        뇌졸중 환자의 홧병에 대한 임상적 연구

        BACKGROUND : Hwabyung is a culturally-related syndrome of Korea diagnostically confounded with somatization, depressive and generalized anxiety disorders, representing typical clinical manifestations of wide range in their severity. METHODS : This clinical study was carried out on 200 inward stroke patients who had stable vital signs and had stayed at least for 10 days after admission. The patients were devided into two groups, hwabyung and non hwabyung group after an interview with an oriental neuropychiatrist. Than we compared the two groups with general characteristics, past history, stroke type, clinical manifestations and serum lipid levels. Also we investigated recent stressors in hwabyung group. RESULTS : The results showed that the incidence of hwabyung was about 28.5% in stroke patients. The greater number of subjects with hwabyung were women in lower educational level. Aphagia were observed more frequently in hwabyung group and verbal disturbance in non-hwabyung group. The most recent stressor of male in hwabyung group was finantial difficulties due to dishonor, unemployment, cheated and so on. As to female, the conflicts with husband or his family were the most recent stressor. As a whole, finantial difficulties were highly ranked as a recent stress in hwabyung group.

        족삼리(足三里) 자침이 고혈압환자의 혈압과 내피세포 의존성 혈관확장반응에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The objective of this study was to assess the effect of acupuncture applied at the ST36 point on blood pressure and endothelial dependent vasodilation in hypertensive patients. Methods : 24 hypertensive patients were recruited and randomized to a study group (12 subjects) or a control group (12 subjects). Both groups took FMD (endothelial-dependant, flow-mediated dilation) measurement and then acupuncture needles were inserted at ST36 for the study group. In the control group, they took sham acupuncture as a control. FMD was rechecked after 10-min acupuncture treatment. Blood pressure was measured before and after acupuncture treatment. Results : FMD increased significantly in the study group after acupuncture (9.5${\pm}$2.0% to 11.1${\pm}$2.2%), but not in the control group. In both groups, there were no changes in blood pressure and heart rate. Conclusions : Acupuncture on ST36 appears to improve endothelial dysfunction of hypertensive patients and this might result from inducing activation of endothelium-derived nitric oxide.

        CO2 가스를 사용한 핫 플레이트 냉각에 대한 실험적 연구

        The cooling system for injection molds plays a very important role in improving the overall production efficiency. To investigate the effects of CO2 feed conditions on mold cooling, a hot-plate was fabricated and a feed system was built to inject CO2 through a tiny capillary tube. Using the Taguchi method, it was observed that tube height (the capillary tube position from the heating plate) and discharge pressure were dominant factors in increasing the cooling rate. When the tube height was too large or too small, the cooling effect decreased. With an increase in the discharge pressure, the cooling increased. In addition, the open/close pulses of the solenoid valve per CO2 injection period were more effective for fast cooling. Based on a capillary tube with a diameter of 1.6 mm, the CO2 injection achieved the cooling rate of 7.5°C/s for a circular area with a radius of 5 mm. 사출금형을 위한 냉각시스템은 생산성을 높이는데 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. CO2 주입조건이 금형냉각에 미치는 영향을 고찰하기 위해 핫 플레이트를 제작하고, 미세한 모세관을 통해 이산화탄소를 토출하기 위한 주입 시스템을 구축하였다. 다구찌 실험계획법을 사용하여 튜브높이(가열판으로부터 모세관 튜브 위치)와 토출압력이 냉각속도를 증가시키는데 지배적인 인자임을 알 수 있었다. 튜브높이가 너무 크거나 작을 경우 냉각효과가 감소하였고, 토출압력이 증가할수록 냉각이 증가하였다. 또한 CO2 주입 사이클에서 솔레노이드밸브의 열림과 닫음 펄스가 빠른 냉각에 효과적이었다. 지름 1.6 mm의 모세관 튜브를 사용할 때 CO2 주입을 통해 반지름 5 mm의 영역에서 냉각속도 7.5°C/s를 구현할 수 있었다.

