Teratoma is very rarely developed in the third ventricle. We report a case of third ventricular mature teratoma in 12-year old boy with headache and precocious puberty. In T1WI and Gd-DTPA enhanced T1WI, the mass in the third ventricle showed mixed signal intensities with signal void and partial contrast enhancement. The tumor was confirmed as a mature teratoma including teeth and fatty tissue.
초급중국어회화 학습을 위한 상호작용식 교수법에 관한 사례연구

This study is based on a case study, in which an interactive teaching method has been applied to teach beginning level of Chinese to Korean college students. One of the lessons from the textbook, Speaking Basic Chinese (2013) has been used for teaching 21 students. The method suggests three stages of interactions by including: (1) word learning, 2) sentence production, and (3) sentence application. The stage of word learning is further divided into 3 steps: (1) pronunciation and understanding meaning, (2) inducing student participation, (3) confirmation and self-inspection. The second stage of sentence production is also divided into 3 different steps: (1) sentence production using learned words, (2) practicing sentences, (3) practicing sentences by role-plays. Likewise, the final stage of sentence application includes 2 practical steps: (1) interpreting basic sentences, (2) interpreting more complex sentences. This case study has found that the students feel more interested and motivated in learning activities through diverse interactions between the instructor and the students, and also interactions between the students. It is suggested that this kind of interactive approaches be applied to teaching the beginning Chinese conversation and higher levels as well. Finally, the finding of the present case study should be examined with more and in-depth studies and experiments in the future.
예상적 인출단서에 관한 아동의 지식 발달 : 인출단서의 정보 및 위치를 중심으로

The purpose of this sutdy was to investigate the development of knowledge about the use of cues to aid prospective retrieval. The subjects for this study were 16 kindergarteners, 16 first graders, and 16 third graders in Seoul. There were equal members of boys and girls at each grade level. The instrument for retrieval cue tasks was composed of 12 questions : 6 questions for cue informativeness and 6 questions for cue placement. The data was analyaed with repeated-measure analysis of variance. There was a significant age effect(p<.001) and cue evaluation question effect(p<.001). For the cue informativeness items, the Association questions were found to be the easiest, followed by the Nonambiguous questions, with the Detailed questions being the most difficult. For the cue placement questions, the Visible questions were the easiest, followed by the Cue Encounter and Noticeable questions. The results suggest that knowledge about the informativeness of cues, and the placement of cues, is acquired in parallel.
통·번역을 통한 실전적 중국어 교육의 단계별 교수방안 연구

This paper suggests a new pedagogical method, namely 'applied Korean and Chinese language education'. It argues that the previous teaching method, which focuses exclusively on Korean students, should be changed to help Korean and Chinese students study together. By setting the goal of teaching practical abilities demanded by society, the paper explicitly considers six different levels of teaching processes: 1) pronouncing and listening, 2) expressing ideas, 3) understanding cultures, 4) reading and writing, 5) presiding and giving speeches, and finally 6) experiencing internship and preparing for interviews. This paper emphasizes that the skills of translation and interpretation should be applied to all of the six levels. In addition, a special evaluation method is suggested in order to encourage student motivation, thus ultimately improve their adaptive abilities in the society. 本文研究了以"韩中语言应用教学法"為命名的新的教育方式。該方式打破以往只针对韩国学生進行的教学模式,采取了韩国学生和中国学生共同学习的教学模式。并本着大學本科教育期间能够培养出满足社会需求的实用型人才,具体提出了六个不同层次的教学方案: 1) 发音和听力,2) 表達能力,3)文化理解,4) 閱讀和寫作,5) 主持會議和講演,6) 見習過程和面試準備。在如上六个阶段课程中,极力推出了采用翻译技能的教学方法。另外,与此相应的评估方法也有助于提高学生的课堂参与实际应用能力。
영화를 통한 중국문화 습득에 관한 사례 연구-영화 『투게더』를 중심으로

본 논문은 한국 대학교의 스크린중국어 수업에서 얻은 결과를 분석한 사례연구이다. 연구의 목표는 중국 영화를 활용하여 학습자들이 효과적으로 중국문화를 이해할 수 있는 수업모형을 제시하는데 있다. 연구를 위하여 학습자들이 영화 『투게더』에서 직접 문화적 요소들을 발견하고 질문하게 하였으며 교수자는 해당되는 피드백을 제공하였다. 이외에 교수자가 전체적인 배경지식을 제공하고 학습자들이 발견하지 못한 문화적 요소를 추가적으로 설명하였다. 다음 단계로 학습자들은 학습내용을 바탕으로 보고서를 작성하여 제출하였고 교수자는 추가적 피드백을 제공함으로 중국문화에 대한 내면화가 이루어지도록 도왔다. 학습자들에게서 관찰된 학습효과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 중국문화를 이해하게 되었다. 둘째, 중국을 보는 안목을 갖게 되었다. 셋째, 중국어 학습에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 넷째, 사랑의 소중한 가치를 일깨우는 계기가 되었다. 본 연구는 한국 대학교에서 이루어진 실제 수업활동을 통하여 효과적으로 중국문화를 이해할 수 있는 수업모형을 시험적으로 제안하였다. 본고에서 제안한 수업모형의 활용가치에 대해서는 더 많은 대상들을 상대로 보다 구체적인 연구와 실험이 뒤따라야 할 것이다. This paper is based on a case study from a Screen Chinese class in a Korean university. The purpose of the study is to suggest an effective teaching method, which may help students to have more understanding about Chinese cultures. The movie Together was used in the class because it provides much information on China's reforming and opening era. After watching the movie, the students presented their findings or asked questions about Chinese cultures. The professor provided immediate feedbacks about the presentations. On the following stage, the professor gave further information about Chinese cultures which failed to attract students' attention. After that stage, the students were asked to submit the papers which included their own opinions and findings about the movie. Finally, the professor gave her final remarks to the papers, so that the students could have more comprehensive knowledge about Chinese cultures. The results of the study are that the students can have: 1) more understanding about Chinese cultures; 2) broadened views on China; 3) more interest in learning the Chinese language; 4) opportunities to learn true value of love. Finally, this paper suggests prospective in-depth studies by including more subjects and experiments.
