        일제강점기 철도부설에 따른 읍성도시의 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the construction of railroads with historic tracing method and examine closely urban responsiveness of Eupseong relative to the construction of railroads. The process of change of urban spatial structure that occurred by the construction of railroads, city improvements and state of a period has become important concern to researcher. The Change of Urban spatial structures of three Cities(Nam-Won, Dae-Gu and Cheong-Ju) by the construction of railroads in the period of Japanese Occupation can be classified such as the first case that is change caused by railroad, the second case that is formation of twofold urban structure, the third case that is expension of urban region. In this way, Clear understanding of change process of urban structure that demonstrated with three cities would have a great meaning as a basic data through which urbanization processes of Korea modern cities under the Colonial Policy could be understood.

      • Al-Mg-Si合金의 時效擧動에 미치는 加工熱處理의 影響

        Effects of Thermo-Mechanical Treatment(TMT) on ageing behaviours in Al-Mg-Si alloy is investigated by means of tensile test, hardness measurements and transmission electron microscopy. The maximum 0.2% proof stress of the TMT materials in final ageing is higher by 10%∼20% than that of the two-step aged materials. The strength of TMT materials also increases more rapidly than that of two-step aged materials. The maximum 0.2% proof stress of the TMT materials with pre-ageing is higher than that of the TMT materials without pre-ageing. The strength of TMT materials increases with rising pre-ageing temperature, and it decreases with rising final-ageing temperature. Consequently, this type of TMT would have some practical significance in improving the mechanical properties of 6061 alloy.

      • 유한요소법을 이용한 판 구조물의 진동인텐시티 해석

        구조물의 진동인텐시티를 파악하면 진동에너지 전달경로와 소산기구 및 주된 기지원의 위치 등을 규명할 수 있어 구조물 진동의 효율적 저감 대책을 수립할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 선박, 해양구조물 등과 같은 대형 복잡한 구조물의 진동인텐시티를 유한요소법으로 해석할 경우 적정한 모텔링 기법을 마련하고자 평판과 보강판에 대해 유한요소 모텔링을 달리 하면서 진동인텐시티 해석을 수행하고, 그 결과를 고전적 근사해법인 assumed mode method에 의한 결과와 비교·검토하였다. 이로부터 유한요법을 이용하여 판 구조물의 진동인텐시티 크기 및 방향을 정확하게 산정하기 위해서는 고유진동 또는 강제진동 해석의 경우보다 세밀한 유한요소 모텔링이 요구되지만 진동에너지 전달경로 규명 등을 위한 정서적 해석은 강제진동해석을 정확하게 할 수 있는 정도의 유한요소 모텔로도 가능함을 확인하였다. 아울러, 두께가 다른 평판 구조물, L-자형 판 구조물 및 3차원 box-girder에 대한 진동인텔시티 해석을 수행하여 다양한 판 구조물에 있어서 진동에너지의 전달 현상을 고찰하였다. The interest in evaluation of structural intensity arises for practical reasons, because net energy flow distribution offers information of energy transmission path, positions of sources, and sinks of vibration energy. In this paper, structural intensity analysis of plate structures using finite element method(FEM), which can be applied for more complex structures, is carried out. The purpose of this analysis is to evaluate the relative accuracy according to mesh fineness. The structural intensity of unstiffened and stiffened plates varying their mesh fineness is analyzed and the results are compared with those obtained by the assumed mode method. As results, the proper mesh size in qualitative/ quantitative structural intrnsity analysis of plate structures is proposed. In addition, the propagation phenomenon of vibration energy is investigated for the thickness-varying flat plate, L-type plate, and box-girder structures.

        In this study, the process and equipment to recycle wastepaint were designed and development. The characteristic of this recycling process is to improve the recycling efficiency by dividing the previous recycling process into two processes, liquid-phase process and powder-phase process, with the hardness of wastepaint. As the result of this study, we confirm that this process may be helpful to recycle wastepaint.

      • 새로운 열방성 액정중합체의 합성과 PET와의 블렌드

        Blends of new thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP) with poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) were prepared by the coprecipitation from a common solvent. The thermal, mechanical properties and morphology of the blends(2wt%, 5wt%, lOwt% and 20wt% TLCP/PET) were examined. In the blends, liquid crystalline phase did not reveal any significant macrophase separation and thermal degradation at the processing temperature. According to the scanning electron micrograps, the TLCP domains in matrix were found to be more or less finely dispersed with 0.2㎛ to 0.4㎛ in size and interfacial adhesion between the TLCP and matrix polymer was excellent. Results of mechanical property measurement show that modulus of TLCP/PET blend was enhanced with increasing TLCP content.

