과립상 세포종은 Schwann 세포 기원으로 생각되며 인체에 비교적 드물게 발생한다. 과립상 세포종은 전신 어느 곳에서나 발견될 수 있으나 주로 혀, 구강, 피부 혹은 유방 등에서 호발하며 드물게 위장관에서 발견된다. 위장관에서는 식도에서 가장 호발하며 다음으로 위, 대장 순이다. 과립상 세포종은 대부분, 특히 위장관에서는 양성이며 소수의 악성 병변이 보고되었다. 이러한 이유와 함께 수술 전의 진단이 어렵기 때문에 과립상 세포종에 대한 근본적인 치료는 현재까지 외과적 절제술이다. 최근에 시도되는 치료방법들로는 내시경적 레이저 치료, 용종절제술, 내시경적 점막 절제술 등이 있다. 저자들은 상부 소화관 내시경검사를 시행하여 식도 과립상 세포종을 진단하고 내시경적 점막 절제술을 시행하여 합병증 없이 퇴원하여 현재 재발없이 경과 관찰중인 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Granular cell tumors, which occur infrequently, are probably of Schwann cell origin. They can occur almost anywhere in the body but usually affect the tongue, oral cavity, skin, or breasts and are rarely found in the gastrointestinal tracts. The esophagus is the most frequent gastrointestinal site, followed by the stomach and the colon. Granular cell tumors are generally benign, especially in the gastrointestinal tract, some malignant lesions have been reported. For this reason, and also because preoperative diagnosis is difficult, the standard treatment for granular cell tumor has until now been surgical excision. In recent years, other therapeutic methods is endoscopic laser therapy (ELT), polypectiomy, endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). We report a case of esophageal granular cell tumor which was diagnosed by an endoscopy and managed using an endoscopic mucosal resection without complication.
흉부 외상 환자에서 일반흉부촬영과 비교한 흉부단층촬영의 진단적 유용성

Purpose: Early diagnosis and management of therapeutic interventions are very important in chest trauma. Conventional chest X-rays (CXR) and computed tomography (CT) are the diagnostic tools that can be quickly implemented for chest trauma patients in the emergency department. In this study, the usefulness of the CT as a diagnostic measurement was examined by analyzing the ability to detect thoracic injuries in trauma patients who had visited the emergency department and undergone CXR and CT. Methods: This study involved 84 patients who had visited the emergency department due to chest trauma and who had undergone both CXR and CT during their diagnostic process. The patients` characteristics and early vital signs were examined through a retrospective analysis of their medical records, and the CXR and the CT saved in the Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) were examined by a radiologist and an emergency physician to verify whether or not a lesion was present. Results: Pneumothoraxes, hemothoraxes, pneumomediastina, pulmonary lacerations, rib fractures, vertebral fractures, chest wall contusions, and subcutaneous emphysema were prevalently found in a statistically meaningful way (p<0.05) on the CT. Even though their statistical significance couldn`t be verified, other disorders, including aortic injury, were more prevalently found by CT than by CXR. Conclusion: CT implemented for chest trauma patients visiting the emergency department allowed disorders that couldn`t be found on CXR to be verified, which helped us to could accurately evaluate patients. Aurantii Fructus has been used in traditional medicine as a digestant, expectorant, and in the treatment of diarrhea, anal prolapse. For the quality control of this crude drug, hesperidin was isolated from the ethylacetate fraction of Citrus aurantium (Rutaceae) and identified by the spectroscopic evidences. A quantitative analysis of hesperidin using HPLC method exhibited that the average contents of hesperidin were 2.13±1.16% in 57 samples collected throughout the various regions of Korea.
컬러 그림을 자동 오버랩시키는 기법에 관한 연구와 구현

화면에 두 컬러 그림(image)을 오버랩(overlap)시킴으로써 시각적 효과를 극대화하는 응용 프로그램이 많이 있다. 그러나 그것들은 오버랩 중간과정의 그림을 수동으로 조작한 것에 불과하다. 본 논문은 대부분의 컬러 그림 중 대부분의 픽셀(pixel)이 거의 같은 계통의 색을 사용한다는 관찰에 착안하여, 두 장의 컬러 그림을 입력받아 이미지의 손상을 최소로 줄이면서 자동으로 두 그림을 오버랩시키는 기법과 구체적인 구현 방법을 설명하였다.

