        논문 : 국립공원 탐방로 내 위험 급경사지 유지관리 방안 연구

        국립공원은 주로 산악 지형 내 조성되어 있으므로 산사태에 의한 피해 가능성을 항상 내포하고 있다. 본 연구는 산사태 연구의 일환으로 국립공원 탐방로 내 위험 급경사지를 체계적으로 유지관리하기 위한 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 국립공원에 특화된 자체 체크리스트를 제작하였으며, 전국 19개 국립공원 183개소 급경사지에 대한 실태조사가 이루어졌다. 실태조사의 최종 목적은 위험 급경사지에 대한 안정화 대책을 마련하는 것으로 현장조사와 안정해석의 과정을 거친다. 일부 급경사지에서는 위험성 판단을 위해 지상라이다 등 특수 장비를 이용한 조사를 시도하였다. 중장기 정비계획을 위한 투자우선순위 공식을 개발하였으며, 현장자료를 이용한 순위 및 위험등급을 산출하였다. 최종적으로 위험 급경사지의 향후 체계적인 관리를 위해 “국립공원 급경사지 유지관리시스템”을 개발하였으며, 모든 현장자료들은 시스템 내 DB화 되었다. National parks, which are located mainly in mountainous areas, are always at risk of damage by landslides. The goal of this study is to establish a method for systematically maintaining hazardous steep slopes along trails in national parks. We produced a checklist suitable for each of the 19 national parks nationwide and investigated 183 slopes. The aim of these investigations is to recommend appropriate slope-stability countermeasures, including field investigations and stability analysis. We made preliminary investigations at specific sites, evaluating the slope hazard using specialized equipment such as terrestrial LiDAR. An investment priority formula was developed, and ranking and hazardous grades were calculated as part of a long-term maintenance plan. Finally, to systematically manage dangerous slopes and to house all the field data within one system, we developed the “Slope Maintenance System in National Parks” based on web server that can show various information for slopes.

        연안습지의 효율적 관리를 위한 Mitigation 개념의 한국적 적용방안에 관한 연구 -법제도 개선방안을 중심으로-

        It is widely known that compare to many other countries, the U.S.A. has a strong framework for efficient implementation of mitigation policy to protect wetlands. As indicated in many strong mitigation initiatives, mitigation policy primary requires avoidance rule for wetland damage and if a developer inevitability damages wetlands, the development should be minimize, and as a last resort, the policy impose legal duty that a developer should compensate wetland corresponding to the damaged wetlands. However, the legal system fur Korea's mitigation system does not provide any legal duty for the compensatory mitigation, although the possibility of creation of tidal flat is casually expressed in several Korean legal systems. Therefore, without any strong and enforceable legal system, Korean mitigation system cannot efficiently protect Korea's vast and productive wetlands. To introduce mitigation policy similar to the U.S.A. in Korea, we suggest that there (a) should be a strongly policy which regulate legal duty for the compensatory mitigation, (b) should be an improve management system for actively corresponding to special knowledge relating to environment, and lastly, (c) should be a system which consider a class action introduced in environmental regime for a long term protection of tidal wetlands for future generation.

        출력신호 궤환을 통한 진동자이로의 선형성 향상에 관한 연구

        Among various gyroscopes, the vibrating gyroscope has advantages such as compact size, mass-productivity and low cost. However this kind of gyroscope usually suffer from low linearity and low signal to noise ratio. Therefore, it is necessary to study on vibrating gyroscope to improve performance. In this paper, triangular cross section si selected in consideration for several points. The existing designs of exciting and sensing have some problems such that small signal size and low linearity. This paper proposes new design of exciting and sensing which is named one period exciting and the other period sensing. This design improves signal size, but it cannot improve linearity. This is because above two designs are the same open-loop type. So, another new design is proposed, which is named rebalancing, is applied to one period exciting and the other period sensing. This design are closed-loop type. It feedbacks the output signal. According to control theory, it can improve linearity. The circuits of each design are realized and used to calibration test. Calibration results show that new design of rebalancing improves linearity and signal size.

