In electronic commerce, an internet domain name comes to arouse dispute related to the trademark right out of intellectual property. By the way, in reality, domain name and trademark have been developed and regulated respectively in different legal and social backgrounds, so it is net easy to adjust properly the relationship of these two. In this regard, the author observes the point referring internet domain name to the trademark right. Dispute of trademark right surrounding the internet domain name development of electronic commerce through internet is almost unable to stop the use of trademark crossing the border only with a decision of the American Court, so it is making disputes surrounding the court jurisdiction more complicated. Therefore, the dispute of trademark right related to internet has a special feature which should be solved throughout the world.
SAPO-11, Pd/SAPO-11 分子體 觸媒上에서 MTO( Methnol to Olefin ) 反應活性에 關한 硏究

In order to suggest an efficient catalyst system for methnol-to-olefin(MTO), various catalysts, SAPO-11, ion exchanged Pd/SAPO-11, HZSM-5, SAPO-34 and Mordenite, were prepared, and then characterized with various characterization techniques and evaluated for its ability of MTO. By chemisorbed NH_(3) TPD, we consider that the acid amount and strength could be controlled by the optimum number of ion exchange trials. From the activity test. It was found that the main product was C3 olefin onall of the tested catalysts. In the comparison of the C3 olefin selectivity, SAPO-11 showed the highest selectivity (>80%) in broad temperature region. In case of ion exchanged Pd/SAPO-11 catalyst system, the C3 olefin selectivity was promoted with the number of ion-exchange level until 2, which means that the optimum ion exchange level for the highest yield of C3 olefin from methanol is 2. In case of water addition effect, the C3 olefin selectivity on SAPO-34 was improved dramatically more than 90%, but there was no appearence of selectivity change on SAPO-11 before and after water addition.
상악 전치부 고정성 보철물 수복 시 임시 임플란트를 이용한 임시보철물의 유지력 증가 증례보고

임시 보철물의 적절한 관리는 보철의 성공에 있어서 중요한 요소이다. 상악 전치 결손부 임시 보철물은 장경간의 결손부가 존재하거나, 타원형의 악궁을 가진 환자에서 자주 탈락하게 된다. 이는 상악 전치부가 구치부에 비해서 수평적인 힘에 더 많이 노출되며, 부가적으로 전방 캔틸레버 효과가 임시 보철물의 유지를 저해하고, 상악 전치부 임시 보철물은 하악의 기능 운동시 적절한 전방 유도를 제공하여야 하기 때문이다. 또한 임시 보철물의 최대 감합위에서 교합접촉은 지점선의 반대편에 위치하게 되어 그 자체로 임시 보철물의 탈락을 야기한다. 본 증례에서는 임시 임플란트를 이용하여 상악 전치부 보철물에 대한 전술한 유해 작용을 피할 수 있었고, 발치 후 치유기간 동안 환자에게 편안함과 만족감을 부여하였으므로 이를 보고하는 바이다. Proper management of provisional prosthesis is key to success in prosthodontics. Provisional restoration on maxillary anterior missing area frequently come across a incident of falling off especially in patients with long span pontics and oval arch shape. This is because maxillary anterior teeth are more exposed to horizontal force than the posterior teeth and additional anterior cantilever effect will negatively affect to the retention of provisional prosthesis. Beside that maxillary anterior provisional prosthesis should provide proper incisal guidance during the mandibular functional movements. However occlusal contacts on the prosthesis in maximum intercuspal position are located on opposite side of fulcrum line of prosthesis which will cause removing force against the provisional prosthesis. This case report present that provisional implant prevent pre-described harmful effect on maxillary anterior fixed provisional prosthesis and provide comfort and satisfactory result during post-extraction healing period.
Mn 불순물 첨가가 CdGa₂Se₄화합물 반도체의 광흡수 특성에 미치는 효과

Optical absorption spectra of ?? single crystals grown by the chemical transport reaction method have been investigated in the wavelength region 400-900 nm and in the temperature region 10-292 K, In the optical absorption spectrum at 292 K, We observed two absorption peaks at 630(1.97,15873) and 505 nm (2.46 eV, ??), which are attributed to electron transitions between the ground state ?? and the excited states ⁴T₁and ⁴T₂of ?? ions with ?? symmetry of CdGa₂Se₄host lattice. The shrinkage of the band gap of CdGa₂Se₄due to doping of Mn was observed, and was 170 meV. The temperature dependence of the band gap was well fitted by the Varshni equation.
α·In₂Se₃:Co 단결정의 결정 성장과 광학적 특성

Single crystals of α·In₂Se₃:Co were grown by the iodine transport technique with the time-varying temperature profile. The final temperature gradient was maintained at 900℃ for the source-zone and 770℃ for the growth-zone for 6-days. The grown single crystals showed black in color and had typical dimensions of 0.2 ×10×10㎣ with layer type. It has been shown from the analysis of the X-ray diffraction that α·In₂Se₃:Co have a rhombohedral structure with α·phase. The band gap at 77 K has been found to be 1.46 eV. We observed three absorption band at 5118, 5838 and 6273 ??. These absorption bands could be interpreted by ?? symmetry approximation.
