        구개부에 발생한 다형선종의 처치

        Pleomorphic adenoma of the palate is the most common of all intraoral salivary tumors. It can occur at any age but it presents most commonly in the 40∼60 age group, and there is no significant sex preponderance. It grows slowly and is usually painless, firm, well-circumscribed nodule. Because of high rate of recurrence, extra-capsular excision including the overlying mucosa and margin of normal tissue is recommended. We report 10 cases of palatal pelomorphic adenoma which have been successfully treated by extra-capsular excision. The surgical defects smaller than 3㎝ in diameter were covered with palatal acrylic splint for the secondary healing. The larger defects were repaired using palatal island flap in 3 cases, rotation flap and buccal fat graft in each 1 case. No patient showed any recurrence or malignant change during the mean follow-up period of 4 years and 9 months. These repair methods seem to be simple, reliable and uncomplicated procedures in the palatal surgical defects.

      • 효율적인 자동차 배출가스 측정방법에 관한 연구

        For this study, we focused on deficiencies in the inspection methods used to measure the idling exhaust emissions of vehicles using gasoline or LPG. For the test, we adapted the inspection method, commonly used in advanced countries. This method was able to let us compare the amounts of exhaust gas emission and other factors, including the age and milage of the vehicles involved. By using the ASM2525 and ASM5015 methods, we reached the following conclusions 1. For the CO, HC and NOX emission tests, each method produced the same result. Vehicles produced prior to 1992 and having travelled over 110,000Km produced more gas. In case of non-business sedans, the same trend appeared for cars over 7 years old. 2. Although there were no big differences detected in the tests for CO and HC emissions involving the idle inspection method and the load inspection method, there were significant differences in the case of the NOX tests. 3. Because the current idle inspection does not reflect the condition of a vehicle when it is being driven, it is difficult to determine which vehicles are emitting excessive exhust. Therefore it would seem a more effective to adapt the load inspection method ASM2525, which takes vehicles milage into account

      • 그림카드를 활용한 이야기 꾸미기가 정신지체아동의 언어능력 증진에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 그림카드를 활용한 이야기 꾸미기 프로그램으로 3명의 정신지체 아동들에 대한 연구이다. 그리고 본 연구는 아동들의 어휘다양도, 이야기 발화길이, 및 이야기 순서 맞추기 효과를 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구는 실험 전 사전 평가, 실험 단계, 사후 평가, 및 유지단계의 과정을 통해 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실험은 2004년 8월~10월 걸쳐 주 2회, 16회기에 걸쳐 중재를 하고 일주일 전· 후로 사전 평가와 사후 평가를 실시하고 유지의 순서로 진행되었다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그림카드를 활용한 이야기 꾸미기 프로그램을 정신지체 아동의 언어지도에 적용한 결과 대상아동 모두에게서 총 낱말 수(NTW)와 다른 낱말 수(NDW)가 증가하는 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 그림카드를 활용한 이야기 꾸미기 프로그램을 정신지체 아동의 언어지도에 적용한 결과 대상아동 모두에게서 이야기 발화길이를 향상시키는데 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 그림카드를 활용한 이야기 꾸미기 프로그램을 정신지체 아동의 언어지도에 적용한 결과 이야기 순서 맞추기에서 대상아동1과 대상아동 3에서는 사후평가와 유지 시 향상을 보였으나 대상아동 2에 있어서 사후 평가 시에는 향상을 보였으나 유지에는 실패하였다. 이는 아동의 생활 연령과 사회연령이 어려서 전체적인 이야기 순서에 대한 이해도가 떨어져 유지되지 못한 것으로 생각된다. This study was a case study of teaching 3 mentally retarded children with story making program using picture cards, and it is to research the effect on their variety of vocabulary, length of story utterance, and ordering of the story sequence. This study was done through for steps namely pre-assessment before the experiment, experimental step, post-assessment were done before and after the experiment as well as maintenance. The results were as follows: First, the story making program using picture cards on the development of language ability of the mentally retarded children was effective in increasing NTW and NDW to all subjects. Second, the story making program using picture cards on the development of language ability of the mentally retarded children was effective in increasing the length of utterance. Finally, the story making program using picture cards on the development of language ability of the mentally retarded children was effective in increasing their pre- and post-assessment as well as maintenance on the subject child 1 and 3 in ordering the story sequence, but the subject child 3 failed maintain it even through he showed increase on post-assessment. it is regarded that it was because his living age and social age was too young to have comprehension and maintenance for his total story sequence ability.

        The teaching-learning process is the main part of the activities in school education. The verval behavior which interacts between teachers and students can be said to be the core of the process. According to Flanders's study the scholastic achievement and attitude modification of the students depend greatly on the behavior patterns of the teacher in classroom activities. The Purpose of this study is to suggest a criterion of the classroom behavior in order to improve teaching methods by analyzing the classroom behavior a high school science courses according to Flander's Verbal Interaction Analysis to find out what differences there are between junior high and senior high, and among different teachers with various teaching careers. The classroom activities conducted by 16 teachers of science in junior and senior high schools in Taegu.

