      • 무용전공학생의 호흡순환기능 및 혈중젖산농도에 관한 비교연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the cardiovascular function and blood lactate in female by part of dance major in university. For this purpose a total of 32 female students, attending university K in Seoul participated in the study. The subjects were selected randomly 24 female students majored in dance in university(Korean dance: 8, Modern dance: 8, Ballet: 8), and 8 regular female students, who did not have any dance experience. The results of the study were as follows; 1.Cardiovascular function 1)In factors of rest HR showed in Control group 76.50±3.74 beats/min, Korean dance group 72.13±4.85 beats/min, Modern dance group 71.50±4.93 beats/min, Ballet dance group 68.8±4.19beats/min. Among these group there was significantly(p〈.05). 2)In factors of HRmax showed in Korean dance group 200.63土4.78 beats/min, , Ballet dance group 198.00±6.28beats/min, Modern dance group 197.63±6.65beats/min Control group 189.75±10.51beats/min. Among these group there was significantly(p〈.05). 3)In factors of VO2/kg showed in Ballet dance group 44.46±4.09㎖/min, Korean dance group 43.95±2.95㎖/min, Modern dance group 40.73±3.26㎖/min, Control group 34.33±2.28㎖/min. Among these group there was significantly(p〈.001). 4)In factors of VCO2 showed in Korean dance group 84.31ℓ/min, Modern dance group 2.60±0.44ℓ/min, Ballet dance group 2.52±0.23ℓ/min, Control group 2.23±0.34ℓ/min. Among these group there was not significantly. 5)In factors of art-out time showed in Korean dance group 931±52.92sec, Modern dance group 916.75±40.96sec, Ballet dance group 908.88±28.44sec, Control group 809.38±70.02sec. Among these group there was significantly(p〈.001). 2.Blood lactate 1)In factors of rest time blood lactate showed in Ballet dance group 1.17±0.26.mM/ℓ, Control group 1.11±0.21mM/ℓ , Korean dance group 1.09±0.28mM/ℓ , Modern dance group 1.06±0.33mM/ℓ Among these group there was not significantly. 2)In factors of all-out time blood lactate showed in Control group 9.14±0.92mM/ℓ, Ballet dance Broup 7.79±1.14mM/ℓ, Korean dance group 7.67±1.51mM/ℓ, Modern dance group 7.42±1.18mM/ℓ, Among these group there was not significantly. 3)In factors of recovery 3 minute blood lactate showed in Control group 9.52±0.94mM/ℓ, Ballet dance group 7.68±1.73mM/ℓ, Modern dance group 7,61±0.89mM/ℓ, Korean dance group 7.52±1.78mM/ℓ. Among these group there was significantly(p〈.05). 4) In factors of recovery 5 minute blood lactate showed in Control group 9.91±1.22mM/ℓ, Korean dance group 7.97±2.38mM/ℓ, Ballet dance group 7.86±1.86mM/ℓ, Modern dance group 7.51±1.10mM/ℓ, Among these group there was significantly(p〈.05). 5)In factors of recovery 10 minute Control group 8.99±0.97mM/ℓ, Ballet dance group 6.98±1.65mM/ℓ, Korean dance group 6.96±2.08mM/ℓ, Modern dance group 6.78±1.38mM/ℓ, Among these group there was significantly(p〈.05).

        Angioedema with eosinophilia (AE) is a very rare allergy disease, case reports of which have been published sporadically since 1984. Here, we retrospectively analyzed the clinical features of 10 AE patients in Korea. Nine of the 10 subjects were young females, ranging from 23 to 38 years old. Twenty percent of the subjects had episodic-type AE with high serum IgM and eosinophil counts, while 80% were non-episodic type with normal serum IgM levels but high eosinophil counts. All patients had used systemic corticosteroids to control AE. One patient with refractory EAE was treated with anti-IgE antibody. This is the first study to evaluate the clinical characteristics of AE in a Korean population.

        로스팅 서리태를 이용한 음료 제조 및 품질 평가

        This study was performed to develop and evaluate beverage prepared with optimally roasted seoritae to maximize the isoflavone content and antioxidant activities of the beverage. Isoflavone content was maximized at the roasting temperature of $110^{\circ}C$ for 20 min. Both DPPH radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical scavenging activity along with total polyphenol content were highest when seoritae was roasted at $110^{\circ}C$ for 20 min. Western blotting was used to determine the level of nuclear factor of activated T-cells 1(NFATc1) involved in controlling osteoclast differentiation. The results showed that NFATc1 had a concentration-dependent inhibitory effect when the RoS110 (roasted seoritae at $110^{\circ}C$ for 20 min) samples were processed at varying concentrations (10, 50, and $100{\mu}g/mL$). Tea samples were prepared from optimally roasted seoritae by varying brewing times (5~90 min) at $65^{\circ}C$, and tea brewed for 60 min had the highest preference with $65^{\circ}C$ as the preferred temperature for drinking.

