        민들레 잎과 뿌리 분말을 첨가한 설기떡의 품질 특성

        In order to develop a dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) with natural food applications, the effects of dandelion leaves and roots powder content on the physical, textural and sensory properties of sulggidduk were examined. Dandelion powders of leaves and roots at 0, 1, 2 and 3% were added to the dandelion sulgidduk. In the dandelion roots powder in sulgidduk, the color intensity of L values and the values and moisture content decreased however, the sensory color intensity, dandelion flavor and overall acceptability increased with increasing the dandelion powder content. The sensory overall acceptability indicated the dandelion roots powder content at 3% had the highest overall and flavor scores. As the dandelion leaves content was increased, the moisture contents, lightness, adhesiveness and cohesiveness of sulggidduk decreased, while the sensory color intensity, sensory hardness, hardness of texture properties and dandelion flavor increased. The addition at 1% of the dandelion leaves powder content with the dandelion sulggidduk and the addition at 3% of the dandelion roots powder content with the dandelion sulggidduk showed the highest overall acceptability.

        To find elements which enable improving Quality of image of chest radiography, we attempted to make comparison between chest radiography used currently with that of the past, and following conclusion was reached: 1) It could be confirmed that a dependance on chest radiography was declining, because proportion of chest radiography against overall radiography decreased. 2) There was a change of kVp to a high voltage in a chest radiography, and use of high kVp became a generalization 3) Exposure time was reduced and exposure dose was curtailed accordingly. 4) Apparatus was mainly comprised of 3-phase rectifier circuit and inverter type. 5) It could be confirmed that frequency of applying additional filters for high kVp radiography was insufficient. 6) There was almost no difference in the condition of exposure between hospitals using film/screen and hospitals using CR. But when CR is used for radiography, it was increase in exposure dose due to increase in tube current and it will be necessary to have continuous study on exposure dose by an increase use of CR in the future.

      • 한국에서의 양극성장애와 Borna Disease Virus와의 관련성

        It has been known that Borna disease virus(BDV) naturally infects horses and sheep, and causes a sporadic neurological disease. There have been many studies of the relation between this virus and human neurological and psychiatric disease, but the definite result remains uncertain, yet. Here, by using a nested reverse trancription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique in the p40 regions, we tried to demonstrate that BDV RNA was present in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of bipolar patients. In an examination of a total of 38 bipolar patients from 4 different hospitals in Taegu, Republic of Korea, BDV genomic RNA was detected in the p40 region in only one case. These data do not support an etiologic association between BDV infection and bipolar disorder in humans.

      • 요추추간판탈출증에 대한 현미경적 수술과 고식적 수술의 비교분석

        This study was performed in an attempt to compare clinical results after microscopic and standard discectomy of lumbar disc herniation. From Jan. 1994 to Feb. 2002, 15I cases of lumbar disc herniation was operated by either method. Average age was 42.1years. There were 104cases in microscopic discetomy group and 47cases in standard discectomy group. Mean follow-up duration were 7yrs and 6ms. Clinical results by the criteria of Macnab and back pain functional scale, the change of lower back pain score and recovery rate were compared between microscopic and standard discectomy group retrospectively. Statistical analysis was made using paired two-tailed t-test. By criteria of Macnab and back pain fuctional improvement score. there was no significant difference between standard and microscopic surgery group(p>0.05) at 6 years follow-up. Mean operation time in microscopic surgery group was 54mins whereas in standard surgery group was 72mins. Ambulation was begun postoperative 3.7days in microscopic surgery group, 6.1days in standard surgery group. As for the hospital stay, 6.6days in microscopic group and 11.2days in standard surgery group. Microsopic discectomy is an effective method because it has same results in clinical aspect and has much advantages such as short operation time, short hospitalization, minimal incision.

        6kW 독립형 풍력발전기의 진동 모니터링 및 분석

        A vibration monitoring system for a small class of wind turbine (W/T) is established and operated. The monitoring system consists of monolithic integrated chip accelerometer for vibration monitoring, anemometers for wind data acquisition and auxiliary sensors for atmospheric data. Using the monitoring system, vibration response of a 6kW W/T generator is investigated. Acceleration data of the W/T tower under various operation condition is acquired in real time using LabVIEW and is remotely transferred from the test site to the laboratory in school by internet. Vibration state of the tower structure is diagnosed within the operating speed range. Resonance frequency range of the test model is investigated with the wind speed data of the test site.

