배추좀나방(Plutella Xylostella Linnaeus)에 대한 새로운 살충활성 분자의 설계

The new insecticidal active molecules from the based on the holographic quantitative structure-activity relationships (HQSAR) between a series of 1-(R₁)-2-(n-octyl)-3-(R₂), 3-(R₃)-pseudothiourea derivatives and their insecticidal activities against Diamond-back moth (Plutella Xylostella Linnaeus) were designed and discussed quantitatively. The most active molecule from the based graphical analyses of atomic contribution maps with the optimized HQSAR C-1 model (q²=0.764 & r²_(ncv)=0.942) was 1-(n-butyl)-2-(t-butyl)-3,3-diisopropylpseudothiourea (P1: pI_(50)=5.30, IC_(50)=1.397 ppm). Therefore, it is suggested that the new designed molecule would increased the activity as much as 23.5 times as compared to X=n-octyl substituent 17(pI_(50)=4.00, IC_(50)=32.86 ppm) which was the highest active molecule in training set compounds.
모잘록병균(Pythium ultimum)에 대한 N-Phenylbenzenesulfonamide 유도체의 살균활성에 미치는 구조적 특성

The structural characteristics that influence on the fungicidal activities of N-phenylbenzenesulfonamide (1∼24) and N-phenyltheinylsulfonamide (25∼30) derivatives against Dampping-off (Pythium ultimum) were discussed quantitatively using the models of molecular holographic quantitative structure-activity relationships (HQSAR). From the based on these findings, the statistical results of the optimized HQSAR F-3 model showed better predictablity (r² cv. or q²=0.581) and correlation coefficient (r²_(ncv).=0.963). And, from the analytical results of the atomic contribution maps on the fungicidal activities, the most active compound is R₁= 2-fluoro-4-chloro substituent (4) and the most inactive one is R₁=4-methoxy substituent (20). It was found that the 2-fluoro-4-chlorophenyl group as a R₁-group was an important structure and a characteristic factor not only for herbicidal activity but also for fungicidal activity.

The effects of estradiol-17β or progesterone on the contractility of neurotransmitters on pig oviductal isthmic smooth muscle were investigated. The motility of the isolated smooth muscle was recorded by using physiological recording system. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The contractility induced by histamine or prostaglandin F2α was depressed by the pretreatment of estradiol-17β but was not by the preteatment of progesterone in follicular or luteal stage. 2. The contractility induced by acetylcholine was depressed un follicular stage but excited in luteal stage by the pretreatment of estradiol-17β or progesterone. 3. The contractility induced by norepinephrine was depressed by the pretreatment of progesterone in follicular stage but was excited by the pretreatment estradiol-17β in luteal stage.

In this paper, we develop scheduling system under MTO (Make-To-Order) Production and implement it to real application. Generally, scheduling system is regarded as company specific problem such that the required business logic might be different within a same industry. The differences are caused by different constraints of each company requirements. Company specific algorithms are commonly employed using rule-base or heuristic procedure. Based on these characteristics, heuristic procedure are developed and implemented for developing MES (manufacturing execution system). The proposed approach are applied to real industry and proved as an efficient approach in terms of practical views.

The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the third year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. Since the Apple's iPhone was released in Korea, many users use any smartphone. Since smartphones launch in Korea, many users change the previous feature phone to smartphone, and its users continue to increase. One of the advantages of smart phones is that user can install a wanted application like the computer, so the demand of applications has been increasing gradually. We are intended to study the development of smartphone application with location information by GPS. Instead of making the result of current location information by informing current position to users or approved third parties by them, we process their information which needs to be used internally them. And we study the application which changes the status of smartphone automatically by position information.

종격동은 생식선 이외에서 발생하는 기형종의 가장 호발하는 부위로 알려져 있다. 종격동 성숙 기형종은 주로 젊은 성인에서 나타나고 남녀 간 발생 빈도의 큰 차이 없이 나타난다. 종격동 기형종은 대부분 전종격동에서 관찰되고, 일반적으로 증상을 보이지 않지만 종괴의 크기가 크거나 파열이 발생할 경우 여러 합병증이 나타날 수 있다. 종격동 기형종은 대부분 조직검사 없이 전산화단층촬영(CT)만으로 진단될 수 있다. 하지만 파열된 기형종 혹은 악성 기형종의 경우 임상적 그리고 영상의학적으로 비전형적인 양상을 보여 진단이 어려울 수 있다. 본 종설에서는 종격동 기형종의 다양한 발현 양상을 영상 검사 소견을 중심으로 살펴보고자한다.

Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Tp) as a storage mite inhabitats in stored grains, hay, and straw at agricultural areas. T. putrescentiae stimulates an immune response and triggers inflammatory cytokines release, and thus it is a source of allergen that sensitize and induce allergic reactions. Also, T. putrescentiae has been reported to cause asthma and atopic disease by cross-reactivity with Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Dp). The study on T. putrescentiae in human monocytic THP-1 cells is not enough to understand cytokine expression and pathological mechanisms. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of T. putrescentiae extract (TpE) on production of inflammatory cytokines and expression of mRNA level in THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells are treated with TpE and supernatants were analyzed for the production of cytokines using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). mRNA level in the culture cells was measured by a reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). As a result of this study, TpE significantly induced secretion of interleukin-6, interleukin-8, and monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) in THP-1 cells in time- and dose-dependent manner. These results suggest that TpE may play a role in contributing to inflammatory disease through stimulation of immune cell. Further research of T. putrescentiae is needed to understand the elucidation of the pathogenic mechanism.