      • 중국 서남부의 민족복에 관한 연구 : 貴州省을 중심으로 Centering around Guizhou Province

        This study was conducted on the costume of the 5 minorities dwelling in Guizhou Province of China. The result of the study is summarized as follows. 1. As Guizhou Province yields much silver, most of the minorities used silver ornaments a lot and dyed their garments by using indigo extracted from plants that grow in the area. 2. The headdress was of style that for both men and women a long cloth is wound around a head in various ways. In some cases, women used cow's horn, pearl and silver ornaments. 3. Most wore a short upper garment such as blouses with overlapping necks or blouses with diagonal on the front, and as a lower garment men and women wore trousers and skirts, respectively. 4. As a way of ornament, embroidering, wax printing and weaving were commonly used, but pattern and color used in the ornament varied depending on the individual minorities. 5. These minorities believed polytheism and had, particularly, a thought of ancestor worship. Thus, they attempted to express such belief and thought on their costume. It is expected that their costume featuring uniqueness and tradition will contribute to creating modern costume design.

        우울증 환자의 부모양육행동, 대상관계 및 자아존중감에 관한 연구

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between the Object Relations, Parenting Behaviors, and Self-esteem with Depression. Methods : This study included 60 Depression patients and 90 healthy individuals. Parent Behavior Inventory (PBI), Bell Object Relation Inventory (BORI), Self-Esteem Scale (SES) and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) were used for measuring parenting behaviors, object relations, self-esteem and severity of depression in orderly. Results : Depression was negatively associated wi self-esteem, and positively associated with four subscale of Object relation. Also, depression was positively associated with maternal intrusiveness, Parental negligence and negatively associated with maternal affection. The most potent variable to explain depression was self-esteem, and the second was insecure attachment. Maternal affection was the most explainable variable of self-esteem, and the most potent variable of insecure attachment was maternal intrusiveness. Correlation analysis with insecure attachment and self-esteem as control variable individually, there was weak correlation among variables. Conclusion : This study shows object relation, parent behavior, and self-esteem are related with depressive symptoms. Object relation (especially, insecure attachment) and self-esteem is more important and proximal cause in depression than Parental behavior. Result of the present study indicated that inadequate parental behavior m childhood foster insecure object relation and low self-esteem, then they contribute to depression through their interaction.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the body composition of female by part of dance major in university. Among these group there was significantly(p<.05). 2)In factors of subscapular showed in Control group 11.26±4.59 mm, Modern dance group 9.33± 2.29 mm, Korean dance group 9.13± 1.52 mm, Ballet group 8.74±2.53 mm. Among these group there was no significantly. 3)In factors of abdomen showed in Control group 12.29±5.24 mm, Modern dance group 7.75±2.94mn, Korean dance group 8.58 ± 3.36 mm, Ballet group 6.97± 2.27 mm. Among these group there was significantly (p<.05). 4)In factors of thigh showed in Control group 21.51±8.22 mm, Korean dance group 76.30± 1.92 mm, Modern dance group 15.45±3.08 mm, Ballet group 14.45±3.94 mal. Among these group there was significan11y(P<.05). 2.Body fat 1)In factors of body density showed in Ballet group 1.0633 ±0.0072 g/ml. Modern dance group 1.0615±0.0059 g/ml. Korean dance group 1.0602±0.0031 g/ml, Control groupp 1.0512±0.0144 g/ml Among these group there was significantly(P<.05). 2)In factors of %fat showed in Control group 20.59±6.11 %, Korean dance group 76.82± 1.24 %, Modern dance group 16.34±2.41 %, Ballet group 15.61 ±2.95 %, 킬song these group there was significantly ( p<.05). 3)In factors of fat showed in Control group 10.87±5.62 kg, Korean dance group 8.45± 1.21 kg. Modern dance group 8.14± 1.49 kg, Ballet group 7.76± 1.81 kg. Among these group there was no significantly. 4)In factors of LBM showed in Ballet group 41.67±4.04 kg, Korean dance group 41.61±3.14 kg, Modern dance group 41.51 ±2.47 kg, Control group 39.76±3.36 kg. Among these group there was no significantly.

