        서해 중부 태안반도 북부 해역의 장안사퇴 표층퇴적물 분포 특성

        Unlike the shelf sand ridges moribund in motion, nearshore sand ridges are highly mobile, sensitive to changes in ocean environments, thereby becoming of particular interest with respect to morphological changes. About 5 km off the Daesan port, the Jangan Sand Ridge has been undergoing severe subsea morphological change over the past two decades. Understanding the nature of sand ridges is critical to elucidate the causes of morphological changes. In this context, this study aims at understanding the characteristics and distribution patterns of surface sediments of the ridge and its vicinity. For this purpose, 227 sediment samples were acquired using a grab-sampler, the grain sizes being analysed by the sieve-pipette method. In addition, comparison of grain sizes in sediments between 1997 and 2021 was made in order to investigate the 25-years change in sediment composition. Surface sediments along the ridge axis are fine to medium sands with 2-3 phi in mean grain size, whereas, in the trough of ridge, the sediments are composed of gravels and muddy sandy gravels with mean sizes of –2 to –6 phi. Sediments in the crest of the ridge are well-sorted with normal distribution, on the other hand, the basal sediments are poorly-sorted and positively skewed. Along the ridge crest, the sediments are negatively skewed. From 1997 to 2021, the ridge sediments became largely coarser about 0.5 phi. Such coarsening trend in mean grain size can be explained either by elimination of fine sediments during high waves in winter or elimination of fines suspended during sand mining activities in the past. Spatial distribution pattern of surface sediments shows that ca. 30 m thick of the sand ridge itself overlies the thin relict gravels. The strong asymmetry of sand ridge, the exposure of ridge base, and reworked gravel lags suggest that Jangan sand ridge is probably sediment-deficit and hence erosive in nature at present. 빈사 상태의 대륙붕 사퇴와는 달리, 연안 사퇴는 활동성이 높으며 주변 해양환경변화에 민감하게 반응하기 때문에 해저지형변화의 관점에서 관심의 대상이다. 대산항에서 불과 5 km 떨어진 장안사퇴는 지난 20여 년 동안 격심한 해저지형변화를 겪어오고 있다. 이러한 해저지형변화의 원인을 밝히기 위해서는 사퇴의 특성을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 이러한 맥락에서 이 연구는 장안사퇴와 주변해역의 퇴적물 분포 양상을 이해하고자, 그랩식 채니기를 사용하여 총 227점의 퇴적물을 획득하고 체질-피펫방식의 입도분석을 수행하였다. 또한 1997년의 입도자료와 비교를 통해 지난 25년 동안의 퇴적물 입도 변화를 조사하였다. 장안사퇴의 중심부는 평균 입도 2-3∅의 중립사 내지는 세립사로 이루어졌으며, 사퇴의 골은 –2-6∅의 자갈과 니사질역으로 구성된다. 사퇴의 능선 퇴적물은 양호한 분급의 정규분포를 보인 반면에 사퇴의 기저 퇴적물은 불량한 분급과 주로 자갈퇴적물에 소량의 세립 퇴적물이 혼합된양(+)의 왜도를 나타낸다. 사퇴의 중심부 퇴적물은 소량의 잔자갈의 혼합된 음(-)의 왜도를 보인다. 1997-2021년 동안 장안사퇴의 퇴적물은 전반적으로 0.5∅정도 조립해진 것으로 보이며, 겨울철 고파랑의 영향으로 세립질 퇴적물이 제거되었거나 해사채취 시 부유사의 제거로 설명할 수 있다. 표층퇴적물의 공간분포 양상을 미루어 볼 때 잔류 자갈 위에 30 m에 달하는 사퇴 본체가 놓인 것으로 추정된다. 사퇴 비대칭성, 기저면의 노출과 재동이 심한 잔류 자갈의 존재는 장안사퇴가 퇴적물 공급이 충분하지 않음을, 따라서 침식 상태에 놓여 있음을 시사한다.

