Today human needs for health promotion and maintenance are increasing. The nursing progression has a great responsibility for helping clients to practice good health behavior. self efficacy was found to be potent predictor in initiating and maintaining the health-related behavior. Therefore, the concept is important in nursig intervention for change of health behavior. The purpose of this paper was to analyze and clarify the meaning of the concept, self efficacy. This study used Walder & Avant's process of concept analysis. Critical attributes of self efficacy were : 1) positive perception of his won capability; 2) intrapersonal strength; 3) possibility of being learned; 4) individuality; 5) specificity; 6) generalizability. Antecedents of self efficacy consist of those facts that 1) new situation occurs; 2) individuals have needs to change the new situation; 3) there are some required actions in new situation. Consequences occurring as a result of self efficacy consist of those facts that 1) individual initiates the of failure; 5) cope with the situation; 6) controls the situation; 7) the level of self efficacy is enhanced; 8) the level of self-esteem is enhanced.

『철쭉제』의 유해 찾기, 장례 모티프의 상징적 의미와 해한 구조에 대한 연구

『철쭉제』는 불효의 한을 심리적 기제로 하여 아버지의 유해 찾기와 유해의 안장의례가 중심서사를 이루는 작품으로 죽음과 재생의 제의 구조를 통해 한을 극복한 조화의 세계를 보여준다. 본 연구는 문순태의 『철쭉제』에 나타난 효 의식을 고찰하고 아버지의 유해 찾기 모티프와 장례의례 모티프를 통한 해한의 제의 구조를 고찰한다. 문순태의 『철쭉제』의 핵심 서사는 아버지의시신을 찾아 장례를 치러 효를 다하려는 아들의 엿새 동안의 지리산 등정으로 구성되며, 전반부서사는 나의 아버지에 대한 불효의 한과 한의 해소로 구성되고, 후반부 서사는 ‘나’와 ‘박판돌’ 가족의 비극적인 가족사로 구성된다. 특히 작품의 중심 모티프인 유해 찾기 모티프는 망자의 한을위로하는 의례로 기능하며, 인물 간에 소통의 통로를 마련하여 화해의 국면으로 전환하는 계기가된다. 또한 과거라는 시간 속에 봉인된 조부와 부친의 숨겨진 진실이 드러나면서 주인공의 참회와반성의 계기가 마련된다. 반면 제의 모티프는 죽음을 통한 재생의 과정을 구현하여, 어긋난 세계를 새로운 조화의 세계로 출발하게 한다. ‘철쭉꽃’이 가진 신성성을 매개로 베풀어지는 제의는곧 혼돈의 세계에서 질서를 부여하여 상실된 에너지를 회복하는 역할을 한다. 『철쭉제』는 개인의생의 위기, 집단의 총체적 위기를 극복하고 새로운 희망, 새로운 질서를 탄생시키는 제의에 대한소설적인 기술이다. 『철쭉제』는 효라는 유교적 가치, 유해 찾기, 상 제례를 모티프로 통해 죽음-재생의 세계를 구현하는 제의로서 한 맺힘-한 풀림의 해한 구조를 서사화한 것이다. ”The Azalea Festival” is a work that consists of the central narrative of father’s search for the remains and the saddle ritual of the remains, based on the psychological basis of the ill-fated resentment, and shows the world of harmony that overcame it through the structure of death and regeneration. The core narrative of Moon Soon-tae’s “The Azalea Festival” consists of the six-day climb of Jirisan Mountain, where he tries to find his father’s body and perform a funeral, and the second half of the story consists of the tragic family history of “I” and “Park Pan-dol. In particular, the find remains motif, which is the central motif of the work, serves as a rite of consolation for the deceased, and provides a channel of communication between the characters to change the phase of reconciliation. In addition, the hidden truth of the grandfather and father sealed in the time of the past is revealed, providing an opportunity for the main character’s penance and reflection. On the other hand, the motif of the offering embodies the process of regeneration through death, starting a new world of harmony. The offer, which is carried out through the medium of the sacredness of the azalea flower, serves to restore lost energy by giving order in the world of chaos. “The Royal Azalea Festival” is an epic story about the Confucian values of filial piety, the search for dead bodies, and the ritual for mourning through motifs, which unravels the resentment of being united and united.

