Ferric sulfate를이용한 치수절단술 후 성견 치수의 조직반응에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 성견 치아에서 ferric sulfate로 치수절단술을 시행하고 상부 이장재의 영향을 최소화한 후에 잔존 치수 조직 반응을 formocresol을 사용한 군과 조직병리학적으로 비교 평가하는 것이다. 생후 6~7개월, 체중 10~12Kg 정도의 성견 5마리의 전치 40개에 5급 와동을 형성하여 치수절단술을 시행하였다. 치수를 formocresol과 ferric sulfate를 이용하여 복조를 시행하고 IRM으로 밀봉하였다. 실험동물으 3일, 1주, 2주, 4주, 그리고 8주 후에 관류 고정하여 희생되었으며, 표본을 광학현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.Ferric sulfate군과 formocresol군 모두에서 치수절단술 후에 염증 반응을 보였지만 ferric sulfate군에서 현저히 감소된 염증 양상과 빠른 치수조직 회복소견을 보였다. 2.Ferric sulfate군에서 치수절단술 후 치수 측벽의 상아모세포의 배열 양상은 초기에는 치관부 1/3에 불규칙한 배열양상을 나타내었지만 2주 후부터는 대체로 회복된 양상을 보였다. 그러나 formocresol군에서는 불규칙한 배열양상이 실험기간 동안 지속되었다. 3.치근을 따라 넓고 길게 형성된 수복상아질층이 formocresol군 8주의 1개 치아에서 나타났으며 상아질교의 형성은 ferric sulfate군 8주의 2개 치아에서 관찰할 수 있었다. 주요어 : Ferric sulfate, formocresol, 치수절단술, 치수조직반응

The up and down speed of heddle frames that produce woven cloth by insertion of weft yarns between warp yarns has been increased recently much for productivity improvement, which induces higher inertial stresses and vibrations in the heddle frame. the heddle frame is required to reduce its mass because the heddle frame contributes the major portion of the stresses in the heddle frames during accelerating and decelerating. Conventional aluminum heddle frames have fatigue life of around 5 months at 550rpm due to their low fatigue flexural strength as well as low bending stiffness. In this work, since carbon/epoxy composite materials have high specific fatigue strength(S/p), high specific modulus(E/p), high damping capacity and sandwich construction results in lower deflections and higher buckling resistance, the sandwich structure composed of carbon/epoxy composite skins and polyurethane foam were employed for the high-speed heddle frame. The design map for the sandwich beams was accomplished to determine the optimum thickness and the stacking sequences for the heddle frames. Also the effects of the number of ribs on the stress of the heddle frame were investigated by FEM analyses. Finally, the high-speed heddle frames were manufactured with sandwich structures and the static and dynamic properties of the aluminum and the composite heddle frames were tested and compared with each other.

During Goryeo-Mongol war, Goryeo naval forces defended against Mongolian military that had threatened several islands including Ganghwa Island which was temporary capital during evacuation, and protected its sea routes. Thanks to it, Goryeo could engage in prolonged war against Mongol. However, Goryeo could not withstand the Mongol’s attack which lasted for about 30 years and concluded peace treaty under unfavorable conditions. Then when it tried to return to the original capital, Gaegyeong, Sambyeolcho(three carefully selected crack troops) caused a revolt. As a number of warships and naval forces took sides with Sambyeolcho then, Goryeo naval force’s military strength significantly decreased. Before long, Goryeo naval force recovered the numbers of warships and troops to a certain degree, but they were recovered only as much as Mongol needed and according to the demands of Mongol rather than Goryeo military’s needs. Mongol, which had been greatly hindered in the execution of operation during the Goryeo-Mongol war due to the outstanding performance of Goryeo naval force, directly controlled the reconstruction of Goryeo naval force. While it was preparing for the suppression of Sambyeolcho and the first expedition to Japan, it asked Goryeo government to provide a large number of warships and naval forces to the extent that Goryeo could not afford it. It was difficult for Goryeo to meet Mongol’s excessive demand because it could not fully restore the ravages of Goryeo-Mongol war. However, Goryeo could not reject the demand of Mongol because it intended not to stimulate Mongol which was worried that Goryeo could betray, move the capital back to Ganghwa Island and resist Mongol again. Naval force was positively necessary to move the capital to Ganghwa Island and protect it. Therefore, if Goryeo did not satisfy the Mongol's demand to provide warships and naval forces, Mongol could have suspected that Goryeo would preserve its naval force's power to fight against Mongol. So Goryeo made Mongol trust Goryeo by providing warships and naval forces as required by Mongol. Since the Goryeo naval forces reconstructed by the demand of Mongol and provided to Mongol was under Mongolian control, it did not affect the strengthening of Goryeo military later on.
Human Papillomavirus에 감염된에이즈 환자에게 발생한 항문암 2예

We report two cases of anal cancer in patient with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome infected by human papillomavirus (HPV). One patient presented with huge anal abscess of long duration which developed after incomplete resection of anal warts 2 years ago and the other patient presented with anal bleeding. They were diagnosed as having anal squamous cell carcinoma. Highly oncogenic HPV 69 and 16 were detected by HPV-DNA chip on the previous specimen of warts and anal cancer tissue, respectively. The possibility of anal cancer should be considered in patients infected with human immunodeficiency virus who present anal problems such as anal abscess, anal bleeding, or condyloma accuminatum in anus. 항문암은 HIV 감염자에게 발생하는 빈도가 비감염자에 비해 더 높다. HIV 감염자에게 항문암의 발생 빈도가 더 높은 까닭은 항문 성교와 이로 인해서 발생하는 human papillomavirus (HPV) 감염이 이들 환자에게 더 흔하기 때문이라고 생각한다. 항문의 농양, 첨규 콘딜로마로 내원한 HIV 감염자에게서 항문암을 진단하였으며, 이 환자로부터 2년 전에 수술로 떼어낸 첨규 콘딜로마 조직에서 HPV 유전형 69를 발견하였다. 또한, 항문 출혈로 병원을 방문한 HIV 감염자에게서 항문암을 진단하였으며, 조직 생검으로 얻은 종양 조직에서 HPV 유전형 16를 발견하였다. HIV 감염자에게 항문의 농양, 첨규 콘딜로마, 항문 출혈 등의 임상 증상이 발생하면 HPV와 관련된 항문암을 감별해야 하겠다.
