한 방위로 흘러나가야 된다’는 지리신법의 요구사항에 부합한다. 여섯째, 밀양관아의 비보를 살펴보면, '林園經濟志', 「相宅志」에는 절대 黃泉水를 피해야 한다고 언급했던 팔로사로황천살에 대한 비보를 수목을 심는 방법으로 해결하였다. 결론적으로 밀양관아의 입지는 풍수적 관점에서 선정되었고 자신들의 바람과 선호사상이 반영되었다. 뿐만 아니라 입지선정과 공간구성은 당시의 사상과 인식의 범주를 벗어나기 어렵다는 것을 밀양관아의 입지는 확인시켜 준다.

      • 알루미나 기판상에 형성된 타이타늄 박막의 특성연구

        Ti films were deposited onto 100×100 ㎜ alumina substrates using dc magnetron sputtering under the following conditions; substrate temperature of R.T.∼400 ℃, annealing temperature of 100∼400 ℃ and sputtering gas pressure of 1.3∼3.0×10^-2 Torr. And the film were examined by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and 4-point measurement system. The best electrical and structural properties obtained by substrate temperature of ∼200 ℃, target-substrate distance of ∼14 ㎝ and sputtering pressure of 1.3∼1.7×10^-2 Torr. Also at that condition the most excellent adhesion was observed.
