      • 말뚝으로 보강된 탄성지반상에 놓여 있는 연속기초의 해석

        지반이 다소 연약하여 건물 기초를 말뚝으로 보강된 연속줄기초로 설계할 경우, 탄성지반을 무시하고, 말뚝을 탄성지점으로 한 연속보로 처리하는 것이 보통이다. 그러나 실제 기초에서는 지반반력과 말뚝반력을 모두 무시할 수 없는 경우가 많다. 본 논문은 지반반력과 말뚝반력을 동시에 고려하고 n경간의 탄성지점을 가지는 탄성지반상의 보에 대한 해석을 반무한장보와 유한장보로 구분하여 계시하고, 하중 재하위치에 따라 반무한장보 및 유한장보로 해석해야 할 범위를 제시하였다 In this paper, the method of analysis for the girder supported with piles on the elastic soilmedium is proposed. The girder supports with piles on the elastic soil medium is often used as those of crane rail at a ship yard. For the purpose of practical design, these girders were often regarded as continuous beams elastically supported with piles. Actually, the method of ana1ysis for these girders should be considered as analysis of girder supported with piles on the elastic soil medium. From the proposed method, we can calculate bending moment and shearing force of these girders, after obtaining the reaction of piles by calculating the deflection of pile support point due to external load and pile reaction.

      • 학습부진아의 수학교수에 관한 문화기술적 연구 : 중학교 학생을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to examine the teaching of mathematics to students labeled as low performing. An interpretive study of two urban middle school teachers is conducted to examine the bases for the teachers' decision making in the act of instructing mathematics to underachieving students. How one conducts such an examination is predicated on how one defines the act of teaching-as teacher of content or teacher of students. Both perspectives were essential to understanding the complexity of teaching mathematics to students most underserved by schooling(i.e. low SES). A variety of fields is drawn to formulate the theoretical framework. In particular, it was examined literature that addressed either the teaching of mathematics or the teaching of low SES children, since these demographic groups have traditionally exhibited low achievement levels in mathematics. These findings were coveraged in the theoretical framework and, for the purposes of this study, define the teaching of mathematics to low performing students as a function of (a) teachers' beliefs about mathematics, (b) beliefs about the reason for underachievement, (c) expectations for low performing students, (d) self-efficacy beliefs pertaining to teaching low performing students, and (e) student resistance. The findings reveal a similar journey for each teacher taken over one academic year. Teachers' initial plans reflected high expectations and senses of efficacy for raising the achievement of low performing students. These plans were largely a product of teachers' beliefs about the reasons for underachievement and external mandates such as the high-school entrance examination. Teachers held beliefs and practices that emphasized both procedural and conceptual mathematics. Student often resisted the portions of the teacher's initial practices that emphasized high-level mathematics and conceptual understanding. Teachers acquiesced to this resistance by defaulting to procedural ways of knowing and doing mathematics. The failure to engage students in learning high-level mathematics, emphasizing conceptual understanding, resulted in lowered expectations for low performing students and a reduced sense of efficacy for teaching these students.

        국내 디자이너브랜드 업체의 패턴업무 실태 분석 : 입체재단을 중심으로 for Draping

        The purpose of the study is to indentify the designers' and the patterner's pattern making, draping and the use of dress form in domestic companies of designer's brand to present basic information for effective pattern works. It turned out that the designer brand companies at home use flat pattern and draping at the same time rather than draping only. The effects of the use of draping lies in unique designs and elastic materials, which seems proper phenomena for the current design trend such as high quality and diversification. But, draping has such problems that the pattern takes long time to be finished and that the staffs don't acquire well the needed skills due to the lack of draping education. To secure the high added value of fashion, it is required to develop education programs for new skills and to apply draping actively. Also, it requires an educational system in which practice oriented skills are cultivated, and efficient investment into apparel business.

