      • HPV에 감염된 자궁경부 상피세포의 Keratin 아형 변화에 관한 연구

        The human papillomavirus (HPV) are wide spread in the world, causing proliferation of epidermal and mucosal surface. Certain papillomaviral types are oncogenic in vivo and in vitro. HPV DNA has been detected in most of cervical lesions such as condyloma acuminata, dysplasias, and invasive carcinomas. The materials for this study consisted of 5 dysplasias. 5 squamous cell carcinomas, and 5 exocervix for control, that resected for definite treatment of uterine disease at Chosen University Hospital from January, 1991 to December, 1993. All cases were performed of in situ hybridization for HPV DNA type 6/11, 16, and 18. And also immununohistochemical stain for panel of monoclonal cytokeratin (CK) antibodies were done. The result obtained is as fallows : 1. HPV DNA type 6/11 are detected in all dysplasias. HPV DNA type 16 and 18 are detected in squamous cell carcinomas. 2. Stratifed squamous epithelium of exocervix are positive staining for CK 1, CK 5/6, CK 8, CK 13, CK 14, and CK 19. HPV DNA type 6/11 infected cells are positive for CK 1, CK 13, CK 14, CK 17, CK 18, and CK 19. HPV DNA type 16/18 infected cells are positive for CK 1, CK 5/6, CK 10, CK 13, CK 14, CK 17, CK 18, and CK 19. In conclusion, HPV infection of uterine cervix is associated with change of normal cytokeratin expression pattern. Dysplastic cells are changed of CK 5/6, CK 8, CK 17 and CK18. Squamous cell carcinoma cells are changed of CK 8, CK 17, and CK 18.

      • ESG 경영의 국내 우주산업에의 적용과 평가

        최근 기업경영은 물론, 공공기관 행정에 있어서 주목받는 이슈로 ESG 경영이 대두되고 있다. ESG 경영은 그간 기업의 환경 경영적인 측면과 사회적 책임 외에 기업의 지배구조에 대한 다양화, 전문성을 요구하는 것으로 조직의 미래 경쟁력을 결정짓는 요소로 평가받고 있다. 이 같은 변화의 흐름에 국내 우주산업 역시 예외일 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 ESG 경영의 각 항목에 대한 국내 우주산업에의 적용과 그 평가에 대해 살펴봄으로써 국내 우주산업의 미래 경쟁력을 가늠해 보고자 한다. 아울러 우주산업이 갖고 있는 산업적 특성을 고려한 ESG 경영의 방안과 평가에 대한 시사점을 도출함으로써 국가 우주산업 경쟁력 제고에 도움을 주고자 한다. Recently, ESG management has emerged as an issue that attracts attention not only in corporate management but also in public institutes and organizations. ESG management has been evaluated as a factor that determines the future competitiveness of the organization by requiring diversification and expertise in corporate governance structure in addition to the environmental management aspects and social responsibility of the company. The Korean space industry cannot be an exception to this trend of change. In this study, it aims to help enhance the competitiveness of the national space industry by deriving implications for ESG management plans and evaluations considering the industrial characteristics of the space industry.

        Ischemia-Related Changes in Galanin Expression in the Dentate Hilar Region after Transient Forebrain Ischemia in Gerbils

        <P>Although galanin (GAL) protects hippocampal neurons from ischemic damage, no study has examined ischemia-related changes in endogenous GAL in the hippocampal dentate gyrus. We investigated the chronological changes of GAL, well-known as the potassium channel opener, expression in the dentate gyrus at various times after 5 min of transient forebrain ischemia in gerbils. A few GAL-immunoreactive (IR) neurons were found in the polymorphic layer of the sham-operated group. Three hours after ischemia-reperfusion, the pattern of GAL immunoreactivity was similar to that of the sham-operated group and the number of GAL-IR neurons and immunoreactivity were highest 12 h after ischemic insult. At this time, GAL-IR neurons in the polymorphic layer showed strong GAL immunoreactivity. Thereafter, GAL-IR neurons and immunoreactivity significantly decreased in the dentate hilar region. Four days after ischemic insult, GAL-IR neurons were not detectable. In addition, the results of a Western blot study showed a pattern of GAL expression similar to the immunohistochemical changes. GAL protein content also was highest 12 h after ischemia. In conclusion, the increased expression of endogenous GAL in the dentate gyrus after ischemia is related to response to the ischemic damage.</P>

        This study aims at analyzing the flow characteristics of the electromagnetic pump using a linear induction motor (LIM) for transferring molten metals. The flow characteristics of the pump are simulated by magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) program. In this system, the LIM is used for transferring molten metal by electromagnetic force. The molten metal is treated as the secondary part of the LIM. Since the LIM produces an electromagnetic force in the duct, the molten metal can flow from the furnace to the reservoir. The flow characteristics of the pump are analyzed using MHD program for magnetic field of 0.1[T] in duct. In order to prove the analysis, we made a prototype electromagnetic pump using LIM.