        개선된 사람 혈장중 세파클러 농도 정량법을 이용한 세파클러 캡슐의 생체이용률 측정

        After establishing improved HPLC analytical method ofcefaclor in human plasma samples, a bioavailability study of cefaclor capsules was conducted according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The standard calibration curve using an HPLC with UV detector was constructed in a range of 0.0324--16 μg/m1. The 6% perchloric acid instead of 6% trichloroacetic acid was used to precipitate plasma protein. The HPLC chromatograms were precisely and accurately resolved when spiked with human plasma spiked with cefaclor and cephalexin (internal standard). Twenty healthy male Korean volunteers received two commercial cefaclor capsules, Neocef ' capsule (Jinyang Pharm. Co., Ltd) or Ceclor" capsule {Lilly Korea. Co., Ltd.) at the 250 mg cefaclor in a 2 x 2 crossover study. There was a one-week washout period between the doses. Plasma concentrations of cefaclor were monitored for 8 hours after oral drug administration. AUC, the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 8 hr (13 points), was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. C,,,a" (maximum plasma drug concentration) and Tmax (time to reach Cma,) were compiled from the plasma concentration-time data. Analysis of variance was carried out using logarithmically transformed AUC, and Cmax. No significant sequence effect was found for all of the bioavailability parameters indicating that the cross-over design was properly performed. The 90% confidence intervals of the AUC, ratio and the Cmax ratio for Neocer/Ceclor" were 0.9049 S S < 1.0304 and 0.9776 5 S 1.226, respectively. These values were within the acceptable bioequivalence intervals of 0.80-1.25. Thus, our study demonstrated the bioequivalence of Neocef"/Ceclor" with respect to the extent of absorption.

      • 패류중 중금속함량에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 패류중 중금속함량 측정을 위한 분석효율이 높고 간편한 분해법을 찾아내어 그 방법에 의끓 유종중인 패류중 중금속함량을 파악하고자 수행하였다. 시료를 분해시키는 Microwave와 습식, 건식회법을 비교한 결과 변형습식회화르가 가장 적합하였다. 변형습식회차딘는 려린0,3+C104+H2SOf의 혼찰산을 쪼 · j 1 (v/v)의 비율로 혼합하여 사용하였 을 때 회수을 Pb린틴. Cd 97.8, Cu 94.2, Zn 92.8%를 나타내었근 분해시간은 2~2.5시간 소요되었다. 유통중인 패류중 중금속함량 」최소~최대(평균), mgAgl 은 Pb 0.028~o.528(0.153), Cd 0.OO7~1,832(0.587), Cu 0.360~37.375(4.6691, Zn 6.317~233.2iO(38.881), Hg 0.001 ~O.151(0.012)mg/ltg으로 나타났다. 또한 유통중인 5종의 패류중 중금속평균항량이 생산지 하재지역에서 구입한 패류에 비해 모든 중금속언써 약간 높은 함량을 보였으나 오염된 수준이 아닌 자연함유량수준이었다. This study was conducted to improve the digestion method for the determination of heavy metals in shellfishes and to estimate the contents of heavy metal in commercial shellfishes by their digestion method. This digestion method was compared microwave with wet and dry ash digestion for shellfish samples, obtained results showed that the modified wet ash Ⅱ digestion was convenient and easy to use. For the modified wet ash Ⅱ digestion, The mixed acid of HNO₃+HClO₄+H₂SO₄(25:5:1, v/v) was used. Under this condition, Recoveries were Pb 94.3, Cd 97.8, Cu 94.2 and Zn 92.8% and digestion time was ∼2.5 hours. The contents of heavy metal [minimum∼maximum (mean), mg/kg in commercial shellfishes were as follows ; Pb:0.028∼0.528(0.153), Cd:0.007∼1.832(0.587), Cu:0.360∼37.375(4.669), Zn:6.317∼233.250(38.881), Hg:0.001∼0.151(0.013). The contents of heavy metal in commercial shellfishes of five species were slightly greater than those of shellfishes purchased at Hajae. There was no great difference between the contents of heavy metal of Hajae and those of shellfishes purchased at Whole market.

      • 랫드에서 인체 재조합 적혈구 조혈인자, rHuEPO의 13주 정맥투여 아만성독성에 관한 연구

        A recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) was administered intravenously at dosage levels of 0, 100, 500, and 2500 IU/㎏/day for a period of 13 weeks. There were no observed clinical signs and deaths related to treatment in all groups tested. Decreases in body weight gain and food consumption were observed only in males of 2,500 IU/㎏ group after 2 weeks. In hematological parameters, erythrocyte content, hematocrit values and hemoglobin concentration were dose-dependently increased in rHuEPO treated groups. The ratio between kidney weight and whole body weight was significantly increased in females of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. The spleen weight was also increased in both sexes of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. However, the absolute weight change of other organs was not observed. In histopathological examinations, the renal tubular basophilia was observed only in males and females of 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. From these results, it is concluded that the no-observed adverse effect level(NOAEL) of rHuEPO is 100 IU/㎏ in rats in the present study.

      • HFC-134a와 대체냉매 HFC-152a에 CF_3I를 혼합한 자동차냉매 특성

        These days, an attention of environment has been increasing all over the world. to prevent the green house effect and destruction of an ozone layer, an ozone destruction potential(ODP) be zero and a refrigerant for low global warming potential(GWP) is needed. HFC-134a, in which hydrogen is mixed instead of chlorine is a refrigerant used for automobile conditioners and its destruction potential is ecologically zero. However, it is not considered as a perfect substitutive refrigerant as its GWP is high. It is studied refrigerant mixtures in which HFC-134a, HFC-152a and CF_3I with low GWP and zero ODP are mixed by experimentally and concluded as follows; 1. with the variation of speed of compressor outside temperature and flow rate, the heat of evaporator and compressor and coefficient of performance was varied, and influenced the air conditioner. 2. The pressure of evaporator was decreased with increasing the speed of compressor and that of the refrigerant HFC-134a was higher 21% than that of azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I. The overall capacity of condensor and evaporator was increased and HGC-134a was higher than azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I 3. The capacity of evaporator with the refrigerant HFC-134a was higher 6% than azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF31 and the required power with zaotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I was higher 11% than that of HFC-134a. 4. The COP of the refrigerant FHC-134a was higher 31% in 1000RPM. when outside temperature was increased, COP was decreased. 5. Performance of HFC-134a is better than azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I but prefered zaotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I considering the environment.
