This study was carried out for the purpose of proper species for planting design and production. Preference degree were discussed with special references to tree species, quantity, local tree and planting distribution etc. The results were obtained from the 291 planting design maps of the beautiful sight examination in Chonju-city area, where are apartments, facilities of neighborhood and office building. The ratio of evergreens to deciduous was 36.9 : 63.1, and that of tree: shrubs was 24.3 : 75.7 The ratio of local to exotic plant was 89.2 : 10.8, Rhododendron spp. Buxus microphylla var. koreana, Rhododendron poukhanense. Ligustrum obtusifolium Euonymus japonica, Forsythia koreana, Acer palmatum explained 77% of the local threes.

소프트웨어 유지보수를 위하여 프로그램의 이해는 필수적이다. 프로그램의 이해를 지원하는 여러 가지 방법 중 프로그램의 덩이(chunk)를 인식하는 방법이 있다. 프로그램을 이해하는 과정은 전체 프로그램의 의미를 단번에 파악하는 것이 아니라 의미 있는 프로그램의 블럭을 하나씩 파악하여 그들의 관계를 알아내어 확장해 나간다. 이 논문에서는 프로그램에서의 가시성을 이용하여 프로그램안에 있는 의미있는 블럭을 찾는 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 프로그램을 이루는 작은 세그멘트 뿐만 아니라 모듈 규모의 분석에도 적용 가능하다. Any practice and experience on the software maintenance must address the underlying problem of program understanding. There are many ways of supporting the process of program understanding. One way of doing this is semi-automatic chunk identification. The understanding process is analogous to the chunking process, in which programmers recognize the function of groups of statements, and then building blocks until the entire program is understood. This paper describes an effective and flexible method to recognize program segments by using visibility control. The approach makes the process of program understanding scalable and reusable.

본 논문에서는 메트로 옵티컬 이더넷의 소프트웨어 구조에 관한 연구를 위하여 10기가 비트 이더넷 스위치에 적용될 QoS 지원 소프트웨어의 적용성을 자원할당 방식 시그널링 프로토콜인 RSVP와 트래픽 특성에 따라 CoS를 구분하는 DiffServ가 10 기가비트이더넷 스위치에 활용 가능한지를 네트웍크 프로세스 처리 능력과 확장성 측면에서 분석하였다. 결론적으로 RSVP, Diffserv와 802.1p는 구현 및 상혼 연동이 가능하다. 그러나 이것은 기업 내부망으로 한정된다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 일반적으로 중소규모의 특정 기업의 내부망에 위의 기술들을 구현하는 것은 어려움이 없다. 그러나 공중망에서의 적용은 아직까지는 어려움이 많이 존재하며 서비스 제공자간의 연동은 거의 불가능하다. 따라서 이러한 기술들은 End-to-End QoS를 보장하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다.

Catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT; EC 2.1.1.6) is the enzyme which catalyzes the transfer of methyl group to the catecholamine neurotransmitters from its methyl donor S-adenosyl-L-methionine. Partially purified COMT from rat liver has been used to measure the concentration of catecholamines in the blood through solvent extraction and thin layer chromatography after converting ^3H-methyl derivatives of catecholamines. To improve this inconvenient and fluctuating method, an attempt was made to use COMT gene for the measurement of catecholamines. Specific primers, COMT5P (5'-TGC TCA GAG GTG CTT TGA AG-3') and COMT3P (5'-GGA GCC GCA GAA GGT CA G-3'), were used to amplify COMT gene from human placenta cDNA library. The amplified COMT gene through 35 cycles of polymerase chain reaction was cloned into T-vector and the nucleotide sequences are determined by automatic sequencer. Human COMT has two common variants, a thermostable high activity form which has valine at amino acid 158 and a thermolabile low activity form which Has methionine at the same position. The cloned COMT gene in this study has both variants. Clone 4 and 5 have valine at amino acid 158 (guanine at nucleotide 472) and clone 1-3 have methionine at this site (adenine at nucleotide 472). In addition to this, there are other DNA polymorphisms in COMT gene at nucleotide 101, 102 (amino acid 34, a structural mutation cysteine/serine) and nucleotide 186 (a silent mutation). All of the clones have cysteine at amino acid 34 (guanine and adenine at nucleotides 101 and 102) and cytosine at nucleotide 186 except clone 3 which has thymine at this nucleotide. Clone 4 and 5 are thermostable high activity variants, suggesting being more useful for the measurement of catecholamines after expressing the gene.