        청소년자녀와 어머니를 위한 세대간 이해증진 프로그램 개발 및 실시

        The relationship between adolescent children and parents has a profound effect on not only the adolescents development into healthy adults but also the psychological welfare of the parent. A program focused to improve adolescents relationship with parents has not been developed until now. To achieve the educational goals enhancing mutual understanding, it is more effective to educate both the parents and adolescent childern. Thus, this study developed and carried out a program in which adolescent children and mothers, being fully in charge of raising children, participated. The study analyzed the program effects after implementing on 6 pairs of adolescent children and mothers. The results are as follows: 1) adolescent children and mothers placed high values on the fact that they can understand each other well, 2) both parties accepted each other by recognizing the inevitability of the generation gap, and 3) the program gave them a chance to admit that they should try to communicate openly. Most of all, adolescent children could find self-confidence while mothers could collect valuable data essential to raise children and build a new mother's role model adapting to social changes.

      • 우리나라의 철강산업에서 대기오염의 관리 및 방지현황에 관한 연구

        국가 경제발전에 크게 기여하고 있는 철강산업은 에너지를 과소비하며, 폐기물을 대량 발생하는 공해 유발업종이기도 하다. 1970년 이후 철강산업은 지속적인 산업발전을 위하여, 생산설비의 확장과 함께, 대기의 질을 개선시키기 위하여 방지설비에도 많은 비용을 투자하였다. 대부분 산업체의 경우처럼, 국내 철강산업 역시 개발과 환경보존과의 조화라는 어려움을 가지고 있었으며, 각종 대기환경정책의 변화에도 적극적으로 대처하고 있다. 본 연구는 철강산업의 국가 경제발전에 주요 공헌산업으로서의 역할을 계속 유지하며, 철강산업이 국내 환경개선에도 선도적인 역할을 수행할 수 있도록, 우리실정에 적합한 대기오염 배출규제의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 본 연구는 철강산업의 환경현황과 문제점, 대기오염 방지시설의 현황과 처리에 대한 경제성 등을 연구조사하였으며, 우리나라 대기환경규제의 비합리성을 지적하였다.

      • 모드스펙트럼해석법에 의한 교량의 내진설계에 관한 연구

        As an importance of seismic design have been increasing, it is necessary to establish an adequate guidelines of which designers can make use for the effective design according to the types of bridges. When applying the codes, seismic design forces are determined by single mode spectral analysis method for the general bridges whose geometric shape is relatively simple, where seismic design forces are obtained only using the fundamental frequency. On the contrary, when the geometeric irregularities such as span length and pier hight are developed, one can expect a substantial errors which could be taken into account in multi-mode spectral analysis. For the determination and comparison of the design forces by mode spectral analysis, the program based on design codes which performs a 3-dimensional dynamic analysis and make it easier for the designers to analyze the reponse displacements of mode shapes by means of the post processor is developed and applied to several example bridges.

      • 소봉제품의 시장생산 모형 구축에 관한 연구

        소봉제품에 대한 시장생산 모형을 만들기 위하여 과거 자료에서 마련된 수량화된 기초 자료를 통계적으로 분석하고 미래의 생산량을 예측하였다. 출고량에 의한 기초 자료의 통계분석 결과에서 여러 가지 계량적 시계열 분석 방법들 중 STEPAR 방법에 의한 예측 방법이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 통계분석의 결과로 나타난 출고량에 대한 예측값은 생산량을 결정하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 정보이다. 각 소봉제품들에 대해서 미래의 생산량에 대한 예측값을 STEPAR방법에 의하여 얻었다. 이 예측값들의 95% 신뢰 구간의 폭이 상당히 넓게 나왔다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 체계적인 데이터 베이스 시스템을 구축하고, 수요-생산-재고의 종합적인 관리를 하며, 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 통합 전산 시스템을 구축해야 할 것이다. A forecast on the past output data sets of small bar steels is very important information to make a decision on the future production quantities. In many cases, however, it has been mainly determined by experience (or rule of thumb). In this paper, past basic data sets of each small bar steels are statistically analyzed some graphical and statistical forecasting methods. This work is mainly done by SAS. Among various quantitative forecasting methods in SAS, STEPAR forecasting method was best performed to the above data sets. By the method, the future production quantities of each small bar steels are forecasted. As a result of this statistical analysis, 95% confidence intervals for future forecast quantities are very wide. To improve this problem, a suitable systematic database system, integrated management system of demand-production-inventory and integrated computer system should be required.
