      • 경북 최초의 신장이식 1례

        신장이식은 환자의 삶의 질을 높이고 거의 정상적인 사회생활을 가능하게 함으로써 말기신부전 환자의 3가지 신대체 요법(혈액투석, 복막투석, 신장이식) 중에 가장 효과적이고 각광받는 치료법이라 할 수 있다. 최근 들어 의료기술과 의학의 발달로 신장이식의 성공률은 과거에 비해 비약적으로 높아지고 있으며 국내에서도 점차 신장이식수술을 받는 환자가 증가하고 있으나 서울이나 다른 대도시에 비해 의료환경이 열악한 중소도시나 지방의 병원에서는 아직도 시행하지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 이에 저자들은 경북 최초로 자체 의료진에 의해 고혈압과 말기 신부전으로 동국대 포항병원에서 혈액투석을 받고 있던 32세의 남자환자에게 부인으로부터 신장을 제공받아 신장이식을 성공적으로 시행하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Kidney transplantation is the preferred treatment modality for many patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), because it offers improved quality of life over both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Patients who do well after transplantation generally report improvement in vitality and freedom to return to the style of life that they experienced before their progression to ESRD. Recently, the success rate of kidney transplantation is greatly being increased as the surgical technique and immunosuppressive drugs are developed. Kidney transplantation is also popular in Korea which has good result. But, until now the general hospitals which are located at small city can't try the kidney transplantation because they don't have proper facilities and experts. We firstly experienced a case of kidney transplantation in a 32 years old man with hypertension and chronic renal failure at KyoungBuk province. So we report this case with references.

        남산의 소나무림, 신갈나무림, 아까시나무림의 낙엽생산과 토양유기탄소 동태

        남산의 소나무림, 신갈나무림 그리고 아까시나무림에서 2008년 1월부터 2009년 12월까지의 월별 낙엽생산량과 토양의 유기탄소량을 조사하였다. 소나무림은 2008년과 2009년 모두 10월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 많았으며, 2008년 1월과 2009년 12월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 적었다. 신갈나무림은 2008년과 2009년 모두 11월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 많았으며, 2월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 적었다. 아까시나무림은 2008년 11월과 2009년 10월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 많았으며, 2008년 1월과 2009년 12월에 낙엽생산량이 가장 적었다. 이것은 한반도 중부에서 상록성의 소나무림이 낙엽성의 참나무숲 보다 더 일찍 낙엽이 진다는 것을 의미한다. 소나무림과 신갈나무림, 아까시나무림의 2년 평균의 낙엽생산량은 7.07, 6.36, 5.02 ton ha-1로 소나무가 가장 많았다. 소나무림과 신갈나무림, 아까시나무림의 2년 평균의 토양유기탄소량은 76.2, 68.6, 72.5 ton C ha-1로 소나무림에서 가장 많았다. 이처럼 소나무숲에서 높게 나타난 것은 남산에서 신갈나무나 아까시나무를 벌목하여 임목밀도가 줄었기 때문이다. The objective of this study was to estimate dynamics of litter production and soil organic carbon of Pinus densiflora forest, Quercus mongolica forest, and Rhobina pseudo-acasia forest at Mt. Nam as a part of Korea National Long-Term Ecological Research (KNLTER) from 2008 to 2009. Litter production of P. densiflora forest was the highest in October 2008, 2009 and the lowest in January 2008 and December 2009. Litter production of Q. mongolica forest was the highest in November and the lowest in February in 2008 and 2009. Litter production of R. pseudo-acacia forest was the highest in November in 2008 and October in 2009 and the lowest in January in 2008 and December in 2009. It means that leaves of P. densiflora forest shed earlier than deciduous oak forests in Korean central region. An average of litter production for 2 years was 7.07, 6.36, 4.66 ton ha-1 in P. densiflora forest, Q. mongolica forest, R. psuedo-acacia forest, respectively. An average of soil organic carbon matter for 2 years was 88.3, 76.5, 84.2 ton ha-1 in P. densiflora forest, Q. mongolica forest, R. psuedo-acacia forest, respectively.

      • 직업무용단원의 조직커뮤니케이션이 조직몰입에 미치는 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine how organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers influences in jorganizational commitment, furthermore, to clarifies relation with cause and effect among organizational communication and organizational commitment of dancing performance participation in troupe of professional dancers. For the purpose of this study, population of 263 is collected on total through the cluster random sampling method among the professional dancers attached in troupe of professional dancers as for year of 2003. Questionnaire is used as a measuring scale in this study. Validity of questionnaire is verified through experts meeting and analysis of variables. According to the result of reliability analysis, reliability of questionnaire shows, α=.679-693 for organizational communication, a α=.602-880 for organizational commitment of dancing performance participation. Statistical methods used for the data analysis in this study are reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis, and so on. The following conclusion had been got through these study procedure and methods. Firstly, organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers influences in organizational commitment. In other word. while formal communication is more influential in self praise and sense of duty than informal communication. informal communication is more influential in sense of responsibility than formal communication. Finally, organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers has cause and effect influence with organizational commitment of dancing performance participation. Organizational communication in troupe of professional dancers influences in organizational commitment of dancing performance participation directly as well as and indirectly through organizational commitment Especially organizational commitment is a important intermediate variable factor to connect organizational communication of dancing performance participation.

