        해방후 이태영의 여성인권론과 인권, 민주화운동

        본 연구는 이태영이 가족법개정운동을 주도해 나간 배경과 과정에 대해 검토하였으며, 가족법개정운동을 통한 과정 속에서 여성문제에 대하여 어떻게 사고하였는지 검토하였다. 또한 이태영이 인권운동과 민주화운동에 참여한 배경과 과정 및 역사적 의미에 대해 살펴보았다. 평북 운산에서 출생한 어린시절부터 받은 독실한 기독교적 가정교육과 학교교육은 훗날 가족법개정운동을 통한 여성인권운동에 힘을 쏟게 한 그의 만인평등사상과 남녀 평등의식의 형성에 영향을 주었다. 이태영은 시대적 선구자적 사명감으로 여성법률상담소를 설치하여 운영하였으며, 법의 보호를 받아야 할 여성이 오히려 법 때문에 억울함을 당하는 경우가 많아 법 자체부터 수정이 필요하다는 생각에서 여성인권운동으로서 가족법개정운동에 나섰던 것이다. 또한 이태영은 여성문제 해결을 위해서는 여성 자신이 과거의 잘못된 인습과 제도로부터 독립하려는 자각이 무엇보다 중요하며 여성교육을 통한 지적향상을 추구해나갈 뿐만 아니라, 여성들도 정치적, 사회적인 참여를 확대해 나갈 것을 역설하였다. 그리고 이태영의 미국연수시절에서의 경험은 국내에 들어와 가정법원의 설치와 이대 법학과의 법률임상실습 교육의 실시에 큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 이태영의 여성운동은 여성인권운동에만 그치는 것이 아니라, 궁극적으로는 남자와 여자의 인권을 동시에 추구하는 인권으로 확대 발전시켜 사고하였으며, 더 나아가 이 땅에 평화와 민주주의를 실현하기 위한 것이었다. 이태영은 감시와 탄압으로 민주회복국민회의가 반유신운동을 전개해나가는데 어려움이 많았음에도 이 나라의 민주회복을 위해 매우 적극적으로 활동하였다. 그리고 3.1민주선언사건 시기에도 재야 지식인, 종교인, 정치인들과의 협력 속에서 정치적 민주화를 위해 묵묵히 배후에서 지원하였다. 또한 이태영은 인권문제의 해결을 위해 인권문제협의회, 한국기독교교회협의회의 인권위원회 등에서 전문위원으로 활동하는 등 인권운동에 활발히 참여하였다. This study examined the background and process of Lee"s initiative to revise the family law, I examined how she thought about women"s issues in the course of the family law revision movement. I also looked at the background, process and historical meaning of Lee"s participation in the human rights and democratization movement. The devout Christian family education and school education that Lee Tae-young born in Pyongbuk province from childhood influenced the formation of his universal equality idea and gender equality consciousness which led to Lee"s efforts to promote the women"s rights movement through the revision of the family law in the future Lee Tae-young has established and operated a women "s legal counseling center with a pioneering sense of duty for the times. Women who are supposed to be protected by the law are often victimized by the law, and therefore she has begun the amendment of the family law as a women"s rights movement in the sense that the law itself needs revision. She also argued that women"s self-awareness of women"s independence from past wrong conventions and institutions is more important than any other. She emphasized not only pursuing intellectual advancement through women"s education, but also expanding women"s political and social participation. Lee Tae-young"s experience in the United States during the US training period has had a great impact on the establishment of the Family Court and the implementation of legal clinical training education at Ewha Womans University Law School. Lee thought not only the women"s rights movement but also the human rights movement that pursues the human rights of both men and women at the same time. Her women"s movement was further to realize peace and democracy on this land. Lee acted very actively for the democratic recovery of the country despite the difficulties of the Democratic Recovery People"s Congress due to surveillance and repression. And at the time of the 3.1 Democracy Declaration, in the cooperation with the intellectuals, religionists, and politicians in the field, she supported in the background for political democratization. In addition, Lee actively participated in human rights campaigns such as the Human Rights Council and the Human Rights Committee of the Korea Christian Church Council.

