        POSCO Smart Factory의 핵심역량 분석: VRIO 모형을 중심으로

        [연구목적] 본 연구에서는 제조환경의 패러다임 변화 속에 새로운 성장동력으로 스마트 팩토리를 도입한 기업의 경영자원을 분석하여 핵심역량을 파악하고 기업 전반에 미치는 영향을 진단, 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 2015년 이후 스마트팩토리를 도입한 포스코를 연구대상으로 선정하고, 자원기반관점에 의거 기업 내부역량 분석에 유용한 VRIO Framework를 통해 스마트팩토리에 영향을 받은 경영자원 분석과 핵심역량을 도출하였다. 또한, 이 핵심역량이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 부분도 검토하였다. [연구결과] 포스코 스마트팩토리의 영향을 받은 경영자원을 VRIO 분석한 결과 7개 핵심역량을 도출하였고, 이 핵심역량의 효과로 생산성 향상, 설비고장 비가동율 최소화, 불량률 및 품질 실패비용 감소, 납기준수율, 생산계획 증대로 인한 에너지 비용 절약 등을 통해 재고비용 합리화, 매출액 증대, 비용 절감을 통한 이익 증대, 부가가치 창출, 기업의 가치 극대화 등의 재무적 성과도 거두고 있음을 확인하였다. [연구의 시사점] 스마트팩토리의 도입은 기업이 지속 가능한 경쟁우위를 갖게 하여 핵심역량으로 발전시키며 기업의 성과에 큰 역할을 하지만, 각 기업만의 고유 특성을 고려하여 기업의 대내외자원과 기업의 주변 환경을 결합한 실증연구도 필요하다. [Purpose] In this study, we tried to analyze the management resources of companies that introduced smart factories as new growth engines amid a paradigm shift in the manufacturing environment to identify core competencies, diagnose their impact on the enterprise as a whole, and provide implications. [Methodology] Through VRIO Framework, management resource analysis and core competencies affected by POSCO Smart Factory were derived. It also considered how these core competencies affect management performance. [Findings] The analysis of the management resources affected by POSCO Smart Factory resulted in seven core competencies. It confirmed that the effects of these core competencies have also resulted in financial performance, such as rationalizing inventory costs, increasing sales, creating value-added, and maximizing corporate value. [Implications] The introduction of smart factories plays a significant role in companies’ performance by making them have a sustainable competitive advantage and developing them into core competencies. Still, it is also necessary to conduct empirical studies that combine the companies’ internal and external resources with the environment surrounding.

      • Helicobacter pylori와 대장균의 Shuttle Vector 개발

        In this study, a vehicle vector using cryptic plasmids was constructed for gene transfer in Helicobacter pylori. pHP51(3.9 kb) and pHP489(1.2 kb) were selected for constructing vectors from cryptic plasmid of H. pylori isolates in Korea. The HindⅢ-digestedDNA fragment(1.2kb) of pHP489 and 1.6kb DNA fragment of pHP51 were ligated with a kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ) from C. jejuni to produce the recombinant plasmids pHP489K and pHP51K, respectively. Transformation frequency of pHP51K by electroporation was low. But pHP489K could be effectively transformed into various H. pylori strains. In order to design an intermdiate vehicle vector for gene transfer into H. pylori, pBlueHP489K was prepared by recloning pHP489K DNA into pBluescript and pTZ19R vector. This vector permitted the DNA fragment containing pHP489 sequence, aph3'-Ⅲ, and cloned DNA to be cut and self-ligated in the SacⅠ site after cloning. ureA and ureB gene were inserted into pBlueHP489K, resulting in pBlueHP489K/AB. The DNA fragment containing pHP489, kanamycin resistance gene(aph3'-Ⅲ), and urease structural gene was cut away from pBlueHP489K/AB and self-ligated to generate pBlueHP489K/AB. pBlueHP489K/AB made urease-negative H. pylori strains restore their urease activity. By this experiment, pBlueHP489K was confirmed to be the vehicle system for transferring H. pylori genes.