위절제술 환자의 표준진료지침 개발 및 적용 효과

Background : Gastric cancer is the most common malignant tumor in Korea. surgical operation is one of the major treatment modalities for gastric cancer patients. Therefore, gastrectomy is one of the most common procedures in General Surgery. There were variation in length of hospital stay and medical treatment for gastrectomy between three surgeons at Asan Medical Center. Clinical pathways have received considerable attention as a tool for recucing the medical practice variation, increasing the efficiency of care process, and improving the quality of care. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of a clinical pathway for gastrectomy in gastric cancer patients. Methods : The clinical pathway for gastrectomy was developed and implemented by a multidisciplinary group in Asan Medical Center. A computerized clinical pathway program was developed and revised after a pilot test. A total of 145 patients underwent gastrectomy by three surgeons at Asan Medical Center. We compared the length of hospital stay, patient satisfaction, and unplanned readmission rate between the pre-pathway group(n=67) and the post-pathway group(n=78). We also investigated the degree of satisfaction among the physicians and nurses who were main end-users of the clinical pathway. Results : The clinical pathway was applied to all target patients. The average length of hospital stay was shortened from 12.7days to 10.6days(p<0.01). The degree of patient satisfaction with the care process changed from 90.3% to 89.2% after the implementation of the clinical pathway, but the difference was of satistically significant(p=0.761). Unplanned readmission rate was 2.9% in the pre-pathway group. More than 90% of physicians and nurses answered that the clinical pathway had been a useful tool in their medical practice. Conclusions : The findings of the study demonstrated that implementation of the clinical pathway for gastrectomy produced substantial reduction in the length of hospital stay while improving the quality of patient outcomes. The computerized clinical pathway program can be used as one of the powerful patient management tools for reducing the practice variations and increasing the efficiency of care process in Korea hospital settings.

The purpose of this study was to develop menus for daily intake of 25g soybean protein and to analyse nutrients of these foods. Analytical values were compared to the theoretical one using the food composition table and recommended dietary allowances for Koreans (7th revision). The results are as follows. 1. Soybean curd residue stew, Soybean curd, Kimchi saute, and hard boiled soybean and lotus root were selected for the menu for January, of which the content of soy bean protein(SBP) was 33.1g, soybean stew, soybean curd and soybean sprout saute, and Italian deep fried soybean curd were for February, of which the content of SBP was 35.0g. The content of SBP in soybean paste soup with soybean curd, fried soybean curd and fried soybean curd roll, the menu for March, was 24.9g. That of April were soybean curd gratin with soymilk, soybean curd and ham with garlic dressing and the content of SBP was 26.3g. That of May were soybean porridge, soybean flour cake with honey (Dasik), soybean sprout soup and the content of SBP was 26.7g. That of June were soymilk, pan-fried soybean curd, steamed soybean curd with chicken and the content of SBP was 28.4g. That of July were noodle with soymilk, mapatofu, soybean curd salad and the content of SBP was 24.7g. That of August were soybean sprout with mustard dressing, Tossed green pepper with raw soybean flour, Tofu and Kimchi stew, soybean curd steak and the content of SBP was 26.2g. That of September were Chinese cabbage soup with raw soybean flour, sweet and sour tofu and the content of SBP was 23.2g. That of Oct. were Fermented soybean stew, soybean pan cake and the content of SBP was 24.3g. That of November were not-pressed soybean curd casserole, pan-fried mashed soybean curd with egg, stir frying deep-fried soybean curd with vegetables and the content of SBP was 22.4g. That of December were soybean curd and mushroom casserole, fried soybean curd and vegetables, hard boiled soybean curd and the content of SBP was 28.9g. 2. The ratio of the analytical value over theoretical value (A/B%) of one serving in kcal, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and dietary fiber were 57.7~107.7%, 42.9~131.9%, 79.2~118.3%, 54.5~100%, 40.7~80.8% and 42.1~113.2%, respectively. 3. The ratio of A/B% of one serving in Ca, K, Na, P and Fe were 44.1~93.6%, 59.0~153.1%, 53.1~117.7% 64.6%~138.8 and 33.8~77.3%, respectively. That in Fe was the lowest among minerals. 4. The ratio of analytical value over Korean R.D.A(A/C%) in Ca was relatively higher (22.0~85.9%) than that in kcal(18~63%). 5. The ratio of A/C% in Fe was 25.1~64.3% and lower than that in Ca and protein in general.

