각분해 광전자 분광법을 이용한 Pd(111)의 전자구조 연구

저에너지 전자회절(low energy electron diffraction: LEED)과 각분해 광전자 분광법(angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy: ARPES)을 이용하여 깨끗한 Pd(111) 표면의 원자구조 및 전자구조를 연구하였다. LEED 무늬는 3-fold 대칭성을 가진 전형적인 fcc (111)면에 해당하는 깨끗한 무늬가 관찰되었다. Pd(111) 표면의 Γ-M', Γ-K, Γ-M의 세 대칭선 방향을 따라 ARPES측정을 행하였고, 이 결과들로부터 4d 전자들의 실험 띠구조를 구하였다. 실험 띠구조는 이론적으로 계산한 Pd bulk 띠구조와 대체로 일치하였으며, Pd(111) 표면의 일함수의 실험값 역시 띠구조 이론에 의해 예측된 값과 잘 일치하였다. 한편 실험 띠구조는 계산한 bulk 띠구조에 비하여 에너지 준위가 Brillouin영역의 k값에 따라 0.1 ~0.8eV 정도 페르미 준위에 가깝게 나타났으며, 실험 띠폭이 이론 띠폭보다 약 0.5eV 정도 좁게 나타났다. 이러한 차이점의 원인으로 국소화된 표면 4d 전자들의 영향 및 Pd 4d bulk 전자들간의 Coulomb 상호작용 효과가 고려되었다. We have investigated atomic and electronic structures of a clean Pd(111) surface using low energy electron diffraction (LEED) and angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES). A typical clean LEED pattern with a 3-fold symmetry has been observed, corresponding to that for an fcc (111) surface. ARPES measurements have been performed along the Γ-M', Γ-K, Γ-M symmetry lines, from which the experimental band structure of Pd(111) has been determined. The experimental band structure and work function of Pd(111) surface are found to agree well with the calculated band structure of bulk Pd and the calculated work function of Pd(111), respectively. However, the peak positions in the experimental band structure are located closer to the Fermi level than in the theoretical band structure by 0.1~0.8 eV, depending on the k-points in the Brilouin zone. In addition, the experimental band widths are narrower than the theoretical band widths by about 0.5 eV. The effects of the localized surface Pd 4d states and the Coulomb interaction between Pd 4d bulk electrons have been discussed as possible origins of such discrepancies between experiment and theory.

The purpose of this study was to investigate of cardiorespiratory function on low back pain's patients. Subject were consist of low back pain patients(13), sedentary(13), athlete(13) who participated in this experiment voluntarily. The subjects in the exercise performed by arm ergometer. Statistical techniques for data analysis were One-way ANOVA and significance level was 5%. This study following result was low back pain is a problem that is common and costly to society, and its effective management remains a challenge. Therefor low back and abdominal exercise and aerobic exercise are prescribed for a injury of low back pain. Also aerobic exercise are beneficial for low back pain' patients.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the body composition of fifteen college-age women participated who over 30% body fat ratio during 8 weeks circuit weight training. The result of body weight, body fat weight, % body fat, abdomen fat after six weeks training were decreased, there were significant differences(p<.05). Lean body mass was no significant differences. In conclusion, it can the referred that the circuit weight training are valid in the body composition of college-age women. Restricted diet should be applied more long term and various program.
골프선수의 완벽주의 성향과 자기관리 및 상태불안과의 관계

The main purpose of this research is to find out the relationship among golf players' tendency of perfectionism, self-management, and competition anxiety. After the research, there was partial correlations between perfectionism sub-factors and the golf player's self management. Namely, parental expectations and criticisms, and the pressures from the coach was largely related to the player's interpersonal relationship management, mental management, and activity management. The sub-factors of perfectionism and the anxiety that come out by participating in the golf match are partially related to each other. In other words, parental expectations and criticisms, concerns on mistakes, and personal standards are related to physical and emotional anxiety and personal confidence. Perfectionism is affected in partially different way by the influence of each different player's self management sub-factors. Namely, parental expectations and the coach's pressure acts positively on a player, but parental criticism negatively affects self management. Depending on the sub-factors, perfectionism partially contributes to the player feeling restless during the competition. Namely, parental expectation is positively related to competition anxiety, but the personal standards and anxiety over mistakes are negatively related.
니켈 실리사이드의 상에 따른 전자구조가 Auger 스펙트럼에 미치는 효과

단결정 Si(111)면에 고진공에서 Ni를 400Å 증착하고 이를 초고진공내에서 실온으로부터 750℃까지 열처리하여 실리사이드를 형성시켰다. 열처리중 표면 원소에 대한 Auger 스펙트럼을 조사하여 Ni의 확산 임계온도가 ∼157℃임을 알았고 이 온도에서는 실리사이드의 phase가 고정되지 않음을 보았다. 초기 phase인 Ni_2Si는 ∼250℃에서 NiSi는 ∼450℃에서, 그리고 NiSi_2는 ∼750℃에서 형성되었고 그 stoichiometry는 보정된 Auger 감도인자를 써서 구할 수 있었다. Ni MMM 및 Si L_2.3VV 스펙트럼의 line shape에서 나타난 미시구조는 가전자대의 구조와 Ni로부터 Si로 이동한 전하량에 의존함을 보았다. Nickel silicides were grown on Si(111) substrate by annealing Ni(400Å)/Si(111) samples at temperatures ranging from RT to 750℃ in ultra high vacuum. The Auger spectra taken from samples during annealing showed that the critical temperature for Ni diffusion in Si(111) substrates was ∼157℃, but no phases of nickel silicide were detected at this temperature range. The observed phases were identified as Ni_2Si(∼250℃), NiSi(∼450℃)and NiSi_2(∼750℃) by both analyzing the line shape of Auger spectra and calculating the atomic concentration of Ni and Si using modified Auger sensitivity factors. The fine structures observed at the Ni MMM and Si L_2.3VV spectra could be understood as reflecting the partial density of states of Ni d and Si p orbitals and were closely related with the chemical environments produced by the charge transfer from Ni to Si atoms.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.