        부산·울산·경남지역 직업병 감시체계

        Objective: Occupational medicine specialists in the Busan, Ulsan and Kyung-Nam areas established an area-based occupational disease surveillance system and used this system to collected case information for the purpose of preventing occupational diseases Methods: l l hospital participated in this system. The authors selected five main diseases, which were hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), work-related musculoskeletal disorder (WRMSD), occupational asthma, occupational skin disease and occupational and occupational lung cancer and established their case definitions. All cases were reported on the web, and real time analysis was conducted. Results: Between April 2001 and April 2003, 192 cases of HAVS, 118 cases of WRMSD, 33 cases of occupational asthma, 17 cases of occupational skin disease and 17 cases of occupational lung cancer (for a total of 377 cases of these five main diseases) were reported. most of the HAVS cases came from shipbuilding, and 172 of them (92.7%) were associated with grinding. Of the four main types of WRMSD, carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) was the most prevalent with 46 cases and shipbuilding was also the main industry involved (83.9%). The ergonomic risk factors involved mainly associated with the hand. In 19 (57.6%) and 4 (12.1%) cases of occupational asthma, the agents involved. The causative agents of occupational lung cancer included Cr, welding fume, PAH, Ni, etc. 10(58.8%) of the cases were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma and 5(29.4%) as adenoma. Conclusion: This result showed that an area-based occupational disease surveillance system might provide an effective method of evaluating the prevalence of such diseases, however the Busan, Ulsan and Kyung-Nam provinces are too large to be treated as individual areas. Therefore, the authors suggest that each province should establish its own surveillance system.

        복부 둔상에 의한 소장파열 진단시 전산화 단층촬영술의 유용성

        Backgrounds. The high mortality and morbidity rates associated with traumatic rupture of the hollow viscera have been attributed to the clinical difficulty in establishing an early diagnosis. The accuracy of CT in the detection of injuries of the solid visceral organ is well established, but value of CT in diagnosing small bowel perforation after blunt abdominal trauma is controversal. This study was conducted to ascertain CT findings of small bowel perforation result from blunt abdominal trauma. Methods. A retrospective analysis of preoperative abdominal CT findings in 40 patients was performed. Small bowel perforation was confirmed by surgery. Precontrast and postcontrast enhanced CT images were obtained in all patients. Results. Diagnostic findings of small bowel perforation including intraperitoneal or retroperitoneal free air, discontinuity of the bowel wall and extravasation of oral or IV contrast materials were observed in 34 cases(85%). The most common finding of small bowel perforation was intraperitoneal or retroperitoneal free fluid collection(90%), followed by segmental bowel wall thickening (83%), intraperitoneal or retroperitoneal free air(80%) and focal mesenteric fat infiltration(70%). Conclusions. The CT scan is sensitive and effective modality for evaluation of small bowel perforation after blunt abdominal trauma, because of high detectability of diagnostic and suggestive CT findings.

        기제와 피부투과촉진제가 아포모르핀의 피부투과에 미치는 영향

        In order to evaluate the effects of vehicles and penetration enhancers on skin permeation of apomorphine, the skin permeation rates of apomorphine from vehicles of different composition were determined using Franz diffusion cells fitted with excised rat skins. Solubility of apomorphine in various solvents was investigated to select a vehicle suitable for the percutaneous absorption of apomorphine. The solvents used were propylene glycol (PG), Transcutol^??, Labrasol^??, Labrafac hydro WL^??, Labrafil WL 2609 BS^?? and isopropyl alcohol. Even though permeation rates of apomorphine from each vehicle were low (0.08-0.36㎍/㎠/hr), the combination of PG and Labrafac^?? increased it significantly. The permeation rates of apomophine from PG/Labrafac^?? mixtures increased as the volume fraction of PG in the mixture increased. The maximum permeation rate of 18㎍/㎠/hr was achieved at 30% of PG, which decreased with further increase of PG fraction. A series of fatty acids, alcohols and monoterpenes were employed as penetration enhancers. Incorporation of each enhancer in the PG/Labrafac^?? (30:70) mixture at the level of 10% improved the skin permeation significantly. The highest permeation rate, 117㎍/㎠/hr, was attained with myristic acid.

