CNC 공정에서는 주로 초중종품 샘플링 검사를 수행하므로 제품별 검사 결과에 신뢰성이 저하되고, 샘플링 검사에서 발견한 불량을 전체 제품의 불량으로 추정하여 해당 검사 단위 내 제품을 전량 폐기하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 또한, 불량에 대한 원인을 명확하게 파악하지 못하여 공정 개선에 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 획기적으로 개선하기 위해 실제 데이터 중심의 AI 분석을 통해 불량 제품을 예측하고, 불량 원인을 파악하여 현장에서 빠르게 대처할 수 있도록 하는 예방 보전 Point를 제시하고자 한다.
Yeast외 Z.mobilis의 화학적 조성에 의한 경제성의 비교 연구

Due to the high price of petroleum, the interests of the world are focused on the ethanol produced from renewable resources as an alternative or additive fuel to gasoline in order to improve octane value of gasoline. Some insisted that the ethanol fermentation by bacterium (Zymomonas mobilis) is more efficient than by yeast because ethanol yield of bacterium is a little higher than that of yeast, but others reported that yeast still showed better results than bacterium. In this paper, their efficiency was compared with their chemical composition and the composition of the raw materials to find out which organism is better and which raw material is the cheapest; barley, corn, wheat, potato, sweet potato and sorghum grain. The following results were obtained: 1) Barley was the cheapest raw material due to the highest concentration of carbohydrate when whole corn was used. 2) De-germed corn was the cheapest raw material owing to an extra profit of corn germ and gluten. 3) Z. mobilis was more economical micro-organism than yeast when dead cells of yeast could not be sold. 4) Yeast was more economical micro-organism than bacterium due to an additional income of its dead cells to be sold.
수직 고정망에 고정된 미생물을 이용한 Ethanol 제조

Kinetic behaviors of immobilized microbial cells on vertical film by aluminium screen in a column reactor were investigated for batch and continuous fermentation at 30℃ and pH=5.0. For the comparison of ethanol productivity, Zymomonas mobilis ATCC 29191, Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 26603 and dual organisms of these were separately immobilized with 3%(W/V) agar-agar gel and 4%(W/V) k-carrageenan gel. The results obtained in this experiment were as follows : 1) In batch fermentation, the maximum produced ethanol concentration of Z. mobilis was 47.8g/l, that of S. cerevisiae was 37g/l and that of the dual organisms was 50g/l in agar-agar gel. In k-carrageenan gel, the maximum produced ethanol concentration of Z. mobilis was 45g/l, that of S. cerevisiae was 36.3g/l and that of the dual organisms was 47.3g/l. 2) In continuous fermentation, the maximum volumetric ethanol productivity of Z. mobilis was 19.36g/l·hr, that of S. cerevisiae was 18.16g/l·hr and that of the dual organisms was 26.4g/l·hr in agar-agar gel, while in k-carrageenan that of Z. mobilis was 17.09g/l·hr, that of S. cerevisiae was 14.7g/l·hr and that of the dual organisms was 17.82g/l·hr. The volumetric ethanol productivity of the dual organisms was better than that of Z. mobilis and of S. cerevisiae. The agar-agar gel was a more efficient matrix than k-carrageenan gel in ethanol production and volumetric ethanol productivity. 3) The ratio of ethanol concentration at height of 30cm from the bottom of the fermentor to the ethanol concentration at the effluent port was over 90% for each cell and matrix.
UMTS 시스템에서 동적 무선 환경 변화에 따른 TCP 성능 향상 기법

