OBJECTIVES: Residential community facilities in apartment complexes have become increasingly important as everyday spaces for resident interaction, communication, and shared use. From a physical servicescape perspective, the quality of these facilities may influence user experience, satisfaction, and utilization. This study aimed to examine the physical servicescape of residential community facilities from the perspectives of operations managers and to derive practical directions and guidelines for improvement. METHODS: This study employed a qualitative research design based on semi-structured in-depth interviews with operations managers of residential community facilities. A theory-driven framework was applied using four dimensions: accessibility, spatial layout, facility and equipment, and ambient conditions. Interview transcripts were analyzed through Framework Analysis. RESULTS: The findings identified key improvement priorities across the four dimensions. Accessibility emphasized appropriate facility siting, inter-building connectivity, weather-protected indoor routes, safe pedestrian environments, and universal design. Spatial layout highlighted the need to place frequently connected functions in close proximity while separating or buffering spaces to reduce noise, congestion, and privacy conflicts. Facility and equipment focused on demand-based provision, phased automation for operational efficiency, and enhanced safety and convenience amenities. Ambient conditions emphasized adequate lighting, ventilation and air quality, temperature and humidity control, noise control, and cleanliness and hygiene. CONCLUSIONS: This study provides structured and practical directions for improving the physical servicescape of residential community facilities. The findings may support developers, designers, operators, and local governments in setting priorities and making context-sensitive planning and operational decisions. Retrospective Analysis of Idiopathic Granulomatous Mastitis: Its Diagnosis and Treatment

Purpose: Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM) is a rare disease characterized by noncaseating granulomatous inflammation of unknown origin. Because its clinical features are similar to those of other type of mastitis or breast cancer, accurate diagnosis and adequate treatment are essential to ensuring a short symptom duration and improving the quality of life. Methods: The clinical, radiologic, pathophysiologic, and treatment data for 43 patients diagnosed with IGM at the Breast Cancer Center of Gachon University Gil Medical Center between 2005 and 2016 were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Forty-one patients (95.34%) were of childbearing age, seven (16.27%) had a history of lactation, and five (11.62%) had a history of oral contraceptive use. In terms of radiologic findings, 30 patients (69.77%) were diagnosed with Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System category ≥4A lesions. Corticosteroid therapy was administered to 36 patients (83.72%); overall, 18 patients (41.86%) did not require surgery and 25 patients (58.13%) underwent partial or total mastectomy. Twelve patients (27.90%) developed recurrence. Conclusion: IGM is a benign disease that can be misdiagnosed as breast cancer because of its similar clinical and radiologic findings. Proper diagnosis and treatment can be difficult, but delays may lead to prolonged pain and cosmetic and socioeconomic problems. Efforts should be aimed at establishing the cause of IGM and developing efficient protocols for its diagnosis and treatment.
강한 전자끌개 관능기를 이용한 PHOLED용 bipolar host 합성 및 전기-광학적 특성 평가

본 연구에서는 인광 유기발광 소자의 호스트물질로 사용될 수 있는 carbazole계 유도체를 합성하였다. 특히, carbazole은 높은 삼중항 에너지와 우수한 정공 이동특성에 의해 광범위하게 사용되고 있기 때문에 호스트물질 설계는 2개의 carbazole 유도체가 포함되어 있는 1,3-di(9H-carbazol-9-yl)benzene(mcp)에 acceptor 기능이 강한 trifluoromethyl기를 서로 다른 위치에 도입한 9,9'-(5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,3-phenylene)bis(9H-carbazole), 9-(3-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)-9H-carbazole 로 진행하여 합성하였다. 합성된 화합물의 화학적 구조는 ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, Mass spectroscopy 에 의해 확인하였고, 전기-광학적 특성은 UV-vis spectroscopy, cyclic-voltammetry 그리고 Photoluminescence에 의해 확인하였다.