The effect of polyethylene film(PE) packaging of golden mushroom wrapped with Korean paper containing 20% mica powder on the changes in weight, color, texture, PPO activity, number of total microbe(TM) and sensory quality during storage at 10℃ were investigated. The experiments were divided to 3 groups(control; only PE packaging, KP; PE packaging wrapped with Korean paper up and down of the sample, KPM; PE packaging with Korean paper containing 20% mica powder up and down of the sample). The weight of the mushroom in the KPM was the lowest until 9 days-storage, but the weight was the highest at 15 days-storage, showing 12.5% higher against the initial weight. L^(*) values of the mushrooms in the control and KP treatment were decreased, but the value in the KPM treatment was maintained as the same of the initial value during storage. The increasing rate of a^(*) and b^(*) values in the all plots during storage was the lowest in KPM and in order of KPM<KP<control. The activity of PPO and number of TM in the KPM treatment were maintained the lowest, but hardness and gumminess were maintained the highest during storage. Appearance of the mushroom stored for 15 days was the best, the degree of browning and softening were the lowest in the KPM. Off-flavor was lower in all plots, but the scores were the lowest in KPM. But further study on the fruit body was grown in the KPM at after-period of storage was required.

本論文의 目的은 각 기업이 非協助的인 게임에서는 각자가 보유하고 있는 私的情報의 非對稱性이 존재하는한 競爭企業과 私的情報를 결코 서로 共有하지 않을 것이라는 Clarke(1983)의 주장이 협조적인 게임에서는 성립될 수 없다는 점을 理論的으로 밝히는데 있다. 협조적인 게임에서는 期待談合利潤이라는 추가적인 要因 때문에 情報의 限界價値가 매우 크므로 각 기업의 정보에 대한 反應度가 민감해진다. 따라서 협조적인 게임에서는 각 기업이 서로 비대칭적인 정보를 가지고 있더라도 平均市場需要가 크거나 또는 市場需要의 不確實性이 작을 경우에 情報共有가 일어날 수 있다는 사실을 본 논문은 明示的으로 보여 준다. 이러한 본 논문의 硏究結果는 旣存硏究의 결과와 正反對의 결과이며 동시에 각 市場에서 일어나고 있는 實際現狀과 부합하는 매우 重要한 硏究結果라고 사료된다.

병적 담낭 상피세포내 점액질의 조직화학적 관찰

The present study was performed to evaluate the histochemical properties of epithelial mucins in diseased gallbladders. 18 gallbladder specimens were selected in which metaplastic goblet cells had been observed. Of the specimens 9 were gallstone and 9 cholecystitis. For microscopic examination, tissues were sectioned at a thickness 5μm, and were stained with following histochemical techniques: Alcian blue at pH 1.0 or 2.5^13) and periodic acid Schiff's reaction (PAS).^12) Observed results were as follows: 1) In ordinary gallbladder the epithelial cells showed a predominance of sulphated mucosubstance. 2) In many case of cholelithiasis a typical goblet-typed epithelial cells were found in the top of folds. In large goblet cell area the relative proportion of sulphated acid mucin decreased and correspondingly non-sulphated acid mucin increased. 3) In the case of cholecystitis the intracellular mucin of high columnar epithelium predominated in the deep area of folds. 4) The neutral mucin predominated in the surface epithelium of gallbladder under pathological condition.

