        설악산국립공원 지역의 노루 서식지 이용 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to obtain the basic research about Siberian roe deer (Capreolus pygargus), and to establish a conservation area into Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park, South Korea. We recorded Siberian roe deer field signs (bedding sites, feeding areas, feces and tracks etc), and habitat variables such as nearest distance to the watercourse, trails, slope, aspect, forest type and land cover etc. from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2007 in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park. According to the research of habitat characteristics of Siberian roe deer inhabited in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park preferred mixed forest consisted of aged forest and middle-aged forest on the gentle slope which was close to hydrosphere in the middle elevation area of altitude of 400~600m above sea level in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park. The results indicated that Siberian roe deer appeared to prefer south slope or north slope during the snow season and west or east slope during the non-snow season. The area of most suitable habitat for Siberian roe deer in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park was 125.8km2 (32% of the total area) followed by 244.3km2 buffer area (62.2% of the total area), and 22.9km2 unsuitable habitat area (5.8% of the total area), which means environmentally unsuitable habitat for Siberian roe deer was rare in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park. Thus, the area classified as major area in Seoraksan(Mt.) National Park appeared to be most important for the protection of Siberian roe deer.

        Elevational Distribution of Breeding Bird Communities in Seoraksan National Park, Korea

        In this study, the elevational distribution of breeding birds in Seoraksan National Park, Korea was investigated. Forty-six species of birds were documented from line transect surveys taken from Seorakdong at 230 m above sea level (a.s.l.) to the Daechungbong summit at 1708 m asl. Birdspecies richness and diversity were highest in Seorakdong and lowest at the Daechungbong summit. As elevation increased, bird species richness and diversity decreased, with a humped-shape trend being observed between 700 m and 1200 m a.s.l. Stepwise analyses revealed that breeding bird species diversity indices were significantly negatively correlated with elevation (r<sup>2</sup> = 0.327, P < 0.001) and positively correlated with vegetational coverage (r<sup>2</sup> = 0.324, P = 0.046). Higher elevations supported fewer birds than low and intermediate elevations. Projections at the local scale, including data on behavior and habitat use by birds, will be necessary for optimal conservation and management of the bird communities in Seoraksan National Park.

      • 신경세포의 Outgrowth 향상을 위한 마이크로 파이버 지지체와 전단응력의 영향

        We introduced mechanical stimuli and micro patterned substrate with micro fibers to investigate the effects of those on neurite outgrowth along with nerve growth factor (NGF) in vitro. Micro fiber substrates were fabricated using an electros pinning process. And PC-12 cells cultured on substrates were simulated with newer growth factor and laminar flow shear stress in a fluid flow system. The results suggest that micro fiber substrates and fluid-induced shear stress are promising for simulating neuronal regeneration in a desired direction.

      • 악성림프종 환자에서 복합화학요법으로 유발된 백혈구 감소증에 대한 인형 재조합 과립구 집락형성-촉진인자(rhG-CSF: Neutrogin)의 효과

        Clinical effects of rhG-CSF were investigated in 17 patients receiving chemotherapy for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Patients were given G-CSF 2㎍/㎏/day after 2nd cycle chemotherapy for least 14 consecutive days, and clinical and laboratory results were compared to results of the first cycle. Treatment with G-CSF resulted in increase of mean WBC count(952.9±152.2㎜³vs 1882.4±350.4/㎜³) and neutrophil count(212.9±53.0/㎜³vs 841.5±238.0/㎜³), reduced the duration of leukocytopenic days(12.4±1.3 days vs 5.5±1.0 days, WBC count less than 4000/㎜³) and neutropenic days(4.5±0.9 days vs 2.3±0.7 days, neutrophil count less than 500/㎜³), and reduced the duration of neutropenic fever(5.8±1.1 days vs 0.9±0.5 days). The side effects of G-CSF were not so significant. These results demonstrated that G-CSF is safe and useful for the treatment of neutropenia induced by anticancer chemotherapy of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and reducing the incidence of febrile periods and duration of antibiotic administration.

        변형된 치관부 파절편 재부착술식을 이용한 치관치근파절의 치료

        치관부 파절편 재부착술식은 접착치의학의 발달과 더불어 치관파절 치료 방법 중 하나로 자리매김하였다. 하지만 치관치근파절된 치아에 있어서 기존의 치관부 파절편 재부착술식으로는 치은연하 영역의 수복 및 생물학적 폭경의 유지가 어려워 부가적인 치관연장술 또는 치아 정출술 등이 요구되게 된다. 하지만 이번 증례보고는 치수노출을 동반한 치관-치근파절을 치료함에 있어서 이러한 부가적인 술식 없이 변형된 치관부 파절편 재부착술식만을 이용하여 처치한 사례이다. 환자는 근관치료 후 post 삽입 및 재부착 술식을 시행 받았으며 이때 치관 파절편의 변형을 통해 생물학적 폭경을 위한 공간 유지 및 적절한 접착을 위한 영역을 확보할 수 있었고 이후 한차례의 재파절이 발생하였지만 재차 재부착 후 2년간의 follow up을 통해 치주부착상실 없이 치관 파절편이 잘 유지되는 것이 관찰되었다. The development of adhesive dentistry has allowed that the crown fragment reattachment can be another option in the treatment of crown fracture. However, additional crown lengthening procedure or extrusion of the tooth may be necessary in the treatment of crown root fracture because subgingival fracture line in close proximity to the alveolar bone leads to challenges for restorative procedure and the violation of the biologic width. This case report presents a modified crown fragment reattachment technique of crown root fracture with pulp exposure, which was done without additional crown lengthening procedures. After the endodontic treatment, the patient was treated using a post insertion and the fragment reattachment technique, which made it possible to preserve the space for the biologic width and maintain a dry surgical field for adequate adhesion through the modification of the fractured coronal fragment. Since a coronal fracture was occurred and reattached afterward, it was observed that the coronal fragment was well maintained without the additional loss of periodontal attachment through 2-year follow up.