        윤상 다륜형 아급성 피부 홍반성 루푸스 1예

        We report an annular type of subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus(SCLE) which is rare in Korea, A 23-year-old female had erythematous annular rashes with a mild itching sensation on the face, trunk and both extremities. She also had painless oral mucosal ulceration, diffuse hair loss and mild arthralgia. Serologic abnormalities of the patient were positive anti-Ro Ab, ANA and Anti-ds-DNA Ab. The histopathologic findings showed vacuolar degenerations in the basal cell layer, mononuclear cell infiltrate in the upper dermis, and dermal edema. Direct IF revealed granular deposition of IgG and IgA at the dermo-epidennal junction.

        In this study, we put the circular skirt in its different direction on the body "Kypis 9A2(S)" developed by MITSUBISH RAYON to find out the influence of properties and stand direction of fabric on silhouette and drape of circular skirt. 1. Although the expansion of material is safe during 2~3days, as the time is passed, the length is changed. Therefore we can think that the property of material that is the weight of organization, the sthrength of thickness, twist, density and temperature, moisture of exterior circumstance are mixed 2. The change is also appeared by the direction of skirt warp. SB of warp direction is better than SS of warp direction in the property of drape but the the length of skirt is more extended. the cased of bias that the length is much appeared is increased by 2cm in A, E, I, M direction, is decreased by more 1cm in C, G, K, O direction. Therefore when we cut the material, we have to comprehend the property of material exactly in order to cover these defects. we also must choose a first cutting and the mothod of sewing.

        Purpose: By the definition of UICC TNM classification (fifth edition), the nodal stage of gastric cancer is based on the number of metastatic lymph nodes, which is influenced by the number of resected lymph nodes. And individual differences in the number of resected lymph nodes had been observed in patients with gastric cancer. The aim of this study is to verify the factors which are associated with the difference in the number of resected lymph nodes in patients with gastric cancer. Methods: We reviewed 613 patients with gastric cancer who underwent curative resection and D2 lymph node dissection with 15 or more resected lymph nodes. The number of resected lymph nodes was analyzed according to the characteristics of patients, the types of operation and prognostic factors of gastric cancer. Results: The mean number of resected lymph nodes per patient was 33.0 (median: 31.0, range: 15-88). The number of resected lymph nodes was significantly associated with the types of operation, the location and size of tumor, macroscopic types, depth of tumor invasion and the number of metastatic lymph nodes. Patient's age, gender and the histopathological finding's had no relationship with the number of resected lymph nodes. Conclusions: The number of resected lymph nodes from gastric cancer was different in each patient despite of same D2 lymph node dissection and it was associated with several prognostic factors of gastric cancer.

      • 식단배식시 간호사의 개선내용이 잔식량 감소에 미치는 효과 : 일 대학병원을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials for the supply of the high quality of meals which meets the need of patients of university hospital in G city, affording the increase their quality and to make proper preparations through the analysis of the cause of leftover food for the improvement of hospital service and for the efficiency of hospital management. For this study, questionnaires from the total 302 patients hospitalized (1st 149, 2nd 100 and 3rd 53 investigated persons) during May 28 to October 28, 2001 were used and the measurement of leftover food was performed in each hospital ward for 1 week. A tool of research was consisted of the total 22 structured questionnaires to improve satisfaction of patient meal and to reduce leftover food, For the distribution of meals, the contents of improved education are 1) The improved ways for the satisfaction of rice and soup were searched 2) Several kinds of Kimchi were diversified 3) Kindness education was repeatedly performed to all distributors for 20 minutes every Thursday afternoon ;1) The preparation of clean meals was educated and supervised 5) Since there was much leftover food, when patients enter hospitalization and leave the hospital, and they change meals, and they miss changed meals, both official document and oral cooperation were requested to each hospital ward person in charge. The research results are as follows: 1. In food quality and service, the negative opinion was shown in the item of food temperature, food amount, cleanness of dinner table, kindness of food distributor. And the positive opinions of Eat much. Eat by half. in the item of food intake amount supplied by the hospital were shown. It was investigated that the leftover food was due to the great amount of food. 2. In the determination of leftover food among several hospital wards, 63 hospital ward (medical treatment hospital) gave the largest leftover food in the first and the second investigation. In the third investigation, 73 hospital ward with long-term patients among hospital wards with the largest leftover food gave the order of soup-kimchi-rice, kimchi-soup-rice as leftover foods. Summarizing these results, it is considered that the reduction of leftover food by the improvement education in hospital meals distribution might help the nutrition intake as well as service improvement in hospital manger and social benefit.
