The objectives of this study were to make a model of general development process of standardized career assessment instrument, to analyze career assessment instruments in Korea, and to suggest direction for agricultural career assessment development. This study was conducted through and extensive review of literature related to career assessment and opinions from a panel of experts about career assessment instrument's development processThe major findings in this study were as follows: 1) Development process of career assessment instrument is divided into stage of Identifying plan for test development, stage of Item construction, stage of preliminary tryouts, and stage of setting norm; 2) Career assessment instruments which are mainly used in Korea have a weakness for construct method, scaling method, reliability, validity, standardization method, interpreting of test score method; 3) A systematic process for agricultural career assessment instrument's development should be grounded in consideration of diverse psychological constructs affecting career development, logic for the interpretation of test results; 4) Weighting method for comprehensive career assessment instrument ought to be developed for effective use in agricultural education setting; 5) Ability, interest and work value profiles for agricultural occupation ought to be developed to establish the criteria for guiding the best-fit job groups based on agricultural career assessment instrument scores.

The purpose of this study was to develop teaching-learning method and assessment to enhance key competencies through specialized subjects in vocational high schools. Concretely, this study was intended to identify the key competencies in basic specialized subjects, and develop teaching-learning method and assessment for the use in class. To achieve the objective reviewing literature, content analysis, survey and application in the class were conducted. The related literatures were reviewed to identified the concept and scope of the key competencies, educational purpose and currently used teaching-learning method and assessment. And the contents of the basic specialized subject curriculum and textbook were analyzed and a questionnaire survey toward the teachers of the vocational high school was conducted as well. After development of the teaching-learning method and assessment, it was applied to the class for identifying application possibility.The major findings in this study were as follows: 1) According to the contents analysis, the key competencies were reflected in most of all specialized subject. The study showed that key competencies were required to be taught in the specialized subject class. 2) Most teachers made full use of showing the professional man, introducing an example, and teaching about the lack point. And most of teachers evaluated key competencies through an examination. 3) Teaching-learning and assessment methods for key competencies in each unit were developed. 4) Applicable teaching-learning methods and strategies, and assessment guidance in each key competency during the class were developed.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effective strategies of agricultural workforce development in knowledge-based agriculture. This study was conducted through an extensive review of literature related to agricultural workforce and receiving advices of the expert panels in several times.As the result, this study identified concept of knowledge-based agriculture and its changing roles, current status of agricultural workforce development in our country, and suggested the agricultural workforce development strategies including the development system, the teaching and learning methods, the infrastructure construction, and the cooperation reinforcement between related organizations to develop the knowledge farmer.

