        주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 비매너 주차로 인한 충돌을 사전에 예방하기 위한 단속시스템이다. 주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 장애인, 전기차 전용 주차구역에 일반차량 주차, 2개 차선을 물고 주차하는 차량이 있다. 위와 같은 차량을 딥러닝 객체인식 기능을 통해 비매너 주차를 감지하여 알려준다. 비매너 주차 상황이 찍힌 사진이나 영상을 학습데이터로 사용하여 상황을 인식할 수 있도록 학습데이터를 제작하고 그 상황을 인식하여 비매너 주차 유무를 판단한다. 주차장의 환경을 좀 더 쾌적하게 함으로써 주차장 이용자간 충돌을 줄이는데 목적이 있다. It is a enforcement system to prevent collisions caused by unmanageable parking that may occur in parking lots. There are handicapped people who can get up in parking lots, general vehicles parked in electric vehicle parking areas, and vehicles parked in two lanes. The vehicle above is detected and notified through the deep learning object recognition function. By using a picture or video of an unmanageable parking situation as learning data, the learning data is produced so that the situation can be recognized, and the situation is recognized to determine the presence or absence of unmanageable parking. The purpose is to reduce collisions between parking lot users by making the environment of the parking lot more comfortable.

Analgesic Effect of Manual Acupuncture and Electroacupuncture combined with Twirling Method. Proceeding of International Symposium on East-West Medicine Seoul. 187-200, 1999.-Twirling the needle (TN) is one of several needing methods frequently used for acupuncture in the oriental medicine. The present study was conducted to see if TN enhanced the antinociceptive effect produced by plain-or electroacupuncture in the rat tail flick test. Rats (Sprague-Dawley, 200-300g)lightly anesthetized with thiopental sodium(40mg/kg, i.p.) were used in the tail-flick test. The basal reaction time for tail-flick was 2 sec. For "plain" acupuncture(PA), a needle was inserted for 20 min into a Chock-samni (ST36) acupuncture point which (is located at the anterior tibial muscle and about 10mm below the knee joint). For electroacupuncture(EA), train-pulses(3 Hz,0.3-ms pulse width, 0.2-0.3mA) were applied to the inserted needle for the period of insertion. For combining TN with either PA or EA, TN was performed during the each acupuncture period. Two methods for TN were used; twirling 3 times for 1 second persisted for 1 min in every 5 mins(long-duration and long-interval;LDLI) and twirling 3 times for 1 second persisted for 10 sec in every 1 min(short-duration and short-interval;SDSI). PA and EA produced an increase in tail flick latency (TFL); peak increases were 21.3±5.1% and 42.1±17.3% of the pre-acupunture control, respectively, and occurred immediately after cessation of 20min-acupuncture. Performing TN combined with PA increased TFL more than PA itself by showing a greater peak increase in TFL when performed with a SDSI-TN than with a LDLI-TN(60.6±12.5% and 42.7±22.7% of the pre-acupuncture control, respectively). Performing TN combined with EA also increased TFL more than EA itself and a greater peak increase in TFL was observed with a SDSI-TN as compared to a LDLI-TN(77.5±13.8% and 67.3±14.0% of the pre-acupuncture control, respectively). These results indicate that TN enhances both PA-and EA-produced antinociception where an greater enhanced antinociception than a LDLI-TN. It is suggested that performing a SDSI-TN combined with EA seems to be one of the most effective ways to produce analgesia.

        덕유산 국립공원 등산로의 환경훼손에 대한 이용영향

        The object of this study was to examine the user`s impacts on the environmental deteriorations of trail at Ticket Office - Paekryunsa (Temple) Hyangcho^kpong - Dongyupryung - Chilyun Fall area in To^kyusan National Park. Four trails were sampled in the study area according to the amount of users. Then the user`s impacts on trail were measured at each trail. The Ticket Office-Paekryunsa trail was the mo;;t used district and followed at Paekryunsa-Hyangcho^kpong trail, Hyangcho^kpong-Dongyupryung trail in descending order. Dongyupryung-Chilyun Fall trail is not used by people because of rest rotation system. The entire width of trail was greater at the more heavily used trail. Maximum depth, cross-sectional area loss, and surface texture and roughness of trail were the highest at Paekryunsa-Hyangcho^kpong trail. Soil hardness, soil acidity, soil moisture content, organic matter content, and exchange canon were influenced by trampling. Soil hardness, soil acidity and exchange canon increased in tramples soil, but content of soil moisture and organic matter decreased therein. Environmental deteriorations of trail were significantly influenced by the amount of users and the slope of trail. Bared lands about 2.000㎡ were appeared by trampling and camping around Hyangcho^kpong. Effects of carrying of rest rotation system for National Park were partly recognized at Dongyupryung-Chilyun Fall trail.

