        디자인에서의 인간공학의 활용은 그동안 대단히 무질서하고, 난잡하게 적용되었다. 이것은 아직까지 디자인이 미술적 재능이나 경험적, 감각적인 재능의 부산물로 인식되기 때문에 이 시점에서 디자이너는 인간공학 도입의 본래의 취지에 맞게 디자인을 객관적, 정량적인 방법으로 수행해야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 EMG 시스템을 이용하여 Hand-Drill의 손잡형태가 팔근육에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설을 통하며 Hand-Drill디자인시 보다 객관적인 인간공학적 접근방법을 모색하고 적정각도 및 굵기를 정량적으로 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 5명의 신체 건강한 20대 피실험자을 대상으로 Hand-Drill 손잡이 각도 굵기를 독립변수, 팔근육에 미치는 힘을 종속변수로 설정하여 Hand-Drill의 각도와 굵기가 팔근육에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사 분석하였다. 측정된 자료를 통계분석한 결과 각도 0°, 굵기 2.56cm일 때 근육에 미치는 힘이 적게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 제품디자인에 있어서 EMG 신호를 이용하여 각 형태를 인간공학적 방법으로 정량화 하였고, Hand-Drill 디자인에 있어 각도와 굵기에 대한 추천지로 제안 될 수 있다고 본다. 추후에는 진동, 단면적 형태, 무게 등의 독립변수 요인을 추가 확대하여 Hand-Drill 디자인에 응용한다면 더욱 유용하리라 생각된다. Human Factor, a practical science that is an application fields, has been employed and used in industrial importance. But we limited Human Factor on anthrome design work, and have used it as sensible data only. It is necessary that scientific, quantitized and responsib be applied in industrial design. In this paper, I propos design process can be used in EMG system of biom Human Factor with responsible and quantitized characteristics of EMG system is described and the cap application of EMG system of industrial design is pre-experiment. I applied this result to joystick leve hydraulic excavator. In this paper, 1 emphasize that objective aid standa applied to EMG system experiment process and indu process integratively. And I suggest that systematic method be applied to H in industrial design.

      • 일본에 있어서 해상양식용 부침식 구조물의 개발시험

        Submersible platform artificial sea floor, which can be deployed up to a depth of one hundred meters. was developed and placed at a depth of forty meters in the water of Funagoshi Bay in Iwate Prefecture in February 1996. The facility aims to use broad underwater space for mariculture and as an experimental marine station for oceanographic and biological monitoring study. The facility consists of an artificial sea floor(36x20m) that floats at 7m below the surface. a machinery hut that projects above the surface of the center of the structure and a balance weight beneath the structure. The facility was designed so it does not need periodical inspection and repair in main components for five years. The design was condition was 10m in significant wave. Measurement of movement and load to the mooring chain under rough sea conditions were examined using monitoring instruments. The facility can be operated easily and safely by fishers and there was no fundamental problem which needed further improvement. Cultivation of abalone in a rough sea area was prover to be possible. The artificial sea floor is expected to be one of the prospective technologies for utilizing vast coastal sea areas.

        타리비드 정(오플록사신 100㎎)에 대한 파비드 정의 생물학적동등성

        The purpose of the present study was designed to evaluate the bioequivalence of two ofloxacin tablets, Tarivid (Jell Pharm. Co., Ltd.) and Favid (ILHWA Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Twenty-four normal male volunteers, 23.67±3.12 year in age and 68.50±7.23 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2x2 cross-over study was employed. After four tablets containing 100 mg of ofloxacin were orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and concentrations of ofloxacin in plasma were deter mined using HPLC. Pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_(t) and T_(max) were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t), and C_(max) and untransformed T_(max). There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals for the log transformed data were acceptance range of log 0.8 to log 1.25 (e.g., log 0.94-log 1.04 and log 0.90-log 1.07 for AUC_(t) and C_(max) respectively). The major parameters. AUC_(t) and C_(max) met the criteria of KDFA for bioequivalence indicating that Favid tablet is bioequivalent to Tarivid tablet.

      • Staphylococcus aureus와 Coagulase-Negative Staphylococcus Species에 대한 Arbekacin의 시험관내 항균력

