Background: Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is typically a medication-induced acute febrile eruption. Few large-scale studies have reported clinical data regarding AGEP in Korea. Objective: This study analyzed the clinical and histopathological features of AGEP in Koreans to identify recent trends in this context. Methods: This study retrospectively reviewed 31 patients with AGEP. Age, sex, clinical features, etiologies, laboratory findings, histopathological features, and treatment outcomes were obtained from patients’ medical records and photographs. Results: The mean age of onset was 43.6 years, and the male:female ratio was 2.1:1. All patients showed non-follicular tiny pustules and erythema. Fever was reported in 13 patients and neutrophilia in 17 patients. Medications were considered the most common etiological contributors. Twenty patients showed drug-induced AGEP, and 11 of 20 patients showed antibiotic-induced AGEP. Serum C-reactive protein and lactate dehydrogenase levels increased in 93.8% and 77.8% of the patients, respectively. Histopathologically, all patients showed subcorneal or intraepidermal pustules, followed by exocytosis and neutrophilic dermal infiltrate. Twenty-five patients improved within a mean period of 7.5 days after the onset of the skin rash. The percentage of women in the drug-induced AGEP group was significantly higher than that in the non-drug-induced AGEP group. Conclusion: This report describes a large-scale study that analyzed the clinical and histopathological features of AGEP in Koreans and seems to accurately reflect the recent trends in this context. Clinically, it is important to note that the percentage of women in the drug-induced AGEP group was higher than that in groups showing other etiologies of AGEP. Nowadays, the number of PV module corporation is increasing due to demand growth of silicon solar module. However almost study of module is research about increasing of efficiency for it. This study is evaluation and development for process of module using the silicone encapsulation material instead of existing EVA sheet. We are changed adding material ratio on silicone and thickness of silicone. So we get better efficiency than EVA sheet through the evaluation for silicone liquid and modulation. Also, we are test after establishing manufacture system being able to quicker than existing modules line. The result of EVA sheet is average 207.47W and silicone material is 211.32W so we think that silicone is better than EVA sheet.

According to the Space Development Promotion Basic Plan, more than 110 satellites are expected to be deployed by 2031. Accordingly, the operation concept and technology for satellites constellation are required, compared to the existing few multi-satellite operations. It is essential to automate and optimize the mission operation system, for efficient operation of the satellite constellation, and preparations are urgently needed for the operation of satellite constellation in domestic as well. In this study, the development direction and strategy of the mission operation system applying automation and optimization for efficient operation of the satellite constellation are proposed. The framework for evaluating the automation level and priority of the mission operation system was developed, to identify the tasks to which automation should be applied preferentially.

The LIM can be used as a transport system with wheel structure. The structural tolerance cause the airgap unbalance and that effects on the LIM performance. The effect of airgap unbalance on the motor performance such as thrust force, velocity and armature current are investigated by using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). From this numerical works, it is known that the airgap unbalance almost does not effect on the motor performance and LIM for transport system is robust to the structural tolerance.

박막형 다중접합 열전변환기의 시간에 따른 출력 전압 변화를 감소시키기 위해 벌크의 저항온도계수가 매우 적은 EVANOHM-S 합금을 박막 히터재료로 사용하였고, 또한 Seebeck 계수차이가 비교적 작은 크로멜-알루멜 열전쌍을 박막 열전퇴(thermopile)의 열전요소로 하였다. EVANOHM-S 박막 히터의 저항온도계수는 약 $1.4 {\times} 10^4/^{\circ}C$ 였고, 크로멜-알루멜 박막 열전쌍의 Seebeck 계수차이는 약 $38 {\mu}V/K$였다. 열전변환기의 출력 전압 변화는 공기중에서 처음 120초 동안 약 0.06%였고, 약 5분간이상 히터의 예열후 출력전압 변화는 현저히 감소하였다. 10 Hz ~ 10 kHz의 주파수 범위에서 열전변환기의 교류-직류 전압 및 전류 변환 오차범위는 각각 ${\pm}$1.6 ppm 및 ${\pm}$0.7 ppm이었고, 10Hz 이하 또는 10 kHz 이상의 주파수에서는 교류-직류 변환오차가 크게 증가하였다. For the purpose of reducing the output voltage fluctuation of thin film multijunction thermal converter, EVANOHM alloy-S and chromel-alumel thermocouple were used as a thin film heater material and as a thermoelement of thrmopile, respectively. The temperature coefficient of the resistance of thin film EVANOHM alloy-S heater was about $1.4 {\times} 10^4/^{\circ}C$, which is very small compared to other materials, and thin film chromel-alumel thermocouple showed relatively small difference of the Seebeck coefficients about $38 {\mu}V/K$. The output voltage fluctuation of the thermal converter was about 0.06% for the initial 120 seconds in air and decreased considerably after preheating for 5 minutes or more. The respective AC-DC voltage and current transfer error ranges of the thermal converter were about ${\pm}$1.6 ppm and ${\pm}$0.7 ppm in the frequency range from 10Hz to 10 kHz and increased remarkably below 10 Hz or above 10 kHz.
성인 두부백선의 임상 및 진균학적 분석(61증례, 1990∼2018)

Background: Tinea capitis, a superficial dermatomycosis, is caused by a dermatophyte infection on the scalp and hair. Recently, the number of adult patients with tinea capitis have been increasing; therefore, the clinical and mycological features of tinea capitis may be different from those of previous reports. However, only a few studies on adult tinea capitis have been conducted in Korea. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the clinical and mycological features of Korean adult patients with tinea capitis. Methods: A retrospective review of 61 adult patients with tinea capitis was conducted. Clinical features including age, sex, clinical type, and treatment outcome were obtained from medical records and images. The mycological features, including the result of KOH smear and fungal culture, were also analyzed. Results: The mean onset age was 61.3 years, and the male-to-female ratio was 1:4.1. Two patients (3.3%) had a family history of developing the same symptoms, and 17 (27.9%) had a history of close contact with animals. The most predilection site was the vertex, followed by the frontal and parietal areas. Microsporum canis was cultured in 66.7% patients, and Trichophyton rubrum was cultured in 28.6% patients. The number of adult patients with tinea capitis has been increasing constantly. The proportion of patients infected by T. rubrum has been increasing since 2000. Of the 51 patients who received treatments, 42 showed improvements. No significant difference was observed between patients treated with terbinafine and itraconazole. Conclusion: This is the large-scale study that analyzed the clinical and mycological features of Korean adult patients with tinea capitis. (Korean J Dermatol 2020;58(1):1∼6)
