생활체육참여자가 인식한 지도자의 매력성이 지도효율성 및 운동지속수행에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 생활체육참여자들이 인지하는 지도자의 매력성이 지도효율성 및 운동지속수행에 미치는 영향을 규명하 기 하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같이 이 연구에서 설정한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울 및 경기도에서 생활체육활동에 참가 하고 있는 회원 228명을 연구대상으로 하여 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 버전을 이용하여 기술통계 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 그리고 회귀분석을 실시하여 검증하였다. 이러한 일련의 연구방법을 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활체육 참여자들이 인지하는 지도자의 매력성은 지도효율성에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 생활체육참여자들이 인지하는 지도자의 매력성은 참여자들의 운동지속수행에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 생활체육참여자들의 지도효율성은 운동지속수행에 영향을 미친다. This study was to examine the influence of instructor’s attractiveness recognized by participants in community sports on instructing effectiveness and adherence. In this research, 228 participants who participate in community sports in Seoul and Gyeonggido were collected and the collected data was analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 version. The results are as follows. First, the attractiveness of instructors recognized by participants in community sports has influence on the instructing effectiveness. Second, the attractiveness of instructors recognized by participants in community sports affects the adherence of participants. Third, the instructing effectiveness has an effect on the adherence of participants in community sports.

This research focused on Road Bike synchronized with the virtual reality software. To clarify the effectiveness of exercise using a indoor Road Bike synchronized with the virtual reality software in this research, the changes of stress index were observed between synchronized status of Road Bike hardware and virtual reality software and not synchronized status. The virtual reality Road Bike which is synchronized with 3D virtual reality environment and mechanically works the same way with real bike allows a users not only to increase the effectiveness of exercise but also to reduce significantly the boredom compare to traditional indoor bike. The prototype of virtual realty Road Bike has been completed, detailed research will be conducted in the future to increase a user‘s safety and provide a more similar experience with real Road Bike for adapting various industry fields especially in the game industry.

장애인의 고실업·저임금문제는 사회적으로 큰 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 또한 증가하는 장애인구와 이에 대한 법적·제도적 정책의 미비를 고려할 때 장애인에 대한 잠재적 문제성은 더욱 커질 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에 서는 한국장애인고용촉진공단 고용개발원의 「2008년 장애인고용패널조사」 자료를 사용하여 장애인의 취업 및 취업형태의 결정요인을 실증분석하였으며 이를 토대로 정책적 제언을 하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 함의를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 여성장애인의 경우 남성장애인에 비해 취업확률이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 거주지역이 장애인의 취업에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 기타시도에 거주하는 장애인이 수도권 및 광역시도에 거주하는 장애인보다 취업확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인의 건강상태가 좋을수록 장애정도가 낮을수록 취업확률을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 장애인의 취업에 영향을 미치는 인적자본 요인의 경우 장애인의 취업결정요인에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 취업형태결정요인에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 장애인의 장애관련 요인의 경우 장애인의 취업 및 취업형태결정요인에 가장 주요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study is to analyze factors determining employment and employment status of person with disabilities utilizing a data set of from 2008 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled by KRIVET(Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training). To analyze explanatory variables of employment and employment status of persons with disabilities using Logit model and Multinomial Logit model. The first major implication from analysis is that explanatory variables of employment and employment status for men and women with disabilities are quite different. So vacational rehabilitation program was needed to women with disabilities. Secondly investing in human capital such as license, employment service are successful on increasing paid-worker employment. But education does not have explanatory power on possibility of employment and employment status of persons with disabilities.
