        차량용 조향 모터의 가상센서 시스템 및 홀로렌즈 시각화

        본 연구에서는 조향모터의 실시간 모니터링 시스템 절차를 제안하였다. 이를 위하여, Craig-Bampton 기법에 기반한 역동역학 절차를 적용하여 소수의 계측데이터로 미계측 응답을 추정하였다. 해당 시스템은 모터와 지그 사이 결합 반발력의 계측값과 추정값을 비교하여 검증하였다. 나아가, 효율적인 모니터링 시스템을 위하여 혼합현실에서의 시각화 시스템을 구축하였다. 시각화 시스템에서 모터의 형상은 그래픽 렌더링을 통해 구축하였고, TCP/IP 데이터 통신으로 모터의 변위 및 모터와 지그 사이 결합 반발력을 실시간으로 업데이트하였다. This paper presents a new virtual sensing system for the real-time monitoring of a vehicle steering motor. The aim of the proposed system is to identify the unmeasured dynamic characteristics of the target structure using the inverse force identification method. The system matrices (mass, stiffness, and damping) of the steering motor vibration are generated using the finite element (FE) method, model update approach, and the well-known Craig-bampton reduced-order method. The implicit inverse force identification method is subsequently integrated with the system matrices to predict the unmeasured loading state based on a limited set of measurable acceleration data. Finally, forward time integration provides the full vibration responses and reaction forces of the entire structure. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed system are examined by the experimental study. The utilization of HoloLens visualization software is implemented in the proposed virtual sensing system for human perception. TCP/IP data connection is then employed to guarantee the attainment of real-time functionality. The user can effectively monitor the physical condition of the target structure using the mixed reality environment.

      • PWM制御 單相 能動 交流電力필터에 의한 高調波 著減에 關한 硏究

        A closed­loop control system to reduce the harmonics required by PWM controlled single phase Active AC power filter is proposed. The instantaneous harmonics which consist of both displacement of fundamental current and harmonic distortion current is measured and compensated by Active power filter connected parallel between power lines and nonlinear load. A combination of a D.C choke and a transistor Inverter is used for the Active power filter. The principal and the construction of the control system are presented as well as some experimental results. The results are obtained as follows. 1) The reactive power including both displacement of fundamental current and harmonics distortion current of 1.5[KHz] and below can be eliminated. By the use of closed―loop control, the accuracy of compensation is excellent. 2) The voltage fluctuation of power supply is not disturbed, because the power is improved from 0.65 to 0.96 by the use of Active power filter. 3) Fast response of 8.3[㎳] for quick changes of the load can be attained. 4) Because of using a power transistor as the switching element of the current type PWM Inverter, the compensating time is more improved and commutation loss in Inverter becomes nearly zero. 5) In order to eliminate harmonic current of more than 1.5[KHz], the PWM Inverter using as Active power filter must be multi―current type.

        Park's Vector 기법을 이용한 소형 3상 유도 전동기의 권선 고장 진단

        본 연구는 3상 소형 유도전동기의 고정자 권선 고장의 효과적인 진단을 위하여 고정자 전류에 대하여 Park's Vector 기법을 적용하였다. 본 기법은 고정자 3상 전류를 측정하여 Park's vector 변환을 통하여 직축, 횡축 전류로 변환하고, 이를 이용하여 고장 진단을 위한 Park's Vector Pattern을 얻어 정상 상태 패턴과 고장 권선 패턴을 비교하였다. 고정자 권선 한 상에 2턴, 10턴, 그리고 20 턴의 단락고장을 발생시켜 정격부하의 25%, 50%, 100% 부하변동에 따른 각각의 Park's Vector Pattern을 비교하여 얻은 실험 결과는 제안한 방법의 유용성을 보여준다. This paper deals with efficient diagnostic for stator winding fault of 3-phase induction motor using a current Park's vector approach. This method firstly transforms 3-phase stator current to vertical axis current and horizontal axis current of Park's Vector, and then obtains the each Park's Vector Pattern and detects stator winding fault by comparing to Park's Vector Pattern of healthy and fault. Experimental results, obtained by using induction motor having inter-turn fault of 2, 10, 20 turn, demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed technique, for detecting the presence of stator winding fault under 25%, 50%, and 100% of full load condition.

