This dissertation attempts an analysis of the aesthetic cogitation method of Cho Ji-hun's literature. Cho Ji-hun's inner world provides the basis for his poetry. These are discovered in the poesie of his poetics and comments on literature. His poetics were influenced by both Oriental and Western thought. As a man of foresight, his literature comments on the nature of society. The poesie of his poetics has the aspects of Dionysos and Pathos. A view of Cho's words find that he makes much of the essence of all subjects. The metaphysical recognition employed is derived from Oriental thought. His system of poetics represents an organic view of the world and ecocriticism. In this connection, spirit is superior to method and form. An ecological view of nature then, follows from Romantic theory. When life is seen through the lens of ecocrticism, this perspective of life takes on both aspects of Confucian realism and Chuang-tzu' transcendence of realism most particularly when Korea is concerned. Through his writing, Cho seeks a union between heaven and man. In all his works, Cho Ji-hun attempts to find a unifying Korean spirit.
한국판 섬망 평가 척도-98(K-DRS-98)의 표준화 연구

Objective : This study was conducted to develop and to validate the Korean version of Delirium Rating Scale-Revised-98(K-DRS-98), which is a scale for diagnosing delirium and evaluating its severity. Method : After developing the K-DRS-98, 102 patients were rated by it among 4 diagnostic groups, such as delirium (N=25), dementia (N=27), schizophrenia (N=25) and others (N=25). To test for reliability, K-DRS-98 was independently administered by two psychiatrist. To test for validity, Korean version of Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE-K) and Clinical Global Impression (CGI) were administered simultaneously. Statistical analysis was done with SPSS window version 12 package and statistical significance was p<0.05. Result : Intemal consistencies (Cronbach α) of two raters were 0.867 and 0.858, respectively. Inter-rater reliability (κ) was 0.893 for severity items of K-DRS-98 and κ value of diagnosis items was 0.969. In Delirium group, Pearson correlation Coefficients (r) of K-DRS-98 were -0.682 for MMSE-K and 0.667 for CGI. In comparison Delirium group with Others, ANOVA post hoc multiple comparison LSD was statistically significant (p<0.001). The cutoff score to diagnosis of delirium can be recommended 16 for seventy items and 21.5 for total score, respectively. Conclusion : The K-DRS-98 was showed good reliability and validity for the assessment of delirium. The K-DRS-98 is an easy and useful tool for diagnosing delirium and assessing its severity.
RBL-2H3 세포에서 IgE-dependent Histamine-releasing Factor의 탈인산화 효소에 관한 연구

IgE-dependent histamine0releasing factor(HRF) was initially described as a secretagogue for secretion of histamine from IgE+basophils from a subset of allergic donors. Previously, we identified that S98 residue of HRF was phosphorylated using anti-HRFpS98 antibody which specifically recognizes the phosphorylated serine residue of HRF and HRFS98A mutant construct. In vitro kinase assay, only wild type HRF was phosphorylated by PKC, and S98A HRF was not affected by PKC. in this study, we attempted to characterize the phosphatase which specifically dephosphorylates HRF by immunoprecipitation and pull-down assay. In RBL-2H3 cells, HRF interacted only with calcineurin (also called as PP2B, calcium/calmodulin-dependent phosphatase ) but not with PP1 or PP2A. The results suggest that HRF is most likely dephosphory lated by calcineurin.

A recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) was administered intravenously at dosage levels of 0, 100, 500, and 2500 IU/㎏/day for a period of 13 weeks. There were no observed clinical signs and deaths related to treatment in all groups tested. Decreases in body weight gain and food consumption were observed only in males of 2,500 IU/㎏ group after 2 weeks. In hematological parameters, erythrocyte content, hematocrit values and hemoglobin concentration were dose-dependently increased in rHuEPO treated groups. The ratio between kidney weight and whole body weight was significantly increased in females of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. The spleen weight was also increased in both sexes of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. However, the absolute weight change of other organs was not observed. In histopathological examinations, the renal tubular basophilia was observed only in males and females of 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. From these results, it is concluded that the no-observed adverse effect level(NOAEL) of rHuEPO is 100 IU/㎏ in rats in the present study.

Aflatoxin B₁ was known to have the strongest poisonous character among Aflatoxin compounds. To search the production of Aflatoxin B1 according to the change of temperature, relative humidity and incubation days, orange incubated with Aspergillus parasiticus KCCM 35078 was incubated at 20℃, 25℃, 30℃ at relative humidity 60%, 70%, 80% and for incubation time 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 days.. Production of Aflatoxin B₁ shows that the highest production appeared at 25℃ and its relative humidity 70%. The result that was quantitatively analyzed by using HPLC was 77.41ppm, and by using Fluoroscence detector was 87.87ppm. - Production of Aflatoxin B₁ shows that the lowest production appreared at 20℃ and its relative humidity 80%(HPLC), 60%(Fluoroscence detector). The result that was quantitatively analyzed by using HPLC was 4.47ppm, and by using Fluoroscence detector was 4.17ppm. The structure of Aflatoxin B₁ was identify with authentic sample by using instrumental analysis methods of GC/MS, ¹H-NMR, FT-IR respectively.
Formalizing the Design, Evaluation, and Analysis of Quality of Protection in Wireless Networks

A diversity of wireless networks, with rapidly evolving wireless technology, are currently in service. Due to their innate physical layer vulnerability, wireless networks require enhanced security components. WLAN, WiBro, and UMTS have defined proper security components that meet standard security requirements. Extensive research has been conducted to enhance the security of individual wireless platforms, and we now have meaningful results at hand. However, with the advent of ubiquitous service, new horizontal platform service models with vertical crosslayer security are expected to be proposed. Research on synchronized security service and interoperability in a heterogeneous environment must be conducted. In heterogeneous environments, to design the balanced security components, quantitative evaluation model of security policy in wireless networks is required. To design appropriate evaluation method of security policies in heterogeneous wireless networks, we formalize the security properties in wireless networks. As the benefit of security protocols is indicated by the quality of protection (QoP), we improve the QoP model and evaluate hybrid security policy in heterogeneous wireless networks by applying to the QoP model. Deriving relative indicators from the positive impact of security points, and using these indicators to quantify a total reward function, this paper will help to assure the appropriate benchmark for combined security components in wireless networks.

Purpose: Nurses’ management of Nursing Home residents’ remaining functional ability is phenomena emphasizing as the main practice focus in long term care and has specific meanings within the context of quality of life for fragile and disabled elderly people in nursing homes. This study was conducted to clarify and to conceptualize the phenomena of nurses’ management of nursing home residents’ remaining functional ability. Method: The Hybrid Model of concept development was applied to develop a concept of nurses’ management of residents’ remaining functional ability. Results: This concept of nurse’ management emerged as a phenomenon having meanings in two different dimensions, deliberation and enactment for five types of residents: residents with declining function and dementia requiring nursing assistance, bed-ridden residents with moderate dementia, residents with advanced dementia and behavior problems, but good physical health, residents at the end of life stage, and bed-ridden residents with intact mental health. Conclusions: Results indicate that nurses’ management of remaining functional ability of residents in nursing homes is a concept having types of needs that should be treated in specified ways. Interventions should have a positive impacts on practical applications in nursing homes and on enhancing residents’ remaining function.