        횡성댐 水沒地域內의 植生에 關한 硏究 : 移植對象區域을 中心으로 Centered with Subdivided Area to Select Plants Capable of Transfer

        본 조사 연구는 江原道 橫成郡 甲川面과 橫成邑 일부를 포함하는 지역에 횡성댐이 건설됨에 따라 수몰되어질 自然生態系의 復元과 保存計劃의 일부로 수행되어졌다. 移植對象區域인 7개소를 중심으로 綠地自然度, 植生現存量 및 생산량 種組成과 植生에 관해 조사하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 綠地自然度를 등급별로 사정한 결과 등급 0(3.01%), 1(5.3%), 2(28.2%), 3(0.1%), 5(0.2%), 7(4.6%), 7(44.7%), 및 8(13.8%)의 8개 등급으로 구분되었다. 2. 전체조사지역의 現存量과 生産量은 각각 88,436.3 ton/year 과 12,960.3 ton/year 이었다. 3. 조사지역의 陸上植物의 種組成은 86科, 221屬, 306種, 1變種, 3品種의 총 310種으로 조사되었다. 4. 선정된 7개의 植生調査地點에서는 소나무군락이 憂占하며, 그밖에 신갈나무군락, 떡갈나무군락, 상수리나무군락으로 나타났다. This study was carried out in a part of conservative plans recovering natural ecosystem which will be submerged, as Hoengseong dam is being constructed around Hoengseong-Eup and Gabcheon-Myun. The submerged area was divided into 7 small areas to figure out what kinds of species of plants are and will be according to detailed geographic characteristics. In the center of the subdivided areas. Degree of Green Naturality, standing biomass, net 36production per year, and composition of plant species were investigated. The results are as following; 1. The surveyed area was classified into 8 degree by Degree of Green Naturality, and the appeared degree and the rate of occupation were 0(3.01%), 1(5.3%), 2(28.2%), 3(0.1%), 5(0.2%), 7(4.6%), 7(44.7%), 및 8(13.8%). 2. Standing biomass was 88,436.3 ton/year and net production per year was 12,960.3 ton/year. 3. The list of vascular plants identified in this study consisted of 86 families, 221genera, 1 variety, 3 formae and 306 species, totally summiting upto 310 species. 4. The 7 surveyed areas were largely occupied by Pinus community. In addition, there were Quercus mongolica, Quercus dentata, and Quercus acutissima communities.

        저항을 이용한 프로판-공기 혼합가스의 점화한계 개선에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 IEC형 불꽃점화 시험장치를 이용하여 저압 유도회로의 최소 점화한계를 프로판-공기 5.25 Vol.%의 혼합 가스에 대하여 실험적으로 구하였으며, 또한 유도회로의 인덕턴스 L에 안전소자로서 저항을 병렬접속하였을 경우 프로판-공기 5.25 Vol.%의 혼합 가스에 대한 점화한계 개선효과를 관찰하였다. 그 결과, 최소 점화한계는 전류의 크기에 따라 좌우되었다 또한, 전원으로부터 공급되는 에너지는 인덕턴스에 우선 축적되고. 그 초과분의 에너지가 폭발성 가스의 점화원으로 작용하였다. 점화한계 개선효과는 인덕턴스가 300 mH일 때, 최고 330%의 개선효과가 나타났으며 인덕턴스가 클수록 점화한계 개선효과가 크게 나타났다. 또한 병렬로 접속한 저항의 크기가 적을수록 점화한계 개선 효과가 크다. 본 연구결과는 본질안전 방폭형 전기기기의 연구개발을 위한 기본자료로 활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이들 기기의 방폭성능에 대한 시험자료로도 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. This paper describes the minimum ignition limits for propane-air 5.25 Vol.% mixture gases in low voltage inductive circiuts. The improved effects on the ignition limit are studied by parallel safety components(resistors) for propane-air 5.25 Vol.% mixture gas in low voltage inductive circuits. The experimental devices used in this test are the IEC type spark ignition test apparatus. The minimum ignition limits are controlled by the values of current in inductive circuit. Energy supplied from elect source is first accumulated at the inductance, it's extra energy is working as ignition source of the explosive gas. The improved effects on the ignition limit are respectively obtained as the maximum rising rate of 330% by composing parallel circuits between inductance and resistor as compared with disconnecting inductance with the safety components. The more values of inductance increase the higher improved effects of ignition limit rise. The less values of resistor the higher improved effects of ignition limit rise. It is considered that the result can be used for not only data for researches and development of intrinsically safe explosion-proof machines which are applied equipment and detectors used in dangerous areas but also for datum for its equipment tests.