        A Comparison of Genospecies of Clinical Isolates in the Acinetobacter spp. Complex Obtained from Hospitalized Patients in Busan, Korea

        Of the Acinetobacter spp., A. baumannii (genospecies 2) is the most clinically significant in terms of hospital-acquired infections worldwide. It is difficult to perform Acinetobacter-related taxonomy using phenotypic characteristics and routine laboratory methods owing to clusters of closely related species. The ability to accurately identify Acinetobacter spp. is clinically important because antimicrobial susceptibility and clinical relevance differs significantly among the different genospecies. Based on the medical importance of pathogenic Acinetobacter spp., the distribution and characterization of Acinetobacter spp. isolates from 123 clinical samples was determined in the current study using four typically applied bacterial identification methods; partial rpoB gene sequencing, amplified rRNA gene restriction analysis (ARDRA) of the intergenic transcribed spacer (ITS) region of the 16~23S rRNA, the VITEK® 2 system (an automated microbial identification system) and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS). A. baumannii isolates (74.8%, 92/123) were the most common species, A. nosocomialis (10.6%, 13/123) and A. pittii isolates (7.5%, 9/123) were second and third most common strains of the A. calcoaceticus-A. baumannii (ACB) complex, respectively. A. soli (5.0%, 6/123) was the most common species of the non-ACB complex. RpoB gene sequencing and ARDRA of the ITS region were demonstrated to lead to more accurate species identification than the other methods of analysis used in this study. These results suggest that the use of rpoB genotyping and ARDRA of the ITS region is useful for the species-level identification of Acinetobacter isolates.

      • 저선량 방사선조사가 Gerbil의 일과성 전뇌 허혈에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: To date, much research has been performed for amelioration of secondary brain damage after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. We investigated the antioxidative and anti-inflammatory effects of post-ischemic low-dose total-body irradiation (TBI) on transient global cerebral ischemia. Methods: The gerbils were divided into six groups (8 gerbils in each group): group Ⅰ and Ⅱ, sham operation; group Ⅲ and Ⅳ, 10-minutes ischemia without TBI; group Ⅴ and Ⅵ, 10-minutes ischemia with TBI at 10 minutes after reperfusion. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the levels of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and malondial-dehyde (MDA) in the brains of group Ⅰ, Ⅲ, and Ⅴ at 4 hours after reperfusion were measured. In the brains of group Ⅱ, Ⅳ, and Ⅴ, the levels of MPO and MDA were measured and the hippocampal areas were stained with hemotoxylineosin (H-E) and TUNEL at 5 days after reperfusion. Results: The activity of Cu/Zn SOD in group V was significantly increased compared to that in group Ⅲ, but their activities were significantly lower than that of group Ⅰ. The MPO and MDA levels in groups Ⅴ and Ⅵ were significantly lower than that of group and Ⅳ. The percent dead neurons found in the hippocampal CA1 region by using H-E staining was significantly lower in group VI than in group Ⅳ. The number of TUNEL positive cells in the hippocampal CA1 region was significantly lower in group Ⅵ and in group Ⅳ. Conclusion: Anti-oxidative and anti-inflamatory responses induced by post-ischemic low-dose TBI may reduce secondary neuronal damage following 10 minutes of transient global cerebral ischemia.

        Cyclic codes are often used in encoders to avoid possible ereoneous readings. Special attention must be paid to codes where changes in certain digits are irreular. A new cyclic encoding scheme for a degree-reading encoder is propoesd in this paper. While keeping the encoding simple and effcient, the method considerably reduces the external decoding circuit requirements.
