      • 임상실습 교육개선을 위한 간호학생의 간호활동시간 분석

        신규간호사의 능력은 간호학생 때의 다양한 임상경험에 기초를 둔다. 따라서, 간호대학의 교수, 병원 지도자, 임상지도자는 간호학생들이 다양한 지식을 획득하고 간호기술을 경험할 수 있도록 도와주는 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 연구의 목적은 이러한 간호학생들의 임상실습에서 수행하는 간호활동과 간호활동 시간을 분석하고자 하는데 있다. 연구결과 간호학생 1인당 직접간호활동 시간은 185.5분(직접간호비율은 56.7%)으로 141.65분(간접간호 비율은 43.3%)인 간접간호활동 시간보다 많았다. 직접간호활동 시간 중 활력징후 측정이 51.9분으로 가장 많은 시간을 차지하였고, 간접간호활동 시간 중에는 차트보기가 22.98분으로 가장 많은 시간을 차지하였다. 전반적으로 기본적인 임상간호 수행기술에 소요되는 시간이 고도의 숙련된 간호기술을 수행하는데 드는 시간보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학의 지도자와 병원의 지도자 및 임상지도자가 함께 임상실습 교육과정의 지침서와 평가서를 평가할 필요가 있다고 제언하는 바이다. The competence of newly graduated nurses is based on various clinical experiences gained when they were students. Therefore, professors in nursing schools, directors in hospitals or preceptors must play a critical role in assisting them to obtain various knowledge and experienced nursing skills. The purpose of this study is to investigate nursing care activities and nursing care hours practiced by nursing students in clinical experience. The results of this study showed that the direct nursing care hours per each nursing student are 185.5 mins(direct nursing care rate 56.7%) and it is higher than indirect nursing care hours, 141.65 mins(indirect nursing care rate 43.3%). The hours of checking vital signs are the longest(51.9mins) among the direct nursing care activities, and the hours of reviewing chart are the longest(22.98mins) among the indirect nursing care activities. In general, the time of performing basic clinical nursing technique was higher than that of performing high skilled nursing technique. And nursing observation was higher than that of directly performing task. So, we suggest based on the results of this study as follows. It is needed for nursing instructors in nursing schools and hospitals together to evaluate the guidelines and check-list of clinical practice courses.

      • 혐기성 소화의 동력학적 해석 : 有機酸 構成比에 따른 嫌氣性 消化 Anaerobic digestion with Component ratios of organic acids

        This research on organic acid and its component ratio (H_(AC) : H_(pt) : H_(Bu)) mainly produced in acid formation steps of anaerobic treatment process. From comparing the above experimental results with digestion efficiency of acetic acid used as substrates, I can find the conclusion as follows : 1. Removal efficiency for component ratios of organic acid is 64.3-98.6%, 59.6-98.2 %, respectively, varied with HRT of 3-20 days. 2. For l0days of HRT, in order to investigate the effects of component ratio of organic acid, when its component ratio(H_(ac) : H_(pt) : H_(bu)) is 100 : 0 : 0, 50 : 25 : 25, 28 : 38 : 34 and 0 : 50 : 50(as COD), respectively, effluent concentration is 464mg/l, 666mg/l, 832mg/l and 1,148mg/l, respectively. 3. Component ratio of menthane gas for organic acids represents 55-70%, with variation o: HRT, 3-20days. 4. When the component ratios of organic acid(H_(ac) : H_(pt) : H_(bu)) is 50 : 25 : 25 and 23 : 38 : 34(as COD), methane production per COD removal for HRT of 3-20days is 0.27~0. 32, 0.21~0.30. 5. From the mass balance relationship, when the component ratios of organic acid is 50 : 25 : 25 and 28 : 38 : 34(as COD), methane production ratio, varied with HRT of 3days, 5days, l0days, 15days and 20days in 49.6%, 66.4%, 77.5%. 85.1% and 89.7%, respectively and 39.1%, 56.3%, 68.3%, 76.3%, 83.9%, respectively.

      • 上向流式 好氣性 生物膜에 의한 農藥含有廢水의 處理에 관한 硏究

        This study has been carried out to determine the toxicity of agricultural chemical (TPN) as to wastewater treatment. This system used Aerated Submerged Up-Flow Biofilm Reactor. This reactor can withstand the variation of concentration, flow rate and presence of certain toxic materials in the wastewater to be treated. An acclimation experiment was variated influent COD from 250㎎/ℓ~70㎎/ℓ. The agricultural chemical was added to obtained optimum condition at influent COD 400㎎/ℓ by the acclimation experiment. The conclusions from the experimental results are as follows ; 1. Influent COD concentration was variated 250㎎/ℓ~600㎎/ℓ. The treatment efficiency was stability(86% to 93.3%). When influent COD was 400㎎/ℓ, the treatment efficiency was at best-93.2%. Accordingly, this system was proved to be suitable in treating the wastewater with wide range of concentration. 2. The influent TPN concentration below 1ppm at Up-Flow Aerated Biofillm Reactor, raised no harmful result to treatment efficiency. 3. The treatment efficiency was decreased to 29.8% when the lapse of time. 4. When the experimental TPN toxicity was compared with the DDT toxicity in the reference, it was proved that both of the toxicity had the similer trend.