      • 쥐 심실에서 Digitalis Receptor Desensitization에 관한 연구

        [³H]Ouabain binding parameters (K_(v) and B_(max)) to control rat ventricular strips and Langendorff preparations which were not previously exposed to ouabain were compared with those to both preparations that had been first exposed to a complete ouabain dose range of dose-response curve (10^(-5) M to 10^(-4) M). In rat ventricular strips and Langendorff perfused heart preparations, cumulative dose-response curves of ouabain revealed biphasic positive inotropic effects. a "low-dose" effect and a "high-dose" effect with ED_(50) values of 0.5 μM and 35 μM ouabain, respectively. The "low-dose" effect in ventricular strip disappeared or was diminished significantly when the ouabain dose-response curve was repeated after the washout of the effects of the first dose-response curve, whereas there were no significant differences in the maximal "high-dose" effect in both exposures to oubain. However, both of the control and ouabain-preexposed Langendorff perfused hearts revealed the same low-dose effects. The K_(D) value for [³H]ouabain binding and the ouabain binding site concentration (B_(max)) estimated by [³H]ouabain displacement assay in control preparations were 230 nM and 2 p㏖/㎎ protein, respectively. [³H]Ouabain binding parameters were not changed by repeated exposure to high concentrations of ouabain. These results suggest that digitalis receptor desensitization in the rat ventricular strip may due to the change of post-receptor events induced by ouabain binding to a high affinity site (a₂ isoform).

      • Enterobacter cloacae에 의한 Cd(Ⅱ) 제거

        In order to obtain the basic data for the optimum condition to remove Cd(Ⅱ) biologically, the variation effect of Cd(Ⅱ) concentration and stirring rate on the removal of Cd(Ⅱ) were investigated by Enterobacter cloacae(ATCC 13047). The initial con-centrations of Cd(Ⅱ) were changed 10, 50, 100, and 500 ppm and the stirring rates 100, 150, and 200rpm. The initial pH and experimental temperature were fixed at pH 6.8 and 30℃. The results were obtained as follows : 1) The minimum growth inhibitorn ratio of Enterobacter cloacae was 42% at 10ppm of Cd (Ⅱ) and stirring rate 200rpm. 2) The maximum removal ratio of Cd(Ⅱ) was 8.6% at 200rpm and 50ppm of Cd(Ⅱ) by Enterobacter cloacae.

      • 인공망막칩과 형상기억합금을 이용한 평활 안구운동시스템 구현

        본 논문에서는 인간의 평활 추적안구운동을 모방하는 능동시각시스템(active vision system)을 구현하였다. 평활 추적 안구운동을 모방하는 능동시각시스템을 구현하기 위해 인간의 안구운동 중에 관찰되는 신경생리학적인 특징들을 이해하고, 다양한 안구운동 중에서 평활 추적안구운동 중에 관찰되는 중측관자(medial temporal) 세포의 역할을 자기조직화 형상지도(self-organizing feature map)와 승자독점(winner take all)을 이용하여 구현하였다. 회전속도계 궤환 모델(tachometer feedback model)로 중상측관자(medial superior temporal) 세포의 역할을 모델하였다. 그리고 인공망막칩으로 인공 안구를 구성하고 형상기억합금 구동기(actuator)를 이용하여 인공 안근육을 구성하여, 빛의 밝기 변화인 윤곽(edge) 정보에 반응하는 인공 안구모형을 제작하였으며, 실험을 통하여 시스템의 동작성능을 보였다. In this paper, we proposed a model of smooth pursuit eye movement, and developed a human-like active vision system using a retina chip and a shape memory alloy actuator. The model of smooth pursuit eye movement is to imitate the role of MT and MST area of human brain in smooth pursuit eye movements. We fabricated the 8×8 retina chip for the edge detection. The developed retina chip is an image sensor to extract edge information and the shape memory alloy actuator is a driver to imitate the role of eye muscles to follow a moving object.

      • 생쥐 위장관의 Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Background and Objectives : Interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC) are the pacemakers in gastrointestinal tract that modulates gastrointestinal motiliey and these cells also transmit neural input from enteric nerves to smooth muscles. Recent work on tissues from patients with motility disorders that suggest that loss or defect in ICC could be related to pathophysiology in human and animal models. Immunolabelling of ICC in intestinal wall is recently developed by using specific marker, anti-c-kit antibody. Immunohistochemistry was done for ICC network in attempt to provide a morphological basis for the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility Methods : Cryosection was done, and whole-mount preparations of mouse stomach, gastrointestinal tract were immunolabelled using the anti-c-Kit. Immunolabelled ICC networks were observed under a confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results : According to three dimensional reconstruction study, we found that the c-Kit-positive celluar networks were widely distributed in the gastrointestinal muscle (1) circular muscle layer(IC-IM), (2) myenteric plexus(IC-MY), (3) deep muscular plexus(IC-DMP) in ileum, (4) submucosal plexus(IC-SMP) and longitudinal muscle layer(IC-LM) in colon. Conclusion : The characteristic profiles of ICC celluar networks provide a morphological basis upon the mechanism regulating gastrointestinal motility. Additional studies for the enteric nerves-ICC interaction are need to evaluate the detailed roles of Icc in gastrointestinal tract.