열활성화 지연 형광(TADF)의 재료로써 oxidation한 dibenzothiophene에 acridine을 도입한 2,8-bis(9,9-dimethylacridin-10(9H)-yl)dibenzothiophene 5,5-dioxide(DTAO)을 합성하였다. DTAO는 2.53 eV의 일중항에너지와 2.47 eV의 삼중항에너지를 보여 일중항 에너지와 삼중항 에너지의 차이가 0.06 eV였다. 또한 DTAO는 donor-acceptor 구조를 가지고 있어 열활성화 지연 형광특성을 보였으며, 14.3%의 높은 양자 효율과 함께 (0.30, 0.55)의 색 좌표를 갖는 높은 효율의 녹색 TADF 소자를 제작할 수 있었다.
119구급차 내부환경 및 안전도에 대한 만족도와 영향요인의 조사; 환자 와 보호자 대상의 예비연구

이 연구는 구급차 내부 환경 및 안전도에 대한 만족도와 그에 영향을 주는 인자를 알고자 시행되었다. 이 연구는 2015년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일 까지 구급차를 이용하여 지역 3차병원에 내원한 환자 및 보호자를 대상으로 하여 시행하였다. 자료는 1인의 응급의학과 전공의가 설문조사를 통하여 수집하였다. 만족도는 만족(리커트 척도 4 또는 5), 불만족(리커트 척도 1 또는 2)으로 분류하여 이중 만족의 빈도와 백분율을 주요 결과물로 하였다. 설문지는 1) 인구학적 특성, 2) 내부환경(공간, 조명, 온도, 습도, 소음 그리고 냄새), 3) 안전성(진동, 몸쏠림, 장비 수납의 안정성)의 3개의 범주로 구성되었다. 총 80명의 환자와 43명의 보호자 중에서 80.5%의 환자와 83.7%의 보호자가 구급차 내부환경의 전반적인 만족도에 대하여 만족한다는 응답을 하였지만 공간과 조명의 적절성에 대하여 낮은 만족도를 보였다. 환자와 보호자의 구급차에 대한 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 다변량 분석에서 환자의 경우는 진동 및 충격에 대한 환자의 진단이 영향요인이었다. 보호자의 경우는 (i) 공간의 적절성에 대한 보호자의 성별, (ii) 공간의 적절성에 대한 환자의 중증도, (iii) 구급차의 전반적 만족도에 대한 보호자 탑승자 수가 영향요인이었다. 119 구급차를 이용한 사람의 약 80%에서 구급차 실내의 환경에 전반적으로 만족하였으나,차량 내부의 공간 및 조명의 적절성에 대한 만족도는 다른 문항에 비해서 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 보였다.

To be efficient TADF emitting materials, the energy gap between singlet excited state and triplet excited state should be small enough to occur RISC at room temperature. In this study, a strategy for designing highly efficient thermally activated delayed fluorescence ( TADF ) emitters was reported. We designed two isomeric new molecules with donoracceptor type structure. Acridine and benzothiazole moieties were selected as donor and acceptor, respectively. The chemical structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by ¹H-NMR, ¹³C-NMR, Mass spectroscopy. Electro-optical characteristics were confirmed by UV-vis spectroscopy, cyclic-voltammetry and Photoluminescence. Using two isomeric materials, we have tried to improve quantum efficiency of TADF devices.
경찰의 독자적 수사권 행사에 대한 국민의 지지에 영향을 미치는 요인

To resolve the deep-seated public distrust and develop strategic plans to cope with the fundamental changes in the investigative structure, the police need to think about how to improve police legitimacy and secure voluntary compliance, cooperation, and support from the citizens. Drawing on the online survey of the adults residing in the capital areas of South Korea (n=1,621), this study conducted a multiple OLS regression and path analyses to explore the effect of police effectiveness and procedural fairness on the citizen’s support for the independent power and authority in police investigation, as well as the mediating effect of police trustworthiness. The results suggest that both effectiveness and procedural fairness are important predictors of police trustworthiness and support for the independent investigative power of the police. Interestingly, procedural fairness has a greater impact on the police trustworthiness than effectiveness as often observed in the studies conducted based on the Western developed countries. Also, police trustworthiness either fully or at least partially mediated the effect of both predictors on the outcome. These results imply that police need to put emphasis on not just the effectiveness for which the police have long strive, but also the procedural fairness that recently gaining attentions from both scholars and practitioners to better secure the citizen’s trust and support for the major policy goals the police seeks to achieve.
