In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

2016년 3월 31일부터 7월 31일까지 서울특별시 서초구 서초동에 위치한 서울고등학교 교정 일대를 서울고등학교 환경생물부 부원들이 채집 조사한 결과 20과 43속 53종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. From March 31st to July 31st in 2016, members of an environmental biology club at Seoul High School located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dae-Hee Kim, Dong-Woo Park, Jae-Woong Seo and Hyun-woo Lee, collected 20 families 43 genera 53 species of spiders and report the result of the study here.

1990년대 후반 이후 항공운송시장의 자유 경쟁 체제하에 더욱 치열하게 전개된 국제 항공운송산업의 시장질서와 환경은 항공사 간 경쟁 구도를 심화시키는 가운데 미국과 유럽지역을 중심으로 항공사 간 제휴(Airline Alliances)라는 글로벌 동맹체가 본격적으로 출범하였고 현재까지 확대되어 왔다. 노선망 확대, 기존 시장지배력 강화, 비용 절감 및 서비스 향상 등의 공동목표를 위하여 소모적인 경쟁 관계보다는 이해관계를 함께하는 항공사들 간에 협력 관계를 도모하면서 소위 말하는 ‘경쟁적 협력관계(Coopetition)’를 구축하였다. 이와 같은 항공사 간의 제휴 협력 비즈니스는 단순한 마케팅 제휴(Commercial Alliance)를 넘어 전략적 제휴(Strategic Alliance)로 더욱 진화되면서 항공사 간의 철저한 신뢰를 바탕으로 상호 협력을 극대화하기 위하여 자본적 결합, 비용공유 및 수익 배분을 추구하는 가장 강한 제휴의 형태인 조인트 벤처(Joint Venture) 운영으로 전개되었다. 항공사 간 조인트 벤처 운영은 2010년을 전후하여 세계 주요 거점 대형 항공사들 간에 본격적으로 진행되었고 저비용 항공사의 야심찬 성장 등과 같은 급변하는 항공시장 환경과 여러 위협요인에 탄력적으로 대응하고 있다. 조인트 벤처 운영은 공급자와 수요자(소비자) 모두의 편익이 충족되고 증진되어야만 하는 동시에 조인트 벤처 참여 항공사 간의 경영환경과 조직역량이 확보되고, 상호 확고한 신뢰 관계를 토대로 유기적인 협력시스템을 갖추어야 그 운영 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이를 통하여 조인트 벤처 참여 항공사는 경쟁우위 원천을 더욱 확립하고 경영혁신의 새로운 패러다임을 구축하면서 시장 환경변화에 따른 시장지배력 강화, 노선공유와 확대, 안정적 수익창출과 수익성 개선, 저비용 실현 및 지속가능경영을 위한 전략적 선택과 대안이라는 의의를 찾아 볼 수 있다.

글로벌 관광시대의 저변 확대와 국제항공운송시장 성장은 시장논리와 조류에 따른 항공자유화(Open Sky) 트랜드의 확산과 함께 항공수요와 공급의 냉정한 수급원리에 따른 항공사들 간의 치열한 경쟁을 가속화 시키고 있으며 항공사의 서비스 경쟁 또한 더욱 고도화 되고 있다. 한편 가격지향(price oriented)승객들을 목표시장으로 하는 저비용항공사(LCC)의 지속적인 성장은 가격경쟁력과 공격적인 마케팅을 기반으로 특히 중, 단거리 국제선 시장에서 일반대형항공사(FSC)의 시장점유율을 잠식하며 더욱 약진하고 있다. 이와 같은 현재의 항공운송시장상황에서 일반대형항공사는 노선 수익성(route profitability) 대비, 서비스 전략과 서비스 품질에 대한 제고가 더욱 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 관광서비스산업 관점으로서의 항공사는 고품질, 차별화된 항공서비스 품질 추구를 통한 고객만족 실현이 경쟁우위의 지표로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서비스 품질 개념과 서비스 품질 평가와 측정의 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 항공사 서비스의 특성을 파악하고 대 고객 서비스 전략에 따른 항공사 서비스 품질 평가 구성내용 및 현황을 고찰하였다. 이를 통하여 항공사 서비스 품질의 평가와 가치를 제고하는 동시에 항공 운송서비스 품질 전반의 실무적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

In this paper, we analyze the BER performance of OFDM system and improve its performance adopting convolutional coding as a performance improvement technique in frequency selective Rayleigh fading channel with impulsive noise. When the channel delay time is shorter than the guard band, OFDM system shows good BER performance, however when the channel delay time becomes longer than the guard band, its BER performance is abruptly degraded in frequency selective Raylelgh fading channel with impulse noise. Moreover, when contaminated by strong impulsive noise in the channel, BER performance falls to about 10^(-1).

Background: Child hand injuries have increased in industrial society. Considering the complications following even the best of treatments, injury prevention is very important. The objective of this study is to shed light on the prevalence, epidemiology, injury site, and etiology of child hand injuries. Method: The subjects was 245 children under the age of 15, who visited the emergency department at Ajou university hospital from January 1998 to December 1999. This study was performed retrospectively by reviewing the charts and analyzing the sex and age distributions, the monthyl and daily distributions, the causes of injury, the types of injury, and the sites of injury. Results: The male to female ratio was 1.35:1, and the largest age group was from 1 to 3 years old. The number of injuries was the highest on Sundays and in November. About 53% of the patients visited the emergency room between 8 pm and midnight. Doors were the most common causes and crushing was the most common type of child hand injuries. The most common injury site was the fingertip, followed by the DIP joint and the PIP joint. These hand injuries were treated by emergency physicians(52.2%), plastic surgeons(25.7%), and orthopedic surgeons(20.4%). Conclusion: Child hand injuries were most frequent in 1 to 3 year olds. A large number of these injuries occurred because of children getting their fingertips caught in door. If these are to be prevented injuries, are to be prevented. Education and advertisement on the use safety equipment on doors in order to protect children must be reinforced.