        CG실험에 의한 실내마감재의 평가 예측 모델 작성

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the features of the finishing material according to their type and color. The purpose of this in order is to improve the pleasantness of the interior, by using the proper finishing materials, in planning the interior, and to apply it to framing the prediction model for practical use in interior design, This stud was conducted by evaluating experiment manufactured with the CG(Computer Graphics). The process of the study is as follows, 1) The finishing materials used in the interior based on the previous study was classified. The color range of the selected finishing materials was examined. 2) The evaluation experiment using the CG was conducted on the basis of the selected finishing materials. 3) With that result, the evaluation properties was analyzed according to evaluating variables(that is, the finishing material, hue, value, and chroma) for the interior image. 4) Finally, the prediction model of the interior finishing materials was framed with the image type. Through the Factor Analysis of 19 Adjectives, 8 representative image types such as 「Open·Bright」, 「Gorgeous·Strong」, 「Quiet·Natural」, 「Smooth·Elaborate」, 「Coarse·Rough」, 「Elegant·Refined, 「Warm」」 and 「Cool」 were extracted. The prediction model was framed for the 8 representative image types. The 「Open·Bright」, 「Quiet·Natural」, 「Cool」images are as follows, 1) When you want to produce the 「Open·Bright」image, it is ideal to use wallpaper as finishing material and Y or B in hues. The higher the value and middle chroma you use. The bigger 「Open·Bright」 the efficiency you achieve. 2) When you want to produce the 「Quiet·Natural」 image, it is good to use woods for finishing materials, You can get a better image with the YR or R in hues, with higher value and lower chroma. 3) When you want to produce the 「Cool」image, it is better to use stones for finishing materials. Cool colors and the hue of B, PB, BG are recommended. The lower value and chroma are effective as well.

        The effects of microstructural morphology on dynamic deformation and fracture behavior and ballistic performance of a Ti-6Al-4V alloy were investigated in this study. Ballistic impact tests were conducted on equiaxed and bimodal microstructures, which were processed by different heat treatments, and then the test data were analyzed in relation to microstructures, tensile properties, and dynamic torsional test data. In the impacted region of the equiaxed microstructure, a number of adiabatic shear bands and cracks were observed to be formed along plastic flow lines, and delamination occurred because of cracking along the plastic flow lines or shear bands. In the case of the bimodal microstructure, shear bands were found in limited area near the impacted region without occurring delamination, and their number was fewer than that of the equiaxed microstructure. Thus, ballistic performance of the bimodal microstructure was better than that of the equiaxed microstructure. The ballistic performance of the two microstructures was also discussed by comparing the possibility of adiabatic shear band formation obtained from dynamic torsional test data.

        기능적 방법을 이용한 소아의 하악과두 골절의 처치 : 증례 보고 A case report

        The pediatric condylar fracture occurs very frequently in the mandible, but this injury is occasionally ignored due to difficulty of diagnosis and no cooperation of patient. The adequate initial diagnosis and active treatment must be performed because delayed and improper treatment lead to possible severe complication such as TMJ ankylosis and retardation of mandibular development. Most pediatric condylar fracture is mainly performed by the conservative or functional treatment. but it may be required open reduction according to cases. In this study, Activator is applied for functional treatment of pediatric condylar fracture and fair recovery of jaw function is acquired.

        치아 교환기 어린이에서 근단변위부분층 판막술을 이용한 하악 거대 협소대의 위치

        영구치의 맹출 지연이 발생하는 원인은 다양하다. 유치의 만기 잔존과 조기 상실, 과잉치나 치아종과 같은 이형물의 존재등과 같이 비정상적인 경조직 인자에 의해 발생할 수 있고, 치은 판개 조직(opercula)과 같은 상부 치은 조직의 섬유성 비후나 소대의 과증식과 같은 연조직성 인자에 의해 발생하기도 한다. 영구치의 맹출 지연시의 공간의 상실 및 영구치의 비정상적인 맹출, 그리고 그에 따른 치열궁의 비대칭과 같은 교정적 문제와 대합치의 정출 등에 의한 교합적인 문제등이 발생할 수 있어 조기에 진단하여 처치하는 것이 중요하다. 본 증례에서는 12세 남자 아이가 충치가 많고 치아가 나오지 않는다는 것을 주소로 내원하여 진단한 결과, 하악 좌측 소구치들이 맹출하지 못하고 매복되어 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 원인은 맹출 공간이 부족하였고 동시에 거대 협소대가 치아의 맹출을 방해하는 것으로 파악되었다. 이에 대한 처치로 우선 공간을 획득하고 난 후, 부착치은의 회복과 맹출 촉진을 위해 근단변위부분층 판막술을 시행하였다. The mandibular buccal frenum becomes a problem when its attachment is too close to the marginal gingival. Heavy buccal frenum mucogingivally results in insufficient attached gingiva, inadequate vestibular depth and also difficulty in eruption of mandibular premolar. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of apically positioned partial-thickness flap as adequate mothod in order to remove heavy buccal frenum and expose impacted teeth. The author presents the case of a 12-year-old boy. He had problems that was prolonged eruption of #34, #35 due to high pull buccal frenum. After space regaining for normal eruption of #34, #35, we performed apically positioned partial-thickness flap on #34,35 area. As a results, we confirmed that eruption of #34, #35 has been processed normally. And vestibular depth, position of buccal frenum and width of attached gingival was within a normal range. Decrease in muscle pull, adequate width of attached gingiva and increased vestibular depth can be expected from this treatment.