        공장루를 통한 술후 영양공급

        The clinical experience in 65 feeding jejunostomies is reviewed in Masan Goryo General Hospital during period from 1980 to 1989. For the better postoperative nutritional supply, the feeding jejunostomy was added to the major upper abdominal operation and reoperation due to leakage of anastomosis. The mean age of the cases was 49.8 years and 47 were male. The 61 cases out of 65 were major upper gastrointestinal procedures including pancreatic, hepatobiliary and esophageal procedures. Mean time of beginning of the jejunostomy feeding was 2.8 days, and mean duration of the jejunostomy feeding was 15.7 days and mean of maximum daily total calorie intake by the jejunostomy was 1548 kcal. The untoward reaction to feeding jejunostomy was diarrhea (18 cases), abdominal pain (8 cases) and abdominal distension (3 cases). Most of them were mild in severity and temporary in duration, but three cases were failed to feed through the feeding jejunostomy. The rate of significant complication from tube jejunostomy itself was 4%; two cases of intestinal obstruction and one enterocutaneous fistula. We could support the nutrition well of the 9 cases of enierocutaneous fistula by jejunnstomy feeding but failed in the other 3 cases. Therefore we believe that the feeding jejunostomy is a safe & feasible additional procedure to the major upper gastrointestinal operation such as gastric cancer and hepatobiliary & pancreatic operation that is predicted liable to leak. Also, the early postoperative jejunostomy feeding combined with peripheral parenteral nutrition could suffice most postoperative nutritional requirement.

        LED조명 디바이스를 접목한 무선통신 인터페이스 시스템 모듈 성능 분석

        본 논문에서는 LED(Light Emitting Diode)조명을 통해 통신을 접목하여 이용이 간편한 가시광통신 시스템을 구현 하고자 한다. LED 가시광 통신을 실현시키고자 송신부에는 1~12개의 LED 발광 소자와 수신부에는 가변 PD(Photo Diode)인 센서를 사용한다. LED가시광통신을 하고자 개발이 이루어진 송 수신부의 초기 거리 값은 0~1.5m 이상으로 하고, 전체 시스템 전송 속도는 수 천 kbps의 가변성을 가지는 가시광 미디어 전송 시스템을 이루었다. LED 모듈의 전체적인 효율 증대를 위해 렌즈 착용시와 미착용시 성능 실험을 하여 효율 측정을 하였으며, 구현된 연구의 성능 분석을 위한 기존 PC 모듈에 LED 및 PD를 구성하여 LED 개수, 전송속도에 따른 최대 송수신의 통신 거리를 실험하고 응용 방법과 가능성에 대해서 확인하고자 한다. This paper is implemented simple visible light communication system by combining the communications through LED lighting. It uses a variable PD sensor to the receiver and 1~12 the LED light-emitting device to the transmitter to realize LED visible light communication. Initial distance value of the developed transmission and receiver is more than 0~1.5m for LED visible light communication, the overall system transmission rate is organized with thousands kbps variability visible light media transmission system. It was measured the performance experiment during lens wearing or not wearing in order to increase the overall efficiency of the LED module, configures the LED and PD to existing PC module for the performance analysis of the implemented research, experiments the maximum communication distance of the transmitter/receiver according to LED count and the transmission rate, check about application methods and the possibility.

