Least Median of Squares(LMS) 방법을 응용하여 초기 기본집합을 설정하는 김종우(1996)의 ELMS는 기본집합에 이상치들을 잘 배제시킨다. 이 방법의 사용에서 반복되는 기본집합의 추출에 따른 문제점은 처리 속도를 LMS에 비해서 크게 줄이지 못하고 있다. 따라서 김종우(1996)에서 제시한 2단계 방법중에 1단계에서 사용한 ELMS의 적절한 크기를 결정하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Rousseeuw(1984)가 제시한 Least Median of Squares(LMS) 방법을 개선한 염준근, 박종구, 김종우(1995)의 ELMS는 효율적으로 이상치들을 인식한다. 그러나 이 방법에서 최적의 subset을 결정하기 위하여 사용하는 종유석 그림은 정확한 기준 점을 선정하는데 어려움을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 ELMS를 사용한 이상치 판별을 위한 적절한 크기의 subset 결정 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The physical properties of the lead-free piezoelectric material BaTiO3 (BT) with complex perovskitephase additives, i.e., A(Cu1/3Nb2/3)O3 (A = Ba, Sr, Ca), were investigated. The denseand crack-free thick films with thickness of > 5 µm were grown on platinized Si(100) wafers byusing the aerosol deposition method (AD) at room temperature. Compared to pure BT grownby using AD, complex perovskite-substituted BT thick films showed improved physical propertiesand film quality even after post annealing. The optimal amount of the additives and the optimalpost annealing temperature were determined in accordance with the dielectric and the ferroelectricproperties.

소상공인을 위한 법제에 대한 고찰 - 소상공인 운영자금 및 개인신용평가를 중심으로 -

December 2022, small business owners have faced problems of employment’s deterioration, decrease in household income, and tightening operating funds due to the re-proliferation of COVID-19 and the economic slowdown that came with interest rate hikes. Article 123 of the Constitution stipulated the fostering of SMEs, etc., and provided a more direct constitutional basis for the protection and support of SMEs. In addition, the enactment of the 「Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises」 enabled systematic support for small and medium-sized enterprises. Subsequently, the details of support projects for small business start-ups and management stability and growth of small business owners were determined through the「Act on the Protection of and Support for Micro Enterprises」. Through the ⸢Framework Act on Micro Enterprises」, which was enacted in 2020, the legal status and rights of small business owners were guaranteed by viewing the small business area as an independent field of economic policy. Since then, some amendments to small business funding projects, some amendments to support small business damage, and some amendments to establish small business financial integration support centers have been pending in the National Assembly. The tendency of legislation is that specific and effective legislation such as funding policies to support small business owners is being emphasized. As a result of this study, it was found that the types of public financial support are diversifying in general small business policies. In particular, small business owners found that the policy of delaying or extending the maturity of loans was useful, making it difficult to come up with a soft landing plan for debt, such as the conversion of low-interest loans. Loans from small business owners have high barriers under the current evaluation system. Accordingly, it was found that an scoring system that considers various factors such as industry, sales, and management situation for small business owners is needed by applying the individual credit scoring system.

Youth are exposed to various types of illegal and harmful information through the Internet. To reduce exposure to such information, the government adopts the SNI method to block access to illegal harmful sites. However, it does not block instances of bad information or swear words on the web page itself. In order to limit the access of these web pages in situations such as schools and institutions, this study suggests a connection restrictions filtering system for websites based on swear words extraction. We collected 5542 pseudonyms that were actually used in related research, questionnaires, and Internet searches. We extracted the profanity by using the w-shingling algorithm, then calculated the risk associated with the webpage according to the frequency of use and the weight of the profanity. The system developed in this study will help learning environments in small networks such as elementary and junior high schools by allowing them to restrict access to websites for educational purposes. 청소년들은 웹을 통해 다양한 불법유해정보에 노출되어 있다. 이러한 노출을 줄이기 위해 정부에서는 SNI방식을 도입해서 불법유해사이트 차단을 하고 있다. 그러나 지정된 사이트이외에 웹 페이지 정보 자체에 유해정보나 교육에 좋지 않은 비속어가 많이 쓰이는 것은 차단하지 못한다. 학교나 기관 같은 제한된 환경만 이라도 이러한 웹 페이지의 접속을 제한하기 위하여 본 연구는 비속어 추출 기반 웹사이트 접속 제한 시스템을 제안하였다. 관련 연구, 설문 및 인터넷 검색을 통해 실제 사용되는 비속어 5542개를 수집하였고, w-shingling 알고리즘을 사용하여 비속어를 추출하고 사용빈도 및 비속어의 가중치에 따라 웹페이지의 위험도를 계산하여 사이트를 차단할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 초중등학교 등의 교육기관 같은 소규모 네트워크에서 교육목적으로 웹사이트 접근을 제한함으로써 학습 환경 조성에 도움을 줄 것이다.