자두와인에 대한 마케팅 전략 연구

Marketing strategy is marketing logic by which the business unit expects to achieve its marketing objectives. Marketing strategy consists of making decisions on the business's marketing expenditures, marketing mix, and marketing allocations in relation to expected environmental and competitive conditions. On the other hand, this study was taken on develop the marketing strategies for plum wine by the research institute of indigenous food at Gimcheon College. Accordingly, this study examines for the analysis, planning and con-trol of market involved plum wine through SWOT analysis and 4Ps. It is expected to provide the marketing managers of plum wine with some knowledge and insight in this area. Furthermore, this study can contribute to the establishment of the marketing strategies for plum wine.

영지(Ganoderma lucidum)균사체의 액체배양에 의한 세포외 수용성 다당류의 분획 및 항암활성

영지 균사체의 액체배양에 의하여 생산된 세포외 다당 시료를 분획하였고, 이들 각 분획에 대한 항암 활성을 균사체 유래 다당 분획들과 비교하면서 조사하였다. 배양여액으로부터 세포외 수용성 다당(BWS)을 얻었고, 이를 순차적으로 이온교환 및 겔 크로마토그라피 하여 BWS를 포함한 세포의 수용성 다당 분획, 총 5종을 얻었으며, 균사체 유래의 수용성 다당(MWS)에서도 세포외 다당과 동일한 방법으로 분획하여 총 5종의 분획을 얻어 대조구로 시용하였다. 세포외 다당 시료들의 항보체 활성(ITCH_50, %)은 15~30% 정도로 15~70%인 균사체 유래 다당 분획들의 값보다는 낮았으나, 이들 세포외 다당 분획들의 값보다는 낮았으나, 이들 세포외 다당 분획들중, BWS-DA와 BWS-DA-GI는 1000 ㎍/ml의 시료 농도에서 30% 정도의 매우 높은 활성을 나타내었다. MTT assay에서는 mouse leukemia L1210에 대하여 BWS-DN 및 MWS가 600㎍/ml의 농도에서 각각 86 및 89%의 높은 저해율을 나타내었으며, BWS-DA 및 MWS-DN의 경우는 3㎍/ml의 매우 낮은 농도에서도 32~35%의 저해율을 보였다. 또 human cell line인 COLO-205에 대해서는 BWS와 BWS-DA 및 MWS-DA가, 그리고 HL-60에 대해서는 BWS-DA와 BWS-DN 및 MWS-DN이 각각 300㎍/ml의 시료 농도에서 약 50%(IC_50)의 높은 저해능을 나타내었다. Exo-polysaccharide (BWS) obtained from submerged cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium was fractionated. Antitumor activity of their fractions was investigated in comparison with the mycelial polysaccharide fractions. Eight kinds (BWS-DN, BWS-DA, BWS-DN-GI, BWS-DA-GI, MWS-DN, MWS-DA, MWS-DN-GI and MWS-DA-GI) of polysaccharide fractions were obtained by DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography and Sepharose CL-4B gel chromatography from BWS and MWS, which were isolated from culture fluid and mycelial cell, respectively. The anticomplementary activities (ITCH_50, %) of the exo-polysaccharide fractions showing 15% to 30% were lower than those of mycelial polysaccharide fractions showing 15% to 70%. The acidic fractions of BWS-DA and BWS-DA-GI fractionated from BWS, showed the highest activity of 30%. In the MTT assay, BWS-DN and MWS against mouse leukenia L1210 exhibited high inhibition ratio of 86 and 89%, respectively at the concentration of 600 ㎍/ml. High inhibition ratio of 50% (IC_50) was achieved for BWS, BWS-DA and MWS-DA fractions against human colon adenocarcinoma COLO-205 and for BWS-DN, and MWS-DN fractions against human leukemia HL-60 at the concentration of 300 ㎍/ml among the six polysaccharide fractions, respectively.