The purpose of this study was to develop strategy of the women agricultural workforce in the knowledge-based society. This study was conducted through an extensive review of literature related to agricultural workforce, rural women, women farmer, female worker and so on. Also this study was conducted through asking opinions from a panel of experts about definition, role, and development strategy of the women agricultural workforce in the knowledge-based society.The major findings in this study were as follows :1) The women agricultural workforce in the knowledge-based society was defined as the women workforce engaged or willing to engage in agricultural industry, who is above fifteen years old.2) Participation and contribution of the women agricultural workforce in Korea has been increased and it's importance is seem to increase more and more in future. Nevertheless, the role of the women agricultural workforce has been not socially recognized.3) This study revealed that development of the women agricultural workforce in Korea has many problem, and we analyzed that divided into inducement, training, entering and maintenance.4) Based on these findings, we suggest the development strategy of the women agricultural workforce in the knowledge-based society by inducement, training, entering and maintenance.
대학에서의 진로교육 운영에 관한 이슈 탐색: 질적 연구방법을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to explore issues related to the management of career education in colleges. To this end, professors and employees with work experience in the college career education related organization were selected as study participants and interviewed. The interview was conducted from July 5 to August 18, 2022, and the collected data were analyzed using the thematic method. the results of this study were as follows. First, in terms of establishing an internal and external career education management system in college, college career education practitioners raised the question of how to management career education in college, how to college career education management, and how to manage college career education projects. Second, in terms of career education workers administration, college career education managers argued that education is necessary because professors lack participation in career education, sufficient career education management personnel are not secured, and the expertise of current workers is insufficient. Third, in terms of the college career education concept and importance perception, the college career education managers perceived the college career education concept differently, and demanded that measures be prepared to revitalize it due to the lack of awareness of the importance of college career education in the field. Based on these study results, discussion and suggestion were presented. 이 연구는 대학에서의 진로교육 운영에 관한 이슈를 탐색하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 대학의 진로교육 관련 조직에서 업무를 수행하고 있거나 수행했던 경험이 있는 교원과 직원을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 면담을 실시하였다. 면담은 2022년 7월 5일부터 8월 18일까지 진행하였고, 수집된 자료는 주제분석법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교내·외 진로교육 운영 체계 구축 측면에서 대학 진로교육 담당자는 교내 진로교육 운영 방식, 대학 진로교육 운영 네트워크, 부처의 대학 진로교육 사업 운영 방식에 대한 문제를 제기하였다. 둘째, 진로교육 담당 인력 관리 측면에서 대학 진로교육 담당자는 교원의 진로교육 참여가 부족하고, 진로교육 운영인력이 충분히 확보되어 있지 않으며, 현재 인력들의 전문성이 충분하지 않기 때문에 교육이 필요하다고 주장하였다. 셋째, 대학 진로교육 개념과 중요성 인식 측면에서 대학 진로교육 담당자는 대학 진로교육 개념을 서로 다르게 인식하고 있었으며, 현장에서 대학 진로교육 중요성에 대한 인식이 부족하기 때문에 이를 활성화할 수 있는 방안이 마련될 것을 요구하였다. 이를 통해 연구의 마지막에는 연구 결과에 대한 논의와 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze policy of agricultural workforce of foreign countries, especially United States, France, Netherland, Denmark, Japan, China, and to attain its implications. The specific objectives were (1) to analyze the directions of policy of agricultural workforce of foreign countries, (2) to analyze the induction policy to agriculture of foreign countries, (3) to analyze the administrative and financial supportive policy of foreign countries, (4) to attain its implications This study was conducted through an extensive review of literature related to policy of agricultural workforce of foreign countries and a panel of expert committee was held several times. Moreover, in deficiency of information, business trips to abroad to get sufficient information were sometimes conducted. As the result, policy analysis of agricultural Workforce of Foreign Countries was summarized as followings: ⑴ the policy of agricultural workforce of foreign countries was continuously amended to reflect the new trends and needs, ⑵ the policy of agricultural workforce of foreign countries was emphasized on the agricultural education. In addition, its implications of policy analysis of agricultural Workforce of Foreign Countries were suggested as follows : (1) the policy of agricultural workforce should be built in long-term perspective and specific practical law should be completed, (2) the substantial and various supportive polices for workforce in agriculture should be built, (3) the concept of agriculture and agricultural education should be rebuilt and its vision, value and role should be established, (4) excellent workforce should be engaged in agriculture, (5) the systematic sharing system of the knowledge and information of agriculture should be established.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the directions for the development of agricultural college students' vocational key competencies. For accomplishing it, this study conducted various research methods. Extensive literature was collected and reviewed. Survey with the questionnaires was conducted, which subject were students, alumni, and professors in agricultural college. In addition with survey, this study used the Aptitude Tests in order to identify the current status of agricultural college students' ability. A panel of expert committee was held in order to discuss and search the directions for development which were made by researchers. The results of this study indicated that the various approaches should be necessary for developing key competencies, including classroom instruction, cooperative education, internship, extracurricular activities, and so on. Also, this study suggested that various support from government, college, community, and related institutions is needed for development of agricultural college students' key competencies.

The objectives of this study were to identify the concept and characteristics of knowledge-based agriculture, to derive agricultural manpower's model, to define concepts of agricultural manpower and agricultural manpower development, and to analyze the problems of agricultural manpower development for the knowledge- based agriculture.To achieve this purpose, literature reviews and panel discussion were conducted. This panel was consisted of agricultural extension agents, agricultural high school teacher, and agricultural college professors. Problems of agricultural manpower development was classified as five categories; construction of knowledge-based agriculture infra, guarantee of agricultural manpower, development of new agricultural manpower, entrance into agriculture, maintain or exclusion of agricultural manpower. Several problems of each category were indicated.Finally, recommendations for agricultural manpower development were suggested.