        자동차 주유구 커버에 대한 사출성형과 2색 코팅 동시 구현에 관한 연구

        Mold design for in-mold coating was carried out to achieve simultaneous injection molding and two-color coating for car gas cap cover. The developed mold includes one core and three cavities which are composed of a substrate cavity and two coating cavities. To provide a sealing edge for complete seal during the second coating, the first coated material was used at the boundary between the first coating and the second one, and injection molded substrate was used at the parting line. The materials used were PC/ABS for substrate and 2-component Polyurea for coating. Through experiments, it was found that the suggested sealing edges were effective for complete seal during the second coating. In cavity pressure traces, there were three peaks caused by mold closing, coating-material injection and cleaning-piston advancement inside the mixing head. The cavity pressure increased with decreasing coating thickness.

        시판(市販) 상기생(桑寄生)의 활성(活性)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        The extract of commercial mistletoe caused transient contraction of mouse ileum in vitro at the level of $7{\times}10^{-4}g/ml$ and augmented significantly its peristalsis. When the ileum was pre-treated With $10^{-6}g/ml$ of adrenaline the administration of the extract at a level of $10^{-4}g/ml$ blocked the contraction. The increase inperistalsis and intention was also observed in rabbit ileum in vitro with the administration of the extract at a level of $10^{-1}g/ml$ but these phenomenon were inhibited by the adrenaline treatment at a level of $10^{-6}g/ml.$ When the extract was applied to spirally cut strips of thoracic aorta at the level of $10^{-3}g/ml$ the contractile action of adrenaline was significantly inhibited. When the extract was infused to auricular blood vessel of rabbit at the rate of $10^{-4}g/ml,\;10^{-3}g/ml,\;10^{-2}g/ml$ and $10^{-1}g/ml$ increases in number of drops by 70%, 77%, 93% and 100% were observed if the maximum number of drops caused by $10^{-1}g/ml$ is considered to be 100%. The duration of prolongation was proportionate to the increase in concentration of the extract. Hypotensive action of the extract and its duration were proportionately increased as the quantity of the extract increased. The increase in number and depth of respiration observed during the hypotensive status was brought to the normal when the tension became normal. In view of these observations it is concluded that the extract of commercial mistletoe has a contractile action of acetylcholine effect in the ileum of mouse and rabbit, loosens both aorta and smooth muscle and promotes peripheral circulation. As for the hypotensive action it is concluded that the action is brought about by the decrease in peripheral circulatory resistance due to the antagonism between acetylcholine and adrenaline.

        사출 금형 급속냉각을 위한 CO2 적용 냉각 모듈 설계

        The design of the injection mold cooling system is important. The cooling time consumes 70-80% of the injection molding cycle, so a well-designed cooling system can shorten the molding time and improve productivity significantly. Recently, many studies have been conducted for rapid cooling of a hot-spot area using CO2 in injection molding. In this study, a cooling module based on CO2 was designed and manufactured for uniform and rapid cooling of an injection mold with a large cavity, and cooling characteristics were investigated through experiments. As the CO2 supply pressure increased, the cooling effect increased significantly, while the cooling uniformity decreased relatively. In the case of using the heat exchanger, the cooling effect increased by 10oC on average compared to the case without the heat exchanger, whereas the effect on the cooling uniformity was insignificant. When the CO2 was injected from both sides, the cooling effect increased by approximately 8oC on average compared to the case of injection from one side, and the cooling uniformity was approximately 10% higher. By using a heat exchanger and applying CO2 bidirectional supply, a cooling rate of up to 5.78oC/s and an average of 4.9oC/s could be achieved.

        In order to investigate the effects of Coptis chenensis FRANCH(川黃連) extract solution on the blood pressure, experimental studies were performed on the blood pressure in normal rats, SHRs. The results were as follows. 1. Coptis chenensis FRANCH(川黃連) extract solution showed significantly effect of asing odecren the mean blood pressure in normal rats. 2. Coptis chenensis FRANCH(川黃連) extract solution showed significantly effect of decreasing on the systolic blood pressure in SHRs. 3. Coptis chenensis FRANCH(川黃連) extract solution was dilated on the isolated aorta in rabbits. 4. Coptis chenensis FRANCH(川黃連) extract solution showed significantly inhibitory effect of ACE in vitro. 5. The mechanism of the antihypertensive effect on Coptis chenensis FRANCH(川黃連) seems due to vasodilatation. According to the above results, it was recognized that Coptis chenensis FRANCH(川黃連) showed significantly antihypertensive effect in normal rats and SHRs. And the mechanism of the antihypertensive effect on Coptis chenensis FRANCH(川黃連) seems due to vasodilatation and ACE inhibition(in vitro).
