Lymphocytic Interstitial Pneumonia 로 발현한 림프종 1 예

LIP (lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia) is a rare disorder characterized by diffuse infiltration of lung by lymphocytes, plasma cells, and immunoblasts. LIP is often associated with Sjogren`s syndrome or a number of other disorders considered to be immune in origin. Also it is surgggested that LIP, especially when assoicated with Sjogren`s syndrome may transfrom to a lymphoid malignancy. We have experienced a case of LIP in a 43 year old man who initially presented with cough and weight loss. Diagnosis was confirmed by transbronchial lung biopsy which showed diffuse lymphocytes and plasma cells infiltration. Nine months later generalized lymphadenopathy and heaptosplenomegaly appeared. Bone marrow biopsy revealed lymphoma and combination chemotherapy with cytoxan, vincristin, prednison resulted in marked clidnical improvement.

불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 스트레스 대처전략을 매개변인으로

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among intolerance of uncertainty, stress coping strategies, and life satisfaction. Also, in this study, it was examined whether stress coping strategies mediated the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and life satisfaction. 239 university students were sampled for this study. For data analysis, reliability analysis, correlation among variables, multiple and hierarchical regressions were conducted. The results of this study were as follows. First, in terms of the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and stress coping strategies, intolerance of uncertainty was negatively correlated with active coping strategies. However, it was positively correlated with religious pursuit, denial, and self-blame. Also, intolerance of uncertainty was negatively correlated with life satisfaction. Second, in terms of the relationship between stress coping strategies and life satisfaction, active coping, seeking for social support, and self-blame significantly predicted life satisfaction. Third, it was found that stress coping strategies such as active coping and self-blame completely mediated the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and life satisfaction. The implications and limitations of this study were discussed. 본 연구는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 스트레스 대처전략 및 삶의 만족도와의 관계를 살펴보고, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 스트레스 대처 전략이 매개역할을 하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 239명을 대상으로 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족 척도, 스트레스 대처전략 척도, 삶의 만족도 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 하였다. 자료 분석은 각 척도들의 신뢰도 분석, 주요 변인들 간의 단순상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 통한 결론과 논의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 스트레스 대처전략간 관계에서는 적극적 대처와 부적인 상관을, 종교적 추구, 부인 및 자기비난과는 정적인 상관이 있었으며, 삶의 만족도와 부적인 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 스트레스 대처전략에는 적극적 대처, 사회적 지지추구 및 자기비난으로 나타났다. 셋째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 적극적 대처와 자기비난이라는 스트레스 대처전략이 완전매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 상담에서의 시사점을 논의하였다.

현재 서울대학교 병원에서 실시하는 300여 가지의 검사중에서 약200여 가지가 혈액으로 실시된다 그러므로 혈액검사를 실시하였다고 하면 어느 특정한 검사를 말하는 것이 아니고 단지 혈액이라는 검체를 사용했다는 뜻이다.