효소적 방법으로 제조된 키토산 올리고당의 첨가에 따른 김치의 숙성 및 저장 기간 연장에 관한 연구

효소로 처리된 키토산 올리고당의 첨가에 의한 김치의 숙성 기간 연장 효과를 알아보기 위하여 배추김치에는 0.2-0.4%, 2일째에 0.4%를 첨가하여 20℃에서 10일간 관찰한 결과 0.2% 첨가시 대조군에 비해 2일, 0.4% 첨가시는 4일, 2일째에 0.4%를 첨가한 경우는 8일 이후로 연장 효과가 2-4배 있었으며, 0.4% 이상에서는 미생물 생육자체가 억제되므로 풍미 및 유기산의 생성을 고려할 때 2일째 첨가된 0.4%가 젖산균의 수는 어느정도 유지하면서 stationary phage를 연장시킴으로서 더 좋은 결과를 나타냈다. 갓 김치의 경우 0.1%-0.5% 첨가시 대조군에 비해 1.2-1.4배의 연장 효과가 있어서 배추 김치에 비해서는 낮은 효과를 나타냈다. 따라서, 효소로 처리된 키토산 올리고당의 첨가에 의해 배추 김치는 2-4배의 연장 효과, 갓김치는 1.2-1.4배의 연장 효과를 나타내어 미생물 증식 억제에 의한 김치의 숙성 및 저장 기간 연장 효과를 기대할 수 있었다. To prolong the fermenting and preservation period of Kimchi, chitosanoligosaccharide was prepared by chitosanase. Various concentrations of chitosanoligosaccharide were added into Chinese cabbage Kimchi and Gat Kimchi. Chinese cabbage Kimchi was formulated with various chitosanoligosaccharide concentrations(0.2-0.4%) and fermented at 20℃. And Gat Kimchi was prepared with various chitosanoligosaccharide(0.1-0.5%) concentrations during 26 days at 4℃. In this results, the fermentation period was increased 2-2.5 and 1.2-1.4 folds more than control(0% of chitosanoligosaccharide) for Chinese cabbage Kimchi and Gat Kimchi, respectively. Conclusively, adding of chitosanoligosaccharide into Kimchi significantly prolonged the fermentation and preservation period.

In order to compare the effect of 10 % pentastarch solution with Ringer's lactate solution on plasma volume expansion in thirty epidural anesthetic patients, systolic arterial blood pressure (SABP), diastolic arterial blood pressure(DABP), heart rate(HR), central venous pressure(CVP), cardiac output(CO) and changes of hemoglobin(Hb) were measured. The patients were devided into three groups Group Ⅰ (n=10) ; Epidural anesthesia was performed without fluid infusion previously(control) Group Ⅱ (n=10) ; 500 ml of Ringer's lactate solution was rapid infused intravenously before epidural anesthesia Group Ⅲ (n=10) ; 500 ml of 10% pentastarch solution was rapid infused intravenously before epidural anesthesia All data were collected before fluid infusion, at 15 min, at 30 min, at 45 min, at 60 min, at 120 min and at 180 min after epidural local anesthetic injection. The results are as follows. 1. SABP, DABP, HR, CVP and CO were decreased significantly (p<0.05) at 30, 45 minute after local epidural anesthetic injection in Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ. There was no any significant differences between two groups. 2. SABP, DABP, HR and CO were not changed significantly, Besides CVP was increased significantly (p<0.05) after 10% pentastarch solution infusion in group Ⅲ. 3. Changes of Hb were increased in group Ⅲ.

Trans-sphenoidal approach에 의한 pituitary microadenoma 수술 후의 임신 1례

We treated a patient with pituitary microadenoma having hyperprolactinemia and irregular menstruation infertility by transsphenoidal microsurgery. Her menstrual cycle become irregular after marriage but previous menstrual cycle was regular. When she visited our hospital due to infertility, initial serum prolactine level was slightly elevated 35.68ng/ml, During bromecriptine therapy, abrupt increase of serum prolactine level up to 126.52 ng/ml and headache and facial flush and galactorrhea developed. Pituitary microadenoma was confirmed by CT and MRI. The patient underwent transsphenoidal microsurgery. Patient was pregnant after surgery, and it was confirmed by USG and she is following up, OPD now.
