        Chemical Bath Deposition 방법으로 제작한 CdSe 박마의 특성

        Polycrystalline CdSe thin films were grown on ceramic substrate using a chemical bath deposition (CBD) method. They were annealed at various temperature and X-ray diffraction patterns were measured by X-ray diffractometer in order to study CdSe polycrystal structure. Using extrapolation method of X-ray diffraction patterns for the CdSe samples annealed in N₂ gas at 450℃ it was found hexagonal structure whose lattice parameters a_o and c_o were 4.302 A and 7.014 A, respectively. Its grain size was about 0.3 ㎛. Hall effect on this sample was measured by Van der Pauw method and studied on carrier density and mobility depending on temperature. From Hall data, the mobility was likely to be decreased by piezo electric scattering at temperature range of 33 K and 200 K, and by polar optical scattering at temperature range of 200 K and 293 K. We measured also spectral response, sensitivity (γ), maximum allowable power dissipation and response time on these samples.

        HWE 방법에 의한 CdSe 박막 성장과 광전기적 특성

        The CdSe thin films were grown on the Si(100) wafers by a hot wall epitaxy method (HWE). The source and substrate temperature are 600� and 430 respectively. The crystalline structure of epilayers was investigated by double crystal X-ray diffraction(DCXD). Hall effect on the sample was measured by the van der Pauw method and studied on the carrier density and mobility dependence on temperature. From Hall data, the mobility was increased in the temperature range 30K to 150K by impurity scattering and decreased in the temperature range 150K to 293K by the lattice scattering. In order to explore the applicability as a photoconductive cell, we measured the sensitivity(γ), the ratio of photocurrent to darkcurrent(pc/dc), maximum allowable power dissipation(MAPD), spectral response and response time. The results indicated that the photoconductive characteristic were the best for the samples annealed in Cu vapor compare with in Cd, Se, air and vacuum vapour. Then we obtained the sensitivity of 0.99, the value of pc/dc of 1.39 X 10^7, the MAPD of 335mW, and the rise and decay time of l0ms and 9.5ms, respectively

        소아마취의 임상통계학적 고찰

        Midazolam maleate, a water soluble banzodiazepine unlike diazepam, was synthetized by Walser and Fryer in 1975. In order to ealuate the effectiveness as an induction agent for general anesthesia, 22 elective surgical patients belonging to ASA classification 1 and 2 were selected. And ten patients (male 7, female 3, average 33.5 years old) were induced with midazolam maleate 0.2mg/kg and twelve patients (mdale 7, female 5, average 32.5 years old) with diazepam 0.3mg/kg. The results were summarized as follows. 1) Anesthesia was induced in all of midazolam group by one intravenous injection, but only 6 patients of diazepam group could induced by one injection and the other 6 patients needed 2 or more injections. 2) The changes of blood pressure and pulse rate after induction and intubation were almost similar in the two groups, but greater individual variation was seen in diazepam group. 3) A buring sensation following intravenous injection was noted in 11 cases of diazepam group, but none in midazolam group and no phlebitis in either group. From the above results, diazepam and midazolam are almost similar in nature but midazolam is definitely effective as an induction agent and has less side effects. Therefore midazolam maleate is regarded as a more effective agent than diazepam as an induction for general anesthesia.

        제왕절개수술에서 저혈압 예방을 위한 수액의 비교 관찰 : 제 1 보:척수마취

        Rheomacrodex-D 10% W/V in dextrose (500 ml) was prophylactically infused before anesthesia over 15 to 20 minutes to prevent hypotension during spinal anesthesia in 20 patients undergoing elective Casarean section. Apgar scores and the incidence and severity of hypotension were compared to results obtained in 20 patients who were given 500 ml of Hartmann's solution. The results were as follows; 1) Mean arterial pressure decreased up to 20 torr from control values in patients hydrated with Hartman's solution and also changed significantly in patients given Rheomacrodex-D (p<0.05). 2) The incidence and severity of hypotension at 10 minutes, and 15 minutes, and 15 minutes after spinal anesthesia (p<0.05) was significantly less in patients given Rheomacrodex-D than in patients hydrated with Hartmann's solution 3) The Apgar scores, both at 1 minute and 5 minutes, were significantly higher (p<0.05, p<0.005) in infants born of mothers given Rheomacrodex-D than in infants whose mothers were given Hartmann's solution. 4) The cases of hypotension defined as a descrease in systolic arterial pressure lower than 100 torr or a decrease in mean arterial pressure to 25% from control values were 12 cases in 20 patients hydrated with Hartmann's solution and 6 cases in 20 patients given Rheomacrodex-D.

