        芭蕉에 있어서「禪」세계

        松尾芭蕉の俳諧の思想的な背景の重要なところとして『莊子』と禪がえらばられる。『莊子』と禪の中でどちらが優先であるかは正確ではないが、『莊子』と禪は芭蕉の句作活動において必要充分の關係であると思う。芭蕉の『莊子』に對する理解は、禪に入ったことを契機として一層本質的になり、芭蕉の思想形成に最大の影響を與えるのである。芭蕉は佛頂禪師の媒介がきっかけとなり、本格的に禪の世界に接觸するようになった。しかし、佛頂禪師が媒介となったとは言え、宗敎的な面で佛敎だけを信仰心の對象とはしなかった。芭蕉はあらゆる神、あらゆる佛に無條件に崇拜の態度を示した。芭蕉における禪は彼の生活と句作活動を水平線上で同一視するように努力した。芭蕉は自分の精神的な世界觀に內在している禪を通じて獨自的な俳諧の道を開拓し、「蕉風」と言う日本の近世文學の新しいジャンルを構築した。數多くの古典の思想的な攝取と禪の精神的なハモ二は芭蕉俳諧に主要な影響を與えた。本稿は、芭蕉における禪の世界を近世日本の社會的な變化の中で禪宗と芭蕉の關係、また俳壇の變遷過程を通じて芭蕉俳諧の內容の變化を述べ、芭蕉の作品に表われている禪宗の思想的關係を中心とし、芭蕉の文學と生涯に及ぼした禪の世界を〈古人〉の作品と禪林句集を通じて考察してみる。

        모 산업장에서 발생한 연중독자에 대한 D-Penicillamine의 치료효과

        For the purpose of the curative effects of oral D-penicillamine in lead poisoning, D-penicillamine was orally administered to 7 lead poisoned workers which were employed in glaze product industry dealing with the lead oxide ($Pb_3O_4$). The doses of D-penicillamine was 1,200mg per day which was administered by oral 7days schedules, taking for 5 days and stopping for the following 2days, repeatedly during 3 months period. (All the poisoned workers started working again in that industry after 1 month treatment, and were treated by oral D-penicillamine for 2 months still being exposed to contaminated environment.) In order to evaluate the curative effects of D-penicillamine, 10gm of whole blood and 24 hours urine were collected every 14 days during the curative period for laboratory analysis(hemoglobin, blood lead, urine $\sigma$-aminolevulinic acid, urine coproporphyrin, and urine lead levels) with the observation of the clinical symptoms. The results were as follows; 1. Oral D-penicillamine effected good curative results as that hemoglobin, blood lead, urine $\sigma$-aminolevulinic acid, and urine coproporphyrin levels were decreased below the critical level within 1 month treatment. 2. After re-exposure, oral D-penicillamine effected to some extent as that urine lead level was decreased below the critical level after 3 months treatment with disappearence of the clinical symptoms after 2 months treatment. However, the curative effects of oral D-penicillamine in the lead exposure state is questionable since increasement of blood lead level and remarkable decreasement of urine lead level after 3 months treatment can be observed.