        정신분열병에 대한 리스페리돈의 효과 및 안정성

        연구목적 : 본 시험의 목적은 임상시험 시작전에 연구자들을 대상으로 PANSS Workshop을 통하여 PANSS, ESRS에 대한 국내에서의 표준화 작업을 구축하고 새로운 정신병 치료제인 리스페리돈의 효과와 안정성을 재확인하여 리스페리돈 사용에 대한 적정화를 이루는데 있다. 연구방법 : 1996년 4월부터 1996년 9월까지 국내 39개 대학병원 정신과에 입원중인 혹은 증상이 악화되어 입원하는 정신분열병 환자 377명을 대상으로 다시설 개방 연구를 시행하였다. 1주일간의 약물 배설기간을 가진후, 리스페리돈을 8주간 투여하였고, 기준점, 1주, 2주, 4주, 그리고 8주후에 평가되었다. 용량은 제1일에는 리스페리돈 1mg씩 1일 2회, 제2일에는 2mg씩 1일 2회, 제3∼7일에는 3mg씩 1일 2회 투여하였다. 이후 환자의 임상상태에 따라 임의로 증량할 수 있으며, 최대 일일 16mg을 초과하지 않도록 하였다. 추체외로 증상을 조절하기 위한 투약을 허용하였다. 임상증상 및 부작용의 평가는 PANSS(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale), CGI(Clinical Global Impression) 그리고 ESRS(Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale)을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 377명중 343명(91%)이 8주간의 연구를 완결하였다. 치료 종결시점인 8주후 PANSS 총점수가 20% 이상 호전된 경우를 약물 반응군으로 정의할때, 약물반응군은 81.3%였다. 리스페리돈에 반응하는 예측인자로는 발병연령, 이전의 입원 횟수, 유병기간이 관련 있었다. 리스페리돈은 1주후부터 PANSS양성, 음성, 및 일반정신병리 점수상에 유의한 호전을 보여 효과가 빨랐다. CGI의 경우도 기준점에 비해 1주후부터 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. ESRS의 경우, 파킨슨 평가점수는 기준점과 비교해 투여 1주, 2주, 4주후 유의하게 증가되었다가 8주후 기준점과 차이가 없었다. Dystonia 평가점수는 1주후만 유의한 증가를 보였으며, dyskinesia 평가점수는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈압, 맥박수의 생명징후 및 일반 혈액학 검사, 생화학적 검사, 심전도 검사에서 유의한 변화는 없었다. 결 론 : 이상의 다시설 개방 임상 연구를 통해 리스페리돈은 정신분열병 환자에서 양성증상뿐만 아니라 음성증상 및 전반적인 증상에도 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. 보다 명확한 평가를 위해서는 다른 항정신병약물과의 이중맹검 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 또한 장기적 치료에 대한 평가도 함께 이루어져야 하겠다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of Korean schizophrenic patients. Method : This multicenter open study included 377 schizophrenic patients drawn from 39 university hospitals. After a wash-out period of 1 week, the schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone for 8 weeks and evaluated at 5 points ; at baseline, and 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment. The dose was increased from 2mg/day(1mg twice daily) to 6mg/day(3mg twice daily) during the first week and adjusted to a maximum of 16mg/day over the next 7 weeks according to the patient's clinical response. Medication to control extrapyramidal symptoms was permitted. The psychiatric and neurological status of the patients was assessed by PANSS, CGI, and ESRS scales. Results : 343(91%) of 377 patients completed the 8-week trial period. Clinical improvement, as defined by a 20% or more reduction in total PANSS score at end point, was shown by 81.3% of patients. The predictors of response to risperidone were associated older age, shorter duration of illness, fewer previous hospitalization. Risperidone had rapid onset of action ; a significant decrease of the total PANSS and three PANSS factor(positive, negative, general), and CGI was already noticed at the end of first week. For the ESRS, parkinsonism rating scores were significantly increased until week 4 comparing with baseline. Dystonia rating scores were significantly increased until week 1, and dyskinesia rating scores were not significantly changed during the study. Laboratory parameters including vital sign, EKG, hematological, and biochemical values showed no significant changes during the trial. Conclusions : This study suggests that risperidone is generally safe and effective against both the positive and negative symptoms in our group of patients.

        The aim of this article is to improve human health and that of companion animals by improving the diagnosis and control of parasitic diseases. This is achieved by research into parasites of veterinary significance including zoonoses and the use of comparative systems to increase our understanding of some human parasitic diseases. We should promotes learning and teaching through knowledge and operates a diagnostic unit that offers a service to pet owner for indigenous and exotic parasitic diseases of companion animals. We must diagnose and treat them early. Zoonotic parasites are very important because many of animal parasites are zoonoses and give pain and death to human. Parasites are divided Protozoa, Helminthes and Arthropods. There are many protozoa, about 65,000 species. Arthropods are the vector of another diseases, such as virus, bacteria, protozoa and nematodes. Helminthes are composed of Trematoda, Cestoda, Nematoda and Acanthocephala. The target of Veterinary Parasitology is to recognize the characteristics of these parasites and subsequently diagnose, treat and control them. This article is intended to familiarize you with the essential facts and concepts of companion animal parasitology. Emphasis is placed on fecal sample techniques (comparison of fecal examination techniques; frequently found artifacts in fecal smears; direct Smear; zinc sulfate flotation; etc.) We recommend that the study be done to more references on animal parasites.

