IPv6 포럼 코리아(http://www.ipv6.or.kr)는 지난 2000년, 정부의 지원 하에 IPv6 기술의 국내 조기 도입을 목표로 IPv6 도입의 기술적 타당성 검증 및 적시성 검토, IPv6 관련 시장 활성화, IPv6 기술의 교육및 보급, IPv4 기반의 인터넷에서 IPv6 기반의 차세대인터넷으로 전환 하기 위한 환경조성 등을 목적으로 구성되었으며, 올해로 만 6년째를 맞이하고 있다. 2006년 1월 현재 IPv6 포럼 코리아는 ETRI를 중심으 로 국내 산·학·연의 73개 기관회원과 158명의 개인회원이 참여하고있으며, 의장인 이형호 박사(한국전자통신연구원 표준연구센터장)를 중 심으로 국내 정부 지원 IT 핵심 포럼 중에서 가장 활발한 포럼 중의 하나로 성장하였다. 지난 6년 동안 본 포럼은 국내 산·학·연을 중심으로 IPv6 기술 교류및 보급을 통한 기술력 확보 및 기반 조성 노력을 강화해 왔으며, 국제 IPv6 포럼(http://www.ipv6forum.com)과 연계하여 국제 사회에서 우리나라의 위상 제고 노력을 경주해 왔다. 특히, 국내외에서 IPv6의 도입 및 Promotion이 충분히 활성화됨에 따라 IPv6 포럼 코리아는 2005년을 IPv6 관련 포럼 표준화 추진의 원년으로 삼고 효율적인 포 럼표준화 추진을 위하여 새롭게 조직을 정비하고 국내외의 IPv6 관련표준화에 주도적인 역할을 수행하고 있다.

Paleomagnetic Evidence for Continental Drift and Polar Wandering

1922년에 웨게너가 대륙표리설을 발표한 이래 유수한 지질학자와 지구물리학자들은 대륙이 이동하고 지자기의 극이 이리저리로 방황하듯 옮겨 다니고 있었다는 지구과학적 기록을 찾아 이들 운동을 일으키는 근원적인 원인이 무엇인가를 구명해 내려고 애쓰고 있다. 이리하여 지질년대별로 각 대륙에 걸쳐 극의 이동경로를 화산용암이나 붉은 색깔의 사암 등에 간직된 잔유자기로부터 추적하는 고지자기적 연구가 진행되었고 그 결과 대상암석의 생성시의 지자기 위치를 밝혀낼 수 있었으며 암석의 생성년대와 지자기의 성분을 정확히 가려낼 수 있다면 대륙의 표리현상과 극의 이동을 뒷받침해 주는 확고한 증거가 될 수 있는 것이다. 지금까지의 연구 결과를 종합해 보면 기껏해야 1년에 수cm 정도 움직여 나가는 대륙의 표리현상이 고지자기학적 연구에 근거한 극의 이동보다도 주도적인 입장에서 대륙표리와 극의 이동을 유도하였다고 볼 수 있다.

The dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) is a common method to create a nonthermal plasma in which electrical energy is used to create electrons with a high average kinetic energy. The unique aspect of dielectric barrier discharges is the large array of short lifetime(10ns) silent discharges created over the surface of the dielectric. A silent discharge is generated when the applied voltage exceeds the breakdown voltage of the carrier gas creating a conduction path between the applied electrode and grounded electrode. As charge accumulates on the dielectric, the electric field is reduced below the breakdown field of the carrier gas and the silent discharge self terminates preventing the DBD cell from producing a thermal arc. In fact, the most significant application of dielectric barrier discharges is to generate ozone for contaminated water treatment. Therefore, experiments were perfomed at 1∼2[bar] pressure using a coaxial geometry single dielectric barrier discharge for ozone concentrations and energy densities. The main result show that the concentration and efficiency of ozone are influenced by gas nature, gas quantity, gas pressure, supplied voltage and frequency.

Chinese Hamster Ovary 세포에 있어 Methy Methanesuifonate 에 의해 유발된 DNA 단 사절단과 복제억제와의 관계

DNA single strand breaks and unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS) were determined in methyl methanesulfonate (MMS)-treated Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. DNA single strand breaks were dose-dependently increased by treatment with MMS. Aphidicolin, a specific inhibitor of DNA polymerase α and δ, did not affect the rates of UDS and single strand breaks induced by MMS. N-ethylmaleimide, a common inhibitor of O^6-methyltransferase, 3-methyladenine glycosylase and DNA polymerase α, inhibited UDS and enforced the accumulation of DNA single strand breaks induced by MMS. Novobiocin and nalidixic acid, inhibitors of topoisomerase II, slightly inhibited MMS and accumulation of DNA single strand breaks induced by MMS. These results indicate that only small portion of alkylated damages was removed, and that DNA single strand breaks were mainly induced not by the process of damage removal but by alkali labile sites in the alkaline condition.

From a purely diagnostic too, colonoscopy has evolved into a technique with excitiong therapeutic allications. In this paper, a patient with active bleedign of terminal ileum identified at emergency colonoscopy and terated by colonoscopic electrocauterization without complication. We considered that colonoscopy in patient with typhoid intestinal hemorrhage can be done for the purpose of diagnostic and therapeutic applications with relative safety.

With remarkable progress in upper GI endoscopy; it has been applied to therapeutid purpose. ln this paper, we present one suceessful case of endoscopic extraction of BADUG STONE by biopsy forceps and contraceytive condom. Using a biopsy forceps and condom inserted through the fiberscope, 'BADUG STONE' was eaaily made to roll into the self-opening 'trawl net' and safly removed.

지방자치체 실시 이후 자치단체간 협력사업 수요가 점증적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 구미를 중심으로 한 IT산업 벨트의 형성 및 확대, 인근 지역 간 생활권 통합, 경북 혁신도시 조성을 통한 김천-구미간 연담화 등으로 인해 지방자치단체간 협력요구가 점차 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 행정경계에 따른 사업관행과 대학 및 기업의 사회적 책임의식 부족, 제도적 뒷받침 부족 등으로 인해 실제 지방자치단체 주도의 협력사업의 현실화가 쉽지 않다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 지역협력의 기본요소와 정책수단을 토대로 일본, 미국, 영국의 지역협력 사례와 시사점을 살펴보고, 자치단체간, 자치단체와 기업간, 자치단체와 대학간 협력사업으로 구분하여 지역협력사업의 추진방향과 추진방식 및 대상사업을 중심으로 검토해보고자 한다. The demand of cooperation between local governments has been increasing considerably, since local autonomy in 1991. Recently, the demand on integrated administration between local governments has increased due to conurbation and great-sphere economy, and the necessity of cooperative program grew up between local governments, local government and enterprise, government and university. In spite of these changes of environment, the cooperative program between local governments is not successful, because of the lack of cooperative policy by local government, imperfect means of knowledge network, and institutional inertia. This study suggests the activation strategy of cooperative program among local government, enterprise, and university, through policy analysis of cooperative program of Japan, the USA, and the UK.