        중등도 및 중증고혈압에서 Nifedipine 설하투여의 강압효과에 관한 연구

        In order to assess the efficacy of sublingual nifedipine in the acute treatment of moderate to severe hypertension, a single blind test was done in 30 patients, 10 males and 20 females, aged 40 to 76 years, with moderate to severe hypertension. The patients with mean sitting blood pressure(BP) of more than J40 mmHg received sublingual placebo, and BP and pulse rate(PR) were measured in sitting position 10,20 and 30 minutes after the sublingual placebo was given. The patients with post-placebo 30 minutes sitting mean BP of less than 13pmmHg were excluded from the study. The placebo treatment period was followed by the administration of 10mg of sublingual nifedipine, and BP and PR were measured 10,20,30 and 45 minutes after nifedipine was given. BP decreased with placebo treatment(p$lt;0. 01 by paired t-test, preplacebo vs. post-placebo 30 minutes). With sublingual nifedipine BP started to fall in 10 minutes and reached the lowest levels in 30 or 45 minu1es. The systolic BP decreased from 198.0±21.4mmHg to 159±20.4mmHg, diastolic BP from 122.5±13.0 mmHg to 103.2±14.4 mmHg and mean from 147.7±13.4 mmHg to 121.7±14.8 mmHg 45minutes after nifedipine(p$lt;0.01 by paired t-test). The average fall in systolic BP/diastolic BP/mean BP 45 minutes after nifedipine was 39/19/26 mmHg(p$lt;0. 001, by paired t-test). The maximal fall in systolic BP correlated better with pretreatment value(r=0.42) than the maximal fall in diastolic pressure(r=0.21), PR increased from 79±12 to 87±11/minute with nifedipine(p$lt;0.001, by paired t-test). Side effects were mild facial flushing(16.7%) and palpitation (3.3%). The findings suggest that a dose of 10mg of sublingual nifedipine is a simple, effective and safe method for the acute treatment of moderate to severe hypertension and can be used as a non-injecting alternative agent for the treatment of hypertensive emergency.

        Cd1-xZnzS 박막의 성장과 광전도 특성

        Polycrystalline Cd_(1-x)Zn_xS thin film were grown on slide glass(corning-2948) substrate using a chemical bath deposition (C.B.D) method. They were annealed at various temperature and X-ray diffraction patterns were measured by X-ray diffractometor in order to study Cd_(1-x)Zn_xS polycrystal structure using extrapolation method of X-ray diffraction patterns for the CdS, ZnS sample annealed in N₂ gas at 550 ℃. It was found hexagonal structure which had the lattice constant a_o = 4.1364Å, c_o=6.7129Å in CdS and a_o = 3.8062Å, c_o = 6.2681 Å in ZnS, respectively. Hall effect on these sample was measured by Van der Pauw method and then studied on carrier density and mobility depending on temperature. We measured also spectral response, sensitivity maximum allowable power dissipation and response time on these sample

Hall effect on these samples was measured by Van der Pauw method and then studied on carrier density and mobility depending on temperature. We measured also spectral response, sensitivity(γ), maximum allowable power dissipation and response time on these samples.

        B . C . G 접종후 속발된 심상성 낭창양 (狼瘡樣) 반응의 1 예

        B.C.G. is a living attenuated vaccine which produces resistance to tuberculous infection. Until now, several million persons were vaccinated with B.C.G., the rnajority being between 7 and 14 years of age. A very small number of general fatal reaction have been reported but from an epidemiological view point this does not; serions dirninish. the importance of B.C.G. Vaccination in the fight against tubereulosis. Dermatological complication of R.C.G. are rarely seen. Specific reactions attributed to the Vaccination were excessive lymphadenitis, scrofuloderma like, Iupus vuIgaria like, lichen nitidus lesion and tuberculid type lesion. Non specific reactions include toxicoderma hemorrhagica, urticaria, erythema multiform, erythema nodosum and granuloma anulare. Literature was briefly reviewed comparision of clinical and histological findings with this particular case. We are going to report one case of lupus vulgaris like reaction after B.C.G. Vaccination.
