        The wide spread of multimedia sysrem deands a large viewing display device which can inform a message to many peoples in open area. This paper is about the design and simulating of a large viewing digital multi-wision control ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit). In this paper. the digital multi-vision ASIC has one channel of imput cideo signal wihich is compliance with CCIR-656 specification and four channels of output video signal which are compliance with CCIR-601 specificarion. It has 2 operating mode. The one is the pass-thro;ugh mode. input vido signal goes to output video signal without any change, and the another one is the expension mode, input video signal is expended by from 2 to 16 times into output video signal. In expension mode. awindow could be programmed and only the input video signal in the window is expended. The 0.6 micron CMOS sEA OF Gate is used to design the ASIC in amount of about 23,000 gates, and it is simulated at 48MHz.

        The bed expansion characteristics have been investigated in a fluidized bed (0.1 m I.D., 2.4 m height) with variations of the gas velocity (0.015 - 1.0 m/s), the static bed height (0.1, 0.2m) and the type of particle (Geldart group A, B and D). The ratio of bed expansion increased as the gas velocity increased. However, it decreased with an increase of the static bed height. It also decreased in order of Geldart group A, B and D particles at the same excess gas velocity and static bed height. A correlation on the bed expansion has been proposed on the basis of the present experimental result.

        A sensibility measurement system that can measure human sensibility at the automobile cabin environment is developed in this paper. Five kinds of sensors that can measure temperature, humidity, oxygen, CO_(2), and HC gas concentrations are used in this system. Sensibility indexes are defined for each sensor datum, and then those are linearly combined to make a total human sensibility index. A stand-alone system is manufactured using a one-chip microprocessor, and simple controls are showed with LEDs. This system was tested for performance in automobile cabin environment and showed good reliability.

        장기간 이별 후 고대하던 가족과의 재회를 통한 정서적 해소효과

        Objectives : Separation and reunion is common experiences in our life but enduring unwanted early-life separation from family members may be a distressful event. This study was executed to observe emotional resolution in the subjects who eagerly desire and experience reunion with their families after long-lasting separation. Methods : Thirty subjects who have participated in the reunion program of the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) from April 2005 to July 2005 were interviewed to assess their demographic characteristics and memories about separation. Their anxiety and depressive mood were assessed using Spielberger’s State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale before the family reunion. At the time of the reunion, psychological states of 14 participants who were able to meet their family members were assessed again using the same assessment tools and the follow-up assessment was performed for one possible case at 7 months after the reunion. Results : The depression and anxiety levels of most subjects were significantly decreased after the reunion. Standardized T scores of their state-anxiety were mostly in abnormal range before the reunion but most of their anxiety levels were reduced within normal range after the reunion. Duration of education was negatively correlated with trait-anxiety level and duration of separation respectively even though trait-anxiety levels were not directly correlated with duration of separation. Emotional acceptability about childhood separation tended to contribute to the increased anxiety level. Conclusion : This is the first study to assess psychological distresses of the Korean people who have suffered from long-lasting separation with their families. The results in this study suggest that the eagerly desired reunion after long-lasting separation from family may have a resolutive effect for emotional distress, further study will be needed for larger population suffering from early-life separation.

        The optimal medium composition for the production of carotenoid pigment from Haloarcular sp. EH-1 as a dietary for fishes were 1.0% sucrose, 1.0% yeast extract, 25% sodium chloride, 0.3% sodium citrate, 0.2% potassium chloride, 2.0% magnesium sulphate, 0.002% ferric sulphate(pH7.0). The incubation temperate, aeration rate and agitation speed were 40℃, 100ml medium/500ml vol. shaking flask, and 180 rpm/min. The carotenoid pigment production was highest after 5 days of incubation with the light.

      • 유방암 환자에서 bcl-2 단백 발현의 예후 인자로서의 의의

        Breast cancer in women pose a problem, and it can be difficult at times to evaluate the possibility of the cancer recurrence in node negative early cancer. The reliable prognostic markers are needed in breast cancer management to help clinicians identify the patient with the high risk of recurrence and arrive at more rational decisions for proper treatment. In order to investigate the prognostic significance of bcl-2, an immunohis-tochemical staining was performed in 35 tissue sections from paraffin blocks of primary breast cancer. Bcl-2 positivity was 43%. No relation could be observed between bcl-2 expression and known prognostic factors(tumor size, lymph node metastasis state, histologic grade, and nuclear grade), There was strong relation between bcl-2 expression and estrogen receptor positivity (ER) (P〈0.05). No relation is found between bcl-2 expression and c - erbB - 2 expression. These results suggest that bcl-2 expression is associated with a favorable prognostic factor(ER) but it is of no value as independent prognostic factor to the clinician in identifying the patients with high risk of recurrence.

        근 피판술을 이용한 기관흉막루의 치료

        Bronchopleural fistula and chronic empyema are the difficult problems in the thoracic surgery field. We experienced 3 cases of chronic empyema and complicated bronchopleural fistulas treated with muscle flap and concomitant thoracoplasty. The causative primary diseases were pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchiectasis. All the three cases have failed to control the chronic empyema and bronchopleural fistula with conventional method such as closed or open drainage and Eloesser flap after lobectomy. The unresponsive infection on bronchopleural fistula and pleural space was well controlled after muscle flap with thoracoplasty. Complete decortication, closure of bronchopleural fistula as much as possible and coverage of closed fistula with good vascularized tissue are the essential factors for the success of operation on chronic empyema and bronchopleural fistula. The results of operations were satisfactory and the respiratory function was well preserved or improved in one patient. But, the contour of chest wall was deformed in patient with extensive concomitant thoracoplasty.

        능동 데이터베이스에서의 규칙(rule)은 트리거하는 사건이 감지되면 자동으로 규칙을 트리거하여 데이터베이스의 상태변화에 대응하는 조치를 자동으로 수행한다. 이러한 능동 규칙은 연속적으로 서로 다른 규칙을 트리거 할 수 있고 그로 인해 종료하지 못하고 무한한 순환적 동작을 반복할 가능성이 있다. 이와 같은 문제는 규칙의 종료 분석을 통해 차단할 수 있으며 규칙의 종료 분석은 규칙의 컴파일 시간에 수행하는 것이 가장 효과적이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 능동 규칙의 실행의미를 반영하여 규칙집합의 종료를 보장할 수 있는 새로운 분석방법을 제안하고, 제안된 분석방법에 의한 종료 분석기를 내장하는 규칙 컴파일러를 설계한다. 아울러 규칙 종료 분석 알고리즘의 정형화를 통해 제안 모델의 완전성을 검증한다. In the active databases, whenever an event occurs, active rule with the matching event specification are triggered automatically, and its action will be executed. Because these rules may in turn trigger other rules, the set of rules may be triggered each other indefinitely. This problem which is triggered indefinitely can be solved by rule termination analysis, and it is efficient for rule analysis to perform in rule compile time. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new analysis method including rule execution semantics which guarantees the termination of the set of rules, and also design the rule compiler embedded termination analyzer which follows the proposed analysis method. We verify the completeness of proposed model by formalization of the rule termination analysis algorithm.
