머신러닝 기반 Lumpy 수요형태의 항공기 수리부속 수요예측 정확도 개선 연구

For the spare parts of aircraft 'A' operated by ROKAF(Republic of Korea Air Force), this research suggests the application of machine learning technique rather than that of time series technique in order to improve demand forecast accuracy of spare parts whose demand pattern is lumpy. Demand patterns are divided into four categories by applying Average Inter-Demand Interval(ADI) and Coefficient of Variation(CV). Only for the lumpy parts, this study applies various analysis models selected from demand history, and the probability of demand occurrence for each period for lumpy parts is predicted by applying machine learning techniques. As a result of the experiment, lumpy or erratic pattern appeared to be higher in aircraft spare parts, and smooth parts with stable demand appeared relatively lower. In addition, logistics regression, linear discriminant analysis, and decision tree technique showed a relatively better accuracy, and machine learning technique improved prediction accuracy about 5% higher than time series technique, thus proving that machine learning technique is an effective technique to for lumpy spare parts demand forecast.

The purpose of the paper is to investigate the price trend of Korean automobiles exported into US. during the 1990s and to discuss Korea-U.S. auto trade negotiation. A major issue regarding price indices centers around their adjustment to product upgrading. Regression analysis, particularly involving dummy variables, can help considerably in dealing with product attributes adjustment of price indexes over time. By discussion of Korea-US. auto trade negotiation, and its significant message on Korea's future auto trade, the paper suggests some policy implications for international competitiveness in Korea's auto industry.
수정된 퀸즈칼리지 스텝 검사의 최대산소 섭취량에 대한 상관관계 분석

The purpose of this study was to find correlations among the Queen’s college step test, modified Queen’s college step test, graded exercise test to predict 85% VO2max. Sixteen University students volunteered for this study. All participants were assessed by three tests. The data were analyzed using one way repeated analysis of variance, and Pearson product moment correlation. The results revealed that estimated VO2max values were significantly different among the three assessments (p<.05). In post-hoc test, the Queen’s college step test value was higher than other two tests. However, there was no significant difference between modified Queen’s college step test and graded exercise test (p>.05). In addition, graded exercise test had a significant correlation with the modified Queen’s college step test (p<.05). Therefore, modified Queen’s college step test may be considered as an appropriate assessment tool to predict submaximal oxygen consumption of normal adults.

post-installed anchor is installed in non-cracked concrete. and pullout and shear strength of the anchor were investigated. pullout and shear test was conducted Torque, diameter, insertion depth of the anchor of a couple of variables. if it receive pullout load, Torque, diameter and insertion of the anchor were affected. if it receive shear load, diameter and insertion of the anchor were affected but Torque was less affected. pull-out failure mode, steel failure of the anchor and concrete cone failure occurs. and shear failure mode, Most of the tests showed shear failure of the anchor. using structural analysis program ABAQUS, pull-out and shear of te anchor were analyzed. When the interpretation of the available anchor system are derived for finite element modeling of concrete structure, interpreted the resulted with the installation of a target anchor for a relatively accurate prediction was possible. 후 설치 앵커인 Set Anchor를 비 균열 콘크리트에 설치하여 앵커의 인발 및 전단 내력에 대하여 고찰 하였다. Torque, 앵커의 직경, 앵커의 삽입 깊이의 변수를 두어 인발 및 전단 실험을 진행 하였으며 인발 하중을 받는 경우에는 Torque, 앵커의 직경 및 삽입 깊이에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며 전단 하중을 받는 경우에는 앵커의 직경 및 삽입 깊이에 영향이 있으나 Torque의 크기에는 영향이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 본 실험에서 앵커와 모재인 콘크리트의 파괴모드는 인발 실험인 경우 앵커 강재 파괴 및 콘크리트 콘 파괴가 발생 하였으며 전단 실험인 경우에는 대부분의 실험에서 앵커의 전단 파괴가 나타났다. 앵커의 인발 및 전단 내력을 범용 구조해석 프로그램인 ABAQUS를 이용하여 앵커시스템의 해석 시 사용가능한 유한요소 모델링을 도출하여 해석한 결과 콘크리트 구조물에 후 설치 앵커를 사용한 해석대상에 대하여 비교적 정확한 예측이 가능한 것으로 나타났다.