        Diagnostic Significance of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials in Microvascular Decompression of Patients with Hemifacial Spasm or Trigeminal Neuralgia

        The purpose of this study was to analyse brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) wave change data during microvascular decompression (MVD). The nerve function of Cranial Nerve VIII is at risk during MVD. Intraoperative monitoring of BAEP can be a useful tool to decrease the danger of hearing loss. Between January and December 2009, 242 patients had MVD for hemifacial spasm (HFS) and trigeminal neuralgia (TN). Among intraoperative BAEP changes, amplitude of V-V' was the most frequently observed during cerebellar retraction and decompression step of the MVD procedure. 138 patients (57%) had no BAEP change while 104 patients (42.98%) had BAEP change. 69 patients (28.5%) had Type A-I, 16 patients (6.6%) had Type A-II, 5 patients (2.1%) had Type B, and 13 patients (5.37%) had Type C. MVD is a surgical procedure to relieve the symptoms (e.g. pain, muscle twitching) caused by compression of a nerve by an artery or vein. During BAEP intraoperative monitoring, the surgical step is important in interpreting the changes of wave V. Several potential mechanisms of injury may affect the cochlear nerve, and complete loss of BAEP is often associated with postoperative hearing loss. Intraoperative BAEP monitoring may provide an early warning of hearing disturbance after MVD.

        국내 육성 포도 "두누리" 품종의 성숙 시기별 과실특성과 포도주 품질특성

        국내 포도주 가공용 육성 품종인 ``두누리`` 포도의 양조 가능성과 고품질의 포도주 양조를 위한 적정 성숙시기를 검토하고자 성숙 시기별 과실의 품질특성과 적정 성숙시기를 판단하는 여러 가지 지표를 검토하였고, 포도주 양조후 전문가 관능평가를 통해 포도주 품질에 가장 적합한 성숙 시기를 구명하고자 하였다. ``두누리`` 포도의 과실특성을 조사한 결과 °Brix 당함량은 변색기 이후 급격히 증가하였고 성숙완료 시 17 °Brix를 나타내었으며 과숙기에는 약 20 °Brix까지 증가하였다. 산함량은 변색기 이루 급격히 감소하기 시작하여 성숙 완료 시 거의 0.66%까지 감소하였고 이후에도 서서히 감소하여 과숙기에는0.51%까지 감소하였다. 총폴리페놀과 총안토시아닌 함량은 변색기 이후 급격히 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 산함량이 0.55%정도 되었을 때 총안토시아닌 및 총폴리페놀의 함량이 최고에 도달하지만 포도가 과숙되면 오히려 함량이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 총안토시아닌의 축적과 당, pH, 산함량, brix/acid 비율과의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 0.87~0.95(p<0.05)의 양 또는 음의 높은 상관관계를 나타내었다. 포도의 적정 성숙시기를 판단하는 지표인 brix×pH(2) 값과 brix/acid 비율을 적용해 본 결과 두 지표를 모두 만족시키는 성숙 시기는 산함량이 0.53~0.55 정도, 당함량이 17 °Brix일 때였다. ``두누리`` 포도주의 성숙 시기별 품질특성을 조사한 결과 산함량은 성숙 시기가 늦을수록 감소하였고, 총안토시아닌, 탄닌 함량 및 포도주의 적색도와 색의 포화도를 나타내는 a*와 C*는 증가하다가 포도가 과숙될수록 함량이 오히려 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. ``두누리`` 포도주의 관능평가를 조사한 결과 산함량은 포도 성숙 후 가장 늦게 수확하여 제조한 포도주에서 가장 안정적인 산미를 나타낸다고 평가하였지만 색, 향기, 전체적인 조화에서는 포도주의 산함량이 0.60%(포도의 산함량으로 0.53~0.55%) 정도일 때 가장 좋은 품질을 나타낸다고 평가하였다. 따라서 ``두누리``포도주를 제조할 경우 포도의 산함량이 0.55% 정도 일 대 포도의 당함량, 색 및 폴리페놀의 함량은 최고에 도달하고, 기존의 성숙시기 판단 지표인brix×pH(2) 값과 brix/acid 비율을 만족시키는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate several indicators of fruit maturity, and expert sensory evaluation was done to determine the most appropriate maturity time for the new Korea grape cultivar ``doonuri`` for high quality winemaking. The grape component changed dramatically during ripening, after veraison. Considerable drops in berry firmness (<0.60 kgf/cm2) and titratable acidity (<0.66%) were found at the ripening stage while the soluble solid content significantly increased in the ripening process. Most of the organic acids contained were tartaric and malic acid. The malic acid content was about twice the tartaric acid content in the fruit-growing period but was less than the tartaric acid content in the maturity period. The total anthocyanin and polyphenol contents increased sharply after veraison. In particular, the total anthocyanin and polyphenol contents reached their maximum levels when the acidity was 0.55%, and after that, there was almost no change. Correlations between anthocyanin accumulation and several factors were found in sugar 0.7811 (p<0.05), pH 0.9315 (p<0.05), and Brix/acid ratio 0.9409 (p<0.05). Brix×pH2 and brix/acid ratio were used as indicators of the proper maturation of the grapes when the acidity was 0.53 to 0.55%, and at sugar 17 Brix. When surveyed, the quality characteristics and sensory evaluation of the wine made using the latest harvested grapes showed the most reliable sourness. The color, aroma, and overall harmony of the wine, however, were evaluated to be the best when the wine acidity was about 0.60% or when the grape acidity was below 0.55%