      • 포토레지스트를 이용한 다층 배선용 층간 절연막 제조

        Recently, Polyimides are one of the most widely used engineering plastics, particularly in aerospace, micro electronics, printed circuit, and high performance adhesive industries. In micro electronics industry, polyimides have been used for the application of inter layer dielectric materials (ILD) due to their low dielectric constant (k=3.0~3.5), thermal stability and excellent mechanical strength. To synthesize a new positive photosensitive polyimide, polyimide precursor (polyamic acid) was prepared by condensation polymerization of 3,3-4,4-benzophenone- tetracarboxylic anhydride (BTDA), pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) with 4,4-methylenebis[benzenamine] (MDA). And parts of carboxylic acid groups in poly(amic acid) were esterified with 2-diazo-1-naphthoquinone-5-sulfonyl chloride (NQD-ester) in presence of Na₂CO₃/dioxane followed by the chemical imidization of residual carboxylic acid units. The chemical structure of resulting polymer was characterized by ¹H NMR, FT-IR, and its thermal properties were examined by TGA and dielectric constant measured by impedance analyzer. From the results of TGA, PI(BTDA), PI(PMDA) and PI-NQD(PMDA) were stable up to 250 ℃ without thermal degration. But thermal stability of PI-NQD(PMDA) was superior to PI(BTDA) and PI(PMDA). We found that thermal stability of the prepared PI-NQD(PMDA) increased with sulfone group, hard segment at high temperatures. And dielectric properties of PI(BTDA), PI(PMI)A) and PI-NQD(PMDA) were increased according to backing temp and baking time. These suits was consistent with Maxwell equation. The polyimides were useful as positive working photodegradable polymer. Especially, the polyimide containing pyromellitic diimide moiety and sulfone group exhibited high thermal stability and low dielectric costants.

      • 추적관찰 중 종괴의 크기가 커진 경화성 혈관종 1례

        We report a case of a sclerosing hemangioma of the lung with increased size during follow up, a rare benign neoplasm of the lung. A 32-year-old woman had round increased opacity in right upper lobe on posteroanterior chest radiograph. That lesion has grown slowly over four years. Computed tomographic scan showed a well circumscribed lung mass in medial aspect of right upper lobe. Radiological differential diagnosis for the lesion included inflammatory pseudotumor, atypical carcinoid, lung cancer and localized fibrous tumor of pleura. Nonspecific findings were shown by the bronchoscopy and percutaneous transthoracic needle aspiration. Anterior and apical segmentectomy was carried out and the lesion was pathologically diagnosed as sclerosing hemangioma of lung.

      • 리튬 2차전지용 양극물질 Li_(x)Co_(⅓)Mn_(⅓)Ni_(⅓)O₂의 제조 및 특성

        Various activated cathode materials for lithium secondary battery were synthesized using metal precursors by co-precipitation, and final activated material was prepared by solid-state method. We prepared Li_(x)Co_(⅓)Ni_(⅓)Mn_(⅓)O₂ by changing lithium quantity. Three-electrode type cell was used with the cathode in which activated materials, and TAB(teflonized acetylene black) were mixed in the ratio of 80:20. The tested cell with Li_(x)Co_(⅓)Ni_(⅓)Mn_(⅓)O₂ exhibited excellent characteristics with x=1.06 lithium, showing efficiency of 89.24 %, charge capacity of 187.13 mAh/g and discharge capacity of 162.37 mAh/g at constant current 0.1 C in the range of 3.0 - 4.3 V, but showed capacity decrease of 3.08% at 20 cycles. The structures of the layered materials of the synthesized samples Li_(x)Co_(⅓)Ni_(⅓)Mn_(⅓)O₂, were characterized by XRD and SEM, and this sample was applicable to activated cathode materials of lithium secondary battery. The study indicated that the samples prepared by co-precipitation and successive solid-state method could help design and develop the composite cathode with high capacity and good cyclability.

        In present day, components of Artemisiae Carpillaris Herba(A.C.H) was investigated by HPLC method. On condition of ODS-10column, 25% acetonitrile for mobile phase, 254nm of UV Detector, the extracts of A.C.H was analyzed. As the result, peaks of coumarin derivatives, at retention time 2.16 and 2.18, were found.

      • 젊은 남자에게 발생한 통상성 간질성 폐렴과 동반된 폐암 1예

        Usual interstitial pneumonia(UIP) is relatively rare disease of lung parenchyme under the age of 50. Lung cancer is reported to occur as a complication of UIP, but has not been reported in young age patient with UIP in Korea. A 35-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of dyspnea, cough and mild fever. He had been suffered from dyspnea during 3 years. The dyspnea worsened recent 1 month ago. He had been treated with pneumonia at another hospital during 4 months before this admission. Chest radiographs and High resolution CT showed subpleural and basal dominant reticular opacities in both lung with no change until now. He was smoker and his occupation was car engine-man dealing with benzene. UIP is suspected by history and radiologic findings. Operation for open lung biopsy was performed to obtain lung specimen via video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. Patient's pathologic examination showed UIP combined with adenocarcinoma in RLL superior segment and posterobasal segment and RLL lobectomy was done. After operation, the patient has been in cancer free condition so far. We report a case of UIP combined with lung cancer in young man with brief review of the literature.