        Micro-characteristics of sustained, fine-grained lacustrine turbidites in the Cretaceous Hwangsan Tuff, SW Korea

        A distinction between the classic Bouma turbidite and a hyperpycnite is needed because hyperpycnal flows provide a direct link between the terrestrial source and the depositional sink. These deposits are a potential record of river floods and hence contain tectonic and climatic information. Unlike the sandy turbidite or hyperpycnite, the muddy counterpart is generally poorly documented. Based on detailed sedimentological analysis of a deltaic mudstone unit within the Cretaceous Hwangsan Tuff, SW Korea, this paper addresses the characteristics and depositional processes of the lacustrine muddy turbidite or hyperpycnite. The Hwangsan Tuff is composed of reworked volcaniclastics up to 300 m thick, deposited in a lake margin, on a delta front to the basin plain. The thin-bedded mudstones constitute a diverse type of turbidites. Most mudstone beds generally show normal grading and are wavy in form, but internally demonstrate the existence of a depositional break such as an erosional surface and the repetition of rippled units. Thin-bedded mudstone with a pronounced normal grading is interpreted to have been deposited by small, dilute turbidity currents. However, a composite bed of lower massive siltstone overlain by a structureless claystone suggests deposition from slow-moving, high-density flows with high clay content. The hyperpycnal flow deposits in muds are characterized by a thickness change in the horizontal laminae, internal erosion scour, and the recurrence of rippled units, all of which are features indicating deposition from flow fluctuations in long-lived hyperpycnal flows. Abundant plant debris and a lack of bioturbation also support this hypothesis. The hyperpycnal flows form the mouth bars to delta front bodies of the lake margin

        유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크용 LED 가시광통신 송수신 모듈 및 효율 연구

        본 논문에서는 PC모듈 기반으로 LED(Light Emitting Diode)의 White조명을 이용한 VLC(Visible Light Communication) 송 수신기 모듈의 미디어 전송 시스템을 구현하고 전송 기술에 대해 성능 분석을 하기 위한 연구이다. LED가시광통신을 실현시키고자 송신부에는 1~12개의 LED발광소자와 수신부에는 가변 센서를 사용 하고자 한다. LED가시광통신을 하고자 개발이 이루어진 송 수신부의 초기 거리 값은 0~1m이상으로 하고 전체 시스템 전송 속도는 수천 kbps를 가지는 가시광 미디어 전송 시스템을 이루었다. 성능 분석을 위해서, PC 모듈에 LED 및 적외선센서를 구성하여 예측 및 통신 거리에 분석하여 응용 방법과 가능성에 대해서 확인하고자 한다. LED 모듈의 전체적인 효율 증가를 위하여 렌즈 착용시와 미착용시 각 성능을 측정하여 약 20%의 효율이 증가하였음을 알 수 있었다. This paper is implemented media transmission system of VLC transmitter and receiver module using LED of White lighting that is based on PC module and to transmission technology for performance analysis. To realize LED visible light communication receiver is used 1~12 LED light-emitting device and transmitter is used a variable sensor. Developed initial distance of the tranceiver is more than 0~1m for LED VLC and the overall system transmission speed is achieved on variable having Visible light media transmission system. Composition to PC module with LED module and infrared sensor for performance analysis, predict and analyze the communication distance, check about the possibility of application methods. Measure each performance when the lens wearing and not wearing in order to increase the overall efficiency of the LED module, can know that increase efficiency of approximately 20%.

      • 膽道蛔蟲症 治驗 五例

        Ascariasis is still a world-wide disease in spite of its intensive erradication campaigns in certain parts of the world. With experiences of five cases of such biliary ascariasis during the last three years, the authors made clinical observation with a brief review of the literature. The age ranged from five years to sixty three years old; three cases were under thirty year old. As for sex, one case was male and the other four cases were females. Two cases of them were associated with cholelithiasis (40%), whereas three patients developed gross jaundice. All cases were misdiagnosed precperatively; three cases as cholecystitis with cholelithiasis, one as acute cholecystitis, and still another as obstructive jaundice due to retained gallstone following cholecystectomy. Though ascaris ova were positive in all cases, no significant importance could be attached to the positive stool test in these epidemic areas. Laboratory findings varied in each case of them. Consequently, it seems wise to think of the possibility of biliary ascariasis when encountered with unusual bizarre cases of biliary tract disease. Cholecystectomy was performed in all cases along with exploration of common bile duct. All cases made an uneventful postoperative course.