      • 태권도 선수들의 영양지식, 식습관, 음식기호도 및 영양 섭취에 관한 연구

        This study surveyed and analyzed the nutritional knowledge, eating habits, food preferences and nutrition intakes, 48.5% of the athletes get nutrition information and most of them(61.1%) get such information from amateur, and they want to get information from a nutritionist or nutritioneipert. The lever of nutrition knowledge proved to be very low(the athletes on assessment test) and the athletes who have had access to nutrition information of players appeared to score slightly better than the others, 37.9% of the students tended to have breakfast in an irregular pattern. The athletes in choosing the most important mealtime element out of the choices of flavor of food. and athletes" eating habits as 45.7 of them answered that their parents are the mast important influence in developing their eating habits. The survey on food preference of the athletes discovered that most of the food. more than 80% of Taekwondo players liked very much. but the survey on preference of fish and vegetable category are low. When it comes to gender. noodles and instant noodles are significantly more(P<.05). An average male Taekwondo player had 1859kcal, 88 lof the recommended level. while the average female had 1788kcal, 85% of what is normally suggested. female athletes ate significantly more fat than males. however the average vitamin A intake of male athletes were substantially higher(P<.05). There was significant correlations between the level of athletes' basic nutrition knowledge and their Calcium (p<.01) and Vitamin B2 (p<.05)intake. In addition. the level of nutrition knowledge on calorie-providing foods was significantly correlated (p<.05) with Calcium. Kalium. and Vitamin C consumption respectively. Overall nutrition knowledge also had a significant correlation (p<.05) with Calcium intake.

      • 가새의 위치를 고려한 튜브 구조물의 횡적거동에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 수평하중 하에서의 가새 튜브 구조 시스템의 거동을 분석하기 위하여 기본 골조 튜브 모델에 위치가 다른 가새를 추가한 가새 튜브 모델에 대한 해석을 수행하였다. 구조해석은 3차원 탄성해석 프로그램인 MIDAS GENw를 사용하여 수행하였으며, 구조 해석을 수행한 후, 각각의 거동 특성을 비교 분석하여 가새의 특성에 따른 횡변위 감소 효과 및 전단지연 현상의 완화를 고찰하고자 한다. The braced tube structure is a solution to increasing the efficiency of the framed tube structure, which is to add the substantial diagonal bracing to the faces of the tube. Due to additional braces, the flexural rigidity of structure is increased and the shear lag effect is decreased. Therefore the structure behaves like a cantilever tube. To analyze the behavior of the braced tube structure under the lateral load, the braced tube model, which adds diagonal members of the various characteristics - location, shape, stiffness - to the framed tube model, is used.

      • ‘스탠리 돈우드 앨범아트웍’전시 공간 디자인 프로세스에 관한 연구 - 라디오헤드 ‘A Moon Shaped Pool’ 앨범아트 작품을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 공간 디자인 스튜디오 II 수업에서 진행한 전시 공간 디자인 프로세스에 관한 연구로서, 디자인 요소와 원리를 바탕으로 조형(造形)의 평면(2D),입체(3D), 공간(4D)으로 나아가는 차원의 확장을 통한 전시공간 디자인 프로젝트이다. 본 연구는 크게 세가지로 나뉜다. 첫째, 스탠리 돈우드와 그의 작품세계를 분석하고 둘째, 그의 시각적 조형 언어를 재구성하여 평면작업으로서 그의 전시 포스터를 만든 후 이를 바탕으로 입체조형을 한다. 셋째, 스탠리 돈우드의 작품에서 추출한 색채 및 재질을 적용시키고 입체조형에 기-승-전-결의 이야기 구성과 기능을 적용해 전시 공간을 계획한다. 이를 평면, 조닝, 동선 등을 도면과 다이어그램으로 구체적으로 표현하고 이에 따른 결과물을 판넬과 모형으로 정리하였다. 끝으로 본 연구는 평면으로부터 공간까지의 조형적 탐구에 기초한 디자인 프로세스로 기능적 공간디자인에서 벗어나 형태적 조형미를 갖춘 공간 디자인 프로세스 개발에 있어 향후 기초자료로서 활용 가치가 있다.