        주의력결핍과잉행동장애와 Alpha-1C-Adrenergic 수용체 유전자와의 연관성에 대한 연구

        Objectives : Neurobiological and pharmacological research has suggested that the dysregulation of the central noradrenergic systems might be involved in the pathophysiology of ADHD. The aim of this study was to examine the association of the alpha-1C-adrenergic receptor gene (ADRA1C) with ADHD in Korean subjects. Methods : In a case-control study, we assessed 186 DSM-IV ADHD probands and 150 normal controls. One hundred and eight trios were studied in a family-based association analysis. Psychiatric diagnoses were derived through structured diagnostic interviews. For the clinical evaluation of the ADHD subjects, the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), the ADHD Rating Scale-IV (ARS) and the Junior Temperament and Character Inventory (JTCI) were administered. A computerized continuous performance test (CPT) was used to measure the inattention and impulsivity of the ADHD children. Results : There were no significant differences in the genotype or allele frequencies of the ADRA1C PstI polymorphism between the ADHD and control group (p>0.05). The transmission disequilibrium test (TDT) analysis observed no evidence for biased transmission of any of the alleles of the PstI polymorphism. There were no significant differences in the CPT or JTCI profiles between those ADHD subjects with the CC genotype and those with the other (CT+TT) genotypes at the PstI polymorphism. Conclusion : The results of this study do not support the ADRA1C as a major genetic susceptibility factor in ADHD.

      • Ruled Surface로 형성된 임펠러 블레이드의 5-축 가공에 관한 연구

        This paper describes the method and the process for impeller machining on 5-axis CNC machining center. Also, The CAD/CAM software for the impeller post processing is developed. The software can be interfaced with Solid-works software for confirmation of the impeller shapes. In this study, blades on impeller is described from Ruled-surfaces between two Ferguson curves. In this study, using 5-axis NC part program obtained from the developed software, a sample impeller was machined on 5-axis CNC machining center. The machined impeller was very agreeable to the designed impeller. Thus, theories proposed in this study can be very useful for the 5-axis machining of impeller blades with Ruled-surfaces.

      • 배추 內婚系와 交配後代에서 自家不和合 遺傳因子의 活力變異에 대한 硏究

        배추의 自家不和合 因子組成이 다른 全球(S_(5)S_(5)) 및 野崎 2號(S_(6)S_(6))계통과 이들간의 交配에서 얻은 F₁식물(S_(5)S_(6)), 그리고 F₁을 自殖하여 얻은 F₂植物體群을 상호교배하여 自家不和合 遺傳因子에 대한 優劣關係의 遺傳과 發現樣相을 연구 하였다. F₁ 및 F₂식물체에서의 자가불화합 支配 對立因子間의 관계는 花粉에서 安定的이었으나 株頭에서의 환경적 요인등에 의해 다양하게 변화하는 것이 확인 되었다. F₁식물의 自家不和合 程度나 S-因子間의 優劣關係는 이를 自殖한 F₂식물에서 동일하게 나타나지 않았다. A series of experiments were conducted to investigate the dominance-recessive relationship of S-genes and degrees of self incompatibility in 2 inbred lines of known S-allele and their F₁and F₂ plants by full diallele crosses. The dominance-recssive relationship between S-genes in pollen was stable in F₁and F₂ plants throughout the experiment. In stigma, however, the relationship apparently changed or reversed in F₁or F₂ plants and also possibly by environmental and genetic factors. F₂ plants did not exhibit the same dominance-recessive relationship as in the F₁plants, especially in stigma.

        AE 신호의 주파수분석에 의한 Chatter진동의 감시

        A machine tool generally has some serious stability problems in the form of tool chatter during the cutting process. Chat-ter vibration deteriorates the surface finish, reduce tool and machine life, accelerates machine tool system component wear, and may lead to an unacceptable noise sound in the working environment. In this study, the behavior of spectral density of AE signal and principal cutting force signal in order to monitor the chatter vibration in the cutting process has been investi-gated. From the results, the reliability of proposed monitoring method has been confirmed.