도시 인구 집중과 이동 인구의 증가로 이동 통신 시스템은 90년대 이후 급격한 발전을 하고 있다. 그러나 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 2세대 이동 통신 시스템은 음성에만 치중하여 개발되었고 시장이 거의 포화상태에 이르렀다. 따라서 앞으로 다가올 UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunication Services) 시스템과 같은 제 3세대 이동 통신 시스템에서는 무선 인터넷과 같은 본격적인 데이타 서비스를 위한 패킷 데이타 통신이 중요한 부분으로 떠오르고 있다. 그런데 web이 TCP를 근간으로 하기 때문에 대부분의 인터넷 트래픽이 TCP 트래픽으로 구성되어 있고 따라서 UMTS 시스템에서 효율적인 TCP 트래픽 전송은 패킷 데이타 서비스 성능에 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 지금까지 무선 네트워크에서 TCP 성능 향상을 위한 기법들은 많이 연구되어 왔는데 UMTS 시스템에서는 그 중 링크 계층 재전송 기법을 사용한다. 하지만 이 기법이 UMTS 시스템에서 TCP 성능에 정확히 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 연구는 아직 미진한 상태이다. 특히 동적인 무선 자원의 변화에 따른 TCP 성능 분석은 거의 진행되어진 바 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 UMTS 시스템에서 무선 환경 변화에 따라 TCP 성능이 어떻게 변화하는지 실험을 통해 분석해 본다. 그리고 무선 환경이 동적으로 변화하는 상황에서 TCP 성능 저하를 최소화 할 수 있는 TCP 성능 향상 기법을 제안한다. 실험 결과에 의하면 UMTS 시스템에서 무선 환경이 변화할 때 TCP 성능이 크게 저하되는데 이 때 제안된 TCP 성능 향상 기법을 적용할 경우 UMTS 시스템에 큰 부담을 주지 않으면서 무선 자원을 절약하고 TCP 성능 저하를 줄일 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. The mobile telecommunication system has been growing exponentially after 1990s due to the high population in a city and the growth of mobile user. In this time, the current mobile system mainly concentrates on the voice communication. However, in the next generation, mobile users want to get very diverse services via mobile terminal such as the Internet access, web access, multimedia communication, and etc. For this reason, the next generation system, such as the UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunication Services) system, has to support the packet data service and it will play the major role in the system. By the way, since the Web service is based on TCP, most of the Internet traffic TCP traffic. Therefore, efficient transmission of TCP traffic will take very important role in the performance of packet data service. There are many researches about improving TCP performance over wireless network. In those schemes, the UMTS system adapts the link layer retransmission scheme. However, there are rarely studies about the exact performance of the link layer retransmission scheme in the face of dynamic changes of wireless environment over the UMTS system. The dynamic changes of wireless environment, such as wireless bandwidth, can degrade TCP performance directly. So, in this paper, we simulate and analyze the TCP performance in the UMTS system with dynamic wireless environments. Then, we propose a simple scheme for minimizing TCP performance degradation. As a result of simulation, we can find that when wireless environment is changed dynamically, the probability of TCP timeout is increased, and the TCP performance is degraded very much. In this situation, the proposed simple scheme shows good performance. It saves wireless resources and reduces the degradation of TCP performance without large overhead of the base station.

Consequently, the performance closely related to the buffer management and its operation. However, until now, there are rare study on the buffer behavior and management. In this paper, we will observe the buffer behavior in the UMTS systems by using simulation and analyze the results. For this research, we generate packet data traffics and model the UMTS system for a simulation. Then we analyze the buffer state by a simulation and calculate the buffer overflow probability by mathematical methods.

Writings of Kim Chang-heup, Min U-sam, Choi Heung-won, Lee Deok-mu, Park Je-ga reflected disorder of Samjeong and the attitude of a governor, the aim and effect of Segye, article on the process and expense of a funeral ceremony, the style of Shim Sa-jeong's paintings and criticism of those days painting style, new discoveries from window paper and gravel.
Zymomonas mobilis CP 3를 이용한 연속식 에칠알콜 제조에 효모 추출물과 옥수수 씨눈 추출물이 미치는 영향

By the protection effect of some nutrients in yeast extract and corn germ extract from the inhibitions of substrate and products and increased cell mass, higher ethyl alcohol productivity can be obtained by using lower than 1% yeast extract and 0.33% corn germ extract concentration, likewise a soluble protein, lipid, soy flour extract, and the mixture of protein and lipid, in continuous ethyl alcohol production system by Zymomonas mobilis CP 3. At 0.2% yeast extract and 0.33% corn germ extract, the maximum selling price of produced ethyl alcohol per unit cost of added materials was shown and the maximum increased rate of ethyl alcohol concentration was obtained at 0.6% yeast extract and 0.33% corn germ extract. Ethyl alcohol yield was changed only a little but cell yield was generally increased by increasing in the concentration of yeast extract in this study.