        부산, 울산, 경남지역 직업병감시체계에서 나타난 수지진동증후근의 역학적 특성

        목적: 국내에서도 국소진동에 의한 수지진동증후군이 다수 있을 것으로 추정하나 최근에 이에 대한 보고가 적어 부·울·경 직업병감시체계를 통하여 수지진동증후군에 대한 환례를 수집하여 이의 역학적 특성을 밝히고자 본 연구를 실시하였다. 방법: 2001년 44월부터 2002년 12월까지 부산, 울산, 경남지역에 있는 종합병원 9곳을 통하여 특수 건강진단과 산업의학과 외래를 방문한 근로자를 대상으로 진동폭로에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고 이들중에서 수지진동으로 인한 증상을 호소하는 근로자는 이학적 검사와 Stockholm workshop scale을 이용하여 수지진동증후군이 있는지 평가하였다. 결과: 남자 188명, 여자 4명 등 총 192례의 수진진동증후군이 의심되는 환례를 수집하였으며, 업종별로는 조선업에 종사하는 근로자들이 가장 많았다. 국소진동의 주된 폭로원은 그라인더가 가장 많았으며, 혈관장해로 인한 증상보다 감각신경성 장해로 인한 증상을 많이 호소하였다. 결론: 전국적으로 조선업종의 그라인더 사용자를 중심으로 많은 수의 수지진동증후군의 환자가 있을 것으로 추정되며, 이들에 대한 예방대책을 마련하기 위하여 전국규모의 정확한 유병률 조사 및 실태파악이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. Objects: The objectives of this study were to estimate the epidemiologic characteristics of hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS) due to occupational exposure of hand transmitted vibration and to identify the occupations and industries where such exposures arises, and the main sources of exposure. Methods: In April 2001 the Busan, Ulsan, and Kyung-Nam Province occupational disease surveillance system was established to measure the incidence and prevalence of work-relatd HAVS and other occipational diseases in these Korean provinces. Occupational physicians of nine hospitals in Busan, Ulsan, and Kyung-nam Province were involved in this project between April 2001 and November 2002. Physicians collected information through questionnaires and interviews. Information gathered included age, occupation, types of vibration tools used and presence of subkective symptoms such as vibration-induced white finger (VWF), numbness and tingling. Results: A total 192 cases were reported with 188 males and 4 females. The shipbuilding industry was the most common type of industry and grinders were the most common source of exposire. Symptoms of neurological disorder were more common than those of vascular disprder. Conclusions: The authors concluded that exposure to hand transmitted vibration is common and that HAVS is one of the most common occupational diseases in Korea. However, the range and extent of hand transmitted vibration and the overall prevalence of HAVS in Korea is still unknown. More extensive research on this syndrome in order to priorite necessary preventive measures is required.

      • 黃柏에서 抽出한 多糖類의 抗癌作用에 대한 硏究

        In order to investigate antitumor activities of the extracted polysaccharides from Phellodendron chinense SCHNEID, the following studies were carried out. Phellodendron chinense SCHNEID was extracted with hot water and alkali, and the extracted polysaccharides showed antitumor activities against mice Sarcoma-180 solid tumors in parameters of tumor weight, inhibition ratio, thymidilate synthetase(TS) and thymidine kinase(TK) activities. The results were as follows : 1. Delipidated extracts from Phellodendron chinense SCHNEID, were systematically fractionated, the heteropolysaccharide contains D-N-acetylglucosamine, D-galactose, D-mannose, D-glucose. The molecular weight distribution of the sample was found to be nearly homogeneous (about from 200 to 1000 kDa) in gel permeation analysis. 2. Among the polysaccharide fractions, the water extracted fractions, particularly Fr.-2, showed a potent growth-inhibitory activity against implanted in mice Sarcoma 180 solid tumor (inhibition, 95.3%, at 2 ㎎/100g), but the cold alkali extract (Fr.-4) showed a very low activity (inhibition; 4.7%). Fr.-7 and Fr.-8 showed the highest tumor inhibitory activity (inhibition; 96.4 and 98.2%, respectively). 3. TS activity in the Fr.-2 given oral administration of propolis was markedly suppresed to 73.7% of that in the control (p<0.01 by Student's t-test). However, there was little difference in TK activity with a slight decrease in Fr.-2 only.

      • 폐슬러지 실리콘 분말을 이용한 질화규소 합성

        In this study, silicon nitride was fabricated from sludged silicon powders with nitrogen gas. Silicon nitride whiskers were synthesized from sludged silicon powders by heat-treating at 1200, 1300, and 1400℃ for several hours. Silicon nitride whiskers of variety size were fabricated, and these were well synthesized at higher temperature. Characteristics of the fabricated silicon nitride was analized by XRD and SEM.