        覆盆子類가 白鼠의 排卵과 卵巢에 미치는 影響

        Rubi Fructus is a well known remedy for female infertility, especially due to lack of kidney-yang or shenyangxu(???). An attempt was made to evaluate the influences of Rubi Fructus (mature Rubus crataegifolius BUNGE, mature Rubus coreanus MIQ and immature Rubus coreanum MIQ) on the morphological changes of the ovary. The experiment was performed to investigate the effects of the seeds of mature Rubus cratagifolius BUNGE (W1), the seeds of mature Rubus coreanus MIQ (W2) and the seeds of immature Rubus coreanus MIQ (W3) on the formation of follicles in rat ovary. The results are as follows: 1. Results using three herbs of mature seed of Rubus cratagifolius BUNGE (W1), mature seed of Rubus coreanus MIQ (W2)and immature seed of Rubus coreanus MIQ (W3) clearly showed the stimulating effects on the increasing number of follicles in rat ovary. Of them, W1 increased the follicle formation by 171% compared to normal control after 4 days of treatment. In cases of W2 and W3, the formed numbers of the follicle were increased to 228% and 285%, respectively. On the other hand, the follicle formations of W1, W2, and W3 were most effective, showing 208, 258 and 266%, respectively, after 8 days of treatment. These results showed that effect of immature Rubus coreanus MIQ was similar to that of the mature Rubus coreanus MIQ without any differences. 2. The size of the follicle stimulated by W2 was about 1.0 mm, although the size of the normal control was 0.3 mm. However, those of W1 and W2 were about 0.5 mm, indicating that the treatments of the herbal extracts are also effective for the follicle size. Therefore, it was concluded that all these herbs showed the effects on average of follicles in ovary. Especially, mature Rubus coreanus MIQ showed the highest effect among them. 3. Fractions of W1-B, W2-B and W3-B, when each extract were separated by analytical HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography), showed the activities of follicle number and size of follicles in ovary. These results suggest that the effect of Rubi Fructus is related to treatment of female infertility due to ovulation difficuty. Of them, mature Rubus coreanus MIQ is the most potent effector on the ovulation in Rats.

      • 비점착성 사면의 그물식 뿌리말뚝의 보강효과

        This paper is an experimental study of investigating the reinforcing effect and the behavior of cohesionless slope installed with reticulated root pils. Reduced scale model tests with plane strain conditions were performed to study the behavior of the strip footing located on the surface of cohesionless slopes reinforced with root piles. Model tests were carried out with Jumujin Standard Sand of 45% relativ density prepared by raining method to have an uniform slope foundation during tests. Slope of model foundaton was 1:1.5 and a rigid model slop. Parametric model tests were performed with changing location of model footing, arrangements of root piles and angles of pile installation. On the other hands, the technique with camera shooting was used to monitor sliding surface formed with discontinuty of dyed sand prepared during formation o foudation. From test resutls , parameters affecting the behavior of model footing were analyzed qualitatively to evaluate their effects on the characteristic of load - settlement, ultimate bearing capaity of model footing and failure mechanism based on the formation of fasilure surface.

      • 강원도에 분포하는 화강토의 다짐특성 및 토질정수의 상관관계에 관한 연구

        This study is to provide the useful data for the design and construction of the geotechnicla engineering works by collecting and analyzing the soil properties of granite soil in the Kangwon Province. Data base was obtained from 92 field sites in the Kangwon province divided into 15 areas based on adminstration district Total numbers of data were 478. Correlations between soil constants, especially compaction properties, were obtained by performing statisical analysis. Analyzed results were as follows. 1.Most of granite soil consists of SM and GM based on United Soil Classification System. 2.Mean gravity of granitesoil is 2.65 3.High correlations between optimum moisture content and the maximum dry density, plasticity index and liquid limit are obtained. 4.Analyzed results between other soil constants show relatively low correlation. However, they show consistant trends matchable to geotechnical engineering senses.

      • 풍화암에 근입된 그라운드 앵커의 인발거동 연구

        This study is an numerical study of predicting the behavior of anchor embedded in weathered rocks, subjected to uplift loads, about ultimate pullout capacity and the failure mechanism. Factors influencing the behavior of anchors were investigated by reviewing the data about in0situ anchor tests performing numerical modelling with changing the bondage length of anchor, diameter of anchor body and diameter of tenden, and by Correlations between those factors were evaluated to apply them to predict the behavior of anchors. As results of numerical analysis, a linear relationship between bondage length, diameter of anchor body and diameter of tenden with ultimate pullout capacity was obtained on the one hand, from the result of numerical analysis changing the Young's modulus of weathered rock, this parameter was found to inflence to load-displacement and ultimate pullout capacity within the range of 10%, which was mot so significant to affect.