      • 신경병증성 통증 환자에서 지속적 진통을 위한 5% 리도카인의 사용

        Background: The use of neurolytic agents to control neuropathic pain has been described from the last century Phenol and ethyl alcohol have been widely used as neurolytic agents, however, their neurolytic effect is variable in efficacy and duration of action, and infrequently accompanied with grave complications. It has been found that 5% lidocaine causes irreversible conduction blockade in animal studies. The goal of this study was to evaluate the neurolytic effect of 5%o lidocaine on various neuropathic pain syndromes for prolonged analgesia. Methods: Twenty-five patients with a diagnosis of neuropathic pain including trigeminal neuralgia (n = 7), postherpetic neuralgia (n = 10), and postsurgical neuralgia (n = 8) were selected after failure of routine therapeutic regimens. After performing a diagnostic nerve block with 1% lidocaine and 5% lidocaine was injected. The patients were followed for 6 months. Visual analog scale (VAS) scores and side effects were recorded for each patients. Results: A significant decrease in pain scores after neurolytic blockade with 5% lidocaine was seen in all of three pain groups. All the patients reported immediate and prolonged pain relief lasting from 4 weeks to 6 months. None of patients exhibited any appreciable side effects or complications. Conclusions: We suggest that 5% lidocaine may be used safely and effectively for the purpose of prolonged analgesia in selected patients with intractable neuropathic pain syndromes.

        컴퓨터 바이러스에 의한 시스템 마비와 해킹을 통한 정보파괴나 도용 등과 같은 직접적인 부작용은 물론 인터넷상의 익명성을 이용한 악의적 정보유포나 개인정보의 유출 등을 포함하는 간접적 피해사례도 급격히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이와 같은 정보화 혁명의 부작용은 정보화의 진전에 따라 그 파괴력도 비례적으로 증가하고 있음이 실증적으로 드러나고 있다. 1994년부터 국가적 차원에서 초고속정보통신망 구축을 시작한 이래, 세계적인 인터넷 선도국가로 도약한 우리나라가 1.25 SQL Slammer Worm 대란의 가장 큰 피해국이라는 사실이 단적인 예라고 하겠다. 이에 본 논문에서는 정보보호산업의 선진국인 미국, 유럽, 일본에 대한 정보보호 정책을 살펴봄으로써 향후 우리의 정보보호정책 수립에 도움을 주고자 한다.

      • 중풍환자의 대사증후군 유병률에 대한 단면조사연구

        Objectives : Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is associated with increasing risk of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality but the risk of stroke associated with the MetS is less well established. The objective of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of MetS in stroke patients. Methods : We analyzed the data of 806 patients with acute ischemic stroke from Hanbang Stroke Registry supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Korea. Subjects' enrollment was done in the oriental medical hospitals of 4 universities located in the metropolitan region from April 2007 to August 2008. We analyzed all registered data and evaluated the prevalence of MetS and specific components of MetS. Results : The prevalence of MetS in stroke patients according to American Heart Association/National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (AHA/NHLBI) criteria was 59.6%. The prevalence according to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) criteria was 41.6%. The prevalence of female patients was higher than that of male patients (71.8% vs 51% by AHA/NHLBI criteria; 61.7% vs 27.7% by IDF criteria). The prevalence of central obesity, low HDL cholesterol and hypertension was higher in female patients. There was no significant relationship between MetS and stroke subtype. Conclusions : This work gives us the basic data on the association between MetS and risk of stroke. There should be the prospective cohort studies to evaluate MetS and the risk of stroke.

        뇌졸중환자에서 한약과 양약의 병용투여가 간장 및 신장에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether herbal medication may injure the liver function and kidney function. We clinically studied the changes of biochemistry and complete blood cell count in patients who were hospitalized in Korean hospital. Methods : The subjects were 160 patients admitted in Kangnam Korean hospital, Kyung Hee, whose mean duration of medication was 70 days(min 30, max 252). All patients had been checked biochemistry and complete blood cell count for 30 days since their hospitalization. Results : Aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and Creatinine(Cr) decreased significantly on discharge, compared with the values of admissoin(P<0.05). Total protein significantly elevated on dischrge compared with the values of admisson(P<0.05). Conclusions : This study suggests that even though there are few toxic herbal medicines, in general, herbal medications which are prescribed by oriental medicine doctors should be carefully administered not to hurt liver and kidney function.