      • 다공질규소 PL의 온도의존성 해석

        본 연구에서는 다공질규소의 온도를 상온에서부터 10K까지 감소시키면서 PL스펙트럼을 측정하여 PL의 온도의존성을 관찰하였다. 그 결과를 Lee가 제안한 세 가지 발광원인에 대한 에너지띠구조 모형을 도입하여 해석하였다. 그 결과 다공질규소 PL의 온도의존성은 Lee가 제안한 세 가지 발광원인이 규소화합물에 의한 발광, 계면에서의 발광, 양자구속효과에 의한 발광이라고 할 때 만족하게 설명되었다. In this research, we investigated temperature dependence of photoluminescence characteristics of porous silicon in temperature ranges from room temperature to 10K. the results, we analyzed it introduce electronic band structures suggest by Lee et al. It is about that three different luminescence origins. From results, we found that temperature dependence of porous silicon photoluminescence were explained properly when electronic band structure of three different luminescence origins is based on the chemical model and the interface region model and the quantum confinement model.

      • Reduction of Spreading Thermal Resistance Using Vapor Chamber Heat Pipe

        This paper studies heat spreading aspect of a vapor chamber for chip cooling application. The vapor chamber is a flat-plate heat pipe which can be embedded in the base of a heat sink to reduce the spreading thermal resistance. The thermal behavior of the vapor chamber with acetone as working fluid and micro grooves for wick structure has been experimentally investigated. The employment of the vapor chamber could make the junction temperature of the chip decrease up to 10 K with a reduction of spreading thermal resistance of 0.4 K/W. Such a thermal spreading effect depends on the area ratio of the vapor chamber and heating element. A spreading thermal resistance analysis is performed using Lee's closed form correlation to estimate the spreading capability of the vapor chamber. The thermal behavior of the vapor chamber is also numerically studied using in a good agreement with the junction temperature measurement results.

      • SEAWEED EXTRACTS AS A POTENTIAL TOOL FOR THE ATTENUATION OF OXIDATIVE DAMAGE IN OBESITY‐RELATED PATHOLOGIES

        <P>Recent studies suggest that seaweed extracts are a significant source of bioactive compounds comparable to the dietary phytochemicals such as onion and tea extracts. The exploration of natural antioxidants that attenuate oxidative damage is important for developing strategies to treat obesity‐related pathologies. The objective of this study was to screen the effects of seaweed extracts of 49 species on adipocyte differentiation and reactive oxygen species (ROS) production during the adipogenesis in 3T3‐L1 adipocytes, and to investigate their total phenol contents and 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activities. Our results show that high total phenol contents were observed in the extracts of <I>Ecklonia cava</I> (see Table?1 for taxonomic authors) (681.1 ± 16.0 μg gallic acid equivalents [GAE] · g<SUP>−1</SUP>), <I>Dictyopteris undulata</I> (641.3 ± 70.7 μg GAE · g<SUP>−1</SUP>), and <I>Laurencia intermedia</I> (560.9 ± 48.1 μg GAE · g<SUP>−1</SUP>). In addition, DPPH radical scavenging activities were markedly higher in <I>Sargassum macrocarpum</I> (60.2%), <I>Polysiphonia morrowii</I> (55.0%), and <I>Ishige okamurae</I> (52.9%) than those of other seaweed extracts (<I>P </I><<I> </I>0.05). Moreover, treatment with several seaweed extracts including <I>D. undulata</I>, <I>Sargassum micracanthum</I>, <I>Chondrus ocellatus</I>, <I>Gelidium amansii</I>, <I>Gracilaria verrucosa</I>, and <I>Grateloupia lanceolata</I> significantly inhibited adipocyte differentiation and ROS production during differentiation of 3T3‐L1 preadipocytes. Furthermore, the production of ROS was positively correlated with lipid accumulation (<I>R</I><SUP>2</SUP> = 0.8149). According to these preliminary results, some of the seaweed extracts can inhibit ROS generation, which may protect against oxidative stress that is linked to obesity.