The survey site, the Hyundai Apartment Complex in the Bundang Model Complex, includes three housing layout types; super high-rise, high-rise and low-rise apartment buildings. The site includes artificial ground over underground parking lots. The overall objective of this study is to evaluate social and physical factors of housing environments in each types of layout. The data has been compiled from residents of apartment through questionnaire. The questionnaire include elements of neighborhood, outdoor space, parking zones, and the 'overall complex design in each layout types. The predictors of neighborhood residential satisfaction in apartment housing complex are found as follows : ‘maintenace of complex’, ‘color of appearance’, ‘walkway’, ‘abundance of green’. And the predictors of outdoor space satisfaction are found as follows : ‘composition of trees’, ‘car-free in rest’, ‘diverse activity’, ‘abundancd of trees quantity’ Layout of super high-rise aparment site is most satisfied. Introduction of car-free deck space is favored by resident because of safty and quiet resting area. However the low quality of green and lack of shades on the artificial land are identified as problems.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Na<SUB>1/2</SUB>Bi<SUB>1/2</SUB>TiO<SUB>3</SUB>-BaTiO<SUB>3</SUB>-K<SUB>1/2</SUB>Na<SUB>1/2</SUB>NbO<SUB>3</SUB> (NBT-BT-KNN) is a promising candidate system for actuator applications in lead-free piezoelectric materials because of its large electric-field-induced strain. We were able to fabricate 96.9% dense 90NBT-5BT-5KNN (mol%) single crystals by the solid-state single crystal growth technique using sintered pellets and SrTiO<SUB>3</SUB> seed crystals. The fabricated single crystals with a 〈001〉 direction exhibited high piezoelectric performance with a large strain of 0.67% and a high converse piezoelectric constant (S<SUB>max</SUB>/E<SUB>max</SUB>) of about 1670 pm/V at 4kV/mm. These values are much higher than those previously reported for ceramics, 0.45% and 560 pm/V at 8kV/mm, and for single crystals, 0.57% and 950 pm/V at 6kV/mm, of the NBT-BT-KNN system. The measured piezoelectric properties are even comparable with those of lead-containing piezoelectric single crystals, which demonstrates high applicability of the fabricated NBT-5BT-5KNN single crystals for actuators.</P>
m-지르코니아와 Yag 졸로부터 지르코니아계 전해질 제조 및 물성

고체 전해질로 많이 사용되는 이트리아로 안정화된 입방정형(cubic) 지르코니아의 기계적 강도를 향상시키기 위하여, 단사형(monoclinic) 지르코니아(m-$ZrO_2$)를 원료로 지르코니아 안정화시키는 이트리아와 지르코니아의 낮은 기계적 강도를 향상시켜 주기 위한 알루미나를 Yag($Y_3Al_5O_{13}$)졸의 형태로 첨가하여, 졸 형태로 첨가된 이트리아와 알루미나가 입방정 지르코니아 소결체의 기계적, 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 17.8 wt% Yag(6.3mol% $Y_2O_3$)가 첨가된 경우 파괴인성은 3.62MPa${\cdot}m^{1/2}$, 파괴강도는 447MPa로 8mol%의 이트리아로 안정화된 지르코니아(TZ8Y)의 1.44MPa${\cdot}m^{1/2}$, 270MPa에 비하여 기계적 특성이 현저히 향상되었으나, 950$^{\circ}$C, 공기분위기에서의 전기전도도는 0.057${\Omega}^{-1}cm^{-1}$로 TZ8Y에 비해 반 정도로 낮아졌으며, 21.6wt% Yag(8.0mol% $Y_2O_3$)가 첨가된 경우에는 파괴인성은 2.93MPa${\cdot}m^{1/2}$, 파괴강도는 388MPa로 TZ8Y에 비하여 향상되었고, 전기전도도는 0.076${\Omega}^{-1}cm^{-1}$을 나타내었다. Attempts were made to improve mechanical properties of zirconia-based electrolyte by preparing yttria-stabilized cubic zirconia/alumina composite. It was performed by precipitating Yag precursor in aqueous m-zirconia slurry. The powder was separated and then followed by heat treatment with expecting yttria to react with m-$ZrO_2$ to give yttria stabilized zirconia and alumina to be dispersed homogeneously. When 17.8wt% Yag(6.3mol% $Y_2O_3$) was used, fracture toughness and strength were substantially improved from 1.44MPa${\cdot}m^{1/2}$ and 270Mpa for YZ8Y to 3.62MPa${\cdot}m^{1/2}$ and 447MPa respectively, but electrical conductivity at $^{\circ}$C in air was decreased from 0.126 to 0.057${\Omega}^{-1}cm^{-1}$. It seemed due to the presence of small amount of tetragonal zirconia. But when 21.58wt% Yag(8.0mol% $Y_2O_3$) was added, fracture toughness of 2.93MPa${\cdot}m^{1/2}$ and flexural strength of 388MPa were obtained with electrical conductivity of ${\Omega}^{-1}cm^{-1}$.