      • 한국인 집단의 COL2A1 좌위 초변이성의 유전적 특성

        인간의 게놈 내에 초변이성 좌위(hypervariable regions: HVRs)라 불리는 다형적 염기서열은 널리 분포하고 있으며 중요한 유전적 마커로서 이용되고 있다. 이러한 마커들은 연관지도 작성, 개체 동정, 유전적 질환과의 관계, 법의학적 목적 등의 여러 분야에 유용하게 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 minisatellite인 COL2A1 좌위에 대해 한국인 집단에서 임의적인 표본을 대상으로 amp-FLP 분석을 시행하였으며, 대립유전자(allele)의 통계 분석을 통해 한국인 집단의 유전적 특성을 조사하였다. Type Ⅱ collagen 유전자(COL2A1)는 인간의 12번 염색체에 위치하고 있으며, 한국인 집단에서는 대립유전자 A10에서 A16까지 관찰되었다. 그 크기는 574bp에서 767bp까지 다양하였으며, 대립유전자 A12(28.7%%)와 A10(32.5%)이 높은 빈도로 나타난 bimodal pattern으로 분포하였다. 이형접합율은 0.78이었고, PIC(polymorphism information content) 값은 0.75로써 다형성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. Polymorphism in genome can be estimated identical polymorphic genetic loci which enable to compare data among population. Hypervariable regions are wildly spread in human genome and provide as useful genetic marker. These markers are performed usefully much field of linkage mapping construction, indivisual identification, genetic disease and forensic science etc. In this study, minisatellite (COL2A1) were analyzed by amp-FLP with random samples in Krean population and performed genetic characteristic of Korean population through statistical analysis. Type Ⅱ collagen(COL2A1) gene on human chromosome 12 was observed allele from A10 to A16 in Korean population, diverse from 574bp to 767bp in size. Allele frequency distribution was bimodal pattern, allele A10(32.5%) and Al2 (28.7%) were peaks, and highly polymorphic as PIC(polymorphism information content) value 0.75.

        자동차 공조용 핀형 열교환기의 성능특성에 관한 연구

        Fin-tube type(Fin-type) heat exchanger has been tested in order to replace the heat exchanger of parallel flow type(P.F-type) which is now widly used in automobile air conditioning system. The following conclusions are drawn by the comparison of the characteristics of the heat exchangers. Evaporator and condenser capacities and COP(Coefficience of performance) were varied as with the compressor speed, outdoor air temperature and air flow rate changed, which much influenced on the characteristics of the air conditioning system. Evaporator and condenser capacities were increased with increasing compressor speed and outdoor air temperature. Evaporator and condenser pressures of Fin- type were decreased by 7% and 5% respectively compared with those of P.F-type. The COP of Fin-type was decreased with increasing outdoor air temperature and compressor speed. The COP of P.F-type was decreased by 14% compared with that of Fin-type.

      • 폐흡충에 의한 무균성 노흉에 대한 돼지꼬리형 도관(pig-tail catheter)을 이용한 치료의 효과

        Background: Pulmonary paragonimiasis is caused by consumption of raw or improperlycooked crustacea infected with the laval stage (metacercaria) of Paragonimus westermani. The most characteristic symptoms were rust-colored sputum and cough. Paragonimiasis causes pleural thickening or effusion in 48% of the patients. Pleuro-pulmonary paragonimiasis can be easily overlooked by physicians who do not suspect this disease in the differential diagnosis. Method: We compared the outcomes of 11 patients with paragonimus empyema managed either through thoracotomy or pig-tail catheter drain. These patients were confirmed by food history, clinical and radiological findings, and laboratory data. Results: The male and female ratio was 1.75 : 1, and mean age was 40.0 ± 13.5 years. AII patients had pulmonary symptoms such as cough or chest pain. Serum-ELISA for paragonimiasis were all positive (mean titer was 0.57). AII patients had pleural effusion in radiological findings( 2 patients had bilateral pleural effusion). All patients received praziquantel (75 ㎎/㎏/day for 3days). Two patients were treated with thoracotomy and nine patients were treated with pig-tail drain. Hospital stay were 14.5 days in thoracotomy group and 5.6 days in pig-tail group respectively, Conclusion: Compared to the conventional thoracotomy grouP, the patients with paragonimus empyema who received pig-tail catheters had a significantly-decreased period of drain in situ, were clinically improved earlier, and were discharged earlier.