        보육시설 종사자의 평가인증 통과 후 인식과 사후관리

        본 연구는 2010년 1월 현재 평가인증시설의 보육시설 종사자를 대상으로 보육시설의 평가 인증제도에 대한 인식과 사후관리에 대한 전반적인 실태를 조사하여 평가인증시설의 요구에 따른 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 보육시설 평가인증제에 따른 사후유지관리 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 첫째, 시설규모에 따라 보육시설 종사자의 평가 인증 통과 후 인식은 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 평가인증 후 사후관리에 대한 질 평가는 대체적으로 모든 평가인증 영역에 걸쳐 향상되었다고 볼 수 있으나 시설들 간의 차이를 보이고 있는점은 각각의 상황이 다른 상태에서 실시되어 각 기관의 평가결과가 다른 것으로 유추 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 시설규모에 따른 보육시설 종사자의 평가인증 통과 인식과 사후유지관리는 어떠한 관계가 있는지 살펴 본 결과 인식수준이 높을수록 사후유지관리가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 토대로 앞으로 보육시설의 종사자인 보육교사는 보육의 질을 향상시키는데 핵심요소이기 때문에 보육교사들이 인증의 과정을 통해 스스로 성숙하는 매우 중요한 과정임을 인식하도록 해야 하겠다. 이러한 보육교사들이 평가인증에 대한 “긍정적인 인식”을 형성하도록 하는 과정은 평가인증제의 영유아에게 질적으로 우수한 보육서비스를 제공하는데 전제가 될 수 있을 것이다. The present study purposed to survey the staff of childcare-centers that had beennaccredited in 2010 concerning their perception on the accreditation system and the operationnprocess, maintenance and management of the system and to suggest plans for the effectivenexecution and systematic maintenance and management of the accreditation system.nStudy subjects were center of under capacity 39 and center of over capacity 39, including,nKang Dong Gu, Song Pa Gu, Seong Dong Gu, Kwang Jin Gu, in Seoul and Pyung TaeknCity, in Kyung Gi, Cheon An City, along with Asan City District in Chungnam Province.nStudy results are as follows:nFirst, after examining the perception of after accreditation has differences.nSecond, About the effects after the accreditation, most of them were positive in thenaccreditation system for the improvement of a qualitative level of centers.nThird, after examining the correlation between perception and management of afternaccreditation by facility size, according to the study result, environment and managementnin childcare's management ability is evaluated by how high their perception(welfare ofnteacher, support for management, level of management) level is.nChildcare teacher is a key-component for improve childcare. Therefore, teacher need tonself-ripening by the accreditation system. Such an accreditation system would provide thenbest possible childcare service to children.

      • 종합병원 간호사의 부서이동 양상 및 직무만족도

        In order to investigate the characteristics of job transfer and job satisfaction of general hospital nurses and provide the nurse department the basic materials neccesary for efficient manpower management, 400 nurses were selected from two university hospital in chunan Choognam. The study subject was nurses who came from special nursing care unit such as intensive care unit and emergency room and general nursing care unit such as general surgery ward, orthopedic surgery ward and neurosurgery ward. The priod of this study was from February 2 to 28, 1998. The results of the study were as follows. 1. While 252 nurses(63.0%) had transfer experience, 148 nurses(37.0%) didn't have. Two hundred sixty five nurses(67.7%) wanted over 15 days for the preparation period before job transfer and 57.7% wished the periodical change of assignment and 19.5% wanted job transfer in present nursing unit. 2. While the cause of wanting job transfer were "defict of accomplishment and worth in job(84.6%)", "to acquire experience of other nursing unit(83.3%)", "unsuitableness of own's aptitude in job(73.1%)" respectively, the cause of unwanting job tranfer were "possibility of transfer to undesired nursing unit(87.9%)", "satisfaction of present nursing unit(84.8%)", "anxiety of new nursing unit(73.0%)" respectively. 3. The mean score of opinion of job transfer effect was 3.1. Among these opinions the mean scores of professional development, employee' common desire, and management were 3.3, 3.0, and 3.0 respectively. 4. The mean score of opinion of job satisfaction was 3.0. Among these opinions the mean scores of interaction, professional status, autonomy, and task requirements revealed to be high, and were 3.6, 3.6, 3.1 and 3.0, respectively, and those of pay, administration, and doctor-nurse relationship showed to be low, and were 2.7, 2.7, and 2.5, respectively. 5. According to position. work duration. nursing unit, there were statistical difference among job satisfaction such as pay, professional status, doctor-nurse relationship, administration, autonomy, task requirements, and interaction. 6. The spearman correlation coefficients of professional development category on the effect of job transfer with job satisfaction were administration (rs=0.159, p=0.0014), autonomy(rs=0.142, p=0.0043), and task requirement(rs=0.139, p=0.053), respectively, The spearman correlation coefficients of administration-management category on the efffect of job transfer with job satisfaction were administration(rs=0.276, p=0.0001), autonomy(rs=0.246, p=0.0001), and task requirement(rs=0.236, p=0.0001), respectively. the spearman correlation coefficients of employee' common disire category on the effect of job transfer with job satisfaction were autonomy(rs=0.243, p=0.0001), administration(rs=0.227, p=0.0001), and task requirement(rs=0.213, p=0.0001), respectively.