        해저열수광상 개발동향과 우리나라의 대응방안

        해저열수광상은 황화물 미네랄이 해저의 열수작용을 통해 형성된 광상을 의미하며 특히, 구리, 납, 아연, 금, 은 등의 금속이 다량 포함되어 있다. 현재 해저열수광상 개발분야의 선두주자는 노틸러스사이다. 노틸러스사는 파푸아뉴기니, 피지, 통가, 솔로몬제도, 뉴질랜드 등 남서태평양 도서국에 약 37만 $km^2$에 달하는 탐사권을 보유 또는 신청해 놓은 상태이다. 넵튠사 역시 뉴질랜드, 파푸아뉴기니, 마이크로네시아에서 27만 $km^2$가 넘는 면적의 탐사권을 취득하였다. 이들 두 광업회사는 2010년 세계 최초로 해저열수광상의 상업생산을 목표로 적극적인 활동을 전개하고 있다. 주변국가인 중국과 일본은 전략광물의 안정적 공급을 위하여 해저열수광상 탐사활동을 적극적으로 수행하고 있는 실정이다. 중국의 경우 중국대양협회를 통해 전 지구 대양을 대상으로 심해저자원개발을 위한 국가연구개발사업을 수행하고 있다. 일본의 경우 자국의 EEZ를 중심으로 해저열수광상 조사사업을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 국제적인 해저열수광상 개발동향을 고려하여 우리나라의 해저열수광상 개발을 위한 전략방향을 소관부처의 일원화와 법제도 정비, 사업추진주체 결정, 정부의 적극적 예산지원, 해저열수광상 개발을 위한 중장기 계획수립 등의 측면에서 제안하였다. Polymetallic sulphides means hydrothermally formed deposits of sulphide minerals which contain concentrations of metals including, inter alia, copper, lead, zinc, gold and silver. Nautilus is the first company to commercially explore the seafloor polymetallic sulphide deposits. The Company holds exploration licences and exploration applications for more than 370,000 $km^2$ in the jurisdictional seas of Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Tonga, the Solomon Islands and New Zealand along the western Pacific Ocean's Rim of Fire. Neptune Minerals is also a leading explorer and developer in this field, with exploration licences awarded totalling more than 270,000 $km^2$ in the territorial seas or EEZ of New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Federated States of Micronesia. These two companies now carry out the most active investment activities for seafloor polymetallic sulphide deposits with a goal of commercial production by 2010. China and Japan carry out exploration activities for the seafloor polymetallic sulphide deposits to secure supplies of strategic metals. China carries out national R&D projects relating to deep sea mineral resources in the world ocean through China Ocean Mineral Resources R&D Association(COMRA). And Japan investigates her own EEZ for exploration of the seafloor polymetallic sulphide deposits. In consideration of aforementioned international activities of coastal nations as well as private companies for exploring the sulphide deposits, Korea shall prepare strategic plans : First, consolidation of the authorities concerned and legislative support; second, determination of main entity of the project; third, securing government's decisive investment of sufficient budget; and lastly, establishment of the mid, long-term plan for development of seafloor polymetallic sulphides deposits.

        시맨틱 기술의 경제적 파급효과 분석

        국가 과학기술 경쟁력 향상 및 창조적 부의 원천 확보를 위해서는 지능화된 시맨틱 기술을 통한 정확한 정보 제공과 고품질의 정보 제공이 필요하다. 시맨틱 기술은 정보를 의미적으로 연계 및 통합하고 원하는 정보를 보다 쉽게 얻을 수 있는 기술이며, IT전반에 걸쳐 파급효과가 매우 큰 핵심기술로서 다양한 산업분야에서의 기술적 경쟁력을 확보하고 이를 성장동력화 하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 시맨틱 기술이 국내 차세대 웹 시장을 통해 경제 각 부문에 미치는 효과를 한국은행(2009)의 산업연관분석을 이용하여 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과, 수입유발효과, 취업자유발효과로 나누어 경제적 파급효과를 분석하여 시맨틱 기술에 대한 경제적 타당성을 검증하고자 한다. In order to enhance national science technology and to secure the origin of creative wealth, there is a need to offer accurate and high quality information with semantic technology. Semantic technology enables to significantly unify information and obtain the wanted information in an easier way. Also Semantic technology is a key technology of the next generation having great ripple effect on the whole of IT. In this paper, We analyze an economic ripple effects in terms of production inducement effect, added value inducement effect, import inducement effect, labor inducement effect of Semantic technology using an input-out analysis of the bank of Korea(2009). We also examine an economic propriety of Semantic technology.