        기관내 삽관을 위한 Atracurium 의 적정량에 대한 임상적 고찰

        The usefulness of a nondepolarizing muscle relaxant for endotracheal intubation is limited by its relatively slow onset of neuromuscular block compared to that achieved with succinylcholine. Several attempts have been made to produce a more rapid onset of muscle relaxation for endotracheal intubation. A large dose of nondepoarizing muscle relaxant may produce rapid onset but cauae undesirable side effects and a prolonged duration of neuromuscular block. The authors observed the degree of vocal cord relaxation and intubation condition 2 minutes after administration of atracurium and measured changes in mean arterial blood pressure and heart rate at the time of arrival in the operating room, just before abministration of atracurium, 2minutes after administration, and 5mins after intubation. The 40 of patients in this observation were divided into four groups. Group 1; 10patients, received 0.3 mg/kg of atracurium Group 2; 10patients, received 0.4 mg/kg of atracurium Group 3; 10patients, received 0.5 mg/kg of atracurium Group 4; 10patients, received 0.6 mg/kg of atracurium The results were as follows; 1) There were better intubating conditions in Group 3 and 4 than in Group 1 and 2(p$lt;0.001). 2) Mean arterial blood pressure and heart rate did not change significantly after administration of atracurium in all four groups. From the above results we conclude that 0.5~0.6 mg/kg of atracurium provides satisfactory intubation condition 2 minutes after administration without hemodynamic changes.

        전통 사상 및 교육 방법의 현대 도덕 교육과정에서의 활용 가능성 연구

        도덕은 하나의 철학적, 심리적 상념으로서도 존재하지만, 실천으로 이어져야만 비로소 도덕으로서 역할을 할 수 있게 된다. 기본적으로 도덕이란 타자가 자신과 공존할 때, 그 타자와의 관계에서 좋음(goodness) 또는 옳음(righteousness)을 추구하는 것이기 때문이다. 그런 도덕이란 대부분 본능적으로 체득할 수 없기에 도덕교육이 있게 되는데, 한국인의 경우 서구와 다른 도덕적 전통을 갖고 있으며 따라서 서구적 도덕교육으로 충분하지 않거나, 전통적 도덕교육을 활용함으로써 더 나은 교육이 이루어질 수 있는 가능성을 찾을 수 있다. 그런 견지에서 전통의 실천적 의미를 재해석하고 활용하는 일은 한편의 논문으로는 너무 방대한 과제이다. 그래서 이 글에서는 비교와 범주화, 그리고 활용의 편의를 위해 전통을 ‘근세 유교(조선왕조 이후의 유교) 전통’으로 한정짓고, 다시 도덕교육 가운데 현행 도덕과 교육의 교육과정을 전통 교육과정과 비교함으로써 일정한 성과를 얻고자 하였다. 전통 교육과정은 기(氣)의 발달에 근거하여 연령별로 단계별 학습을 시도했으며, 그 핵심 이념은 인(仁)과 의(義), 실천적 덕목은 효(孝), 제(弟), 자(慈), 직(直), 근(勤), 검(儉)이라고 정리해볼 수 있다. 여기서는 그러한 전통 교육 이념이 ‘자신과의 관계’, ‘타인과의 관계’, ‘사회 공동체와의 관계’, ‘자연·초월과의 관계’로 영역을 나누고 각기 지향할 가치, 실천할 덕목을 배정한 현 도덕과 교육의 체계와 상통할 수 있다고 보고, 그에 따라 교육 현장에서 실천할 몇 가지 전통-현대 융합적 교육 방안들을 제안하였다. Any moral ideas get integrity upon their practices. Because in human society systems, morality have capability among human interactions, for it gives moral standards(good or bad/ right or wrong) to them. And when the society system is Korean, Koreans surely have developed unique styles of moral practice and moral education in their traditional ages. So reinterpretating and categorizing the moral tradition for taking advantage of it in contemporary context, make sense. In this study, Korean moral tradition is focused in its scope, as ``Confucian moral tradition in semi-modern era``. For convenience of study and the potentials of effective revision, Korean tradition have been resized. In Confucian moral tradition, semi-modern Korean moral ideas could be presented as ren(仁) and yi(義). Furthermore, ren and yi could be practiced with several moral virtues, like xiao(孝), di(弟), ci(慈), zhi(直) qin(勤) gian(儉). When compared with contemporary moral education idea systems, the traditional system can have affinity with the systems in moral ideas division(``with-self morality``, ``with-others morality``, ``with-universe and transcendence morality``). And several fusion-style, integration-based education practices can be developed and applied at contemporary school moral education.
