This research is carried out to investigate what factors affect high school students' environmental friendly activities in Kwangyang and Suncheon.Questionnaire Survey was conducted with second-year students each three high schools in Kwangyang and Suncheon areas. Major research results were as follows; 1. High school students' environmental friendly activities were strongly affected by those behaviors of their parents. 2. High school students' environmental friendly activities were strongly affected by school environmental educations.3. High school students' environmental friendly activities were affected by environmental factors of home, society and school.According to the above result I'd like to suggest inter-related environmental education between home and school and society, some devices which could strengthen the parents' environmental friendly activities, and systematic school environmental education should be conducted.

휴대폰 사용인구가 3600만으로 증가한 가운데, 다양한 휴대폰 기능을 이용한 모바일 게임 역시 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다. 그 중에서도 위치기반정보서비스(LBS)를 접목시킨 모바일 게임은 아직 시장 도입 단계에 있으나, 종래의 모바일 게임과는 다른 새로운 장르의 게임 시장을 창출하는 중요한 계기가 되리라 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위치기반 모바일 게임의 현황과 발전 가능성, 게임 서비스 시행을 위한 당면과제를 분석해보고, 활성화 방안을모색해 보고자 한다. With 3.6 million user of mobile phone, there has been a rapid develop ment of advanced mobile game taking advantage of various mobile phone functions. Most of all, LBS(location-Based Service) mobile game is expected to make a new mobile game market which is totally different from the previous one. The purpose of this paper, thus, is to review the present condition of LBS mobile game and possibilities. Furthermore, it is also to analyze the facing problems to solve and find the way to promote the LBS mobile game service.
도시설계제도상의 건축규제실태에 관한 고찰 : 강서구를 중심으로 Especially Focused on Urban Guidance at Kangseo-Gu

The purpose of this study is investigated generally urban design, examined and analysed controlled elements of urban design where is the guide line of Kangseo-Gu, and confirmed present conditions to be adapted forms. The contents and scopes of this study are investigated urban guidances at 5 areas in Kangseo-Gu. Firstly, they are confirmed to be related to urban plan as upper law. Secondly, the controlled elements of urban design are confirmed how to be applied design guidance as practice, Thirdly, how to be applied Incentive, method of application, etc far a high degree of efficiency of urban design. We may conclude that firstly. the focus of urban design is on quantity rather than quality. Secondly, the application of architectural regulation is so restricted. Thirdly, the using terms are unclear. Fourthly, the ways of administration are not to introduce dwellings voluntarily to participate in it but to control. Fifthly, the applying of incentives is only to control the public spaces.
지방자치단체의 정책홍보 효과성 제고방안 - 제주특별자치도 사례를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to seek promotional measures to raise its effectiveness of the policy of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province by analyzing the status on promoting it's policies and public awareness. Also, this study tries to provide the most desirable promotional measures for local residents based on the findings of the public awareness. Suggestion on promoting the police of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is as follows: First, devising policy message is important. Second, it is important to build relations and confidences between the local government and the residents. Third, the implementation of promotional DB in public sector is needed. By making these efforts, policy efficiency of Jeju provincial government can be maximized and the public administration of the provincial government can be smoothly operated.

Lots of Koreans have relatively thick skin, small palpebral fissures and unfolded eyelids with a prominent epicanthal fold. Various methods have been developed to correct epicanthal fold. However, excessive or hypertrophic scar can be occurred, especially in the medial canthal and nasal area. And the recurrence may restrict the application of these methods. We developed a new epicanthoplasty using Y-M plasty to correct the epicanthal folds without obvious scar. From February 1999 to August 2010, all patients underwent Y-M plasty for the correction of epicanthal folds. Y-shaped incision line was designed not extending to the nasal area and the orbicularis oculi muscles were resected with skin. The dog ear deformities were corrected and sutured using nylon 7-0. The epicanthal folds were completely corrected. Prominent scar and recurrence were not observed. Most of the patients are satisfied with the results. Mean preoperative ICD (intercanthal distance) was 38.84mm and average 2.24 mm ICD was reduced after the operation. Epicanthoplasty using Y-M plasty is relatively safe, easy and rapid method to design and apply even in the beginners with low risk of scars and recurrences. So, the authors propose this new versatile technique in the case of minimal to moderate epicanthal folds. (Archives of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery 17: 112, 2011)
Physical habitat simulation system (PHABSIM) 을 이용한 금강의 두드럭조개 (Lamprotula coreana) 서식지 평가

This study sampled endangered species, Lamprotula coreana, and surveyed its habitat at the Guem River with three times from June to August 2013. To assess the habitat, this study conducted field survey considering diverse physical conditions of stream, such as pool, run and riffle, and measured transect, water depth, water velocity, substrate structure, and habitat type. When L. coreana collected, length, weight and age were measured. Water velocity, water depth and substrate structure were recorded to develop HSI (habitat suitability index) and performed PHABSIM (physical habitat simulation) to estimate the optimum flow discharge. Water level, flow discharge and transect data were used for habitat assessment, and PHABSIM was applied to calculate WUA (weighed usable area). Shell length was 73.1 ± 18.4 mm (28.5-102.0 mm), shell weight was 131.6 ± 72.3 g (28.0-281.0 g) and age was two to seven years from L. coreana collected at the upstream of the Guem River. Developed HSI indicated that the optimal habitat for L. coreana was 0.4-0.5 m for water depth, 0.3-0.5 m/s for water velocity and sand to boulder for substrate structure. The optimum ecological flow discharge for L. coreana was 2.1 cms and WUA was 3,730 m2/1000 m by the result of PHABSIM. Recently, river construction work and habitat disturbance have caused negative impact on the distribution of L. coreana. The result of this study would provide fundamental data for habitat restoration and management of L. coreana.