        Background : Most strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) now exhibit high-level resistance to various antibiotics, such as β -lactam antibiotics, aminoglycosides, macrolides, tetracyclines and quinolones. Recent reports describing the therapeutic failure of vancomycin for MRSA infections have arisen considerable concerns regarding the emergence of MRSA strains, which will require new therapeutic agents. Arbekacin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, has antibacterial activity against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and is stable in the presence of aminoglycoside inactivating enzymes produced by S. aureus. In this study, we compared the antibacterial activity of arbekacin with those of vancomycin, gentamicin, and amikacin against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS). Methods : For a collection of 549 S. aureus and 251 CNS isolates from three Catholic University Hospitals in Korea, minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of arbekacin, vancomycin, amikacin and gentamicin were determined by agar dilution method using Mueller-Hinton agar according to NCCLS (National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards, USA)criteria. Results : Among 549 S. aureus isolates, 278 isolates were MRSA and 271 isolates were methicil sensitive S. aureus (MSSA). MIC50 & MIC90 of arbekacin against 549 S. aureus were 0.5 & 1 ㎍/mL, and MIC50 & MIC90 of vancomycin were 1 & 1 ㎍/mL. MIC of arbekacin against 549 S. aureus isolates ranges from 0.03 to 4 ㎍/mL, and MIC of vancomycin against 549 S. aureus ranges from 0.25 to 2 ㎍/mL. MIC90 of amikacin against 549 S. aureus was 32㎍/mL, and that of gentamicin was 128 ㎍/mL. MICs of amikacin and gentamicin were variable, ranging from 0.125 to 256, and otherwise arbekacin and vancomycin revealed relatively narrow range of MICs. MIC90 of arbekacin against 278 MRSA isolates & 271 MSSA were 1 & 0.5 ㎍/mL, and those of vancomycin against MRSA & MSSA were 1 & 1 ㎍/mL. MIC90 of amikacin against 278 MRSA & 271 MSSA isolates were 32 & 4 ㎍/mL, and that of gentamicin against MRSA & MSSA isolates were 128 & 32 ㎍/mL respectively. Among 251 CNS isolates, 122 isolates were MRCNS and 129 were MSCNS. MICSO & MIC90 of arbekacin against 251 CNS isolates were 0.25 & 2 ㎍/mL, and those of vancomycin were 1 & 2 ㎍/mL. MIC of arbekacin against 251 CNS isolates ranges from 0.015 to 32 ㎍/mL, and that of vancomycin isolates ranges from 0.25 to 2 ㎍/mL, MIC90 of arbekacin against 122 MRCNS & 129 MSCNS isolates were 2&0.3 ㎍/ML, and those of vancomycin were 2&s ㎍/ML. MIC90 of amikacin against 251 CNS isolates was 32 ㎍/ML, and that of gentamicin was 128 ㎍/ML for CNS. MIC90 of amikacin against 122 MRCNS & 129 MSCNS isolates were 128 & 8㎍/mL, and those of gentamicin ere 256 & 32 ㎍/mL. Conclusion : Considering above results, arbekacin can be useful agent against most strains of MRSA and MRCMS, which exhibit high-level resistance to amikacin and gentamicin.         졸-겔법으로 합성된 폴리이미드/실리카 복합체의 환경적 물성에 관한 연구

        Two types of polyimide/silica composite films were prepared using sol-gel method through hydrolysis and polycondensation of tetraethoxsilane(TEOS) with the polyamic acid(PAA) and end-capped PAA solution. Sample were characterized by the means of differential thermogravimetry, X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, universal test, impedance analyzer, chemical resistance test, etc. All of the PAA/silanol solutions heat-treated at 300℃ for 6h were transformed to polyimide/silica composites. It has been demonstrated that the properties of polyimide/silica composites were affected by the amount of silica addition and the bond type existed between polyimide and silica.

        We have encountered a rare case of symmetrical peripheral gangrene complicating Escherichia coli sepsis in a 47-years-old male. He was successfully treated with antibiotics, anticoagulants, and vasodilator. To our knowledge, this is the first report on symmetrical peripheral gangrene complicating E. coli sepsis in Korea.

        레이저 간섭법을 이용한 잔류응력 측정 방법에 대한 연구

        잔류응력은 공학적 구조물에 결함을 야기하는 유해한 응력이므로 산업현장에서는 이를 측정하기 위한 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 현재 잔류응력 측정은 일반적인 방법을 사용하고 있지만 이러한 방법들은 어느정도 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 그러므로 레이저 스페클 간섭법에 유한요소법과 점 가열법을 혼합하여 산업 현장에 유해한 잔류응력을 측정할 수 있는 새로운 기법을 개발하였다. 이 기법에서 사용된 레이저 스페클 간섭계는 측정 시편의 응력이 풀릴 때의 면내 변형을 측정하기 위해서 사용되어 졌으며, 유한요소법은 응력 풀림을 위한 가열부의 온도와 그 밖의 변수들을 결정하기 위해서 사용되어 졌다. 잔류응력은 측정하고자 하는 부위의 가열 냉각에 의한 변형률에 의해 결정되어지며, 이에 대한 간단한 모델링을 제시하였다. 또한 본 실험은 변형의 3차원 정량화를 수행하기 위해서 레이저 스페클 간섭계의 전자 광학적 기법 중의 하나인 위상이동법을 이용하여 수행되어졌다. Residual stress is one of the causes which make defects in engineering components and materials. And interest in the measurement of residual stress exists in many industries. There are commonly used methods by which residual stresses are currently measured. But these methods have a little demerits, time consumption and other problems. Therefore we devised a new experimental technique to measure residual stress in materials with a combination of laser speckle pattern interferometry. finite element method and spot heating. The speckle pattern interferometer measures in-plane deformations while the heating provides for very localized stress relief. FEM is used for determining heat temperature and other parameters. The residual stresses are determined by the amount of strain that is measured subsequent to the heating and cool-down of the region being interrogated. A simple model is presented to provide a description of the method. In this paper, the ambiguity problem for the fringe patterns has solved by a phase shifting method.

      • 농흉과 종격동염이 합병된 viridans streptococcus에 의한 인후농양 1예

        최근 저자들은 viridans streptococcus에 의한 인후농약으로 인하여 발생한 종격동염 및 농흉을 보인 47세 여자 환자를 적절한 배농과 항생제로 치료한 국내 최초의 1예를 치험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Since the antibiotic era, retropharyngeal abscess became a rare disease entity nowadays. But it may often progress to lethal complications involving vital structure if diagnosis or treatment is delayed. We experienced a case of empyema and mediastinitis complicating retropharyngeal abscess caused by viridans streptococcus in a 47-year-old female patient with diabetes mellitus. She was successfully treated with appropriate antibiotic therapy combined with percutaneous abscess drainage. To our knowledge, such a complication of retropharyngeal abscess has not been reported in Korea yet and we present this unusual case herein followed by a review of the related literature.
